I can't say enough good things about CityPets!!! My dog had a VERY bad experience with another groomer as a puppy and since, it has been a nightmare any time he needs to be groomed because the poor guy is just so scared. Every single member of the CityPets staff has been kind and patient with us. While Zeus still isn't happy about being groomed, it's a much better (and safer) experience now that we go to CityPets. Special shout out to groomers Taylor and John who have been amazing to work with. Taylor has given me actionable steps to work on with my dog at home to make the process easier and most importantly safe for Zeus. Bottom line, if you're looking for expert and kind care/grooming for your "furbaby", this is the place to go!
Our pup wasn’t in the best shape when we took him to Dr.Boyd, but he gave us reassurance and a plan on what to do to help. Although he did ultimately pass, both us and Dr.Boyd feel better knowing that we did our best.

The price you can’t beat if you’re concerned. Dr.Boyd and his team are understanding and give advice to pet insurance or pet places to loan if it is a bit pricey.

Took my dog here for about 2 years since they are in my neighborhood. Everytime I took my dog in we always saw a different vet, and some have been very inexperienced. On my most recent visit, I was up charged for a bunch of tests for my dog with inclusive results and a misdiagnosis. I was able to more accurately diagnose him using Google. But trusting the vet I took home their medicine they recommended and trusted them. My dogs infection got out of control over the next couple days and I had to take him to OSU ER. The doctor there said my dog never should've been prescribed the medicine 614 city pets prescribed, and said that it shouldn't of even been prescribed to treat the "diagnosis" they gave him. A year earlier from a previous visit my dog suffered complications post surgery because his stitching was not done properly. There´s been multiple occurrences where I had to ask for blood work or test results multiple times. The Staff and doctors are all really nice and they do really care, but for the prices they charge and the quality of service and expertise, I feel there are better options in Columbus.
I want to give a big shout out to this place. I have been afraid to try new facilities after some very awful experiences with local places.
While this was not the cheapest pricing, I could not have asked for better care. As a caretaker of a colony, everyone treated my little one with care and respect, and also paid sensitivity to my situation in taking care of TNRs.

There are plenty of vets in Columbus that can give much better care for much cheaper. We took our retriever in for a cough and they did not give us any medication for it. The cough continued to get worse over 2 weeks and when we called the office, they said we would have to bring him back in, do a repeat exam, and get 3 chest X-rays to get medication. So after all of this he ended up having pneumonia and we were charged for the repeat visit and exam. Very disappointed in how they handled that situation.
SUCH A NICE GUY. My dog had a random growth on his neck he is 1yrs old we made a appointment sunday and was able to see him monday. Doctor gave him medicine and day one of using it the growth turned FLAT. In the next few days of using it was just a tiny speck on his neck and it was very affordable going to him for the first time. IF U HAVE THE CHANCE TO TRY THIS VET OUT DO IT

The whole staff at Bexley Animal Hospital is outstanding. They get to know your pet, are happy to see you return for wellness check ups and are there for you when your family pet has a problem. I wouldn't take my pups anywhere else!
I have only had my new dog for a few weeks, but GVVH made us feel very welcome as soon as we walked through the door. They were patient, accommodating, and kind. Highly recommend!

Finally found a great veterinarian that genuinely cares and doesn't make you feel like you're just another customer. Dr Moran and staff make you feel at home. They listen, they are kind and personable, they provide solutions that work, and are affordable.

