Worst experience. Wouldn't recommend. I had a bad experience. I didn’t explain the issue with a red tag, and when I complained, they never apologized. They seemed rather confident. They’re super rude; they only care about selling products, not about you. NEVER GO.
Ashu was wonderful at providing service to me and being patient with me while I desperately needed something for date night. Came out with a great white shirt and a suit jacket.

Would’ve given this location 1 star if it wasn’t for Jesse……. Went to this Ugg Location this past Sunday(03/31) the three ladies on staff at the register were not warm or friendly, husband and i stood there for almost 10 mins to check out without even a hello , I thought it was just us but they were unpleasant and unhelpful to each customer who attempted to check out. One employee seemed new or untrained so I can forgive that but the the other two seemed quite ill Seasoned for customer service positions. Now moving to Monday, I realized I needed to exchange sizes on the boots we purchased. I dreaded going back but had no choice as were from California. When I walked in not just one but TWO employees greeted me as I WALKED IN! Jesse saw my UGG bags and pointed out “oh dear we’re we not happy?” I explained I needed to exchange sizes. He promptly began the exchange process and asked me to grab my replacements. My dreadful Sunday experience was definitely over shadowed by Jesse, with a lovely smile and kind demeanor.
Not sure how the employees are treated in this place but just by the way they all treat people you can tell they are not happy with their job, I interact with 3 different employees and all of them were disrespectful, my cashier was throwing the items right in front of my face, I’m not even want to complain at the store, pretty sure management it’s the same other wise employees wouldn’t be so disrespectful.
Poor customer service at the location and customer service call center. 😢
Sorry but I’m super annoyed there’s only 1 Talbots in Vegas in THE MOST inconvenient location serving Vegas - when there used to be 3, to include in Henderson.
Coming here is a huge pain, especially with restaurants taking over this center and there’s no parking to be had now. I waste time and money paying shipping fees because I refuse to give myself a migraine traveling here, unable to find parking, only to go home to Henderson. Talbots needs to sort it out because they’re about to lose a 30 year customer over this nonsense…in addition to all the other customers in Henderson who mo longer shop here when the closed The District (and Fashion Show) locations.

Super cool store. Owner is a real cool person. Didn’t get to enjoy experience but definitely going to try it out when I can.
We stopped here and where looking for Female boots. There advertised 70%off. As we found the boots, we ask about the price, and the young lady told us that the special was only for the items in the islands. She said that the ones on the wall didn't apply. We stopped the following day and wanted to purchase another pair displayed in the island, when we went and pay, the arrogant lady on the register told us that they didn't had a discount. Without arguing we just left. You can find better price on line. Very poor service and attention. Sadly won't recommend to purchase anything here.
Such nice clothes and accessories, its unfortunate the store staff isn't. They represent the brand when they are there. Be courteous and helpful, you don't even have to smile but drop the death stare. Issue was sale signs were placed within a couple of feet of items that were not on sale. Should have been an easy fix but when questioned on what the price was or rung up at, was ignored, girl at register stated when she shops she reads signs, however she couldn't even verify what was rung up right in front of her. It's not rocket science, simple customer service, just apologize for any confusion verify the prices, take the money, say thank you. Then later discovered there is an item you said was on sale and rung up with the discount, did not.

If I could give 0 stars I would , me and my family went their yesterday mind you we barely wanted to go in there because we were tired from shopping all day but still decided to go inside and check it out . When I say we were racially profiled so bad . One still having chills the next day I honestly wanna cry because this is stuff you see on social media . We were so embarrassed and everyone was watching as I confronted them . Instead of checking his cameras and making sure he decided to assume and was extremely WRONG , I had my son wit me and my baby sister and they are so embarrassed and traumatized . I’d never expected something like this to happen to us . 😫 I will never step foot in that store again . I have contacted my attorney . The situation is deeper than what I am typing here today only because I can’t type without shaking but when they ask for the full story I will have it and their were witnessed and when I asked where the manager was the girl in front said . “ we are all the managers” I am livid and corporate will be hearing from me and my attorney on Monday . My feelings are really hurt I never thought it would be my family . And I get mistakes happen but no they were serious and when I walked back in every employee was standing behind the counter hurdled up and I caught them speaking on the situation so I confronted them and do y’all know what the employee told me !

