On 16th September evening I had gone shopping at Max in seasons mall. Next day I realised I had lost my valuable gold finger ring and didn't know where it could have fallen. I had gone to a couple of other places too. I went to Max in the morning and asked them if they found any ring..they said they will check in the afternoon with their housekeeping staff and let me know. They called me later in the afternoon and sent me a pic of a ring their housekeeping staff had found. It was indeed my ring...thank you very much to the honest and diligent staff of the Max store in seasons mall. Super happy!

Well spread out store with good collection.
The range in casual, semi casual, formals is good, Pricing is at par and reasonable. Issue is with the fitting as almost all their clothes are slim fit, so healthy people may not find anything worthwhile.
They have a section of comfort fit or loose fit tshirts, some attention should also be paid to making clothes comfort fit.

Had gone there once. The staff was quite rude. I've patronised Max stores in trivandrum and always felt happy. Specially with the proactive staff there. Was really disappointed here in Season's Mall Max outlet . Resorting to online max shopping.
Good exclusive range of clothes and footwear. The products have variety and also it not too expensive.
However, the store can be more organised and staff also lacks proper information about products.
