I visited Nexus Seawoods Mall which is an amazing mall with an ambience, shopper friendly, appealing, many brands under one roof, food court superb, parking facility was neat and clean.we have to feedback about the Max store where I visited thrice for a product but did not find the staff said we will try to arrange but not done. On the third visit he promised me and did not arrange then I bought from online again I was disappointed with the product which was not comfortable after one day used. I mailed customer care and they denied a used product. Without using how we will come to know the products are comfortable or not. As their store does not have the same size product.
My two stars is for their cs team.
Their customer service team is never on desk. I waited for 10 minutes and they were busy god knows doing what, other employees who were at the billing desk doing nothing did not even bother to check. And after collecting my altered product they said we don’t give bag you will have to buy again.. common guys this is heights of acting cheap and saving money.
Not cool atleast check the bill amount before taking such decision.

inc 5 product worn out just on 3-4 mild use . staff not ready to exchange. or any refund.service they offered and did the worst to the samdals.. worn off more than what i gave. horrible service by lifestyle. and horrible product by inc 5

Yesterday i have visited, Ms.Prachi ( Jockey) not attended properly . the knowledge of brand is zero. Very rude behaviour. She was busy in gossip when i have ask for help. Very bad experience.
the reason for not writing anything on the post is i am looking out for nylon or polyster capri in black colour which i been on 7.10.2023 at seawoods mall yr sales people are not aware of it .

Rude Sales staff @ Melange Section. Not allowing Customers to Take a Kurtis and open and take a full Look of it. So bad. Product are good Service is Worst. I HV taken 1 Kurta but Keet it back in the Rack due to Sales staff behaviour. I thought he is Doing with us Only but No he is behaving same with every customer there
Good place for shopping though we found the collection with a little less variety.

I must say, worst sales staff I have ever come across. I have shopped at Mango Barcelona store as well, they were not as full of themselves as these girls at your seawood central shop are. I asked them about the returns policy to which she threw loads of attitude and upon bringing it to her notice that she’s very rude, she is so uneducated that she did not have the wisdom to empathise. Mango if you are reading this, please don’t deteriorate your imagery here with such poor sales experience, either train them or hire better. Please note customers are not entering your shop and paying loads to get this bad experience.
Awesome collection from western to Indian to gym wear to party wear. All in one place. Also the service and store manager is very kind and humble.

This place is a one stop shopping hub for the whole family...Wide range of clothes for kids, women and men.. There are even suitcase, shoes and accessories available . The brands displayed here are amazing. Simple and ethnic wear are good here.
Ever since I started buying from lifestyle I have stopped visiting other brands. It's like I feel most of the dresses/tops/ bottom wear is made for me! Tailor made!!! Give it a try!!! I m sure you will like it

At The Mango outlet in Seawoods Grand Central Mall, was so disappointed with the loud, rude, very unprofessional , 'full of themselves' ladies sales assistants. Inspite of the crowd due to the sale only 2 trial rooms were functional. Sadly, the women staff were least bothered with the trial queue and busy chatting loudly among themselves. There was only one good professional male sales person who was attending to the customers. Bad experience !!!Amismanged outlet.

Good collection of shirts, trousers and jeans.. Best part is that one can use the changing rooms to try out clothes during this pandemic. Staff is friendly and open to give you multiple choices.
