I just walked out for 2 reasons. They had an obvious USED AND WORN pair of shoes in the rack that were gross and covered in hair with dirty soles and when I brought it up the girl copped attitude and tried to put them back in the rack. Then when I picked a non sale shoe and a sale shoe for the BOGO 50% the girl at the register made the other shoe a sale shoe to make the more expensive one (that was originally the marked sale shoe) the one I had to pay full price for. I've been shopping here for years and in the last year the customer service and attitude and their tactics have gotten outrageous. I'm bummed. My favorite place to buy shoes is a place I won't go anymore
What kind of a degenerate thinks that it would be a good idea to completely remove a restroom from a store?!

I only like going here so I can try on shoes and take my time without having an employee wait on me. I don't like that kind of pressure when I am shopping. However, the employees here are not the best at paying attention at the cash register. Check your receipt carefully before driving away. I've purchased stuff from the clearance and they forgot to apply the additional color-coded discount. Then I have to come back in for the price adjustment.
I'm giving this location two stars because the current manager, Jannett, who has a septum piercing and curly, blue-dyed hair, was down right rude. We had bought a pair of Jordan's and has asked her if the shoes in the box were straight from the back and unworn (so not a display shoe) or not. She just gave us straight attitude. Take the words she said alone and it doesn't sound bad, the problem is that her tone of voice was uncaring and aggravated. As if asking a question like that was somehow too much for her. She could have easily went and found the employee who has grabbed the shoes and asked them, but no. Instead, she made us wait for about ten minutes standing the smirking with her arms crossed. In any business, customer service is key, but with THAT attitude as a manager, I can't imagine why people would ever come back to this location.
Lack of empathy and experience with customer, they try to scams and cheat customer at the cashier trying to swap shoes out for a old ones or bad condition when you are paying, I got really Mad when I realized what they were doing with my shoes and the manager is not professional at all to talk to customers. Definitely I wouldn’t buy anything from here again!!! Zero stars if I could rate it!!!….
Went to exchange my daughter’s shoes since they were too small and had the most rude and unacceptable customer service from Ernesto. I asked for help and he said what’s up? He asked another to help with the shoes and he seemed forced to grab them and gave them and kept going back to the register to continue talking. Had to ask him over 3 times. Once I was at the register this kind young lady Jaz was the only one with a smile on her face. She then had to ask Ernesto for help to exchange and he said I wish I can say no I don’t want to do an exchange but sadly I can’t. I don’t know if he’s a manager but omg I can see why the rest think it’s okay to ask that way being that he was so rude. He thought he was hilarious telling that to his coworkers. I only gave a 2 stars and that was because Jaz did great. She deserves a 10
Cheaper than the brand store.
The actually answer the the phones unlike many businesses in the area. The manager is knowledgeable and helpful. Saved me from calling around the city to find what I needed. Best store in NLV by miles! Thanks guys!
It smelled a bit funky in the building but otherwise it was organized and a good experience. I found just what I needed for my date night outfit, and will be used for many more in the future.
It's always nice to come here. They have great selections, and right now, it's buy one for full price and get a sale price half off.

I asked him about 12 sea shoes. He was very rude said that he didn't have that size. I feel like he was just criminating me. Like you mistaken me for someone else or something . A boy like that should not be in retail or any type of grocery clothing retail. They should be in something like office. Max dealer with paper or I didn't guess not dealing with others. I was visiting Las Vegas and needed a pair of shoes in a pinch. I have purchased shoes at Big 5 stores in Utah so I knew they would have a large selection. Braxton was the guy who helped me. This young man was a Rockstar. He was very knowledgeable about all of the shoes and helped me pick the perfect shoes. I cannot compliment Braxton enough. Very friendly and courteous.
No one in this store i swear is a cashier. Its like there is too many chefs an not enough Indians.
Visiting from out of town and came into this store and had the best service from a nice girl named Diana she was so helpful and patient with us we ended up buying 7 pairs of shoes Diana definitely deserves a raise.

