Flattering wrap dresses.

I will post pics of my dress soon but absolutely stunning! I saw it in the window walking by and went inside to try it on. They let me take my time. I took a bunch of selfies in the room and they ordered another size for me to try. There was another one I got, too! The girl told me it was the same dress a celebrity's wife wore on IG but I was already sold. Such lovely pieces to stick out from the crowd! TY Zimmermann Manhasset 🖤

ladies today at around 11 am have them fired they make you guys lose money I walked in asked them questions about sizes and dresses they didn’t want to work they like we don’t have any sizes they didn’t try to help or get the customer I walked out went to the next store they took me and knew my name even though I shopped there a year a go almost. I’m telling you o sales ladies today probably made you guys lots of money by their behavior kick them out. Best advice I give the owner reading this. Today date Friday June 10. They were looking away when customer was talking to them they hate their job… don’t believe me send a fake customer in see how they act they could have at-least sold me 5000$ dress today but no they don’t care they ruined the brand store

Came in this afternoon...was planning on getting a dress for a wedding event and was so turned off by my experience I walked out. The woman with the short brown hair was so rude/ completely standoffish. She didn’t help me or even ask what I came in for. She proceeded to stare at the computer for he entirety of my visit. Horrible experience. Won’t return.

I adore this store. My oasis. I really like the ladies in the store. I have been going there as loyal customer for almost. 2 yrs.. perhaps the comment with 1 star was due to the type of clientele that the Americana caters to in general. Your loss. The staff could not be better. Patience is a virtue.

The girls at the store are great! They go out of the way to run up and down the stairs for sizes. Be patient some times they are single coverage and have to wait on few customers at time. I will be back soon. I'm Spanish and never once felt like the girls were racist. Xxoo
