Good service, with doctors and nurses who serve swiftly, the outpatient system is quite well accelerated.
I was quite happy and grateful because I got good hospital staff, like meeting Nurse Santi who took care of us in the chemotherapy department, who had a firm but friendly nature and a sincere heart. Likewise with other nurses, as well as ENT doctor Evans. Thank You so much💛💛
Cardiology did the best service, dr Todung is the best cardiologist here and his staff super helpfull and doing their job really well.

Even one star still too good for this hospital. Let me tell you why, Extraordinarily bad service, attitude, and management. Why do people still come to this hospital? This health facility need a reorganization from the start point. Unpunctual doctor with bad attitude that differentiates patients based on their class, hello, did you forget your Hippocratic oaths?
The nurses and the laboratory staff are extremely rude. The schedules are so disoriented, cancellation of date for certain services such as MRI that already scheduled for 1.5 months didn't get announced and the patient need to do everything all over again (administration and scheduling). What will other patients from a far away cities or even from another provinces do with the sudden cancellation? God, this places need more than a purge in term of the manpower.

Pavilyun Kartika merupakan bagian dari RSPAD GATOT SOEBROTO(masih satu komplek) TNI-AD . Visi misinya sama melayani di bidang kesehatan. Bagi yang Mau DSA bisa di konfirm di Pavilyun Kartika dampak untuk kesehatannya sangatlah besar dan jangka panjang, tentunya untuk kesehatan sangatlah mahal. Tapi yang penting sehat. Dokter profesional, perawat selalu on time melayani baik terjadwal atau tiba tiba diperlukan, respon sangatlah baik. Fasilitas parkiran luas sekali. Pokoknya disini recomended deh.😊