I don't know what happens with people nowadays. There is no longer any resentment towards customers. I went to the sporting goods store located on charlestong and lamb street. Before making my purchase I asked one of the workers if there was any problem or defect with my item, since it seemed to me that the box had already been opened. He answered me that there was no problem with it, that it was only a product of the net weight of the article. It was also not possible to open it to check it. The most terrible thing was lying to me about the product. When I got home, I opened the box and one of the discs in the exercise bench set was damaged. making me waste time and disrespecting me. I tried to call them and that store's number was out of service. Nobody responded. I don't know if this review will do anything but they should at least feel a little respect for everyone equally. whether they are immigrants or not.
I wish I could give 0 stars. Negative stars would be more akin to the experience I had. Consider this your warning STAY AWAY

Clean store, good organization. Was greeted when entering and exiting. However while in the store I was not asked of I needed help, nor was I asked if I needed help finding things when I left empty handed.
The store was nice, clean, and organized. The woman who was working was also nice. She let me look without hovering, which I really appreciated. I found what I needed and was able to purchase and go in a short amount of time. I might go back when in the area.

My mother and I came into this store yesterday at 1:12pm as we were leaving everything was fine until the female cashier was profiling me of stealing she not only came by me once asked if I needed help with anything I told her no she comes back a second time around the corner and looks at me like I was going to steal i even told her I was waiting for my mom to come back. For people who shops there, make sure you check your purchase item and receipt before walk out the store. We made a purchase on 7/3/2023, the sale representative brought out the item from the back and told us that’s brand new, and the receipt is inside the box. We didn’t check and leave after we paid. And we just unbox the item yesterday, the shoes were worn and has scratch marks inside the shoes. The receipt also incorrect! We made the purchase on 7/3/2023, the date on the receipt is 1/30/2023!! Please have someone clarify what’s happening here!!

I just went In today to buy some shorts. They only hire kids at this store that have no idea what customer service is. They're all so rude and arrogant. If you're not wearing clean sneakers or nice clothes they stand in the corner and point and laugh at you.

I go to pay and she walks away and begins talking and joking and laughing with the 5 coworkers behind the counter just hanging out while I was waiting. Then one blond girl says "you're done" In a rude tone and turns away to go back to hanging out with coworkers instead of helping customers. I grab my bag and walk out. This was the worst experience and customer service I have ever had.... & I have spent a lot of money at this store. This is how Showplace likes to treat it's returning customers....

i had a gentleman asked me if i needed a size or anything at all and he was very helpful. the rest of the staff were not as helpful. i got to the registers and there were 3 employees talking sitting at the cash wrap. i had alexis check me out and she was talking to her staff while ringing me up. i thought it was very unprofessional when i asked for a size from a different employee, she brought the shoe back to me while texting or whatever on her phone. customer service was very poor.

I heard the employer arguing with a customer for something they had did a mistake on and was on the wrong . I heard the manager telling a customer it’s their responsibility to make sure it’s the correct size and it’s not their job ! We all know it’s the workers responsibility to make sure they are giving the correct size to customers or to a child . They didn’t help the customer and was laughing at the customer saying it’s your fault you didn’t check so sorry we can’t help .. very unprofessional no costumer skills no people skills at all . Me and my husband walk out of this place soon as we seen how they was getting treated and how disrespectful the workers are ooh no it was a no no no ! “ stay away from this place “ they have other outlets in Las Vegas that’s are very respectful and helpful and with customers service experience . Go to the shoe place on east Washington or to a other outlets , trust as I seen their mistakes are yours so be careful here . Maybe I just got lucky or I just came from Shoe Palace next door who knows but this spot is great! Upon entry the staff immediately greeted me and asked if there's anything specific I'm looking for. I usually like to browse myself but it did not take long for me to find "the one" It was sitting there near the front, I immediately checked for my size and BINGO they have it.