The vet is very thorough and caring with all of our animals. The staff are very professional, sweet, and helpful. Our Oliver LOVES all of the staff there.
I cannot say enough good things about everyone at CityPets614. We’ve been coming here for almost a year and we consistently receive excellent care, and every person working there is kind, knowledgeable, compassionate, and eager to help. But our visit today was particularly special. We just went in for routine vaccinations for my poodle, but the staff were so incredibly invested in my dog’s overall health and wellbeing that we ended up receiving comprehensive training advice and guidance for how we can make vet visits, grooming, and day to day training more comfortable and less scary for my dogs who struggle with anxiety. Taylor, in particular, blew me away with her knowledge of dog behavior, health, and grooming, as well as her thoughtfulness, and patience and compassion towards me and my dog. She took extra time (like, 30+ minutes!) to sit with my dog for as long as she needed to be comfortable and allow petting. She celebrated my dog, loved on her, and took the time to get to know her and offer all the support and help we needed for future appointments and grooming. Taylor was also incredibly resourceful and then connected me to her colleague at CityPets, Kaysea, who is absolutely an expert trainer, to support us with our training needs when I mentioned what we are working on. Kaysea then listened to me and offered incredibly insightful training advice on how to make progress with my dog. We made a plan to do “happy visits” so my dogs can drop by and get comfortable with the vet, as well as long term training plans to work on my dog’s anxiety. If anyone out there has a dog who is less than excited to be at the vet, make sure you go to Citypets. Ask for Taylor and Kaysea. By the end of our appointment, my dog was relaxed, sleeping, and playing with her toy in the exam room. Absolutely amazing. It feels so good to receive excellent care from thoughtful professionals, and Taylor and Kaysea and the front desk staff went above and beyond today with me to meet all my needs. My dog and I are so grateful. 14/10 ⭐️
Took my 7-year-old Bo-chi here for suspected bloat and was seen within minutes. Examining doctor was thorough and to the point.
Very clean, professional and respectful staff, pricing is not bad either. Very affordable for most folk, I'd say.
Location is easy to miss going down Parsons so keep an eye out!

I am not a client of Obetz, but I did call and make inquiries for a friend of my daughter's who is looking for a vet. I was lucky enough to speak with Hannah. I was a little nervous about how she might react to my questions about pricing and appointments, but she was very professional and kind and answered all my questions. I will be recommending Obetz to my daughter's friend.
Always bring my dog (rottie) here. They do a pretty good job of handling him and treating him like the big baby he is 🐶

Well staffed so you typically don't wait long to get an appointment. I love that they have a separate entrance for cats! Dr. Cotton really has a way with animals. She did a great job calming Callie while examining her and she explained our options thoroughly. Highly recommend! Prices were reasonable.
Our dog was a patient at GVVH for 13 years. They are wonderful! All of the staff is incredibly knowledgable, kind, and compassionate. We recently had to say good-bye to our good boy and they were so amazing and comforting.
They took us to an exam room with comfy blankets, tea light candles, a plethora of dog treats, whipped creams, cheese whiz, and water for Fisher. There were chocolates and bottled water for me. They gave me a ringer to push when we were ready for sedation. They were so patient and kind. They also put us in touch with ForeverFriends for cremation services.
I will forever be grateful for their kindness and compassion to our sweet boy and us during both his life and journey over the rainbow bridge.

my cat had an upper respiratory infection and the emergency vet charged me $400 for eye ointment that only made his eye worse and prolonged his struggles for 5 days. i took him to dr kahan and he started him on new medication today for a great price and its made such a huge improvement within 12 hours. thank you dr kahan for caring for my baby :)
I take my Golden here to be groomed by Val. Val and Jackson are wonderful and welcoming! Charlie always looks great. Dr. Flores is a colleague that I respect very much; she's a wonderful veterinarian!

Our dog loved his first visit at the vet with German Village Vet Hospital! The team all treated him like family and helped him feel so comfortable. They answered our (numerous) questions about taking care of our new dog and were so helpful.
We have a kitty, Mango, who has had issues with hotspots on her belly her whole life. Normally it just caused her to have a bald belly. Recently, it got so bad to where she had infections and was wearing a cone. We have taken her to vets in the past who just gave her anxiety pills/antibiotics and told us to keep the cone on her.
Dr. Gibson is like no other vet I’ve met. She has spent so much time thinking of multiple solutions and every possible way to get poor Mango free from the cone. She not only has immense knowledge on treatment plans, but also genuinely cares about the quality of life. Mango is so close to being out of a cone now, is so close to being healed, and it is thanks to Dr. Gibson that she has come this far.

The receptionist was really rude. She explained the flea med to me and said several times like I said with an attitude. I called to complain about her and the manager didn't have any concern just kept saying they have new flea meds available I told her no thank you I won't be back. However, the grooming people there are good that's the only time I will come.

