This is a wonderful bank. The management and staff make you feel welcome. They are always very friendly. Excellent service! They always rectify any issues I may have in a quick manner and are very professional and pleasant. I would like to mention Angela Potter, Princyana Hudson & Leyou Abdulkadir. They go above and beyond for the needs of their clients. As soon as you enter, the manager Mrs. Potter greets you with a wonderful smile and guides you in the right direction for whatever issue you may have. They are a great representation of your company. Been waiting here for one hour and 5 minutes still not served. I was told it would be 20 minutes but hey if y’all don’t have workers don’t waste peoples time. To just see the teller Kiel one hour is insane.

Drove to their office in DC to deliver check in person yesterday. They promised to deposit it in two hours. Two days passed, still no deposit in the account. When calling, they do not even pick up calls. I completely agree with the previous review: "They don't care about customers at all"

Went on Valentine’s Day to open an account. Staffs are welcoming and nice. Very polite and patient. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews but my experience was wonderful.

I had an appointment today at 10am, with a banking associate, and no one was there. I waited until 10:30 before I called it quits. All of the signage points to opening at 10, and we even received a call on Thursday confirming the appointment. I hope my next trip isn't a waste of time

Bank of America location opens at 10:00am. It is now 10:20 and there is not a soul there, doors are locked, can’t even get in to use the ATM. **it said on the door and on the BOA website that it opened at 10 as their adjusted hours**

I hate to give bad reviews and I believe it is actually my first one. I hesitated to write it but I hope it can to be useful for customers who can still avoid wasting their afternoon with untrained and unsupervized staff at this place. We spent painfully and unnecessarily long hours with someone who clearly did not seem to know what they were doing. It's okay if some staff need to be trained, but then they need to be supervized and not left alone with customers. Of course, this lack of professionalism raises concerns especially when it comes to banking.

Be mindful if you go to this bank that you must at least have 30 minutes or more of your time just to complete basic transactions. The teller took over 30 minutes and it was only 2 of us waiting to be serviced. In addition to the manger walking passed asked me what I needed and didn’t even help or try to assist the teller. This long wait caused me to get a ticket. Won’t go to this bank ever again. Cashed a check and now have to pay a $50 ticket

"By appointment only". Never been sent away from our local Scottrade branch, but almost every time TD Ameritrade tells me to go home and call them instead. IDK why I still bother. There are some questions however easier to talk with someone in person.

Slow and unresponsive service.

Previously with Scottrade, they had a specific local branch taking care of your account. And when you call, someone will immediately pick up the phone and help you.
With TD Ameritrade, there is no local branch linked to your account. And when you try to call a local branch nearby, you can't reach ANYONE! You are forced to enter an extension number (how on earth do I know if you don't include that in my account, which by the way, Scottrade did), or you will be transferred to customer service, where you will hold forever and no one answers your call.
By the way, the reason I called them is that I submitted a form online, but received no email confirmation or any traceable clue in my account.

I requested money working on Friday and dropped wiring form to the office. And called several times. The wiring hasn't happened on today Wednesday. Very slow and very unprofessional.