I visited this store on Tuesday 6:43pm and I was in the store for 20 minutes and no one helped me whatsoever, everyone was standing behind the counter talking. I was so close to them I could read their name tags and they still didn’t help. I returned to the store on Thursday and was immediately greeted by a young man named Devaughn. He helped my son find the exact shoe and size he was looking for and helped make my trip to the mall such a breeze! Hopefully when I return again he will still be there ready to help!!!
Girl Cashier was an absolute grump. J.R. was cool and helped me, but that woman or girl I should say was absolutely horrible lol.

In 2018 there were very good offers, and they were adhering to the SIMON APP discount system. Now I found that the clearance products were just a little less than the new releases, and they have no more additional discounts or carrying several pairs. A disappointment.

Service sucked!! Husband wanted a 9 in a shoe, all white. Said they had, came back with all black, even a grey pair. They did this 4x, they apologized but never brought the shoe out we wanted. Staff just walked around folding shirts and talking to each other. Selection was slim, we came we saw!
I loved this store came back a 2ed time to get a matching belt and was bummed to find out that I paid an extra $ the original price and it's supposed to be an outlet store. You see the original price was $24.99 but that was sharpied out and it was priced for $29.99 my question is why? And just be careful.

I had a simon VIP coupon for 20$ off for purchase over 100$. At the cash register they said that the coupon is not valid on watches and we bought 2. They said they can change their policy at any time. Never buying Guess brand again! So disappointed.
Great shoe selection. My brother-in-law and sister wanted to shop there for some reason and I was surprised with how fun and playful their styles and prints were. Great deals too if they have your size still available. Store was well staffed. Customer service was good for the most part. The guy (new hire I think) told me that they didn't have my size on a certain style which I found myself on the selling floor. Line on checkout was a little bit slow as well especially with a very noticeable abundance of employees. I guess Im just confused cause both left and right shoe are on the selling floor attached with a lanyard so most customers will only need help removing the security sensor to try on the shoes but then I still can't give them a full 5 star for overall experience.

Joshua is the best. They did not have my size in the shoes I wanted, but he made sure to have them shipped to me from another store. Not only that but I tried on a billion different pairs of shoes and not once did he complain. He is the best!

What a wonderful store. I have been looking for a pair of shoes for a year and I spoke with Jordan Latz the store manager and Maria a sales rep. They graciously took my order over the phone and agreed to ship the items to the Fashion Show Place Mall In Vegas so that a family member can pick up my shoes. They were very quick to meet my needs. I called a number of times and not once did I receive any hesitancy on their part. I have never met either Maria or Jordan but please make sure you visit this store and ask for their help

I guess you can’t be black and make returns ? Kristine was helping me with a refund .. after asking twice if I wore the shoes and getting the same answer twice (no, they didn’t go with the outfit I bought them for) she begin to process the return, claiming her system was “running slow” over comes the Assistant General manager Aurora aka (Karen) as Kristine is about to say my total return price Aurora steps in and immediately says “you wore these shoes” excuse me ? I did not wear them nor were they dirty I explained these are “bone” colored shoes and this is how the bottoms come .. assistant manager not knowing her own products ? Shameful she shuts me down again and again and tells me go back to fashion show mall and see what they can do for me and preceded to say again “you wore the shoes”. Aurora basically calls me a liar in front of the whole store. Her demeanor was cold and rude, she didn’t even say hello when she first started talking to me I guess I don’t deserve any respect.. I went to fashion show and was granted a refund nearly immediately. The store associate at fashion show told me the shoes come with that type of bottom and offered to call Aurora and correct her for not knowing her products smh, stick to the fashion show location instead of the one ran by a rude Karen.

