Shocking, absolutely no customer service at all. 5 members of staff standing doing nothing, looking bored, not even able to raise a smile, one said they could do with a nap. Meanwhile customers doing their job and even have to remove security tags, if you can find them, if you can’t you set the alarms off and are stopped at the door. So your staff are paid to do nothing all day and your customers have a truly terrible experience. This is not how to succeed in business

I went to the next store this morning, the manageress was wonderful and her assistant was so helpful. It is so rare to have a good shopping experience these days, but they made my day x
