Billing department guyz needs some training they are not able to answer many queries and not cooperating rest staff is nice .. lot of options in one place including kids wear women's and men's good to go for shopping
Great place to shop, so many brands and lots of options to choose from. Saurabh at the billing counter assisted really well. Good staff.
I visited here many times but this counter is always empty. No one bothers to respond to customers. Their staff says we don’t have any store manager and we are running this store without any managers in place. Sad to see this kind of behaviour from a brand like Tata.
You will get all fresh food items especially fruits and vegetables here..best days go visit are Monday to Thursday due to no rush..
Good experience overall always. Good variety across most categories. But lesser no of staff in aisles makes it difficult to get quick help in case of any queries about any items or categories. Also lesser offers.
Nice place for daily needs shopping. Groceries, vegetables, fruits ,dairy products, clothing, kids materials, kitchen materials, laundry materials, sanitary materials etc. All is there under one roof in Seasons mall . Online payment has issues there no internet signal inside this. You can use credit debit cards and sodexo cards also.
I recently had an unfortunate experience at your store that compelled me to share my thoughts. I had interacted with a staff member who quoted me a price of 1999 rupees for a kurta. However, upon considering adding a pant, the total was supposedly 2499 rupees. I confirmed this pricing multiple times and even tried on the products.
Later, when I returned to make the purchase, the staff member who had initially helped me was no longer available, and another employee informed me that I would have to pay separately for the kurta and pants, totaling close to 2899 rupees. This inconsistency frustrated me immensely, as I had clearly communicated what the first staff member had conveyed to me.
In an attempt to resolve the situation, I requested to speak with the store manager. However, to my dismay, both the employees present denied ever mentioning the initial pricing arrangement. The manager sided with his employees, accusing me of not telling the truth, which was both upsetting and disappointing.
I want to emphasize that I was indeed speaking the truth, and the reason I had taken the pants for a trial was because the first employee had clearly stated that purchasing both items together would cost 2499 rupees. As a customer, I expected the manager to understand my perspective and assist in finding a solution, but instead, he questioned my honesty.
This experience left a sour taste, and I ultimately only purchased the kurta for 1999 rupees. It's disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism and integrity in customer service. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement in your store's customer relations.

Well well well. Well Done Star Bazaar. The renovation has done wonders. Brighter, well lit store, wider aisles, easier trolley movement, veggies, frozen items, and meat/poultry sections closer to the checkout counters. The renovated store reminded us of Lulu in Abu Dhabi. Not as big or well stocked as Lulu, but still :-)

I really happy with the quick service given by Tulsi Shop. I urgently needed some specific kitchen containers and was not having the time to go to the shop. I just messaged them and within minutes I got the tings delivered. Super happy with their service.

There is nothing wrong in you explaining your terms and conditions to us. But it all started from your end where you have initiated a rude conversation with my mother. Initially the salesman has given the discount on the product which the person in the counter section did not like. It all started from there. Since then he started behaving rudely with my parents. He only wanted more profits than the product deserved because of which he spoke intentionally rude to us. You better fact check first and then comment whether the review is fake or genuine.

Only positives are, you can get lots of varieties at the same place, staff was cooperative. Otherwise, price wise you will get much better offer online. Even Smart watch that they offer at 69% discount is not actual discount, you will get same watch online at same price. Set up wise everything was same as earlier Central mall. They have just rebranded store with new name and fooling people around.

However the pain in the Star Bazaar at Seasons mall is the billing - where they are understaffed at any point in time. The shop supervisor is generally not around to understand to take decisions to reinforce staff at billing.
They should increase billing counter staff by at least 50% - it's better to have idle staff at their side rather than wasting customer time at the cost of their staffing expenses.

You will get grocery, fresh vegetables, fruits, Meat, Fish, Egg, essential items for daily needs like Soap, Shampoo, Tooth Brush, Paste, Deo, Razor, Food items, Snacks, Biscuit, cold drinks, Dry fruits, Shaving cream, lotion, Suitcase, Clothes, Oven, Sweet Corn, Paratha, Butter, Srikhand and many more items here at very reasonable price. Service, behavior of staff is good. Card payment/UPI is accepted here.

They have great diversity of clothes. Quite expensive but the clothes material justifies it. Staff here are humble. They have a place to store your bags and helmet. Outside there are food stalls where you can get good food as reasonable price.

Central is a good place for shopping of clothes. It has a large selection of brands and offers them at a very good price.
Great place to spend time for shopping with family or group or even alone. They have good collection of clothes along with variety. The variety of brands is also quiet good. They run good offers and discounts throughout the year. Few items can be very expensive and others inexpensive. This mall has 5 floors. Cafeteria is huge. Parking can be easily available. Well maintained and clean premise as well as inside the mall. One of the best among other centrals.
