I'm so o the fence about these places sometimes I hate um cause I can't find anything like forever! But then "BAM" they have 3 pack of under armour underwear for $20 bucks! It's like Damn you Scuba Steve!

So first of all I would like to say I usually have had a good experience shopping at this location and so I decided to apply well I did and I got an interview and everything with the hiring manager Kathy , She told me that I was a good candidate and that I should hear back from her in a week so that’s what I did I waited a week or so and I called back and I told her that is there anyway I could start after my trip because I’m visiting my dad because he is having surgery and she was like of course yeah just reapply when you get back, after my trip that’s what I tried to do and I had some trouble with it and so I tried calling the store to speak with her and was unable to get a hold of her left her my number and I even spoke to the GM of the store twice and she didn’t help me at all. They literally had me go through a roller coaster trying to figure out if I had the job or not . Do not apply here at this store at all I would recommend going to either TJ max or marshals for a job

You can find some pretty cool things here. It's a good place to find small furniture and unique decoration and home goods. There is usually something for everyone where it comes to clothes too.

Poor customer service from the store lead. I mentioned that they were out of my size in some things and she didn't offer to have it shipped to me, which I saw on a sign while I was leaving. Also very frustrating that a lot of the tag sizes didn't match the size on the hangers so you have to dig and dig through mountains of clothes/tags to find your size. Might as well just shop on line.

The employee didn’t give me one of the bags with my items in it. I kept calling their number, nobody ever picks up! I don’t live near the store, & going to get it back or refund was a hassle, but I will never visit the store again.

Was in there only 4 hours! I need an assistant 😕 🙄 . I hate shopping, but I had a great shopping experience here. They needed to put on a/c or fan or some type of moving air. I thought I'd pass out waiting to check out. The ppl working here are simply fabulous. Merry Christmas!

I usually don’t write reviews but today was the worst experience with Lexi I’m pretty sure was her name she wears glasses extremely rude I don’t need her to say hi but first she didn’t even look up when she started checking us out which okay she might be having a bad day but then she rings up in item that comes in a 5 pack and we didn’t know since we doing it single with a tag and I come back 5 min later to ask her when I realized and nicely just asked why it was a different price and I guess that bothered her and gave me attitude saying i don’t know others return it I was like oh okay can I just get the refund and then she looked over at her coworker and have her a look and I said there’s no need to give attitude and she answered back giving more attitude and throwing back the money that’s extremely unprofessional I never thought a simple question would bother her for her to act the way she did and manager seemed to not care and didn’t want to give me her name when she walked away it’s upsetting I was with my niece and she had to see all that

Any place that leaves its doors open in hot (or cold) weather has an unnecessariy high electric bill, which means unnecessarily high prices. This is besides not caring about power-plant emissions that contribute to climate change. So recommend not even stepping through their (open) door . . .

We met several kind and helpful employees. That's the exception to the rule in most Marshalls, Ross and TJ Maxx stores. The clothes were more organized than I have seen at other locations. We found great shoes and clothes for my daughter to wear to work. She's petite and has small feet and can be hard to shop for. The dressing room attendant was fantastic. I also found really high end bedding for both of us at great prices. The cashier was nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend shopping at this location.

I’m starting to wonder why anyone would go to a store anymore. There had to be seven employees, all working at the back. No one to help myself or another woman who literally went to drag an employee to the front to check out. Didn’t really have my size, which is not super uncommon. I definitely wondered at what point I should just give up or just leave without paying for my item, which I definitely could have. Online is just way easier.

