I went into the gender neutral side of the changing room with my girlfriend so we can try on stuff in separate stalls and this elderly worker decided to come in and direct some random man into the stall my girlfriend was in and started banging LOUDLY and yelling at her to get out so the other man can use the stall. I went out and confronted her and told her that she was being loud and rude and needed to calm down. She ignored me and kept banging and yelling at my girlfriend to come out and said because the other stalls were closed this was only mens side now. There was no sign about this and looked like she was just making up rules while clearly ignoring me telling her to calm down. Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL. You need to learn how to treat your customers better and put SIGNS UP if you are going to change the rules of the fitting room. I think she was having some kind of power trip and needs to learn how to be professional. Who hires these terrible unprofessional people who think it is okay to just start banging on the doors and yelling at people in the changing room. Honestly who does this? Please get rid of this old woman who works here she shouldn't be around at all

I visited Prada to repair my bag, all the staff including manager Matthew were very friendly and helpful. I hope my bag will be good repaired and returned to me.
I’m totally bummed I forgot my sales associate’s name, she was so helpful so friendly, I was on the fence about whether or not I was going to purchase but he patience and willingness to show me everything I was interested in and spend the time really convinced me! Overall love my bag. I even went back because I saw another bag online I thought I may want instead and she was once again so friendly. Loved it here!

Couldn't make a return, and honestly, the lighting was so sad I wanted to run out of there. I wish I could handle the lackluster environment, but someone who is sensitive like me can't tough it out for a deal.
This happened a while ago, and I thought about not writing about it but this situation really infuriated me and I cannot forget about it. I was shopping at brooks brothers with my parents, there was a salesman that was helping us look for sizes. He walked away to look for the size we requested and there was another man that was shopping. He saw me waiting for the salesman and proceeded to say “he’s helping me so you can go away”. He even proceeded to shoo me with a wave of his hand. This man was so pretentious and entitled, I was absolutely flabbergasted that he could be so rude. On top of that the salesman just stood there and said nothing. He could have easily said, I’m helping her as well but instead he cowardly did nothing. Because of this situation I refuse to shop there ever again. I know you cannot control what your customers say but you could at least stand up for what is clearly wrong.
We purchased men’s dress shoes for our wedding here and had the best experience. Carlota helped us and the rest of the staff was so friendly that they all ended up helping as well. All staff there was personable and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this location!

I’ve shopped at this location multiple times and the latest encounter with their sales associate was so disappointing. I purchased a bag from them, however, the bag had quality issues upon wearing it for the first time. I brought the bag to get a refund and because I wore it once they wouldn’t honor it although the quality issues were 100% a manufacturer issue. I also texted the sales associate and called the boutique 7 times before going in person and they never once replied or picked up their phone.
I was very upset about their staff. I went there for a specific item, which I found, and tried to grab from the clothing rack. When I did, the staff came over and yelled at me for touching the clothes from the rack. I told her I was grabbing the clothing from the rack to buy but she resolutely refused and wouldn’t let me get it. It was on the regular clothing rack with a bunch of other cloth racks surrounding it. I can’t tell if it was because of me being Asian or because she was in a bad mood, but the fact that she gave me no explanation and started yelling at me, a customer, for trying to buy a piece of clothing left me shocked and appalled.
Great store. I did notice people shoplifting. The most surprising was a mother daughter duo. They were in the bathroom and they putting merchandise into their shopping bags. What a shame.
First time here! Great store. To floors of great finds and great prices. Very neat and organized. Beautiful displays and clusters of items. Huge variety of bedding and pillows and housewares. So many items on clearance, prices are too good to pass up. Only drawback was the insane line. Only 3 registers were open and there were over 20 people on line.
Had such a lovely experience today with sales Associate Nadra. She was both helpful and attentive, and really went out of her way to make sure we could find the sizes that we needed even if they weren’t available in the store look forward to shopping again with you soon

Went here for the first time with my dad to buy some christmas gifts. There are so many random objects that will make you laugh for sure like Budlight speakers and cereal boxers 😭😭😭 Very cheap and would visit again :)
Allen is the best! There was a specific belt that was sold out everywhere- online and in Bloomingdale’s, and Allen was able to locate one in their store and save my Christmas!

I shop there all the time, I am Asian and I never felt they treated me any differently. I really hate people behaved badly and blamed it on race. The employees are always nice and helpful. They are on their feet all day and earning minimal wages, give them some credit and courtesy too!

Return policy is horrible! I purchased a parfum gift a little over a month before Christmas and tried to return item 2weeks after purchase and since it was past 7days policy stated it can not be returned (even though items were boxed with unbroken seal in original packaging) Buyers beware. Store just offered exchange but no refund… knowing this now if I’m not shopping for myself I will not be buying from Ferragamo for gifts.

