Ella was EXTREMELY helpful. she got my dressing room set up for us, took clothes from our hands so we didn't have to hold them while we shopped , took time to help us pick out other colors and choose the best sizing. she is PERFECT for this job. thanks so much ella ❤️

However Jaleen was terrible. We walked in the store at 5:51pm and she told us we could not make a purchase became they closed at 6pm. We told her we already know what we wanted to purchase. She said because the mall closed at 6 so that’s the time they can stop taking customers. She went back and forth with us about not being able to make a purchase. I informed her that I will call corporate and tell them that 1 they are closing early and that she is refusing business because they want to close 10 min early.
It wasn’t until Andrew stepped in and stated that he will assist us.
It was a clear indication that Jaleen was ready to go because she walked out with her dog and left after that

This store deserves more than 5 stars! The customer service was amazing they helped me decide on my shoes for my 14th anniversary dinner party.Ive never walked into a store and felt so comfortable to get help everyone was happy and ready to assist. I recommended this store10/10. Ask for Mohamed (store manager) he is awesome !

Came to return and purchased one item. The associate told me I can do everything with her, and I waited until she was free. There was an other customer went to pick up a different size which I didn’t know, upon her return the associate started to check out my purchase and asked me to return downstairs. I reminded her that she told me I can do the return with her as well, so she agreed to help me with the returns ( I already felt unwelcoming). I offered to wait for the associate to help the other customer first and then do my returns, she insisted to do my returns first. The other customer started to complaint and the associate turned right back to help her. I felt very innocent and it looked like I was trying to cut the line, so sad, that maybe why many of us are purchasing online, so we don’t have to deal with unprofessional customer service. ( I will return online in the future too)!
With staff person seemed disinterested openly in helping customers, the “cherry on top” is they also make sure that the atmosphere is not family friendly.
Drake’s song “Energy” (in its explicit version, not the radio-friendly edit) was blaring loudly, alongside a string of similarly inappropriate tracks in the store when you are trying to get help. Go ahead look up the song and lyrics. This would have been inappropriate regardless, but it was particularly alarming to witness this in a retail store in a mall environment when there was real children there that the staff was aware of. The kids noticed and asked why was the music saying those words. Staff paid no mind.
I understand that store atmospheres vary, but professionalism and respect for customers should remain constant. My experience at your store has left me with a negative impression.

No the issue is FAR from resolved and NO ONE contacted me. I was told that a regional manager would be in contact within 4 business days. Instead I see a false response on this review saying I have it resolved with them. Clearly this is not something they are concerned about.

Came here to look for a dress. The dress department was an absolute mess. When we asked the sales associate for help she said it’s a zoo and we were basically on our own. Over two thousand dollar dresses were just on the floor. I was so shocked to see this from Saks!
Saks 5th ave? More like scams 5th ave. I called customer service to place an order because my size sold out online. They gave me issues about using the same promo code I was using online…safe to say I purchased my designer goods elsewhere. Saks needs to improve their customer service. Being told a different size isn’t Eli glen for a promo code is mind blowing.

As soon as I walked in the women’s shoe department, I greeted the staff and she turned her head away. I’m a woman of color and I feel like I’m not welcomed in this store, let alone do I feel comfortable asking for my size for the Jw Anderson mules I came here looking for. Very unwelcoming and Saks is one of my favorite stores. This is very disheartening to be experiencing this type of treatment in 2023 is unbelievable.I am a professional that makes GREAT money. I should receive the same treatment as anyone else. I’m overwhelmed with the actions. I have yet to receive a greeting and I’ve been in the store standing in the corner.

I visited your store yesterday and had not anticipated purchasing cosmetics, but was intrigued by a LaMer display. It was difficult getting help and when I did it was less than helpful. The person did not know where any of the products I was interested in were, did not know prices and could not answer basic questions about the line. The second person was called in and managed to sell me the $600 of products I knew that I wanted.
This experience was so very unlike other times at the Saks cosmetics counter. I was not made to feel valued at all.

My daughter loves this place. Her favorite store, all of today's fashions. The associates are very helpful in helping you find things and very hopeful with rewards and coupons.
Great shopping day today at UO! Good location at the mall corner with outside access and convenient 2-story space. Nice sale, neat clothes racks that staff keep on top of and comfortable fitting room. Nice store and staff!
They will close this store down. They will not take returns because it hits their sales totals. They’ll tell you it’s because they don’t carry it, but that’s not true it’s entirely because of their numbers are low. This just shows how manipulative they are.