Went in with my family ,was watched the whole time . So we decided to leave , only to be stopped by the tacky door man . He said did u guys take something ? Then proceeds to look at all my bags from different stores and say my bags looks suspicious. So if you have melanin in your skin “ please don’t shop there, they don’t deserve our money “ . !!
Very bad and super slow service. At the register nobody cared about the line. Only one register worked out of four. It took me 20 min only in being in the line though I second in the line. They charged me full price when it was 50% OFF.
Went to do a return for $21 the girl said she couldn’t do it because she didn’t have money in the register like how are you not gunna have money was she lazy to do her job also told me to come back another day makes no sense
My daughter and I love shopping in this particular store. Lala was very helpful with finding the right size of clothing. She is very friendly and was able to help me with my exchange with no hassle!
First time coming into charlotte russe with my friends needed to do some shopping for winter and come up with some ideals for a Halloween costume. Loved how I was greeted by the staff as soon as I waked into the store, the sales associate Lala was so friendly at helping me and my friends find the right items. The store was very clean and neat, one of the important things I aways keep a look out on. Customer service was amazing at the register as well, Paola was great at helping me also find some much needed socks and I love the buy one get one a dollar. I'll definitely have to come back to this location again, for the amazing sales associates.
Staff was okay. No one greeted us when we came in and the cashiers had their AirPods in while they rang our customers which I thought was a bit rude. The store manager was there and didn’t tell them to take them out which surprised me. The store is fairly small and not very organized. I wouldn’t go back
Tried to return a pair of shoes I bought because they are too narrow for my feet. The girl at the register said she was unable to process my return because I paid cash and since the store just opened her register had no cash in the drawer to do a return. How in the heck do you open the store for the day and there’s no cash in the drawer. That’s ridiculous so now I have to drive even further to try to make a return!
No one answers the phone, had to go down in person only to see the store was closed for business. Resorts World was not helpful at all.

It has pretty amazing bags and clothing collecting. The clothing collection for men's is not very good. I think they should also keep perfume tester samples for customers. The team was pretty amazing helped me out for any queries

London Suits is an exceptional place to shop for suits! I had a fantastic experience during my visit. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. What truly impressed me was their ability to provide fast alterations when I needed them urgently.

I have no idea how the service went. I booked an appointment on Saturday at 1030 am. I waited until 1030 and no one arrived. I text the number that had originally set up my appointment time. The individual on the other line stated they do not open until 11am. I responded by saying, then why did you did you verify my appointment time at 1030 am? They responded back by saying oh sorry on my way, I had a flat tire. My question is which is it flat tire or you don't open until 11am? I informed them to not rush and I was going elsewhere. You decide if this information is useful. I am not here to slander. I am here to share my experience, that is all.
London suits are simply the best; I bought a great Tux at a great price. So far, so good. After a few months / of diet and exercise, I lost about 45 lbs, and I needed to fit the suit entirely. It was done within two days, delivered directly to my hotel in Vegas, and was a perfect fit. Like brand new! It was terrific,

Hands down they have the best tailor in town. I had an emergency request that Sam was able to take care of it in timely manner. The fit of my suits are great, never had that experience before. Highly recommend.

