The store has definitely improved since the last time I was in. More stock, less messy. However there was an older/elderly employee (I assume manager) who was incredibly rude to me and the employee helping me at the cash register today. I was buying two small trash cans and I denied a bag. The woman came up and touched my cart, so I smiled and thanked her (believing she was removing it for me). Instead she looked at me with a dead stare, turned her gaze to the cashier, aggressively grabbed a bag and forced it into her hands, demanding she put the trash cans (which were already in my arms) in the bag. I didn’t want to waste plastic, as I was parked very close, and was already holding the dang things, but the unpleasantness of this woman seemed like it wouldn't be worth arguing. I apologized to the cashier because I know how these employers are. Looking for things to insult/pick on for no reason other than boredom and ego.

You can’t help but enjoy shopping at Burlington on top of that. They have a layaway all year around. It just gets better.

Manager Larry provides poor customer service . On 12/16/24 the cashier forgot to give me one of my bags . Two small items with a value under $9.00. I called the store and was told they did have my items and the cashier realized after I left she forgot to give me my bag. I was told the bag would be held with my name on it . On 12/19 I went in to pick up my bag and they couldn’t find it . Manager Larry told me to go get the same items and he would replace them. I got the items and stood in line again . At the register Larry came over and asked for my receipt ? He never mentioned I needed my receipt and I didn’t even have my purse . I was told my name would be on my bag that they forgot to give me . I never thought I needed my receipt because I was told they would be in a bag with my name on it . Larry refused to give me the items stating it’s company policy that I must provide my receipt before he will replace the items that his associate forgot to give me .So .. they forgot to give me my bag , found it , supposedly put my name on it for me to pick up but lost it and now Larry is saying I need proof to get the items that they forgot to give me . Reminder this is 2 items totaling $8.18 . Larry was very dismissive and repeated that he will replace my items or give me a refund when I come back again with my receipt . Larry definitely needs to be trained in customer service .

I thought not give any star.for corona california store.yesterday i need something no any employe for help overthere.massey store.and my husband bought Charlie perfume like water no smell.only 2 cashier.and.after customer service lady opend.so.same 1 register opened .and customer service lady open.very long line slow employee.may be I stay in line 1 hour.very bad.2.3 years ago was very nice store.manegment.and now very bad.

Everyone were so helpful, called other departments to help me with a battery and just went way out of their way to make sure I received everything right also took battery upfront for me! It was the pm shift because automotive area's was closed but even a worker that was finished with his shift gave me great information! Ty Walmart

If stuff is going to be lock up they need people on stand by to open the stuff up.. I’ve been waiting here for 10 mins and I’m still waiting.. just horrible… honestly would give 0 stars if possible… Came in at 9:20 did get helped until 10:00am

The local Walmart in Corona, CA, had the correct tire size for my vehicle in stock at the best price available. I managed to schedule an appointment and purchase the tires online. With the appointment, it only took about an hour to get all four new Goodyear tires mounted and balanced. The process was seamless.

I went in recently looking for hello kitty Halloween merch. It was my 1st time there and I was excited about the Halloween merch so I took my time looking. I went in after the gym so I was in an old t, etc. The Mgr(possibly) was watching me like a hawk, and as I looked at items near the front she stood in front of the doors staring at me. (Mind u, I'm not a tweeker, nor am I the type to steal stuff.) The cashiers were very pleasant to talk to and polite. However, due to the lady watching me for no good reason, I will no longer be spending my money there. [I gave 1 star for the cute decor, and the 2nd star for the cashiers]

I got here at 8am was told there are 4 cars ahead of me to get an oil change. 2 1/2 hours later they stared on my car. I understand walmart employees are the quickest in the world but how can it take 2 1/2 hours to do 4 oil changes? The price may be a little less then the competition but I don't feel the $ 15 I saved us worth the 2 1/2 extra wait. Had I not spoken to the person in charge I'm sure it would of taken longer. It us how 11am and my vehicle still isn't done.

Larry was dismissive when I requested a deduction from a scuffed/scratched item(see photo of buff snowman ornament).
He lifted his glasses and said he didn’t see any damage and the “scuff” markings came that way. Okay, so you admit it is damaged then?
You’re mocking your customer by giggling and handing it back and walking away as you give your answer.
You’re not offering support, nor making this experience pleasant or helping. Do you even comprehend what customer service means?
Your empathy was lacking, you didn’t listen and there was no problem solving and especially not building any positive habits to assist customers in the future. Why are you in this position if you can’t handle something so simple?
Larry is taking it out on his customers because he is below average in intelligence.
Feedback and other concerns:

Just got out of walamrt, tried to get some detergents (locked) waited for almost 15 mins no body came to help with the keys and they announce it but no one showed up too.
Cashier Wanda was too slow, and unprofessional cause I brought my bag she gave me an attitude kept saying she is the best cashier in store who doesn’t need a name tag.
Hope management pick their employees better and ask them to just do their work.

Strange management team. The lead refused to honor the in-store price on the aisle. After some back and fourth, she agreed to give a discount on only two of the three products I purchased. When asked, she said it was a store policy. I tried looking up the policy and could not find it. Absent of such policies, my guess is that the manager or lead just applied something without fully understanding it. @Walmart, you owe my $1.92 (plus tax and inconvenience) back.

