We owned stock in a company that we merging into another company, we revived a package from Georgeson, i made the mistake of signing it and they tried to take 25% of our stock as a service fee for this. Very deceiving and a big ripoff. It was my fault for not reading the fine print. They should be out of business and are a giant ripoff, trying to take advantage of people not reading the fine print