Today was very unpleasant and kind of makes us never want to visit this location ever again and I’m not sure if we will be back. I was at the store with my father and my daughter who was visiting from Oregon, we were at the register ready to check out but no one was to be found but the manager he was walking around taking videos of the clothes, I asked him if he could possibly check us out an he said NO I’m busy there is only two of us here and I have to take these videos before 11am I’ll go find the girl, we were appalled and my father just shook his head and realized the manager was obviously was too busy taking videos and couldn’t take the time to help the customers.
2 days ago I went in there looking for a Christmas gift and Julio was so kind and gave me full attention and really helped me find the right clothing. He was patient with me after I had him all over the store . I truly appreciate his assistance and I want to say that he has the most amazing customer service! It's crazy because when I walked in I was actually chasing down someone (Manager) that was actually standing in front of me who blatantly ignored me and kept on walking . Once I got to the register the girl needed some assistance and she caught the manager and she straight up told me that she had things to do as if I was nobody. I was upset at first but I'm glad that she kept going because Julio is amazing and he helped me and I just thought I hadn't had that type of service in a long time and I just wanted everyone to know if you're going to that store get Julio cuz he will be able and ready to assist you with a smile on his face.
I would give this store a 6 star rating but it only allows 5 as maximum. I was using my walker when I entered the store and a very helpful patron held the door for me. I approached the check out desk and the Sales representative was so polite and extremely helpful. She graciously went and picked out the item I requested and brought it back to me. I was thoroughly impressed with her and with the cleanliness/neatness of the store. It was a delightful experience for me. Thank you to the UGG staff. I will surely go back
I'm going to give this 5stars based on the staff. I was not only helped bu an employee while looking around, but the cashier was super friendly, patient and knowledgeable also. I got what I was looking for and that was the end goal. I would personally better organize the pants because it took a good 40ish minutes to find the size I was looking for but all in all a nice store with exceptional customer service.
Experience is right! They showed me love like no other. This Dude dave (lol) loves to give out ZUMIES stickers to kids. It sucks people put us down. If it weren't for Zumies I'd have to go WAAAAAY far for a deck,bearings, trucks, etc... They have litterly everything a skateboard am-pro like myself NEEDS! Plus way dope parts that I would think they didn't carry. Like Hi-tech stuff. The hollow indys! Anyhow yea the couch is gone but. Stop by again dome day cause I love the place. I'm also so far from poser it ain't funny.
David went above and beyond helping me and my younger brother out with a skateboard. Helped us choose some trucks that would work with the board and assembled the entire thing for us. Super helpful, super friendly, deserves a raise.

Horrible management. Purchased 2 items when I was literally the only person in store, they forgot to put 1 item in bag. Making another trip back to Mall later that day,I received no discount, no nothing!!!. Asked for money back on stickers to pay for gas to return from my home and denied that also. Horrible!! 0 Stars!!!!

Came in to check out a pair of dunks I saw on their Instagram and was super happy with my experience! The staff was super helpful and helped me pick out which shoes I should get. Also they let you try on which helped stop me from almost buying the wrong size. Loved the store and will definitely be coming back!

Corey, The General Manager left a comment to my Yelp review but NEVER responded despite my follow up message I sent via Yelp. Bad business practice and the worst merchant I have ever encountered, where 99% of the stores have a great exchange and refund policy.
Who would have thought that a simple exchange or refund could linger for 2 months and still not resolved!
STAY AWAY and go elsewhere if you are looking for new sneakers, there are plenty of merchants you can buy from online if you don't care about customer service!

Masks required. Very nice inside. Everything was well displayed and priced. We were greeted at the entrance. Salesperson asked if we needed help. After that we felt comfortable taking our time to shop. So many things to look at. This is one of my favorite stores at this outlet.
Ridiculous price gouging. For example air max 90 bacons are 180 shipped from any online seller and at most I'm seeing in store for 200 to 215... they are asking for 275....100 above any other resell company
Anyone who knows anything about sneakers isn’t going to buy anything here. They charge up to $200 more than Urban Necessities and online sites like eBay, stockx, and goat. A $350 pair of shoes anywhere else was $500 here. Save yourself the trip and the money and go to urban necessities or buy online.
They have this pajama line I LOVE Called Haven. It is devine AND comfortable. Well stocked with inventory.
It was wonderful. They had plenty of stock and a ton of pettit choices. It wasn't crowded and the staff was friendly. We went on Saturday evening.

