Terrible customer service by the young lady on the shop floor. Came out of the store fuming yesterday evening.

Good store, but there prices seem higher then before, its not as cheap as it used to be

Shocking, absolutely no customer service at all. 5 members of staff standing doing nothing, looking bored, not even able to raise a smile, one said they could do with a nap. Meanwhile customers doing their job and even have to remove security tags, if you can find them, if you can’t you set the alarms off and are stopped at the door. So your staff are paid to do nothing all day and your customers have a truly terrible experience. This is not how to succeed in business

Usually very good value but a large number of grey t shirts marked 50% down in sale but at checkout they said they would not sell it at sale price as they were not in sale

They are always so welcoming and friendly at the cafe, and very patient with me when I had a special request. This is my favourite cafe to eat at and my partner and I are there almost every Sunday for breakfast. I can’t rate them highly enough!

Almost found something I liked then realised I didn't like it after all.

Good selection of good brands, plus good selection of budget clothes. Not the biggest Matalan in the world but sufficient for the area.

No fresh fruit and veg, only clothes 😔

I brought a blouse in size 12 for £11.00 today, it was a tad too tight so I went back and got a size 14, the lady said I had to pay £1.50 for the same top but in a bigger size. So because I’m a bigger size I have to pay MORE for the SAME blouse. Is that true because I’ve just looked on line and the same blouse in a size 14 is £11.00. I’m very confused!

Very disappointed with our visit today. Took us 5 minutes to find a member of staff for assistance, waited another 10 minutes for anyone to come. Unfortunately our experience here was ruined by a very rude, unhelpful young man who had no idea what he was on about and then was very abrupt when I asked for a more experienced member off staff.

Not too busy, quite well laid out and a reasonable selection of clothes

Visited the cafe: had a lovely cup of coffee and a great sausage roll.

I went to Marks and Spencer roman Rd malvern today for bra fitting lovely lady called Sharon (H) made me fell lovely she new what I needed and new her job explained why I need size I need show me were in shop to get them from (I bought 3)and were to go on website for colours staff at till was just as nice. Will go again

It’s no Cheltenham or Worcester store however for the purpose of food shopping it’s made our Christmas containing food like fresh duck or proper pork pies which other stores like Waitrose has failed this year. Big thumps up for festive shopping food at I thought reasonable prices for quality.

I visited your Malvern store on Sunday morning with my elderly mother who also suffers from dementia, we had a very nice lady who was very helpful with my mother, as she needed a bra fitting, unfortunately I did not get the lady’s name, but she couldn’t have been any more helpful if she tried. Brilliant service, lovely lady, thank you for making this shopping trip a lot easier than I thought it would me.

Visited the Marks and Spencer café. Roman Way Malvern this afternoon. It looked an absolute bombsite. There was not one table clean, every table was full of rubbish and dirty crockery from previous customers. Staff were oblivious to the mess and seemed unaware of the basic practices of keeping a restaurant clean, such as never return to the kitchen with an empty tray. Plenty of other choice for coffee on the retail park. M and S does not get my vote!

Visited 6th November at 11.30. 70% of empty tables were full of dirty crockery. Only one person on service counter. Long queues. Certain foods and drinks were not available. In toilets only one soap dispenser had soap in it. All very disappointing. Some staff were lethargic and lucky we gave it two stars

Service good ,staff really friendly and helpful. Food hall good but, as is becoming a regular feature of M&S...range of clothing stock limited and old fashioned. Sizing of summer trousers seems a bit off...baggy fit around bottom. Sweaters poorer quality than one would expect. Not impressed.
