Did you know that Lacoste was the first clothing brand to have a logo? That's an actual fact. I'm not just making it up, here. Rene' Lacoste had the utmost class, and started a brand that has been insanely successful for nearly a century at this point. But I'm not here to speak on the Lacoste company (which I would give 5 stars), I'm here to speak on the particular Lacoste storefront located inside the Caesars Forum mall on the Vegas Strip.
If you are a fan of the Lacoste brand AT ALL, and find yourself in the fun city of Las Vegas for any reason AT ALL, then I urge you to consider taking a stroll through the Caesars Forum mall until you stumble upon the quaint little rectangular storefront that is the Lacoste Store. Before I moved here to Vegas, when I would pack for a visit, I would purposely leave space in my luggage to take back whatever I ended up purchasing at the Lacoste store, because I literally went each and every time. Protip: I find that it's better to go shopping in Vegas BEFORE you gamble. That way, if you lose, you can at least be happy about the new stuff you bought, and if you win, you can just go back and get more!
The employees at the Lacoste Store are knowledgeable to a crazy degree and can answer just about anything Lacoste related. Ryan and Hugo are a couple of the many staff members that have helped me over the years. They created a repour with me BEFORE I was a local here in Vegas, and that meant a lot to me. In a tourist driven town like Vegas, for ANYONE out here to remember you by name on visits that are months/years apart is wildly impressive. It's nice to know that the Lacoste store in the Caesars Forum mall employs people that care to that high of a degree. It should come as no surprise that I've continued my patronage there since moving to Las Vegas.
Lastly, let me say that there is absolutely no shortage of places in Vegas to get clothes from. Obviously. It's sickening, honestly. In an industry that contains pretentious brands that you've never heard of, to popular brands that you wouldn't be caught dead wearing, if you're looking for a time-tested and respected brand that oozes class, without you having to hit a jackpot on a slot machine or take out a loan from the bank, look no further than the Lacoste Store in the Caesars Forum mall. In the thick soup of top shelf commerce that are the stores located within the walls of the Caesars Forum mall, the Lacoste store is the perfectly refreshing spoonful of chicken noodles for the consumers soul. I love this store mostly because the staff is so helpful. Rachel helped me find clothes that she thought would look nice and they did. She took a LOT of time with me. The clothes are cute and trendy. Love this store. Definitely stop in. The clothes aren't frumpy like most oversized womens stores are. I'm going back.
Black Manager who was wearing a crop top at work tattoos showing has no customer service cussing in front of customers just truly unprofessional!! Please check on your workers and show them how to deal with people, when folks are spending money. There's no way skin shall be showing and cussing in front of customer. My family purchased some Chuck Taylors at this store and the night we stopped in, the employees were outstanding...especially the one that assisted us (she had broken glasses). I don't shop at this store but based on my daughter's interest in this store/franchise, I have to give it 5 stars based on the feedback she provided to me. I will add that I enjoy how Journeys supports the men and women of the Armed Forces and its Veterans. The selection seems great for consumers and the prices seem adequate.

I recently visited and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the customer service. I encountered a situation where I felt that the individual assisting me might not have been fully inclined to help. It left me with the impression that my request wasn't welcomed or prioritized. It made me feel uncomfortable. I hope this helps in maintaining a positive environment for all customers.

My son was looking for a new pair of sandals. He saw the 50% off sale. Not a whole lot of choices, and they really didn't have that much of a sale. The few pairs that I did see they didn't have that many sizes available. And you would see a style but couldn't find them on the shelves. Most of the boxes were for Croc's. Some were better priced than what was available in the store a few doors down. Had a lot of choices for women's sandals, but that wasn't why I went into the store
Very frustrated when you go into a store and you can't even find a price on things. The Gibit's, for example. No where are the prices posted, but of course, multiple signs for buying a double-digit amount of them and get so many for free. But still no prices. They had 3 different employees standing around the "Gibit's" bins talking instead of offering any sort of assistance. I understand that these little things are probably a high theft item, but come on. This was a Sunday afternoon, and it was crazy crowded. And don't even get me started on the corral like line to get to the checkout. The couple of displays weren't even accessible because of the way they had set up the stations to keep people in line for the checkout. Which, by the way, I didn't see anyone standing in. I have worked retail, and it's supposed to be about customer service, but I guess that has gone by the way side these days. Now it's about trying not to get your merchandise walking out the door for free and employees talking or on their phone.

