Love Love Love this spot-right in my wheelhouse-so fun! appeals on many levels-a must see in Brooklyn!

We used Park Deli as the florist for our wedding in September. I can’t stress enough – everything about planning our wedding was stressful and exhausting except for working with Valetine at Park Deli. We showed up in person once and discussed what we were looking for, and they simply did it. 10/10, couldn’t possibly love them any more than I do. So professional. So talented. When we look back on our wedding, I often joke that we had to put the least amount of effort into the flowers, and they ended up being one of the best parts of the event. I honestly wish there were more ways for me to sing their praises on the internet because they definitely deserve it.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Melody. I cannot express enough how impressed I was with her exceptional customer service. Melody's expertise and genuine enthusiasm made my shopping experience truly enjoyable. She took the time to understand my preferences and helped me find the perfect clothing pieces that not only fit my style but also exceeded my expectations. Thanks to Melody, I left the store feeling confident and excited about my new wardrobe additions

Love love love Park Deli for so many reasons but let me just say, you would be a FOOL not to buy your flowers here for every occasion. I have bought small bouquets, and big arrangements here for years and they have always been a SLAM DUNK with the lady. The price is nice and you get amazing quality and freshness with a beautiful, artful arrangement. One of my absolute favorite small businesses in the neighborhood.

Clothes are beautiful, good quality-price ratio, every time I went there was something worth taking with. Staff is generally friendly, however one member of the staff was very rude to me this summer and I felt very uncomfortable. I haven't been back since and I don't think I'll come back.

Fantastic flower shop/curated gifts and home goods owned by a lovely married couple! Prices are super reasonable for the unique items they have for sale. Totally recommend!

Went in today to exchange some pants I ordered online and was immediately helped by Edgar, who assisted me in finding a few pairs of jeans I showed him online. He was so friendly and came to check after I tried some clothes on that I was all set! And then Takisha (sorry if I spelled her name wrong) at the register was patient and sweet -- shout out to the managers at this location for being intentional about the employees they hire! The customer service was exceptional at this store! Thanks Edgar and Takisha!!

On 11/20/23 around 1:30pm, my elderly parents went to this store and were shopping for the holidays, My father takes care of my mother as my mother has a condition, he thought it would be nice to take her out of the house so he took her to Kings Plaza, while in Express, My father gets in line and starts paying for his stuff but obviously anyone with few brain cells can tell he doesn’t speak the best English, but he is trying. So the cashier that is ringing him up starts having a side conversation with a friend of his who didn’t look like an employee but regardless, wouldn’t you want to finish what you have and then move on to the conversation? Well my father mentioned somthing like that in his broken English (more of a help me way) because he didn’t know what else to click on the screen. The cashier went crazy saying stuff like “who do you think you are telling me what to do” and what not, both my parents are confused and now he gets to a point of yelling while the store is watching and then tells them they are not allowed in the store and kicks them out. In stead of really arguing with the guy my father thinks of my mother and her condition and just leaves. The best part of this experience was when he stepped out of the store this cashier who by the way was telling them he was the manager, walks out side and fallows them to tell them that they need to wait because mall security was coming, now my father is scared because of the way he’s acting and fallowing them around out side the store in the mall. Keep in mind this is all happening while “the manager” is yelling on the top of his lungs while shoppers are watching… Anyway, instead of continuing their shopping in the mall, both my parents walk out the mall in fear of retaliation to them and because they don’t speak the best English they feared they would be blamed for what ever it was this loser was yelling at them for. The reason I came to a review was because they actually feared for their life at this point due to being fallowed/erratic behavior and considering the circumstances they were in. I am in contact with corporate now about this I really hope they have some kind of camera evidence of this event and fire the guy who claimed to be a leader, leaders don’t do that they creat better leaders and this was not it. EXPRESS DO BETTER please. I’m sure this person who claims to be a manager with behavior like a disturbed child has had interactions like this with others in the past. Your managers and other team members are a reflection of your brand. This was very sad

Update: 11/29/2023, If could take away the 1 store I would, I spoke to Molly from corporate and she was great at listening and understanding the issue but offering something to make your next visit better isn’t solving the issue we are not going there again, and I voiced this to her as well. It was never about the money it’s about safety for people that go in to shop. I do not recommend shopping at the Kings Plaza store after seeing a few reviews it shows this is common practice for this store. I get it Molly can only do so much from what it looked like. This was a huge disappointment. Please do your self a favor and don’t go there.