My daughter recently purchased a beautiful pair of boots from Prada Manhasset. The sales associate, Erren, was exceedingly helpful and patient. I would highly recommend asking for Erren if you are in the market for any Prada goods.

Very kind, responsive and knowledgeable staff. I worked mainly with Erica not for a new purchase but for a repair on a pair of heels. Everything was handled professionally with compassion to understanding the consumers feelings. Can’t wait to pick up my “Astronaut Lamb” heels when it comes back to me from repair! Bought my Yellow tote bag yesterday. I would like to commend Laura for being such a helpful and very patient with me. Ive been having a hard time to pick what color and size since Im so torn for their tote bag. Meanwhile, shes really kind and offered me different color and size without me asking. Shes a gem! We always have a seamless experience here. Everyone is very helpful and welcoming. From the whole front strip of Americana, this store has the best welcoming and accommodating staff. While everyone is excellent there, Colin is our preferred SA. Very knowledgeable and attentive to what our interests are. He always provides us with stellar 5 star experience!
My first shopping experience at Dior was a success. Linda was very friendly and took every request I had with pleasure. I ended up purchasing a pair of earrings. She offered to have a new pair shipped to me, but I decided to take the pair from the store. They have a selection of leather goods, shoes and clothing here.
Service from my advisor was excellent but there was another one who was just lazying around and was very sloppy for an upscale store.
Great place to shop for amazing bargains on awesome designer brands. Great finds from shoes, suits, dresses, bags to household items. I found 4 great tops and spent under $100. I also found some great kitchen gadgets and pillows.
My favorite department is the shoe department! It’s impossible to “walk out” without a pair or two! Makeup department is loaded with colors and colognes and hair products. Worth the trip!

During my visit to Prada, I felt uncomfortable when the associate asked my mom if she can check her Hermés shopping bag for a sensor because the alarm went off, even though it didn't. It made me feel like we were being racially profiled. I was disappointed that no one greeted us or asked if we needed help but asked if she can check my mom shopping bag. Unfortunately, due to my negative experience at the store, I didn't end up making a purchase, even though I had planned to buy a bag.
I will post pics of my dress soon but absolutely stunning! I saw it in the window walking by and went inside to try it on. They let me take my time. I took a bunch of selfies in the room and they ordered another size for me to try. There was another one I got, too! The girl told me it was the same dress a celebrity's wife wore on IG but I was already sold. Such lovely pieces to stick out from the crowd! TY Zimmermann Manhasset 🖤
I love Anthropologie and shop here often. The sales area may use more organization and be more opened up, it feels like a zoo there, but the selection is nice and changes often. I can always find something there. Wish they carried more XL and 16s in stock.
Distasteful attitude by staff at this store. Consistent with other reviewers on this page, staff are rude and treat customers badly. I feel targeted as an Asian and am differentially treated. The staff do not look happy at all to be working at the store and begrudgingly perform their jobs. Very different from how friendly and helpful staff are at other Anthropologie locations. I am not the first person to have experienced this since there are many other similar complaints on this page. ANTHROPOLOGIE PLEASE TAKE ACTION. I will not be returning to this store again.

Great experience here! I came in looking for two particular sandals. I was helped by Alicia who was very sweet and patient. I ended up purchasing a slide and matching handbag. I was also pleasantly surprised when I received an email from Alicia thanking me for my purchase and she also remembered things that we spoke about while I was shopping. I felt very appreciated as a customer. I will definitely be back to this location!
They are always nice. You walk in they respect you and help you pick the best outfit. They dress you up. So sweet especially the guy that works there so nice so caring they help you until you buy your dress they fix it on you, bring you water … awesome keep the guy that works there his a gem for your store makes customers wanna come back
ladies today at around 11 am have them fired they make you guys lose money I walked in asked them questions about sizes and dresses they didn’t want to work they like we don’t have any sizes they didn’t try to help or get the customer I walked out went to the next store they took me and knew my name even though I shopped there a year a go almost. I’m telling you o sales ladies today probably made you guys lots of money by their behavior kick them out. Best advice I give the owner reading this. Today date Friday June 10. My experience with Michelle from beginning to end was amazing. She was patient, kind and super helpful. I called the store to ensure they had a particular item in stock (I did not want to drive 25 minutes in case they did not have it). Michelle went above and beyond my expectations – She was such a pleasure to work with over the phone and beautiful wrapped my purchase and was ready for when I arrived.