Our dog, Aster, had her first vet appointment at City Pets today with Dr. Burdick. We couldn’t be happier with her and the staff! Everyone was very sweet with her and took the time to hear all of the details of her recent sickness and medical history. Aster can be shy and fearful but she was still smiling after she got her shots! Dr. Burdick had some great suggestions for us on how to manage her allergies, and was very clear about outlining our care options and costs. With the symptoms she was experiencing, any vet facility could have recommended expensive testing and X-rays, but I was happy to see a more rational approach to her symptoms. We’ll definitely be back!
Im so thankful for them and their sympathy for me and my pet. Which I did not get from other vets I called. They were booked for the day and I told them how sick my dog was and they fit me in within an hour!! The front desk gentleman (wish I remembered his name) was so polite and kind. He was the calm to my storm! Thanks again
WOW! I have never met a more professional place!! Dr. Flores and her staff go above and beyond. They are honest and fair. My cat went it for a bump on his head to finding out he had a cyst on his neck. They acted fast came up with a plan and treated him. They treated me with respect and made sure Harry was fine the whole time. I am so grateful for them.

After receiving a substantial quote (Thousands) from my veterinarian for several tooth extractions, I reached out to friends for alternatives, and they recommended Elemental. I was incredibly stressed going into this after finding my boy cat had multiple teeth that needed to be removed and he was in pain, right during the holiday season. The staff was very polite, informative, and took so much stress out of this situation. The cost was a fraction compared to my normal vet. He was fully recovered in just few days, with zero issues after having 8 teeth removed. He immediately showed a dramatic change in his personality, it’s hard to believe how much. A month later and he is super playful, more than all his years before. He is also a very vocal boy now, I can tell just how much better he feels everyday. This was my first and only experience so far, but will return and recommend to others!
10 Star!!!! , I'll explain why ......In Michigan my dog developed skin cancer 6 months after being misdiagnosed with pancreatic cancer when she really only had food allergies and stomach ulcers. I started driving down to Columbus for her vet care And it was Dr. Gibbson who figured out what was really going on with my dog's blood sugar and found the skin cancer. In addition Dr. Gibson is a very progressive vet and is on top of new treatments. She sent the skin cancer tumor to a pharmacy who turned it into a vaccine and gave it back to my dog making her immune to that particular type of cancer. As you can imagine the whole year was an emotional rollercoaster trying to figure out what my dog needed and preparing for the possibility of her death multiple times. While trying to figure out how bad the skin cancer had spread and if putting her through all the tests and treatments would add quality to her life Dr. Gibson was very compassionate and answered my questions with patience and a lot of consideration and informed me of my options without judgement or pressure. Throughout this process there were a few questions she would tell me that she didn't currently know the answer and that she would make calls and get right back to me with more information which I valued so much. Dr. Gibson took the time to sort through the details and help me figure out what my dog truly needed for quality of life even down to her diet. My dog is 12 years old and is now cancer free and thriving with so much playful energy that people think she's only 3.
Best vet I've ever had! The animals are the priority and they never try to get you for extra money. My animal always gets better after seeing them and he doesn't have to take multiple visits to fix whatever the issue may be. They're professional and have a great staff!
I have taken all my animals here an my daughters have all their animals here yesterday 1/17/24 we had my daughters cat Harley fixed there an as usual they did awesome I had all my cats fixed all my other animals have always went there my mother in law takes hers there my yorkie daisy has allergies to everything an I just can assure you that this place is worth every penny and low cost they are just so wonderful. If I could give 6 Stars I would. Dr Gibson & staff are awesome, knowledgeable & caring professionals. They've treated our cat under "normal" (r gurl can be a challenge) & near emergency conditions. If you're looking for a vet, you won't find a better one!

I've been going to Chittenden for years with my kitty and they have always been kind and helped me make the right decisions for my lil buddy. I brought a stray here who I had been nursing back to health for 5 months in hopes of adopting, and unfortunately found out he was FeLV positive and had to be rehomed to protect my cat. I've always recommended Chittenden to people with pets, but this past visit solidified it for me. They showed me and my kitties immense amounts of care and kindness, and checked in on me afterwards. They made a really rough night just a little bit more palatable and I am extremely grateful for that. Peanut, Oyster, and I love Chittenden Vet!
Dr. Turley and his staff have taken great care of my two cats for the past few years - we’ve been for a variety of regular check ups, a neuter surgery, and even some visits for non-emergency kitty illness. I have always had all my questions answered and my cats beautifully taken care of. Dr. Turley is highly knowledgeable and I always feel I can trust his medical recommendations to be in the best interest of my animals.

Doctor C is sincerely the best and most caring vet we’ve ever had (5 cats and 4 dogs over the years) and the whole staff is top notch!