I normally don’t do reviews on retail stores but today I have time. The only reason why I am giving this 2 stars is because of the cashier named Cassandra who was beyond helpful and she did more than the normal cashier customer service rep would have. Because of Cassandra I have my online order that I was not able to get else where. I ordered a coat online , called customer care this morning to double check to see if my order would be delivered today, I was told it is and would be shipped to the store.couple of hours later I received my conformation email my order is ready for pick up. Waited online until it was turn showed my email and photo Id, Cassandra went to the back came out with a big box did not think anything of it. I advised her I don’t need the box, she opens the box , I advised her thats not my order. She said when this normally happens or since this happened they offer a refund to the original form of payment. She said would you like to for me to call customer service goes in the back to get her phone to call customer care (she got the number out her phone to call them she did not call from her mobile phone) but pulls me aside in the mean time. Customer service over the phone only wanted to issue me a refund but thankfully because Cassandra noticed my order number being wrong on the box as well. I advised her how is it that I ordered something online and have it shipped to the store when it was in stock and customer service advised me this morning that was being shipped to your store . She goes to the back a 3rd time and comes out with my package but my box was open, checked order number again to make sure it matched she asked is this what I ordered I advised her yes. This store receiving is doing some fraud scamming a*** s***. DO NOT DO ANY ORDER PICK UP HERE!!! THEY WILL REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY AND KEEP THE ITEM YOU REALLY WANTED OR NEEDED HAVING YOU THINK IT WAS SHIPPED THAT WAY! DON’T DO IT! SHOP IN PERSON IF YOU CAN !THEY WANTED ME TO JUST BE OKAY WITH THE ORDER “ON” ERROR AND NOT MAKE A BIG DEAL ABOUT IT! LORD KNOWS HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE THEY DID THIS TO. THEY WANTED ME TO CANCEL MY ORDER SO THEY CAN GO HOME WITH MY COAT THATS SELLING OUT ALMOST EVERYWHERE NO. THEY CREATED A WHOLE NEW BOX AND WHOLE NEW ORDER NUMBER THAT DID NOT MATCH MY ONLINE EMAIL ORDER NUMBER! WHOLE TIME MY PACKAGE IS IN THE BACK.

Employees don’t like to do their jobs it’s disgusting and they have so much attitude it’s very rude I kindly asked them to help me find a product which I knew they had in stock and they wouldn’t help me even look for it and just said it wasn’t there even tho I MADE SURE AND CALLED AHEAD be nice to your customers do better I ended up going to the location in union street and they did their best to please me and helped me find the product I was looking for this location sucks don’t come here and do yourself a favor.

when I tell you the ‘employee Richie at this STOREhas done it again . . . . Easy to find items, everything is well organized. Friendly and efficient staff.

Had the rudest interaction at cosmetics department. A guy with with blond hair and red shirt was absolutely rude and inpatient with me. Like it’s not the person fault that you speak so low and with an attitude and plus you wanted to push me out of the way just you can talk your friend.

Very poor service

Only 2 employees was there and one had to stay at the door. The other on the register doing go backs and managing the changing rooms. I understand cut backs but this makes customers not want to come back into the stores. To be clear this rating has everything to do with corporate not the employees.

I recently moved out of state and I still find myself gravitating to this location for their fast, friendly customer service. Angel, one of the store employees, recently put a ton of effort into helping me find something that was out of stock online. A+ shopping experience because of the service. They rock, TY!!!