Stone cold salesperson the entire store!!! My wife and I went to the store today, security told us to just wait inside by the door and someone will be with us shortly. At least two of the sales ladies were on their phones when we came in, they saw us standing there but didn’t even bother to approach and talk to us. They had us stood there for at least 10mins. If the salesperson were too “busy” why couldn’t they just let us walk around in the store by ourselves? Only 2-3 customers were in the store during that time, so we just walked away! Will never return to that store again! Bad management, bad salesperson will ruin the brand!
I have purchased so many Tory Burch products from different locations in different cities and countries. This location is the worst store I’ve been to. The store associates are not helpful. Like a previous reviewer mentioned, I also have the feeling that I was singled out to be treated like this.
Nadine was amazing, patient and tried so hard to find me the right outfit. Only thing is the store was out of my size in most pants so I was disappointed. She did a great job however and I purchased the cutest flats a pretty blue shell.
If I could give Zero stars I would. I took a day off, came all the way to Manhasset to exchange a bag. The woman who took me would not let me, accusing me of using a bag that was given to me as a gift. Then accusing me of removing the tags. It felt as if I was being singled out because of who I was. Absolutely, ruined my experience coming all this way to Long Island from Queens.

I was happy going in there because I was excited to see and try on the clothes I had put on hold the previous day. I wanted to purchase the right items and the fitting room employee told me I had the record of being in the fitting room for the longest time. I guess she times everyone who goes in? The comment made me feel uncomfortable as it was unnecessary and totally unexpected but I kept my cool and I dont know what her intentions were. But why would someone care how long someone was in the fitting room? I kept finding new items to try on... and I ended up buying one of those items I found later on along with two other items.
Really helpful team. The belt my wife got for me online was too small, we didn't know we couldn't return it to the store but the person that helped came up with the solution. She was able to send the belt out on our behalf and cut/adjust a new belt on the spot.

I love anthropologie! I got this beautiful maxi dress there. While I was there trying on dresses and such in the fitting room, my own t-shirt fell on the ground and it landed on some substance in the fitting room. I advised the store manger and she was kind enough to provide me with a t-shirt from their store at no additional cost! What a relief for me. Great customer service. Thanks anthropologie!
I went for the first time to buy Dior sandals and was very excited thinking it was going to be a great experience or at the very least receive a better treatment. the sales associate was rushing me the entire time and kept insisting I should take another color. Also, he lied about the sizes that were available in the different colors. I asked if the blue or pink sandals were available in my size but he instantly responded “no” without checking. From start to finish I was only in the store for 20 minutes and there were only 2 other customers in the entire store so I didn’t understand what was the rushing about plus there was no line outside. My whole experience was not pleasant and not what I was expecting especially being a designer store. I don’t like writing reviews but my hope is that whoever sees it from the store makes a change in the way customer service is being handled.

I had an amazing experience here last night with my cousin. Alan, Ellen, and Carlita were all extremely informative, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. They were not pushy at all, and were extremely patient despite it being so close to the store’s closing time. I will continue to drive over an hour to this location instead of buying anything online from Ferragamo’s website ever again. Thank you guys so much!!!!!!
Beautiful store, wonderful service. Love the black nylon handbag & cosmetic bag line, they last long & doesn't go out of style. If anything breaks Prada will fix it for a small fee even after 10 years. Haven't bought another brand of bag in years. Love my briefcase as well, use it every day & it's still in great shape.

I have to give Prada Manhasset 5 Stars. I have purchased two purses at this location. One for my wife, and one for my mother. Both purchases the staff was extremely helpful. For my wife's purse they ordered and held the purse until I was able to look at it in person. I had a similar experience for my mother's purchase. Staff is very polished and courteous.
My girlfriend absolutely loves this store, if it carried men's clothes I would like it more than I already do. Beautifully decorated, clean, and friendly service at all times. Perfect place to find gifts like jewelry, clothes, or home items for your girlfriend, wife, or mom. I can see why women like shopping here because of the high quality products and well crafted atmosphere that makes spending time in there very enjoyable.
Came in this afternoon...was planning on getting a dress for a wedding event and was so turned off by my experience I walked out. The woman with the short brown hair was so rude/ completely standoffish. She didn’t help me or even ask what I came in for. She proceeded to stare at the computer for he entirety of my visit. Horrible experience. Won’t return.

We never have a problem getting help in this store when we are purchasing something. However, a bag my mother received for Christmas from my father was horribly made and fell apart in one month. This has never happened, and we truly believe it was a fluke.
So we go to the store and explain our situation. We did not want a refund, merely an exchange or store credit for a different style bag. We waited for 45 minutes for the manager and when she looked at it, she said: "this damage is due to wear and tear. We won't accept it." Did not look my mother in the eye. She walked away. My mother had used the bag twice.
My mother and I politely pursued the matter, ultimately having to reach out to more senior Tory Burch employees. We eventually had the bag exchanged for a similar style, and my mother is very happy with the quality of the new bag. A few months later, in the Manhattan Tory Burch, my mother and I noticed no bags had the same material as the faulty one my mother had received. We asked a sales associate and she informed us they had a history of the material not holding up well.
We will not be returning here.