The blonde assistant manager (forgot her name) was absolutely amazing! We had bought shoes in Utah and didn't have time to try them out. Ended up not working and we came here. She return my two shoes no problem and helped me find one's that would work. I would recommend for sure!
Would like to give no stars, how do you not have a fitting room, according to staff I have buy any itemsI want, Try on at home then return, that is not very good business, being in retail, for 20 years, when you have a fitting area available to customers, thats a HUGE, incovienace to a customers, not good for business Will not return. And i will besure to spread the word as I know lot of retailers.

Went inside of Journeys 2/27/2023 and it was kind of packed inside but I continued on to look around. A white girl with blonde hair asked if I needed any help and I said yes and she was rushing me saying she's the only person working and have many shoes to grab for other customers.. so I better come on and tell what size I need...which I found very rude, I should had left then but I tried on shoes and continue to look more. The same girl asked if I needed more help (this is a SHOE STORE so I am trying on different shoes). I can tell she was very irritated by me but I do not understand how...I was just trying to find a pair of shoes I wanted to buy. I just walked out because I should never have to feel like I am bothering someone when that is there JOB.
I was here as they had a sale for$100 you can buy two shoes and I really loved the service. If you're there, you should check it out.
This place has large SALE signs, but they make it difficult for you to find out the price of the shoe that doesn't have a sale tag on it. In the kids section, I saw 1 shoe that had a sale tag. However, that isn't even thenmain issue. There was a Latina employee today who was the worse I have ever encountered in a retail shop. When I needed to ask for a shoe size, she ran straight to the back, and I know she saw me hilding up the shoe trying to get her attention. When I finally got her attention because she kept dodging me, she wasn't friendly at all. When she came back after several minutes and helped another customer first even though I had been waiting patiently for her help, she said there was no shoe for the size I was looking for. When I asked her if I can get the same shoes size that was on display, she gave me an attitude. When she came with the shoe, she walked pass me and wouldn't give me the shoe box. I asked asked her for the box. She said in a rude manner that she couldn't give me the box. I tried to look at the box since the display shoe had no price, she pulled the box away and said she could not give me the box. I was flabbergasted at her behavior. I told her I just wanted to see the price. Then, she said she would look it up. At that point, I asked my son to try both shoes and tell me if it was way too big or just a little bit because I was going to buy them and hang onto it when his feet grew a bit. However, the lady never came to tell me the price. I put the shoes on the counter and left. The only one who was nice was an African American employee who asked if we were being helped. He was at the register taking care of costumers and even ran to the back to get shoes when asked for a size. The lady was so lazy and rude. I have never been in a store where they won't let me see the box of the shoe or tell me the price. Maybe she wanted it for herself. I don't know, but I used to work in retail and never treated a customer that way. I would never set foot in that store or any Finish Line stores ever again.
I definitely will not be returning to this place of business. As a single parent with two kids being black I was discriminated by an associate working there. She made my experience come to a complete halt because she was following me, and pretending to recover some shirts which I seen her do about five times. It doesn’t take that much recovery at that point I realize she was watching me and basically following me around. As soon as I picked up some items that I saw in the middle of the floor which was on sale for two and three dollars she kept looking at me and trying to see what my every move was. I knew she was acting weird because as soon as I walked out the store, she hurry up and walk fast to another section of the store to make it appear like she wasn’t watching me when she really was. I talked to store manager, Miss K, who basically did not care about me as a customer and I told her I want her associate to apologize to me for discriminating against me due to my color and basically saying I was stealing when I was not. This happened recently about a few days ago. The store manager apologized on her behalf, but I wanted the apology to be from the person who actually did the discrimination, and then she refused to give me the associates name talking about it’s classified information. You work at rainbow when people come in to shop at rainbow, are you supposed to tell us what your name is because we will have to talk to you if we need a size or price match we can’t just call yo a lady or some weird stuff like That. That was the worst experience for me and I will no longer be going there. You can tell when you’re being discriminated, because when the Black people started walking in the people started trying to recover more so they can watch what you doing, but when other races started walking in, they were being more relaxed and not really observing as much.