Horrible experience from the cashier keke. I placed my clothes at the counter when there was no customers on line, and no cashier at the register. keke got back to the register in a few minutes, she tells me to get to the back of the line, which formed while she was away. I explained to her I was there first waiting for a cashier at the counter when no customer was there.. She insisted i get back on line since “there’s a sign that says to wait here” in a very rude tone. Very bad customer service

This is our fave GANNI location. Angel is incredibly helpful. Every time we’re in the store, they are attentive and helpful and makes the shopping experience feel personal.

The clothes looked at cute, so I walked inside. I got a little turned off by the sales associates who were pushing another customer to keep looking around at the really great sales (they mentioned it multiple times) and asked her quite a few questions when she was returning an item, almost as if they were interrogating her. They even said out loud OK I’m going to look for coffee stains now… Not a big deal especially because when you return items you need to do a quality check but it all just felt a little off. I’m sure they’re just working out some kinks in the store but besides that, very cute creation of apparel! Due to that experience I walked out the door, coupled with the fact that nobody said anything to me as I walked in or as I walked out… For context I was in workout clothes and backpack so not looking super cute

i went to take a look at a top before purchasing. my size was not available and after i asked to see the shirt so i have an idea of the quality the sales associate said 'okay bye' in a very sarcastic and rude tone (very similar experience to a review i saw on here). i was really taken aback by the negative experience and question whether they are the type of business i want to support.

I enjoy going to this location because it is very close to my work area. I go there to pick up makeup, shoes, gift items, and sometimes just to walk around and enjoy the scenery.
I sometimes go with colleagues during our lunch hour. Who doesn’t like to shop?

I stopped in yesterday afternoon (6/18.) The staff is really nice at this location and they are also very helpful. It was fairly busy and the line moves extremely slow. Many of items were already out of stock when I arrived; however, it was a Sunday. Weekends are busy days to shop and great items sell out fast. Especially luxury & quality goods for less. I had no issues at check out besides how slow the line moved. I would definitely return and I would recommend this location. Probably a better time to stop in would be during the weekdays. 4.5/5⭐️~ Tiffany

Great Store Gap Factory with tons of quality basics and denim at an affordable price usually there's always a sale happening so you can save even more money 💰good selection of men's linen shorts outfits for the summer that can be mixed and match to really show off your personal style.

I came to Williamsburg just to go to this location after a friend recommended the store. I was so happy I made the trip, Angel and Jane were friendly and attentive and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Angel picked out pieces that were stunning and made my shopping experience much easier. The store was clean and cute, I will definitely be returning.

The Atlantic Center location is much closer to me but I walk 30 minutes out of my way to come here because Fulton St location is less crowded and it always seems to be easier to find what I am looking for.

Went in person before it closed and got a bunch of items, got home and discovered that the employee that rang us up left out a whole bathing suit and socks but made sure to ring up and made us pay for everything… at this point not much can be done but make sure to check your bags for ALL your items that they rang up. Super disappointed and upset.

Told one of the female store assistants that the air conditioner was dripping onto the closed and got an “okay bye” in sarcastic tone.. so rude I was astounded. The other person working was lovely? So bizarre, also had poor service in the Soho store.

Excellent personalized service. I got the recommendation from a cousin who is also a fan. I sent flowers to a friend and had the address mistaken. I emailed Park Deli and they got it fixed right away. The flowers arrived early and perfect! They were beautiful and just what we wanted. I’m so happy I ordered flowers from Park Deli!!

Fantastic sales associate, Doris & co., got me outfitted in some new jeans and shirts. The clothes are well made, soft, and all organic cotton. I didn’t feel itchy at all after trying on the fabrics. Highly recommend and they are very size inclusive!

