Ich kaufe Skechers immer und sehr gerne in Europa Passage. Ich bin jedes Mal bewundert, wie Verkäufer mit so vielen Kunden zurechtkommen und gleichzeitig immer freundlich und lächelnd sind.

This place has the worst customer service. The employees are rude and have no knowledge of the products and run away at any opportunity they get and pretend like they’re packing things away.
Kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen, das Geschäft ist im Räumungsverkauf. Wenn dann schon früher geschlossen wird hat es wohl seine Berechtigung. Wenn Kunden der Meinung sind sich zu benehmen wie die Wandalen, muss irgendwann das Chaos auch wieder in Ordnung gebracht werden. Hut ab an die Mitarbeiter, auch im Ausnahmezustand freundlich und motiviert. Wir haben immer gerne unsere Schuhe hier gekauft und sind traurig darüber wie hier Empathielos kommentiert wird.
Ein Stern ist schon zu viel. 17h44 bereits die Türen zu, obwohl 11h bis 18h geöffnet. Es wurden noch noch Kunde ausgelassen. Dann hat man es wohl nicht mehr nötig, beim Räumungsverkauf noch Umsatz zu machen. Wir wären mit 2 Paar Schuhen mindestens an der Kasse gewesen🤷♀️

Nice Personal Good advice
I love the shoes, but today 17/7 at around 17:00 a woman with a dark red jacket and a big necklace was very rude. She was free just organizing shoes and I only asked her if she works here. She answered aggressively saying “I am busy now” in German. She later goes on to just stand freely and as I walk her way she quickly turns around to avoid me. The woman with a piercing was very kind though thankfully and I assume she was the manager. I wanted to share this in person but they were very busy.
I bought a perfect pair of Salomon trainers for my flat feet with help from the second-floor sales assistant gentleman. He was very attentive, friendly and professional, got an even further 10% discount at the counter for joining the membership.
This is one of the best purchases by far this year. Walking around for long hours at work had never been so easy.

Personal nicht in der Lage Centergutscheine einzulösen. Das Personal schickte meine Frau zur Centerinfo, um das Guthaben welches wir schon mit dem Handy abgefragt hatten, abzufragen. Als meine Frau von der Info zurück kam, war die Dame an der Kasse nicht in der Lage die Informationen zu verarbeiten. Nach einem kleinen hin und her wurde meine Frau als unfreundlich betitelt und mit der Begründung auf das Hausrecht des Ladens verwiesen. Noch dazu wurde man vom Securitypersonal auf Schritt und Tritt verfolgt. Schlechter Service, setzen 6. Personal dringend Schulen oder austauschen.

An sich ein ordentlicher Laden aber die Dame an der Kasse brauch ich gar nicht reden. Nach dem Motto schaut ihr mal was da ist andernfalls geht ihr eben, das natürlich mit Handy in der Hand und das dauerhaft und ein Kaugummi im mund alles gar kein Thema aber ich habe das noch in meiner Ausbildung gehabt dass nennt sich Service dafür brauch ich kein Laden und kann gedrost im internet kaufen.

I needed a set of arm warmers to wear during an ironman event as had forgotten mine when travelling from the uk. The staff spoke excellent English ( as do most germans) and were able to assist in finding me a pair. Very helpful and a great selection of clothing and equipment for a broad range of sports.
Bei Schuh Kay kaufe ich immer wieder sehr gerne ein. Die Beratung ist überaus freundlich und kompetent. Und: Man muss nicht nach dem Personal suchen - anders als in anderen Schuhgeschäften. Schade, dass der Laden am Jungfernstieg nicht mehr existiert!

Leider keine Beratung. Viele ungeöffnet Kartons standen zwischen der Auslage, so dass man an manche Regale nicht ran kam. Habe trotzdem Schuhe gefunden. Passten sofort. Somit schnell bezahlt und raus. Der Mitarbeiter wirkte lustlos.

On saturday I visited the store with my mom. The sales person ( lady) was super rude! I wanted from her to get other pair of shoes , she took the box and threw. When she realized that my mom did not try one of them , asked me why I am asking for a shoe if I will not try. This person should never work for such a brad, she is just damaging your reputation. Even the manager of the store asked me to calm down and did not ask for the entire story. I am a marketeer for a global brand with more than 10 years of experience and for me having sales people like her can easily damage your sales, reputation etc.

Pointless action from him - destroying the good reputation of the brand with such actions.

Oh my god. We have been looking/waiting for Nike air force 1, size 39-40 for a year, online and searching stores in Stuttgart, Sindelfingen & Böblingen. Every time, we heard, sorry it can't be pre-ordered & this size has been sold out. Here, on a visit to friends, what do we get!!! The pair that we were looking for. Thank you Nike, Hamburg...

