What a fantastic team!!! Not only were they so accommodating to my son’s appointments and even urgent last minute bookings, the team is just so friendly to deal with. They treated my kiddos so well, and we felt very taken care of.

Alex has been amazing! She went above and beyond by dropping off my glasses to the Terwillegar location since she knew it would be a shorter drive for me for me to pick them up from there instead. All the staff have been nice as well but just wanted to give a special shout-out to her:)

They ruined my $800 lenses (I have a very high prescription). I was there for an appointment and asked for my glasses to be cleaned, a moment later the optical assistant returned with my glasses and a waiver as my glasses weren’t from there. I was asked to sign for her to proceed. Before signing I asked what the waiver was for, the answer I received was ‘in case we break your frame, but I’m not going to break your frame’. I put my glasses on (perfectly fine at this point) and signed agreeing to the disclosure regarding the frame (no mention of potential damage to lenses). She returned my glasses to me 10 minutes later, immediately something was off, there was a blurry spot in my vision. Upon closer inspection, there were hazy spots on both of my lenses (left worse than right), when I asked what caused the damage I was assured they didn’t damage them, when I pressed for more answers (clearly something happened while they were being cleaned!) I was shown my signed waiver and told the best they could offer me was 15% off to replace them-all the while denying that they caused any damage. The owner was away when this occurred, so one of the managers offered to bring it to his attention when he returned 5 days later. Thankfully I had an old pair of glasses to wear as mine were unusable. I waited to hear what the resolution would be, once he returned to the office I was informed the best they would do was 30% off to replace my $800 lenses. I rejected their offer as I did not want to spend any of my money there to replace their damage. The optical business I originally bought my glasses from came through and offered me 50% off of replacement lenses (and they didn’t even cause the damage!). It is also beyond me why they need to have a waiver signed to clean a pair of glasses in the first place— clearly they have had issues in the past. It is really unfortunate this happened as I had had GREAT experiences with the optometrists here, but don’t let them clean your glasses!

Saloni helped me with vision testings as well as training me for first time use of contact lenses. She was very friendly, kind, helpful and patient through out the whole process. Highly recommend beyond vision mill wood.

I was able to find 2 pairs of glasses within my budget. The quality and service was beyond anything I have ever experienced at an optical clinic. Janvi was very helpful and professional. She was able to pick out frames to my exact liking and made the process much smoother. Highly recommend!!

My contact lens got lost in my eye lol. I was not able to flush it out and I called the shop just before closing to see if there was a Dr who could help me. Dr. Choi stayed and waited for me to arrive. She was extremely thorough in her exam and made sure everything was okay. My eye was super irritated and she recommended the appropriate care. Her staff who were there were all super friendly and accommodating as well.

Dr. Sharma is a great optometrist. He is knowledgeable, competent and makes you feel at ease with any questions or concerns. His employees are also kind and courteous. My whole family goes to see him at his beyond vision millwoods clinic.

Very accommodating and friendly especially Jowen, Michelle and the young male who helped me look for a specific sun glasses. This is why I dont mind driving for 2hrs just to get my eye examed and glasses here.

I came in needing a pair of glasses, and she was super patient trying on at least 30 pairs till we found a good one. She was very helpful!

Worst shop ever. Recommended a pair of cheap plastic frame and single vision lenses and costed me 350 for my 8 year old. Later talked to an optician working at another shop. He told me it cost 1/3 at Costco.
The frame broke in 6 months btw. What kind of low life rip off little kids?

This is a really awesome experience. I would like to buy a pair of sunglasses here. Once I got inside, people working there were so nice and showed me many choices and helped me with the best one. With the best smiling face in the world, the young girl helped me for examine the eyes. The doctor was even nicer to explain my eyes and related things. He was very patient and gentle, professional and knowledgeable. I have learned a lot by short meeting with him. Such a nice gentleman! He also told me that my eyes were really healthy which relaxed me. Because I worried too much about my eyes, I replied on my one good eye too much. The boss was a very nice lady, she patiently and nicely helped me about everything. I felt like at home when I stayed there. When I talked about my health card without a plastic bag, she immediately gave me one for free. Such a kind and nice lady. I love being their customers. After just two days, my sunglasses are ready. Actually, this is one of my best shopping experiences in the past. Very cheerful!

A very infuriating experienced! how terrible the service is! me and my wife were there on time for our eye examination, and suddenly a man and his family were late fore more than 30 minutes cuts our que. I told one of the staff that you’re cutting our line for a late patient, but, she went straight to the optometrist to arrange what the guy needs. To make it worst, the optometrist accommodated the guy and his family in front of us. If they could only ask in a good manner. Thank you for assisting your new clients with such manner.

We have had great service and great prices from the Optical Shop. For what I paid for new lens in my old frame, I was able to get a new pair of glasses PLUS top line lens. They have great prices (better than Hakim and better selection as well). Their service has been outstanding as well. We had a problem with the lens in our new glasses. They sent them back and got it fixed - no problem. I am happy to recommend them - they seem more than fair and great people to deal with as well!