VERY RARELY do I ever feel the need to leave a negative review but i’m hoping this criticism will prevent future situations where customers are uncomfortable. I love the clothes this brand produces, but the customer service I received was unfortunate. 12/26/22 I purchased multiple items, one of which being a $157 jacket I fell in love with. In store and online there’s a 50% off sale, after confirming with the “store manager” that the jacket was in fact not on sale I purchased full price and went on with my day. That night I went online and seen the same jacket on sale for $77, which also stated this is in store and online discount. A bit irritated that I have to drive back to the store, I did because $77 is a lot of money. I went back 12/27/22. Around 10:45AM I approached the register explained my dilemma and the woman dismissed the inconvenience this caused me and when I asked questions to better understand the process of the return she says, “It’s clear everyone feels like I don’t know what i’m doing today. “ Being taken back by her comment I explained I’m just trying to understand the situation. Then here comes the store manager, I politely corrected him that the jacket was in fact on sale so that he wouldn’t make the mistake again and so that no one else has to take two trips to the store. He completely ignored me and kept doing what he was doing. The woman continued to complain about how overwhelmed she was which is not my problem. It may be a better option to put her in clothing so she can fold and organize rather than have her overwhelmed at the register. Will not be shopping in store again. Horrible experience and I have never felt so uncomfortable in a store before.

Carter was absolutely amazing! He was able to help me with my return, exchange, and show me new items I was interested in so efficiently! Great customer service, in addition the store was fully stocked and clean. Great location!

IF I could give NO stars I would. I payed Donna Lewis USA a visit on Sunday, February 6, 2022. This was after doing research of black owned establishments in Alexandria, VA. After walking in I was not greeted by the gentleman nor lady behind the register. I assumed maybe it was because they were assisting another customer and they would get to me after. Unfortunately, this was not the case. After the "customer" who did not purchase anything left the two (who clearly were working there) begin to talk about inventory and not once take the time to see if I needed help with anything. Some of you may not see anything wrong with this but let me let you in on something. That previous "customer" WHITE! Me was a BLACK customer trying to support a business that was "black owned" clearly was not welcomed. I was ignored and never once given any attention. I would see the gentleman look my way but never did he once try to speak to me or even greet me. I walked around that 4x4 store about 5 times to be sure they saw me and not once did either say a word. My issue with this is don't claim you are "Black Owned" and not treat your potential "BLACK" customers as if they do not exist. And I say potential because I had every intention on purchasing something and putting my black dollar back into MY community. Again if they don't want black dollars they shouldn't promote themselves as a black owned establishment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to go into this place, because, clearly if you look like me you are NOT welcomed!

Store closed 30 minutes early and I was unable to pick up my online order at curbside. We parked and notified the store via the app. When. No one came out I walked up to go in just in case they were busy. The door was locked at 840 when I tried to open it. That was after waiting almost 10 minutes in the parking lot. All the lights were on, to include the register 1 light, but no one would answer the phone or respond. Very disappointed. The shopping items were for a birthday. I rushed to get there before closing only to find they close early. Online schedule hours are listed as open until 9pm. We arrived around 8:35pm.

I found this cute boutique by accident. It’s stylish and attractive so I walked in out of curiosity. The 2 men who worked there, today 16 May 2021, were not helpful. First, they didn’t acknowledge me, but they were quick to acknowledge an older lady who looked sophisticated and rich. I felt really judged. Those 2 men looked at me with contempt that I shouldn’t be in the store because I didn’t look the part or whatever judgement they have in their head. I would shyly just walk around and look... It felt very uncomfortable. I never felt this way when I walked in these types of stores. This incident felt like the scene in the movie Pretty Woman. I always thought these things happened in the movies; quite shocking that they happen in real life. It’s disgusting that this business pick and choose who they want to help.

Needed summer wear. I believe I caught a sale 30 and 20 percent off on selected items. Trying to do my part to keep businesses open! Purchasing online is great but going into the store provided a feeling of getting back to the good old days before March of 2020. Everyone had on a face mask inside the store!🙂

This is a fantastic clothing boutique. Not only are there clothes fabulous but also have a wonderful selection of shoes and yoga wear (especially if you want to look like a fabulous yogis but only dress the part!) The service was exceptional. Amazing store.

There isn't a better place in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area than donna lewis for women who want to be effortlessly stylish. The service is also intelligent, thoughtful, and flexible. What a gem!
