Loved shopping at this UO! I really like how the store is both timeless and trendy. I think the prices are a bit on the mid-higher range. But I appreciate the style and it’s popularity. It was pretty tidy and well organized when I visited. Also very easy to find things.

this urban outfitters has such good stuff! i was about to spend all my money here, no joke. they had a sale when i was there and my bank account completely lost it. the interior is also gorgeous with lots of light. the actual design of the place is better than any of the others i've seen. staff wasn't anything exceptional or outstanding, just nice people. but i thought the actual store was probably one of my favorites.
About average for an Urban Outfitters. Not an exceptional level of selection compared to other locations. Similarly designed with lots of light, which is nice. Staff is helpful and pleasant. Main drawback is street parking only since you're in downtown New Haven and they have no bathrooms (even for customers) so you either have to use the bathrooms at the Apple store or Donut Crazy down the street.
Went in to the store at 6:30pm. Approximately 30 minutes before closing . I had to return and item and wanted to do some quick shopping on the second floor. After looking around and picking a few items to purchase the employee that was folding items informed me I had 2 minutes to look because the store was closed, It was literally 6:50pm not 7pm , not even a minute later the employee turns to me and says we have to hurry Up because the store is closing. the way it was said was rude and offensive. I literally was done shopping and was looking for my size before going back down stairs. I get that the store is closing but there’s better ways of communicating with customers and you could have even assisted us in finding what we needed instead of watching the clock . By the time I checked out it was 6:56. I use to shop at this store all the time but I would prefer to shop so where else , this store location need to work better on their customer service.
There’s something abstract about this store. It’s so distinctive from the everyday store; very unconventional more like, from the way the clothes are displayed to the music on the background-very creative. The owner of this store must’ve worked with a very good creative director. I was very pleased when I visited; almost didn’t want to leave. You can feel this aura of calmness and tranquility. I still have a mental picture of the way I was welcomed me as I stepped into store. Their stuff are good and the price is pretty moderate too. There’s also a wheelchair accessible entrance for the differently abled. The store is very close to the road and can be easily seen from a car in normal traffic.