Went today to shop after 12 pm, line was a little long. There was a lady worker up front with two buns in her head like a little girl playing with hangers and not helping customers. I don't know if she was the manager but if she was she should be ashamed of herself. 👎🏻

I definitely love this store awesome stuff and finds .I definitely recommend it to everyone I know . My experience was a 5 star. Very friendly atmosphere as well.Good job to staff on setting and displaying.

I had a great shopping experience at the Corona location, the staff was great and Jose T. loaded my purchased items into my car with care. He took care of customers in the order they were in line with a great attitude and smile on his face.

Staff was very helpful. Picked up a truckload of items to donate to charity. Prices and online shopping with store pickup was awesome

Prices and selections are good. The store is a constant mess, though, and the lines are ridiculous!! Knowing that it's the holidays, you would think they would add some extra cashiers. And make sure you really want it because if you need to return it you need to get in the same line for the cashiers. Both times here recently have left me waiting in line for 40 minutes with only 2 cashiers working. Come on, guys. You know it's the holidays get with the program. And clean up the store a little. It doesn't need to be this messy all the time.

Was at Walmart Super Center Sat 10/28... parking lot was FULL of carts... cart stalls busting out into the driveways, carts stuffed into parking spaces, carts breaking free and ramming into cars....NO ONE was doing cart pick up, associates inside the store milling around doing nothing... do ya REALLY need 4 checking recpts and watching who comes in and goes out when you have a hazard in YOUR Parking Lots?

Thus is a very good Target. Clean and orderly. I do have to say the grocery selection leaves a little to be desired if you are looking for specific brands. For example, they have plenty of coffee creamer options, but my mom specifically likes Chobani Vanilla creamer, which is not stocked. Not a complaint, just an observation. I enjoy shopping here.

The store is conveniently located at the crossings shopping center. With a Starbucks inside the store. A very well organized store. Huge variety of products. Helpful staff.

April the Manager and Effie a customer service rep.aggressively attacked me while I was paying for my items. Effie walked over went deep down into my bag and removed my item in which I scanned and was paying for. The manager came over and visually saw on the screen that I had in fact scanned. The manager did not care nor did she reprand Effie as she stated, " just don't buy it" I asked for my money back and I left and I will never shop at any Walmart again as they are very low-class and very uneducated workers.

Walmart usually has everything in stock. They have a wide selection for you to choose from. Clean and easy to access.

Walmart has almost everything you may may need. The staff is very friendly. We ran into john. John was funny and helped us find the items we needed. John even walked us across the store to make sure we found what we were looking for. Plenty of self checkouts to get you back on the road quickly.

Toy department is a mess..I came across theft all over. Doesn't anybody zone anymore. I used to work for the company 25 years ago, and toys used to be always well stocked and zoned. What happened? You need to get somebody over there and clean it up. Also, start checking under shelves and lock them down. People are hiding stuff. I'm spoken to managers, Supervisors, and Security about this issue at all TARGET stores I've visited. Hidden stuff everywhere. I even wrote a letter to corporate. I'll be sending another. Thanks

This store does not have enough checkers, and relies too heavily on self-checkout. Want to reduce shrink? Get some checkers on your line. I have no interest in doing your job for you, and I will NEVER stop to show my receipt at the door. The store is clean, but I frequently find stocking dollies, bins, and boxes in the aisles. I appreciate the pricing, but the management policies are terrible.

Surfer Boy Stranger Things pineapple jalapeno pizza...you can see the corner in the last photo. Lil Yachty’s pizza! I love finding Lil treats to try. I have to buy a pepperoni and bacon for my son. They also had this value size Miralax which my mom said she's never seen. Clean store and your employee Zaalayka was very helpful! I didn’t know my way around this Corona Walmart.

If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. I ordered a toy online for pick up same day because it was cheaper to order online than buy directly in store. I was at the store and saw they had the item. The store then cancelled the item because it was “out of stock”. This has happened several times. I believe whoever is working same day pick up just cancels the orders when it’s late because they want to clock out for the day. Also, customer service at this store is always awful. I wish there was another target closer to me that I could go to. I also tried to call to tell them the item was indeed in stock since I just got home from target and they absolutely do not answer their phone under any circumstances.

Experience was terrible. Well it was pretty good until I got up to checkout at register 5. While I was trying to explain to the cashier that the machine literally could not hold my card, she blatantly ignored me and played on her Apple Watch instead. I’m a department manager at a retail store in Texas so I understand the annoyance you can feel through the day but I would NEVER treat someone like that. I guess hospitality is just something you experience in any state but California.

During this pandemic, I have grown to appreciate the Drive-Up Service at Target. Easy to use their website/App, service is fast and convenient. But there are quite a few items they show out of stock for pick up and/or delivery. Wishing their friendly staff nothing but the best, to stay safe and sane =)

They never answer the phone, called to see if they had any PS5s in stock they didn't answer, called back like 10 more times still didn't answer. My girlfriend called six times in an hour and no one answered. Called Best Buy, they answered, went there instead.
