I visited here many times but this counter is always empty. No one bothers to respond to customers. Their staff says we don’t have any store manager and we are running this store without any managers in place. Sad to see this kind of behaviour from a brand like Tata.
You will get all fresh food items especially fruits and vegetables here..best days go visit are Monday to Thursday due to no rush..
Good experience overall always. Good variety across most categories. But lesser no of staff in aisles makes it difficult to get quick help in case of any queries about any items or categories. Also lesser offers.
Nice place for daily needs shopping. Groceries, vegetables, fruits ,dairy products, clothing, kids materials, kitchen materials, laundry materials, sanitary materials etc. All is there under one roof in Seasons mall . Online payment has issues there no internet signal inside this. You can use credit debit cards and sodexo cards also.
Well well well. Well Done Star Bazaar. The renovation has done wonders. Brighter, well lit store, wider aisles, easier trolley movement, veggies, frozen items, and meat/poultry sections closer to the checkout counters. The renovated store reminded us of Lulu in Abu Dhabi. Not as big or well stocked as Lulu, but still :-)
Overall experience is very good especially after the changes made on the layout. It's more efficient.
However the pain in the Star Bazaar at Seasons mall is the billing - where they are understaffed at any point in time. The shop supervisor is generally not around to understand to take decisions to reinforce staff at billing.
They should increase billing counter staff by at least 50% - it's better to have idle staff at their side rather than wasting customer time at the cost of their staffing expenses.

It's a big departmental store at Seasons mall. You will get grocery, fresh vegetables, fruits, Meat, Fish, Egg, essential items for daily needs like Soap, Shampoo, Tooth Brush, Paste, Deo, Razor, Food items, Snacks, Biscuit, cold drinks, Dry fruits, Shaving cream, lotion, Suitcase, Clothes, Oven, Sweet Corn, Paratha, Butter, Srikhand and many more items here at very reasonable price. Service, behavior of staff is good. Card payment/UPI is accepted here.