Obetz Animal Hospital has taken care of my dogs, 3 of them, for almost 30 years. Two have passed away, at 15 years old each. I now have a 6 month old puppy, who has had all of her care and shots at OAH. They've always provided only the best care for my dogs. I completely trust them, and recommend them.
Thank you so much, Bexley Animal Hopsital for taking such great care of my buddy Roux! My parents dog stepped in glass on the sidewalk outside of BexleyMart and we rushed Roux right over to the BAH. They were not yet open but the amazing vet tech Abra heard the frantic voicemail we were leaving for them and saw us rushing over and opened up early to take care of our girl. They took such great care of Roux and made sure she was all stitched up and her wounds were cleaned properly. Bexley Animal Hospital went above and beyond to help us. I would highly recommend BAH.

I really like this clinic for my elderly cat. They are always super kind and professional. They treat him very well and they actually listen to what I have to say. They are also very mindful of what types of medicine they give out to the animal which I really appreciate. They even have a cutle little bucket of toys for my cat to pick from at the end of his visit!

All of the staff I have interacted with have been friendly, kind, and helpful. They all know my dog and are happy to see him. He gets excited every time we go (maybe because he can’t tell if it’s the vet or daycare lol), but even vet appointments are tolerable because he gets lots of love and treats.

I called the office and to be honest I was sort of desperate- I didn’t know who I expected to talk to or what I expected them to say, but I didn’t want to go into bringing another pet home blindly. The office person quickly got Dr. Chapman who spoke to me for 15+ minutes. She listened to my concerns, validated my fears, and comforted and counseled me. She took time out of her day to help me understand whether my home was safe for an animal and whether I could’ve done anything differently. Her compassion and thoroughness made me a lifelong customer here.

My partner and I chose Chittenden Vet Clinic to be our primary vet around when our puppy turned a year old. We chose them because of the positive reviews and the convenience of the location for us. They truly have taken the time to make my dog feel comfortable and safe. She tends to be very anxious but they made it a point to spend some time with her easing her nerves. They had to take blood samples and I really did not think they would be able to do it based off of her skiddish tendencies with other vets. They were able to make her feel comfortable enough to take blood samples which made my partner and i extremely happy. We know our puppy very well and the fact that she trusts them makes me extremely satisfied. Will be recommending to all dog owners I know in the area. Thank you!!!
I have never had a bad experience at Bexley Animal Hospital. I have brought 4 pets here, spanning the entirety of the time I've lived in Bexley. The prices are fair, the staff is compassionate and works above and beyond what is required of them. They go out of their way to make their patients (and their patients' parents!) comfortable and happy.

Dr Gibson is my vet. She is excellent! My cat has multiple health concerns and she has done a wonderful job helping me to manage his care.
It was time to switch vets. Every appointment with our previous vet was stressful. Our Shepard was anxious and not happy. He is generally very sweet and approachable- but they muzzled him every time and wanted to put him under for a general exam. It made my husband and I upset to be told Nino was an “aggressive dog” as they labeled him, because he is not.
After reading the reviews for Chittenden Veterinary Clinic I knew we had to try. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! My husband and I got emotional watching the Dr. sit on the floor and love on our Nino as she examined him. She’s a literal BOSS. It was an experience we never thought we would have.
We wanted to feel a connection with our vet and know they would give our dog the care he deserves and not be afraid of him simply because he is a Shepard. And what we got far exceeded our expectations and hopes. We got an actual conversation and actual care. We have found our Vet and are just so happy.

