I was so glad that I made the decision to contact ROOT Financial. While I had watched many many educational sessions from James and Ari, I learned in more detail about their Sequoia system and got the answers to my questions on how their approach in Retirement planning fits with our retirement goals. I had the pleasure to be in a Zoom call with none other than Ari himself - I'd say one of the most relaxed and no-pressure-sessions I had during our last 18 months, talking to various Financial Advisors. Ari, thank you for your time. Really appreciate it !

How bad IS your customer service??! I spent days trying to set up a 401k for my employees. I got a nice proposal from the company that you subcontract that out to. When I asked for a contract to review I was told repeatedly. No. So I called Merrill Lynch. Through multiple phone calls I was transferred from person to person because apparently there is no actual department to help ACTUAL small business owners. So thanks. I dodged a bullet. But screw you for wasting hours of my time.
Very professional agent, I appreciate his communication and helping me make a decision on a policy that fits my needs. He also helped me roll over my 401k with ease.
Jay is without a doubt one of the most savvy and detail-oriented professionals I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I wish I could give 0. Have 0 respect for their customers. I had an appointment at 2:30 and the person kept us waiting for 25 minutes and eventually we had to come back. Why the hell you give out appointments if you can't respect it

I am writing this review because I have had great experiences with the tellers at this branch. I worked with tellers Sara and Alicia a few times, both are very professional and knowledgeable when I had questions. This level of professionalism is increasing rare around this area. To top it off, Sara has a great sense of humor. Their manager Jacqueline is also ultra helpful/nice.

Without a doubt I highly recommend Jacqueline and her team for your daily banking needs!

Had an appointment on 2/24/23 at 1pm to change my name and apply for a new debit card. I was told that my card with the new name will arrive in 5-7 days. Called on 3/9/23 to follow up on my new card and was told the card has NEVER been issued. Can you please explain that?
Awful experience. So disappointing I suggest nobody opens an account with them. Service is below par.
I've been banking with boa for nearly 20 years... very minimal need for interaction.

Today I walked in to withdraw $100 cash and was refused. They asked me to produce an ID from 2005 ... in 2023 as I didn't have my debit card... or pay a transaction fee to use my credit card.

They have at least 5 customer service reps... not doing anything just talking to each other I'm the only customer service and they aren't willing to problem-solve a solution.

Very very very disappointed served by Alica and Jacqueline... ignored by the rest.
Everything must be done through their call center, you can do literally nothing in internet banking. That means a LOT of spelling and if you make a mistake you loose your money.
While they claim their numbers are toll-free I got charged $160 for calling them. When raising this with the customer support I was assured it will be solved and that a ticket has been filed. After three months and several escalations the ticket has been silently closed without even telling me.
Walked in here late in the day and the lovely staff made time to meet my wife and I right before closing to help us set up our account. Joseph was a consumate professional and very engaging. Had an absolute pleasure working with him and were it not for us moving soon I would continue to come to this location just for his services. One of the best experiences with BoA that I have ever had.

This location BofA considers true cost cutting, they should seriously consider closing this branch. It doesn't serve the purpose.

I waiting 20 min for make appointment for open a new account and workers just don’t care about customer waiting without answers

The agent is very knowledgable in his product options, which made all the difference in helping me to make life long decisions.

Legacy Care Wealth went above and beyond with specific and concrete suggestions to help me optimize my investments. Although I am not a high net worth individual, they treated with me with great patience, care, and respect. I have been very pleased with the assistance I've received from Legacy Care Wealth over the past few years. My husband and I approached them in 2014 when we were nearing retirement age. This is what pops up when i search for Inspired Vision Accountancy. Apparently the owner has multiple names he uses for the same location. Anyway, I am very disappointed with the lack of service provided. Initially, i was happy with Mr. Colen when we initially met to do my taxes. However, he proved to be unreliable and possibly sketchy by meeting me, taking all my personal information then never following up nor responding to my email. I feel very uncomfortable with this situation and have been monitoring my financial and consumer reports as he basically has everything he'd need hack into my private information. I'm not saying he would, just that its leaves something to wonder considering how unprofessional he has been considering the sensitivity of his work.
My wife and I joined SFA about 2 years ago. Before then we knew very little about investing and budgeting, and we weren’t very confident in our retirement plan. SFA has completely changed that for us, thanks to the personalized retirement plan that was set up for us.

What was more important for us also was having someone we could reach out to as our lives continue to evolve, and I have to say they are very responsive and easy to get in touch with, either by email, phone or video chat, and in person. That truly makes all the difference.

On a personal note, we are at a point in our lives where we own a home, considering selling, moving to another country, all while also planning to start a family. This is really stressful and daunting to say the least. But SFA has been there the entire way, answering our questions about what to consider regarding our finances, taxes, and everything else that comes a major life change like this.

Highly recommend SFA and can’t say enough good things. Thank you!