I want to make an exchange and I went to the 1st old navy representative and expressed to her of a certain size I’ve been searching for, I begged and plead to her (which wishing it wasn’t necessary) if she could find the size if available in the stockroom, she search to see in her computer and said there were 4 left of the size I want available. I already had a item in hand so I went to put the item back where I found it from the rack, when the second old navy rep went to the same rack as i, the size I wanted wasn’t available (which it was not how I expect) but the second representative, name Chris, thankfully was really helpful to me even though I was rushing and fumbling because I knew the store hours was about to come to a close didn’t want to cause in wasting their time and energy (again wishing it wasn’t necessary) but Chris was kindly patient with me, helped me out a lot. Chris offered me suggest options for the size item I wanted and helped me with my item exchange….Chris was a godsend….thank you so much.

They don’t honor the sale signs here!! There was a rack of clothing with ONLY the same two shirts and a sign above it literally said 50% off. I pointed it out to the associate and manager and they did not honor it! They told me it’s not the correct item on sale. I understand that, however, that’s not my problem or my fault. They shouldn’t have put all of those shirts under that rack if it isn’t on sale. They weren’t even making an effort to try and help me out. The manager acted as if honoring the sale sign would mean it comes out of her paycheck. Then the associate had the audacity to tell me “I mean it’s pretty cheap even without the sale.” I worked in retail for 7 months and I’m pretty sure you don’t tell a customer that! Never shopping here again. 0/10 experience. Go to the one on 34th street instead, way better.

One of the best in store shopping experiences I’ve ever had - Genevieve made me feel amazing and took the time to pull so many amazing looks for me. I love Ganni and this is a reminder of what an amazing brick and mortar shopping experience should feel like!

Splendid has the softest sweatpants and I was so excited to find this location in our neighborhood. I've been a couple of times and was lucky enough to meet Jade! She's super friendly, incredibly helpful, and just awesome energy. Not only does she brighten up the store, the neighborhood feels more loving! We'll be going back for sure since Splendid's in shop experience is better than their online one

Rude staff that doesn’t greet anyone. They don’t speak to you when you purchase things ,either. All I got was, “want a bag?”Wildly overpriced, poor quality clothes. Shop somewhere else.

We got the City hall bouquet & boutonnière combo for our city hall wedding and we were so pleased with the colors & flower selection! And the bouquet is still holding up a few days later after a full day of pictures.

the Macy's store in downtown Brooklyn and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by the jewelry staff. They were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect piece of jewelry. Their warm and welcoming attitude made me feel right at home and added to the overall pleasant shopping experience.

Not only was the jewelry staff top-notch, but the store's cleanliness was spotless. I was impressed by how well-maintained and organized everything was. Additionally, the calming scent that permeated the air added to the relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

i live in the neighborhood and often pick up the wrapped bouquets which are lovely.

i got married this year and reached out to
park deli for my bouquet and some
wrist corsages for family. they were supper responsive and friendly.

my bouquet lasted from thursday evening well into the next week (it’s been over 2.5 weeks and i actually still have it drying here at my apartment 😆).

the one thing i would say is to give them details if you have a color scheme or something specific in mind. i didn’t have a wedding party so was fine with whatever colors and trusted them based on previously flowers i had gotten there.

My wife and I were looking for a dress shirt, and my wife went to go all the young lady for help.

The young lady told my wife that she can’t help, went back on her phone and told her good luck.

My wife used to work for express, and I was very surprised with this level of service.

Mariana is the best cashier out there! She is so respectful and helped me check out all clothing items I bought. She is kind and patient and took her time helping me. Many of the workers are helpful and are respectful.

If you like Macy's you will like Macy's too. They have everything Macy's is supposed to have. Fine Jewelry does not have a lot of merchandise, but men women garments have enough. They also have furniture at lower level. It has a Macy's backstage on the fourth floor. That all Macy's in one store.

