First and last time being here. Here is my personal review and opinion:
I’ve waited for more than an hour to see the doctor in the emergency room which I thought it was too long, they gave me sanmol, warm water, and asked me to lay down while waiting. They said that the doctor still taking care a kid who got accident. I dont know how many doctor they actually have, probably only one doctor in the emergency room. I complained for waiting more than an hour, right after that, the doctor visited me.
The doctor didnt explain what actually happened to me (is it a normal fever or an infection or whaat?). The anamnesa question was not that comprehensive and complete too. She didnt ask detail question like “did the fever getting worse in the night?” she just said if i still have the same condition within the next 2 days, i need to do a blood test. I got a sore throat (quite painful) and worry about the infection but the doctor only prescribed me with paracetamol and throat pain killer, no antibiotic.
The doctor also wrote a wrong letter which i ended recognized it and asked to change the letter before i signed it.
To be honest, I’m not really satisfied because i didnt get a proper explanation about what actually happen and waited for too long. Thanks.

I would like to make an appointment for my wife to see a doctor, but the phone is not working. Also, online booking is not working. What is going on with this hospital? Please improve.
On my first pregnancy, I'm glad that I choose this hospital for my monthly check up and this place also gave the warmest ambience and the greatest service. Thumbs up for the doctors, doulas and nurses. Thank you for giving me the best experience.
I can't say much because i came here just to had Antigen-Test. But yea, this hospital is a bit old from the look of it, perhaps a little make up will make it better, also the floor here truly had many dent that everytime a table-trolley stroll pass it will create annoying sound lol
I got worse service in IGD especially with the nurses. It doesn’t have any chance or solution for the patient who used to BPJS. I’m sorry to say but this is truly WORST and RUDE, PLEASE manager TEACH the nurses how to speak NICELY with CALM to the patient. Hopefully never been to the hospital again for next time That’s it. 🙃☹️ thanks
Gave birth to my second child here. Am in awe about the hospitality of the staffs. From the doctors, nurse/midwife, to the janitor and lunch lady, they all were very warm and friendly.
It is also a moslem friendly hospital. Almost all of the female doctors and nurses wear a veil. And the canteen put Halal before everything else.
The only downside I could think about is not enough parking space for cars. And sometimes you could hear the nurses chit chatting and laughing loudly in the nurse station next to tribuana room way past the bedtime. Please keep the voice down, the only thing I want after hours of labor is a good night sleep.
