If I wanted to buy a watch, I visited Kothrud lifestyle which had a great collection. I wanted to see a watch up to 15k and Rohit, the Titan staff there, suggested the watch in a very good way. Showed me all the brand watches and gave me Tommy Hilfiger watch which fits in my budget. Very good service from lifestyle. Thank you very much team and Rohit.

However, my shopping experience took an unexpected turn at the checkout.Despite making a significant purchase — clothes worth 25,000 — I was surprised to find that the store does not provide complimentary paper bags for carrying the purchased items. Instead, they expected me to buy a paper bag separately. This felt quite unreasonable given the amount spent and the nature of the products purchased. It's common practice, especially in premium retail environments, to offer basic customer conveniences like this at no additional cost.The situation was made more uncomfortable by the demeanor of the staff at the cash counter. While he remained cool and composed, it did not make up for the lack of basic service elements which one would expect as part of a premium shopping experience. Consequently, I decided to cancel my purchase.I believe management should reconsider this policy. Providing a paper bag at no extra charge for substantial purchases should be a standard practice, not an optional add-on. This small gesture of customer care can significantly enhance the shopping experience and customer satisfaction.

We Often visit this store. It's a big store with a lot of variety I clothes,footware, bags and also beauty products. We always spend 4 to 5 hours there.
Terrible service! 1st floor billing counter was closed and had to wait in a queue for more than half an hour. Its basic that they should know have more staff especially on long weekends.

Visited this establishment a few days back. A well laid out store with large varieties, especially in readymade garments. Wide choice in pricing, the staff though during low occupancy wasn't appearing forthcoming to engage with the customers. Parking appeared to be inadequate.
This lifestyle has become horrible. Would suggest you go to another store in Phoenix or in camp somewhere.

One of the best Raymond Shop at Pune. It has a variety of Fabric and Tailoring services Ready made garment, Made to Measure.
Loved the store, great collection of clothes. The staff are attentive and helpful. The trial rooms are also airy, clean and tidy which is a plus point and makes the overall shopping experience enjoyable.
The quality of tee shirts is really good. Also there is a good range of choice.

Earlier the variety of clothes were good but now it disappointed. They need to bring fresh Stock of clothes.
Store is okayish.. No staff was present to help.. Staff was busy arranging their stuff. Also When I have got three pairs of shoes.. Atleast dust bag or shoe bag or any box could have been provided as I got white sneakers.. Plus I had to travel far.. I can understand U all charge 10₹ for a bag but cud have charged for the box also wid be okay. But atleast keep packing options handy for the customers.. Also sizes of all stuff.. Literally all stuff was not arranged in proper order or sequences... All Shoes section was messed up.. White and light blue shoes were soiled n dusty.. Customers did trails n left hete n there.. It was a hassle to search good pairs among that mess. Kindly tidy up the store. Rest prices are pretty reasonable and some products are really value for money.
Prices changes frequently. Quality is better but can be improved. Earlier discount was offered which is stoped now. Earlier max store is very famous in amnora mall,middle class people favorite place for shopping but slowly it loosing its share.
On 16th September evening I had gone shopping at Max in seasons mall. Next day I realised I had lost my valuable gold finger ring and didn't know where it could have fallen. I had gone to a couple of other places too. I went to Max in the morning and asked them if they found any ring..they said they will check in the afternoon with their housekeeping staff and let me know. They called me later in the afternoon and sent me a pic of a ring their housekeeping staff had found. It was indeed my ring...thank you very much to the honest and diligent staff of the Max store in seasons mall. Super happy!

They have a section of comfort fit or loose fit tshirts, some attention should also be paid to making clothes comfort fit.

Good variety of clothes at reasonable prices. Although size can be an issue as most are meant for thin people .. Comfort fit clothes are rare in Indian stores nowadays. Mainly one gets slim fit ( I would say cigarette fit) ..

It's a new spacious multistorey store opposite City pride in Kothrud. You can choose your clothing from multiple brands. They have casual as well as formal men, women and kids clothing. Also you can shop for accessories like footwear, makeup accessories, perfumes and decorative drawing room items like wall hanging, cutlery, waterfall, idols etc

Pathetic staff at Trial room today. Every time I go to trail room a different staff standing and asking multiple questions to me and my kid before entering and exiting the trail room. They talked rudely with my son as he was carrying small bag for his snacks. My question to them is why don't they issue token and collect the bags at the entrance if they feel so unsafe or doubtful about customers. Second time the other staff said , you have to carry the token displaying number of cloths you are carrying inside.. Third time the staff was asking that are you going to buy all of these cloths ..I did not get what that mean. Lastly when i went after i got my trouser altered again they started asking some rubbish questions. there is no consistency, and every staff has their own ways and rules of working .Very poorly managed staff and store. They don't know what they are doing.

Store is nice and well decorated. There were two sections. In Ground floor you can get clothes of women ,children and makeup. In 1st floor you can get clothes for Men and Homedecor. Missing item here is the Shoes.

I bought a flying machine jeans from max in Amonara. After removing all tags and wearing it once, I realised it was torn. The staff were kind enough to give me a credit coupon in return for jeans although I wore it once
Located on the ground floor of Seasons mall. Various brands available with lifestyle's home brands- Code, Being human, Ginger, Only, Enamor, Triumph, Jockey, etc. Only 2 trial rooms for women's inner wear, that's the only drawback. Home centre is also inside the Lifestyle store, which has great choices in home decor, interior, kitchen etc. Clothing plus home decor, amazing one stop destination 😀
Store is good. But there is problem with upi payment as internet is an issue specifically in the store. U have to pay either cash or by card. So if u not carrying enough cash or card u will be disappointed. I have faced the same issue of upi payment 2 times in a year
I visited here with my wife Very very bad behaviour s in ladies section, last time I visited gents section, service was very good.. girl's in ladies section don't even respond to any query, and give very useless kind of look, two ladies were fighting and yelling on floor , my kid was sitting their they were fighting so badly just next to him they don't even care for it, will attach photos have ticked them, our experience was horrible today, i even asked for manager i was told manager is on off.