Got profiled by store associates. This little girl literally came Folding clothes in EVERY SECTION I WENT TO. Passed me to the next associate who told me I can only try on 2 items at a time I have NEVER heard of this unless it's something new. She asked me if I was going to check the mens for the pants she recommended I wanted for work cause ladies didn't have cargoes in black. I said yes so she transferred the profiling over the radio to the associate upstairs . Who then assisted me. then I heard her over the radio saying im coming back downstairs. So they watched me throughout the store. Im returning the two shirts I bought today 7. 17. 2022 . I had to return a few clothes I brought online. . I should never be subjected to that. Not spending money there at that location. I would literally just return things there if I need to .

Need a new pair of pants for the evening and the 4th of July crew had me in and out in no time. Even found an item for me in storage. I was in a pinch so any pants would do but the quality’s really impressed me.

It is a large Nordstorm Rack! It looks newer and seems to be getting more and more items and the staff are stocking it. It is pretty huge and has a lot of essentials. I love this shopping area in general. There is no lack of places to get stuff.

Splendid in Brooklyn is wonderful. My go to store during the pandemic for attractive and comfortable clothing. I really had nowhere to go or nothing to do but I looked fabulous. The store is just so lovely to hang out in. The associates are knowledgeable & super-friendly. I never leave without making a purchase mostly because they are so darn nice & know what will look good on me (even if I don’t!). Special shout-out & kudos to Keri manager extraordinaire. I bring all my friends to meet her & the shop & no one leaves without being a Splendid aficionado. Seriously between the ages of 7 to 87 everyone loves the Splendid Brooklyn experience!!

The store was incredibly tidy and roomy. We found a wide variety of choices, but there was just one dressing room available on the third floor where we were shopping. We spent approximately 20 minutes waiting for the fitting room and another 20 minutes at the checkout counter. There was only one cashier on duty, and we were the next customers in line. The waiting time seemed somewhat excessive. Nonetheless, it's a pleasant shopping destination overall.

Great boutique collections, I brought a shirt here and was really impressed by its fabric quality, will come again.

FINALLY!! Awesome neighborhood shop that has it all - best selection of candles, eclectic coffee table books, high end condiments and specialty snacks... and high quality cotton tees that actually make me feel sexy and not frumpy!!! This place totally puts a skip in my step!

One of my favorite shops in Brooklyn! They have their own line & they feature a bunch of cool independent designers, they got me and my partner hooked on Fried Rice, LF Markey, and many more. The associates are always super helpful and super friendly. Definitely one of the best curated shops around, 10/10 recommend!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I’m so lucky! Every time it’s my anniversary, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day or my birthday, the hubs gets me flowers from Park Deli. They are always the most unique, unusual arrangements I’ve ever seen. I’m often fiinding myself googling flower pictures to identify which miraculous stem is which. The colors, dimension and proportions bring such joy to my household, I could never go back to bodega flowers.
I also frequent this shop to buy gifts for the guys in my liife in addition to my husband. I have gotten some great caps, Park Deli Ts and ski caps for my son and brother here. The best part is that they are all limited edition designs, so there is always a fresh selection to choose from and I know that my family has never seen the design anywhere else before -bottom line is they never return anything! I really appreciate having this store in my neighborhood.

Very nice clothes, pricey clothes. Went in for a full suit, tie, shirt combo,, found a beautifully fitting black suit, paid a lot for it (alot for me, but $400 may not be a lot for others, I don't know), but for a clean sleek black suit, it'll be a staple that will last, so over time, the price will be worth it. Staff was helpful, they weren't pushy or following us around throwing clothing to buy in our face - I really appreciated the freedom they gave us to look, stepping in only when we had questions for them.

I fell in Love with the Gap many Year's ago especially when they had the "Red collection". I been shopping at the Gap signature store over 20 yrs and Gap Factory store within a few years. As you can see the Brown Leather Shirt is the "Gap-1969 Collection" which over 15 yrs old... and it Bears many many compliments still in this day and time, I definitely wear that brown leather shirt Gap1969 collection... stepping in class.

Was already hype to see Ganni open a store in Williamsburg but have to say the employees are absolutely wonderful, particularly Brandon. Brandon went above and beyond to help me process a return under a tight turnaround during the retail holiday madness while handling a million other customer needs at the store today. Wish I could give infinity stars!!