Costumer service and management are horrible. There was a 40% off sale. I found some cute shoes on sale and went to buy it. It wasn’t coming up as sale but there were a million of the same shoe also with the sale sticker so they honored it. When I was rung up they wouldn’t give me the 40% off sale and when I asked why the shoes are on sale the guy said “I was just being nice giving you the sale price”. No your not being nice it’s your job I just don’t think they wanted to honor the 40% off because I would have gotten the shoes really cheap. It’s not my fault that’s the sale price and it’s 40% off. Just stay away they clearly don’t want money or business.
I went with my daughter here yesterday and this young woman helped me she was wearing the cutest set from Lou & Grey she helped me purchased the set she was wearing and even took the time to call another store . Very nice customer service I did not get her name she was a petite had black hair medium length very nice ,love this store . Friendly staff . Will be back
Molly is the best. She was incredibly attentive to everything we needed and without a doubt went above and beyond to help us. Her patience and work ethic were superb and I can't rave enough about her. We frequent other Kate spades but she has made us a life long customer here and we would love to shop with her again. The store is extremely dirty! piles of dust and dirt and fingerprints everywhere. for the prices they charge they should have somebody cleaning the store, even the check out counter had piles of dust.look up at the ducting and black water sprinkler pipes, 2-3” of dust.

Brought wife in for a dress fitting. Sales staff was top notch and showed her a collection of several colors, styles, and lengths that they thought would look good on her. My wife was so delighted with the specialized service. The sales woman actually ran downstairs to grab a pair of shoes just to see how they would look with the dress. Wow.. Wife bought a dress, needed to be altered and it was done in ONE day. Will definitely recommend Saks Fifth Avenue and thank you for the wonderful service through this painful pandemic...

I adore free people and shop their store frequent in Jacksonville, Florida. The customer service here was less desirable. No greeting upon entering the store and no greeting upon leaving.
After years of getting my wife gift cards for Christmas, birthdays, Valentines Day etc, she now refuses to shop there because the Loft wouldn’t participate in Halloween this year disappointing the kids. Now I have to find another clothing store

Located inside the Walt Whitman Shopping Center right off of Route 110 servicing Melville and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. No public Restroom. Nice staff. Credit cards accepted. We will definitely be going back.
I just bought a pair of shoes from here... the service in helping me to purchase it was exceptional. Very friendly, supportive, and informative. I plan on coming back here for more quality goods. Unfortunately I had to return the shoes the next day because I found an even better pair. Once again, the service was quick and great.

For a pricey store on the mall, you would think their customer service aka sales associates would be viable and helpful. They have a second floor accessed only by stairs from what I could see (there wasn't anyone around to ask if there was an elevator) so if you have any issues walking up and down stairs like I do, it's a definite negative or if you have little ones in a stroller good luck

Nice store with a lot of selection. Pretty cheap for me , but for others expensive. Good selection of clothing. I especially like the Gucci that they have.Some clothes were unfolded and not taken care of. They should be neater. Other than that, everything else was very good.

I've never felt so strange in a store before until I went to this Urban Outfitters. Not a single person working showed an ounce of interest in their job or assisting me in a friendly manner. I was almost being ignored. Some girl who was working didn't even realize I was standing in front of her and needed a fitting room because she was too busy texting. I thought I was speaking another language. It's not that hard to make people want to come back to your store.
I purchased the quill parka online for my daughter, but it was too big. I returned the large at Walt Whitman and was helped by Carla. I explained how disappointed my daughter was and Carla went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get the jacket in a medium for me. Days later, she contacted me and told me she found the jacket in PA...needless to say, my daughter is ecstatic, but I was overwhelmed by the amazing customer service from Carla. All of the associates were extremely helpful in this store as well. Once again, Thank You Carla!
Quality is crap. the items look ok but just wait a couple months and theyll fall apart. better off saving another 100 bucks and buy real shoes thatll last a couple years at the very least. Aldo shoes with good care may be decent for maybe a year. and thats a maaaaybeeee a big maybeee....

Everything is displayed so nice...almost don't want to touch it cause it may break. Great store for the teens to hang out in. Clothes are priced high but very lovely.