Bought some items of clothing on Black Friday, dressing rooms are closed and they do not allow you to try on the clothes. Went back today to try to return the clothes that did not fit. unlike other stores they are not allowing you to return any clothes only store exchanges. Really frustrating for the fact that we were not able to try on the clothes before purchasing them. I recommend going to another store. Avoid this one at all costs!
This is my go-to store for clothes. The designs are classic; the quality excellent; the staff wonderful. I don't need to shop anywhere else.
Zumiez is a pretty good skate shop, more of a clothes shop really but they do have a good selection of skateboards(unless you skate smaller than an 8"). I do prefer local skate shops but those are pretty rare in las vegss believe it or not, especially on the Northwest side. One good thing about Zoomiez is their online store though, every item in each store + more is listed online.
If you love the boho 70ish styles, Free People will become your new best friend. The staff is great! They always offer to order items for you (if not in the store with free shipping). The store is bright and colorful and their sales are amazing! While some feel their clothing is pricey, they are well made, beautiful and worth the cost. Treat yourself if you can. You will not be disappointed.
This is the best place to buy suits from, they have a great selection of colors and styles. Their tailor Ben is the best tailor in town, he can get any alterations done as fast as same day deal, he is seriously the best. Besides their prices are really affordable since the business is now under new management, they do whatever it takes to make sure you look like a million bucks 😎
My wife loves Talbots and, although it's not convenient, we drive there several times a year. They cater to mature women with classic taste in clothing and modest budgets. Between visits my wife makes several online purchases a month and, on those occasions when she makes a mistake, can return items to the store or online.
Billy & Ricardo is amazing they know exactly what my husband wanted in a suits & sweater for Christmas. And he absolutely love it so thank you Edge for always having the best deal & price. I will always come back every time here in Vegas.
This place really is a lifesaver - was on my way for a job interview but I accidentally ripped my pants - so had to rushed in to the Fashion Show Mall and went into Edge to find a replacement. You have to go and see Billy - he is so good at what he does - he knew exactly what I was looking for, helped me out real quick since I was running short on time, and I was on my way. Thank you so much Billy!!! Best place in town to get yourself a new suit for sure 👍👍👍
I really enjoy this store! Everything for men is perfect with cutting edge style. It has the flair you need for any occasion, especially formal and business. Billy at Edge is extremely helpful and the best for getting what you want. He has been my go-to guy that has helped turn this store into my own personal closet. Will always be back! I went into Edge for a dress & Christmas shopping, The place is great really good products and Billy the sales manager was amazing. He help me find a great dress for me, a suits for my boy friends and gift for his dad. He was so nice and friendly and very knowledgeable about the company and a very well dress, he help me find our out fits together for the holidays & NYE. I went into this store a few days ago to shop. I have been loving the pieces online and wanted to try in store. When I entered the store, I was not greeted, I watched as two other clients came into the store and they were immediately greeted. I walked around the store, touching pieces and looking at the sales associate who would never make eye contact with me. I helped myself to the fitting room and settled on a top. When I came out of the fitting room the sales associate who had ignored me the entire time told her coworker that she was taking her break, and the other sales associate proceeded to help the two other clients. I placed the top at the registered and waited for assistance. After seeing that I was not a priority and would not receive any assistance, I walked out. It's really sad to see how people treat you when you go into a store with the intent to purchase and get treated less than because you don't look a certain way. I'm going to stick to shopping online.

This is the worst company ever. First, my size is XS and when I order XS the clothes they send me are equal to M or L. Still labeled XS, but way too big and baggy. No shape, and the materials they use are so cheap and trashy.

Me and my daughter was in there last month on vacation from Utah. Customer service is on point,store is clean and workers are very nice. I didnt get the associate name who help my daughter for a whole hour thru the process. But,if she reads this she will know who she is.