I buy in the mail and in person at Express shops nationally. Their clothing is simple elegance if you style it right. Everything arrives when it should. No problems from express.com or in person. I recommend going to a shop located in a larger city to find more inventory because some of the stores outside of NYC only carry 2-3 items per size. I live in Express denim! You can make Express clothes look like really expensive clothes if you watch for getting the perfect fit. Some people who dislike Express I find out don't know how to wear clothes and go for too tight of outfits. When you are mindful of your real dress size and clothing for your body type, it's more affordable clothing that skims over you beautifully.

Clothes are flattering, high quality, and designed for women of all ages. People who work at the store are super nice too.

This place does a great job curating men's clothing, the problem is they always run out of the smaller sizes, they would literally double their sales if they kept the supply.
I would have bought four shirts if they actually came in my size.

I used to live near this store and used to frequent at least once a month. I have had both good and bad experiences here.

The good is that they have tons of sales, someone is always out front to greet you, and they have a clearance and Aerie section in the back. They usually have a decent stock of items.

The bad - the cashiers are usually slow or rude, the lines are long and sometimes, its hard to find someone to help you.

Try getting a refund for online purchases from this company. Trust me, it's not pretty.

They have this enormous air conditioner that blasts our apartment day and night, we called the department of environmental protection who issued them a ticket and a summons. They did not fix the issue. When I asked the store manager why her air conditioner had been on all night, she faked a panic attack and called the police on me. I kid you not, these are the worst retail jerks in the entire neighborhood.

PS: The reason why their clothing is so soft is because of all of the formaldehyde and chemical softeners they use. Enjoy!

This Splendid shop is exactly like its name, absolutely splendid. Wonderfully soft clothes in elegant simple designs and when you meet the manager of the store you will never want to leave. Her experience and dedication shines through in her wonderful bubbly personality and great dress sense. By far the best shop I have been in in New York . Take a visit you will not regret it. Loved it !!!

Love this place. I feel at home. Well it's where i was born and raised so duh. Great items. Some of my best hats I've ever owned have come from here.

As always, this is my store! Awesome deals and lovely clothes. Wide variety of styles and sizes. Very affordable and of good quality. You lost a star because the one working bathroom in such a big store in the middle of Downtown Brooklyn is not good. There is never any water to wash your hands, in that one working bathroom either. Please do better Old Navy!

Macy's, I feel, is my husband FAVORITE store beside the foot locker stores. So he says, "Let's go to Macy's. I just want to check something out as we get in. He pulls out his phone, goes to the clerk, and asks, Where do you have this particular jacket. So now there is another jacket in the house. Other than that, Macy's store have friendly and willing to help you workers it's clean and when we were in the men section nothing was on the floor everything was neatly hung up or folded on the shelves.

The clothes are of excellent fit and quality and the people who work here are so friendly and helpful. great vibes definitely recommend this location for the selection and the shopping but also especially for the awesome people that work there who really take the time to remember their shoppers! I love that!!

I love this store I was able to get so many great Christmas gifts here for so many of my family members, even those who have everything, those who are hard to shop for, and those that I really didn't know what to get. The girl here was really friendly and helpful.

I bought a scarf here, but found one I liked better at a different store. I returned my scarf, but they only offer store credit. Be aware of their store policy before shopping here.

A small boutique that visually distinguishes itself in the shop window of all others. Inside I quickly found beautiful clothes and had me very curb ;-)

A very nice boutique clothing store for women, men and kids. It seems to have new items every week. There's nothing 'plain' in there. The collared shirts are stylish and durable. Great Vietnamese sandwich/pho shop a few doors down. So, I'll buy a shirt, and have a sandwich afterwards.

The customer service at Alter is above and beyond any retail experience I have ever had. The manager, Courtney, went out of her way to make sure I got the new Grey Globe Jeans the second the product came in. I love my new pants and could not be more happy. Thank you Courtney.