Selection is mediocre, although I did find a pair I've been interested in for quite some time that were on sale! So I guess my visit wasn't so bad. Helpful employees and cashier even stopped & got me a pair of laces I asked about from the storage room! How's that for customer service?! We went to this Shoe Palace location after a day of shopping at various famous brand and chain stores. The hoodie and shirt I bought here at reasonable price surpassed the quality of the other, more well known brands. In addition, the staff was the most friendly and helpful that we encountered all day. They all were extremely good natured and eager to help - without being pushy. They also seemed to be very well managed and trained.
One of my favorite places. Employees are awesome and so are the deals. Really wish they weren't closing their stores.
Do not purchase anything from this location or brand. At the time of purchase they did not make it aware to me that I cannot return only exchange. Only when I came back to the store to return the shoes that i was aware of the store policies. I stated to the store manager no one told me or did you make a statement about this. Where is the plaque that states the store exchange only no returns "SALES PERSON C945864 Cashier: Manion Erica" reaches behind their messy countertop and puts the plaque up.

due to pandemic, they don't accept cash which in my opinion is great to prevent from spreading the virus. employees were wearing gloves and masks and they have a clear barrier at the cashier station. some shoe stores don't have these clear barrier which sucks, but DSW is prepared. great job.
I like Vans but i have frustrations with this store and the fact that their sizing is not always true. My primary advice to these guys would be, if someone bought shoes for a gift and then found out the size listed on the shoes was incorrect due to a factory error, don't make them wait in your whole line twice to fix the problem. It's annoying enough that I had to come back at all but to them have to wait in the line to let them know the issue and then to have to wait again after I went and found another pair of shoes that did have the right size on them really pissed me off.

Have purchased a few steve maden boots and at great sale prices; eaxh time i travel to the USA. Comfortable, durable and stylish. Love my boots :)

There were two ladies that was working there during our visit, the older lady was so rude and making a lot of bad comments about customers. She said ”These customers carrying Louis Vuitton bags and asking for more discounts”(Filipino Customers). As I was paying and the younger lady was ringing me up the older lady said that don’t ring up the sale because she said that my mom is still looking and might change her mind again. It was a total mistaken identity as my mom was not looking or trying anymore.... I found out that there was another Filipino lady that was there and she thought that was my mom.... I told the cashier if it was my mom and found another piece she wanted, she will actually add it on the sale. She was being so rude and no manners. We are well educated Filipinos by the way and we have a lot of money to spend (not credit cards ok). (Purchased 4 pairs... could have been more if she wasn’t rude).

This was our first time here at this store today... i needed to buy something for work... after not having any luck at 3 other competitor stores i was hoping that this would be the place and to my surprise it was...
There was so many great name brands to choose from and so many styles... i was mostly looking for work shoes so i spent most of my time in the dress shoes section... i did find several pairs but ended up settling for this nice Clark's black covered shoes...
They have a good clearance section was well lots to choose from...
They not only have shoes for everyone in your family but they have accessories to go with your shoes... bags and wallets, scarfs, throws, shawls, coveralls, tons of socks, leggings, spanks, shoe cleaners, things for blisters, padding, non slip grips, foot deodorizer and a whole lot of shoe related items...
The cashier he was so nice and very friendly with excellent customer service... and he was from back home nuuanu... so we were small kine talkin stories... this was not only a productive visit but a nice one as well...

Just bought two pairs of shoe here today but the majority of the employees do not seem to like or care for their job. Two black teenage women tried to help me out but had very little enthusiasm and they appeared to be annoyed by the customers. One young Hispanic man actually provided enthusiastic service and I even saw him rushing to get his job done. Seems like he could not trust his coworkers to help him out. The cashier was very reserved and provided no energy, she was struggling to even barcode the shoe box. I don’t know if they had a stressful day but I hope that is not the type of service that this place runs in a daily basis.
This place has really good deals going on when I went My wife and I went in and I got some classic black and white and she got pink and white. And they had a deal going on where they were in clearance and they took off an additional %50 off on each pair. So we both got them for about $20 a pair. They were so cheap my father went in and bought a pair as well.
Great staff. The only complaint I have is they have a very small selection of size of size 5 for women.
First the salesman was very "busy" and didn't even took time to hear me out, and second -most important- thing is that I bought sneakers and they gave me different size shoes !!!! That's really inacceptable, now I've lost 50$ for nothing and they'll propably won't do anything about it. I really don't recommand going to this store.
