Mango

I must say, worst sales staff I have ever come across. I have shopped at Mango Barcelona store as well, they were not as full of themselves as these girls at your seawood central shop are. I asked them about the returns policy to which she threw loads of attitude and upon bringing it to her notice that she’s very rude, she is so uneducated that she did not have the wisdom to empathise. Mango if you are reading this, please don’t deteriorate your imagery here with such poor sales experience, either train them or hire better. Please note customers are not entering your shop and paying loads to get this bad experience.

Horrible sales girls

At The Mango outlet in Seawoods Grand Central Mall, was so disappointed with the loud, rude, very unprofessional , 'full of themselves' ladies sales assistants. Inspite of the crowd due to the sale only 2 trial rooms were functional. Sadly, the women staff were least bothered with the trial queue and busy chatting loudly among themselves. There was only one good professional male sales person who was attending to the customers. Bad experience !!!Amismanged outlet.

Great stock. Terribly mismanaged, rude saleswomen and poor customer service in-store. Tiring and negative shopping experience.