Exclusive for rich people who are willing to spend money way above the actual sneakers worth (not even rare ones). The employees were unfriendly and seemed pretty annoyed as well.

Wir haben ein ungetragenes Paar Schuhe zurückgebracht, um sie umzutauschen. Wir wurden im Shop große Bleichen sowohl von der nur am Telefon verfügbaren Chefin als auch von der Angestellten derart abgebügelt und der Umtausch wurde unter fadenscheinigsten Gründen verweigert, dass wir diesen Laden sicher nie wieder betreten. Wer so mit Kunden umgeht hat keine verdient.

One of the best stores in Hamburg with different kind of stylish sporty shoes but some of the workers are very unfriendly and clearly not educated for their job...👎🏼Go to any other snipes but not this one .

Although it took some time to locate this petite store, it certainly has all elements to be a must-come-again shop in Hamburg. First, it's well organized, and easily to spot the stunning new collection of the year once you set your foot inside the door, and other classic options are loyally sitting on the shelves. Second, the charming staff are prompt to questiones and very willing to help. With no hesitation, two new pairs of sandels are in my hands and the joyful shopping experience will be always on my mind. The staff even waved me good-bye through the glass, truly heart warming.
Zhe Germans and their traditional brands…Birkenstock’s store near the Axel Springer Platz (Jumping Axel Spot) is an example of a reborn brand: 250 year old brand…150 euros for a pair of sandals…and be-warned: during the summer there is a queue. I have 2 pairs and use them as house shoes. Confortable for some, ugly for others, Birkenstock is here to stay.

The Hamburg Kickz Store is a must visit when looking for sneakers, jerseys (NBA, NFL, NHL), or even hats and socks as well as stylish supplies for your outfit. You'll find all established brands such as Nike, Adidas, and the Kickz own brand as well.

Bright shop with a lot of different sneakers, there is something for everyone. Very friendly staff and great atmosphere. Definitely recommend this shop! They also have a great kids/baby shoes selection.

A very unique store, selling Yeezys, Off White, even Goyard. Stunning interior design. Never seen anything like this in Hamburg. Staff is super chill and the Key Master machine makes you never want to leave this place. Lots of fun! Will come back with a couple of friends!
I had some problems with sneakers after a couple months. Went and bought next ones but turned out too uncomfortable for league games. Came in, and returned both with no problem. For both of them I got vouchers. Bought next ones but after two weeks shoe lance holder broken :( Today I went back again and with no problem got next voucher so I could pick next sneakers. Personel is very nice, helpful and has knowledge to advise you the best model.

I went and asked few questions regarding the shoe sizes. One assistant with curly hair very rudely got me the shoes. She was very upset that I wasn't getting the shoe that she got me. I asked for another design and once again very rudely said, "are you going to buy it this time or just look?" I guess it was very hard job for her to go up the stairs to get the shoe. I really didn't wanted to buy from her but had to as it was a gift. 2 other Counter assistant was reasonably nice. I felt that the curly hair assistant was just being racist towards me because I'm Asian. I could tell this by her greeting a German man entering the store infront of me with a smile but completely ignored me. Store itself had lot of designs. But customer service, very unhappy experience.

Very impolite workers. They don't refund you if they sell you something damaged. Better buy something in Karstadt or other shops. They have better support. Shoes in this Footlocker shop are mostly secondhand or damaged of excessive probe or out of fashion and it is not a reliable shop. The prices are high and sale-sign outside is just a lie.
Terrible service. My girlfriend an I visited the store today at 14:30. There were 3 employees listening to music and playing around with boxes, no customers besides us and still not one of them came to see what we needed of offered any service despite seeing us looking for shoes. Not much future for this store with such lazy service. Needless to say we went to another shoe store nearby and found and bought what we needed.

Unfortunately the shoes are over priced and just 100 meter ehead we find the very same shows with half price. But when we try to return the showe they offered voucher.

I was satisfied with this outlet. They had all the basic styles and new items with stocks of different sizes. I was assisted promptly and got everything I needed for gifts to family. I guess I was lucky cause it was busy but not crowded and the staff were friendly. I loved the location as well.
Ich wurde hier auch ohne Supermann-Socken sehr gut bedient. Tolle Schuhe. Qualität wird sich zeigen, machen aber einen guten ersten Eindruck.

I placed an order of 15 pairs impossible to communicate, I entered a discount code and send me an invoice without a discount code! the employee a certain "Sara " always made fun of telling me that he would send me the updated bill but it never arrived! Terrible service, like they just dont care about helping foreigners, first i got told a direct lie by a bald darker man on the 1. floor, i bring him a 39 asking if they have a 42 and he tells me 37 is bigger?!? and shortly after i got disrespect by another bald person who was watching at the entrance downstairs, he comes to me and says that the kid section is upstairs, while i was just looking at some models, and im a guy in the age of 25.