If you want to be given the wrong promos and stalked your entire visit throughout the store, you found the store. My boyfriend and I went to go buy matching shoes and this fat guy with glasses literally stood behind us watching us the whole time. He never once asked if we needed help. I didn’t notice him at all until my boyfriend made a comment and I started starring at him look at us until we checked out. After we were done he finally slugged over to his new victim to make them feel uncomfortable. This made me very upset. Don’t shop here and have the same experience. They can’t even get their promos right on top of that.

I work for a store that specializes in sizes 10-24 so I work and meet many beautiful women that are all sizes. I had always heard about torrid. I came with my friend looking for a birthday outfit for her. The employee that ended helping us picked two dresses and mentioned how one “hides the body”. 🤯 not to mention her mood was destroyed. She wasn’t trying to “hide her body”. She was trying to find something that made her feel beautiful. And her comment was so out of place when she could clearly see that we were not picking things that would be baggy or oversized, rather they would show the beauty and be sparkly and beautiful. I’m just so tired of seeing such beautiful women be put down by comments that are so avoidable.
I really liked the treatment from all of the sales ladies & they helped find a sweater in the color I was looking for & accessories were buy 1 get 2 free & so for fragrances the same I was very happy with the store selections too THANK YOU LADIES at Charlotte Russe at the Meadows Mall
I was looking for a newly released shoe so I called and spoke with Freddie who was very kind and attentive. He placed me on hold to check to see if they had the shoes I wanted in stock. Unfortunately they didn’t have the shoes in the size and color I was looking for. He suggested a few other stores that might have them, told me to have a good night and we ended our call. Much to my surprise about 20 minutes later I get a phone call from Freddie telling me he found one pair of the shoes I wanted in my size. This is what GREAT customer service looks like!! Freddie didn’t have to call me to tell me he found the shoes in my size! He had to take the time to go through the call history on the phone to find my number! Freddie has a loyal customer since he went above and beyond here!!!! Thanks again Freddie!!!

The Manager “A girl of latin decent” Told me I wasn’t allowed to purchase a pair of shoes for the silliest reason IT WAS THE ONLY PAIR LEFT, and employees have first dibs.. The shoes literally came out two months ago, sold out online.. It was just irritating that an employee was about to ring them up and she stopped him.. Obviously she has them set aside for herself because, why couldn’t they be sold to me.. They weren’t on a raffle, defected or on hold.. It’s bogus, because there’s no other shipment coming in.. Just could’ve been honest and said they were hers instead of getting mad..
I am a frequent torrid shopper and have my online orders shipped to the store so I can exchange items immediately if need be. The store manager greets me by name and the staff are incredibly kind and always willing to order items for me if they don't have them in store!

Lol this store is a joke. They charge sooooo much money for clothes that are NOT even for tall people. My daughter is 5’10 and their “Tall” jeans were 2 inches above her ankle. I guess Torrid only makes clothes for SHORT people. Garbage!
I just read my receipt & the clerk rung me up for stuff the promo said I wasn’t paying amount for. 3 tshirts & 3 shorts from the stacks for like $15 & change. She charged me full price for everything. Than 1 bathing suit & 2 free she charged me for 2 bathing suits & 1 free.
Prices were good, found a great pair of off white boots to go with my new Coach purse that I won at a charity event, some great sunglasses too. The clothing was a little cheap looking, but the accessories were great.
First experience was very pleasant. My experience today over the phone was not so pleasant. My first time shopping here and called to ask about a return, associate got a manager for me and I was explaining to her my situation to get no response and to be hung up on. Not really sure how this person is a manager nor how someone can not get a response even if it wouldn’t have been a response I would have liked. Was just a simple question and nothing was resolved.