Max has been my "go to" shop for any type of fashion choices and at very reasonable prices. You can get variety of options to choose from without visiting individual brand shops.
Worst service I ever had at store in seasons mall. People working at cash counter doesn’t have sense to speak with the customer. I will ask my friends and family not to visit this place any more. Pathetic service.
I live in the U.K. and in Oct 2022, whilst visiting India, I ordered 2 ‘made to measure’ Bandis’ from Gulam Khan. The first fitting was a mess and he assured me that they will get the sizing right and ship to me. Then he shipped the coats to me which were completely the wrong size! I visited India again in January 2023 and went to Gulam Khan’s store to resolve my order. They took the coats from me and promised to make new ones within 5 days but did not deliver and I had to leave India. Now, Gulam Khan does not answer my phone calls and not prepared to refund me. I paid 100% in cash. I am planning to speaking on reporting Gulam Khan to the Police department if he does not refund my money.

A nice place for shopping. They have a trendy collection and staff behaviour and response are good. The ambience of the store is nice. A complete family solution for fashion at one stop.
Had gone there once. The staff was quite rude. I've patronised Max stores in trivandrum and always felt happy. Specially with the proactive staff there. Was really disappointed here in Season's Mall Max outlet . Resorting to online max shopping.

The quality of the brands are okay but not so good. I always found some problem in the fabric whenever I shop from here. Moreover, the staff members moves around you always like bugs without even ask for the help. Lack of professionalism and manners. One more thing is that you won't get shopping bag from for free even if you do heavy shopping. These people charge for shopping bags also that's ridiculous.
Overall, an average shopping mall which needs to improve upon lots of things right from the quality of the fabric to the customer behaviour.

Lifestyle is a wonderful store for shopping. Nice atmosphere. Seating arrangements, trial room, escalator, Billing desk etc. is here. Good number of stock is available for Mens, Women's, kids. You will get Shirt, T Shirt, Shorts, Socks, Shoes, Perfume, Belt, Bag, suitcase, Lingerie and many more items of various Brands here. Staff members are very cooperative and helpful. Card payment is accepted here. Price is comparatively reasonable.

Very good fashion shop where you can find clothes for all ages. They regularly have a discount sale where you may find good quality clothes at a very reasonable price.
They have a huge collection but suited for the masses, nothing extraordinary . Also limited parking and weird rules like locking the women handbags in their own cloth bags as they are selling Saries or Dress material made out of gold.

We visited this place in a hope to get good quality sarees at low prices and I must say that we got what we wanted. This shop offers a lot of variety in all segments. Customers are spoiled for choice. The only suggestion I can give is to clean the washrooms.
Store is good but the staff is useless, rude and no respect for people coming in the shop. There was a Man who was standing when I entered the store, who instead of asking me what I was looking at, went and sat at the counter and there was no one else to assist me. Finally I called that man and asked him about trouser materials and he said somebody else will help u with that. I was waiting there for long and finally walked out of the shop. I thought Raymond’s was a good brand but I will make sure to pass this experience to everyone I know.
I went here to buy some dresses with my wife. She found a better collection here and the staff were also polite and happy to help us.

I visited the store last week and I really liked the way I have been treated. No need to say that their fabric is number one in India. Liked their range of fabrics and the shades. Definitely I will revisit the store very soon :) Cheers!

Limited stocks. It is likely that you may not get the size of the garment that you like. The store staff will casually reply that whatever size they have in stock is already on display and they do not have anything more in stock. However, the quality is good and prices are reasonable especially if you are shopping during the sale. Avoid going on weekends as they have fewer trial rooms and it is just not enough for the shoppers.

The experience was good. The makeup collection was good. Though did not buy anything this time. Planning to visit soon again for some good buys. Max is my favourite cosmetic brand. I love the quality and effect the products have on the skin.

This is such a lovely place to shop for. Staff here are really good with customers. Exchange is easy. There is parking available. Show the receipt while billing and get parking charges waived off. Tooo much to shop for clothing. Large number of varieties available in clothing for all age group. This place won't disappoint you at all.

Such a lovely place. This mall is big and spacious. It has a lot of variety of clothes. They also provide discounts on many clothing. I loved their quality of dresses. You will get a variety of dresses in women section. They have great purses and also footwear. I loved all of their products 😇 they often have new arrivals which are great . I think if they reduce prices a bit then it will be better. Because almost all one piece are of 1299 and above , I'm taking about the amazing one's. Anyways overall everything was good. They so have variety of watches and perfumes as well.
Shirts were stitched good. Trousers had to alter. It took lot of time to finish but it was made right. So 5 stars.

Very worst service in terms of tayloring. I bought 6 shirts to be stitched by the taylor. The taylor is so worst that he couldn't even stitched those 6 shirts properly according to my body. I visit the shop every weekend hoping to get those 6 shirts properly stitched according to my body fitting, he can't even do that.
Owsem Variety of cloths, from Pant shirts to Blazers and kurta to pathani all are owsem....
Prices are very expensive but their designs are very unique. I like it. If your budget is more than 10k or equals to that, then only visit this place. But you can go also just to see the verities of their collection. Even I found the staff polite. Located in very inside market. Roads are very small and busy.