I began going here when I got a cat in college and lived down the street. It was easy to get convenient appointment times and they have always been helpful and kind and affordable. After moving around and coming back to Columbus with a new furry family member we now drive here from the 'burbs because they do a great job being patient with our anxious dog and really listen to our concerns about our pets.
I can’t say enough good things about them, The staff is all great! They treat you and your pet like family, very caring and compassionate. When the vet came in she explained everything thorough! And I was surprised that the services weren't expensive at all. I will be returning and referring friends and family. Lizzie and I thank you!
Everyone in Chittenden Clinic is amazing.They always super nice, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and you can tell the love and caring for animals is why they're there. Special shout out to wonderful dr.Cunningham, Josh for hands-on care and solid plan for future treatment. I called over the weekend because my three year old golden doodle had a place on her leg (hot spot) and was trying to figure out where I could take her. After using google this place popped up and the reviews were all wonderful so I called and left a message. He called me back on Monday and I was able to get her in after work. He was the nicest person and we had a wonderful conversation. You can tell he is passionate about animals and helping others. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely be back. I left very satisfied.
I took my puupy there last week for the first time. I love that they allowed me to come in with him as it was his first vet appointment since I brought him home. Everyone was nice and welcoming. My husband and I found the staff at Elemental Vet Clinic to be very professional, caring, and accommodating. To say Dr. Sean Surman is an exceptional veterinarian would be an understatement. He helped us care for our aging dog who had a plethora of unique health conditions when we moved to Columbus and needed to re-establish veterinary care. Dr. Surman and the team at Elemental were so incredibly kind, accommodating, & informative when we had to put our dog down when his health took a turn for the worse. I am forever grateful for their kindness & generosity through a VERY difficult situation.
Dr. Kahan welcomed us for an appointment when we didn't have an established visit that day and took such good care of our dog. He was highly personable and we will be back for his care!
I took my euro doby here to have his ears done. I was skeptical at first. After his ears were done I returned 3 times for follow up postings (no additional cost). He told me before that it could take more but I was happy at that point. I would use them again. Thank you
The groomer here is awesome. Our German wired hair pointer never feels anxious or nervous coming here. We have taken her here twice and every time the groomer has nailed it! No extra hidden charges and reasonable prices for grooming.

Dr. Gibson and her staff are incredible. They spend so much time with us and our puppy at every visit. Dr. Gibson makes sure we are well educated with all things dog related so we can take the best care of our dog. We are grafeful for her and her team and we are thankful she is right in our neighborhood. Their phone lines are set up to where if you have an emergency with your pet, you can contact Medvet directly if they are not available. This is always the best way to handle your sick animal for acute care needs. Thank you for caring so much! Jen Morrison
I am unfortunately writing at the end of my experience with Bexley Animal Hospital. I lost my boy last week after 15 amazing years.
And he made it that long because of the incredible care and dedication of this office. They helped him live out every day, walking, playing, and scrapping the entire time.
Our lives were better because of them, and I can’t think of higher praise for a vet office.

Our poodle was 15 years old and had become very lethargic within a matter of a few months. I read the reviews here and brought Jonah to see the vet. It was determined Jonah was basically old and wasting away. The vet here is very caring, "old school", and takes time and care with you. This was such a "sensitive" time and something our family had never encountered before.. We ended up putting him down and it was very emotional for us, but with the sensitivity, care, compassion, and experience this vet had was priceless. Especially for the times we live in! He even called me a few days after Jonah had passed to make sure we were doing alright, I so appreciate that special touch!!!

With our healthy buddies they always listen to our questions and answer in full, they take a preventative approach which we love and it feels more like "the family doctor" than most vets!

The groomer here is amazing! My girl has never been groomed becomes this and is very nervous around new people. Groomer said she did great, which was a huge shock to me! She seems to be very relaxed after what I thought would be traumatic for her. Great job!
Dr. Kahan has been our vet of choice for over 25 years. He is the most compassionate professional I've come across in this field. I highly recommend him to anyone who has fur-family. We continue to bring our pets to Dr Kahan even though it's now an hour drive one-way. He is the best.
This was my first visit today, my 2 sibling cats; Samson and Naomi needed to desperately be seen for ear infections. My expectations were met above and beyond !!

As I found out more problems were occurring with my cats, the tears became uncontrollable and again they were there to help. All staff was great with keeping my babies comforted. Within a short hour, all issues had been addressed and my babies were already feeling better.
The point to my long story is; at a time I thought maybe I was losing my cats, a very special and dedicated team stepped in to help. Dr. Gibson is an angel for talking through everything with me, helping me to understand. She is here to help, not make a dollar.
As for Brian; he loved my babies as if they were his own. He loved all over them and I can’t thank this office enough for giving me hope and a smile.

I can't say enough about Dr. Gibson and her staff! They were so good with my Yorkie who had an impacted toenail and absolutely hates her feet being touched. They worked with my budget and still gave us great care and I appreciate that so much! They are very caring and obviously love animals, I'll definitely go back.
I highly recommend this vet to anyone in the area. Dr. Gibson goes above and beyond to make sure that your pet is well taken care of and makes sure to look at issues from every angle. My dog was sick with Lyme's disease and it was an extremely scary situation for me, but both the vet and the staff were extremely friendly and comforting and helped my puppy get better in no time. Dr. Gibson even called to check up on my pup a week after our visit to make sure that he was doing OK. I am well pleased with their service and appreciated the personalized care and attention. Your pet could not be in the better hands!