I walked from the other end of the mall, another family of 4 walked that far as well and 3 young men were there at the door at 6:53pm and the doors were locked. I knocked on the window and the girl shook her head at me. Not good business practice at all. I was ready to buy and quick and I know the other customers were too. Why close early when the rest of the mall closes at 7?
Two girls just standing there and talk to each other without greeting to the customer , just pretended there is no customer there , when I asked for help and she walked to me and grabbed me the shoe that I wanted to try and then walked away never come back and asked me do I need different sizes or other shoes , just talking to the co-worker endlessly ! Bad customer service and if there is no change 100% the business will go down , hopefully there is a manager or supervisor can retrain the employees for customer service , otherwise ! Good luck…

BASH gave excellent retail service helping me track down my inconvenient size. Although I would’ve obviously preferred the reduced-price pair, BASH emailed me their rewards program sign-up. So earning 1,500 points toward perks like rushed shipping online ensured it wasn’t for nothing. Also, glad the crowds were at Foot Locker & Shoe Palace instead!
They got good deals there they're lacking on the men cologne in there that they have but other than that they have good stuff for girls boys wives girlfriends best friends they have clothes there for them and they're not too bad on the BBW selection or plus selection they don't have too much of the BBW there but they do have a lot of the plus section plus size section and it's reasonable too not too expensive
The staff is terrible with customer service and they follow you like it’s against the law to shop at they store. Never experienced this at a rainbow just at this GHETTO STORE and it’s inside the meadows mall 😩Shoes be all over the floor. Employees just walking around Harassing customers. Called earlier today to ask if they had a size in a specific make and model of shoe. I was told yes they were in stock. So I drive down there, ask for the size and am told they don’t have it. I wouldn’t recommend this store for the customer service unless you enjoy having your time wasted. The prices and products are normal and the store is clean, but the help/service is subpar.
1st time ever shopping at this vans store.. no one helped me with items I wanted... I was going to buy 3pairs of shoes but no help... so I didn't end up buying anything. So it was upsetting... but maybe things happen for a reason.

Very expensive store. They do carry some cool designs, but they are so expensive that I just left empty handed. I’m sure if they will lower prices they will see a lot more traffic. Think twice.
This store deserves less than 1 star. I live in LA and a particular shoe I wanted was out of stock in the entire state. I’m working with a really tight timeline. I continued my search and found that this particular store in Vegas had the shoe in store I tried to place an order online but it was not allowed. I called the store the following morning to hold the shoe. The rep that assisted confirmed they had the shoe and she placed the shoe on hold for me. I hitched the car up and drove 4 hrs to this location for the shoe and I was told that they sold it for an online order. No other options were provided. The shift Supervisor said “we don’t really hold shoes” I said “well y’all shouldn’t tell people y’all will hold a shoe if you don’t hold shoes”. After I stood there a while, internally seething, the shift supervisor offered to call another shoe store in the mall to see if they had it. Thank god they did. I appreciate liz’s efforts but I despise the policy and the fact that if Liz wasn’t willing to go the extra mile, this trip would have been a bust.
You CANNOT get a refund here, they don’t have that policy and they don’t tell you that. They only give store credit, even if you pay cash no refund is given. If they would say that BEFORE purchasing items it would be ok but they dont

This store was to small for how busy it was. The staff was very busy but helpful. They didn’t have in stock the shoes size that were wanted. So got a different color.

Should just be a self help store. Just have a security guard stand in front to make sure they pay at the self checkout counter.
Went with my boyfriend to this store and he had a Lacoste hat on when we went to the store . And he bought another hat when we were living the store BRAYAN ask him if he had pay for the hat the he was wearing ! This was a really embaraces experience we will never shop their again just for the really bad customer services ! I don't normally write reviews but my experience here was so bad I needed to write one. I called in first requesting a shoe and size to make sure they had it. An asian man answered the phone and was incredibly rude, but he said he had them in stock. I get there and he said they don't have them and I told him I talked to him on the phone (since he was the only asian guy working there and I could tell by his voice) and he just says sorry my bad. So I ended up leaving and as I am leaving I hear him say to his coworker ,"told you they wouldn't buy anything just look at them".

Had good quality shoes and great sales on mediocre pairs of shoes the only problem I had in the store was one of the employees. I had a shoe in my hand from the sale rack and was looking for an employee to help out when out of nowhere a female employee grabbed the shoe from me and asked what size I needed, i proceeded to tell her only to have her hand me a box and walk away without any polite forms of interaction. I got the help I needed but it seemed as though the employee was not held to the customer satisfaction standards of being welcoming and polite to customers as many other places are.
There's two locations I shop at. One is inside the Boulevard Mall, the other is inside of Meadows Mall. Their prices, for the most part are affordable. Besides clothing they also sell costume Jewllery, purses etc. It would be nice, if the offered more plus size. The employees are helpful, they greet you at the door. There's fitting rooms, it's either a hit or miss, having left clothing in your fitting room. There's plenty of parking. There's also handicapped parking as well.

Walked in at around 12:30pm, on 1/30/19, and no one bothered to acknowledge that I was there. There were two workers on sight, both looked at me and didn't say a word, no smile, or anything! Others walked in separately, same thing, no acknowledgement. I walked around for maybe 20 minutes, looking for the shoes I came in for. I even walked passed some assossiates and all they did was stare at me. Anyways, I felt uncomfortable so I left and got my shoes downstairs at Footlocker instead.
I like this location. I bought flats as a gift and didn't notice there was only 1 shoe in the box. So when I went to exchange the shoes (bcuz they didn't fit the person) the girl who attended me didn't make a fuss about there only being 1 shoe. She made the exchange easy!

Worst. Shoes. Ever. Bought my first pair of Vans here and they were already falling apart after just 4 months. I used them only for work (I‘m a helicopter pilot, not that demanding for shoes) and on top they’re also uncomfortable. I’ll stick with Adidas. Have a pair that’s more than 4 years old that’s still in a great condition. Take a look at the picture, 4 year (!) old pair of Adidas vs. 4 month old pair of Vans. I tried to return them, but apparently they’re worn out. Yeah, I can see that. How about making quality shoes that last for more than a few months? This company is a joke.
The worst customer service and unorganized at all. They didn't manage the time how treatment and customer satisfaction. They order for me this adrees, but the told me 3 business days. But they are layer, it takes 26 days , and then I request my money back. It takes long.
I have always loved this store by Meadows Mall, but my experience today sucks so bad...you can only try on 3 clothes at a time and when you asked them for a size smaller they give you the look.. like they don't wanna do it ...and when they hand you the clothes they tell you to strip the clothes first in a rude tone ... other store let you try on more than 5 so you don't have to keep on putting back your clothes and grab what you want to try on. Its not convenient at all...And they are speaking Spanish in front of costumers...if I want a Spanish speaking saleslady then might as well, I moved to Mexico...please treat consumers better.
Was about to buy 2 pairs of shoes with their promo bogo 40% off, but when I asked a question, staff member removed a promo price and told me that these shoes are not eligible!?!? Then why remove a tag?? From my experience, if store employees mess up prices, store has to honor whatever is advertised, but not at this one apparently. They simply told me that it's my fault and I misunderstood the promotion. Then again, if that's the case, why would you remove the tag?
Stopped by last week and im always impressed by the deals that I can find here. It seems every time I drop by this location the same associate is there busting her butt to re-face the store and focus on visual directives, not only is she doing those tasks she’s also the most friendly and helpful associate that ive had the pleasure of dealing with at this location. A true all star, your going to get your items you love and amazing customer service from this woman, that associate/manager is Alyssa, 5 star ⭐️ service everytime I am there. I literally started to wonder to myself does this woman ever have a bad day?! Im sure she does like we all do, but the quality of service and her ambition and drive definitely speaks for itself. Amazing job Alyssa ! Keep up the great work, your team is also great but I told you when i was there how impressed I was with you. 👍
Pretty good prices for some nice outfits. I usually get my sun dresses here. Only problem is, because they tend to run small, you have to get at least one size up, sometimes two sizes, from your usual size.
I love the variety of shoes they carry they lots to choose from. The employers are always making sure your doing good or if you they can assist you with anything.

At the vans store the assistants is not good at all. They probably never went to first grade be cause they don't know how to do math. I was doing an exchange and they were overcharging me by 22 dollars. The cashiers, fixed it till I told them about it. Never coming back😡😡
