Great gym! One of the best we did in NZ. Spacious, lots of machines and racks, AC. We loved it!

Been going to this gym for 3 years. Well maintained facilities and friendly and helpful staff. There’s a stadium upstairs with 6 hoops that is free to access for members. Wide range of fitness classes to choose from as well. PT service is also available. Lastly, it’s rare to find a gym that opens as early as 5:30am in Auckland, perfect for 8 to 5 workers like me.
Great place, I use it all the time and it is really helpful. They will lend you a basketball to play with if you want to play basketball and forgot your own and their facilities are amazing. Would definitely recommend as the best place around for the price.

Worst gym ever. Tiny space poor condition. The so called "boss" told me today "I dont give a shit" because I did a little dribble by the side of the basketball court when it was booked. I told him in-door basketball courts are very rare here. Later his staff called the police, he said I disturbed the referee and they tried to cancel my membership. Luckily I never subscribed only one-offs. If you want insults please do drop in. I am never going to this place ever again. By the way the floor of basketball court suck so much you can't even imagine.

yours,
a basketball lover

It's pretty good so far and since I'm no longer as strong as I used to be the 50 kilogram DBells will do just fine.
This is far the best cheap gym I visited in Auckland, with enough standard plates and even an olympic weightlifting stage. Fresh environment with a lots of light, everything made convenient. The aerobic area is good with machines, kickboxing bags and all nice high-intensity interval training equipment. 10$ for a student, 16$ normal drop-in price. Beats CityFitness and Anytime Fitness in every aspect.
Western Springs Stadium is a stadium in Auckland, New Zealand. Built within a natural amphitheatre, it is primarily used for rugby union matches during the winter and for speedway during the summer. It is also occasionally used for large concerts and festivals.
Western Springs Stadium is affectionately known as the home of Speedway and outdoor concerts in Auckland.
A couple of the world's best Kiwi riders, Ivan Mauger and Barry Briggs, rode there frequently back in the late 60's and 70's.
The Springs is Aucklands renowned outdoor concert venue that hosted a long list of both local and international artists going back 60 years, including Neil Diamond 80,000 people, The Rolling Stones, Bob Marley, Fleetwood Mac, Boz Scaggs, Dire Straights, David Bowie 85,000 people and long list of other artists right up to 2023.
The parklands surrounding the stadium are a popular area for sporting events, a temporary summer water slide development, family gatherings and picnics or a tranquil stroll and bird watching on the pathways and waterways winding through the natural vegetation.
Also, beside the stadium and parklands is the popular Motat Trasport Museum, and within an easy 15 minute walking distance is The Auckland Zoo, another popular venue in the area. You can very easily spend a whole day visiting this area and venues.
Venue public parking at the Zoo is good, but Motat and Stadium is limited, and there is Disabled parking available. Street parking is available for Parklands and overflow from Motat and sporting events.
Concert parking is on the sports fields and surrounding streets.
Came here for the first time last month to see Mr Post Malone again. It was a great venue, can hold lots and lots of people. All team on were very friendly, overall it was a great event. Shame about the weather turning it into a bit of a mud pit. Crowd control was good, seemed to be able to get in and out with little to no hassle. 👍
Just some Post Malone concert photos, enjoyed so much at this park

Pretty decent powerlifting gym; deadlift, bench and squat equipment. Accessory machines and free weight area, dumbbells to 50kg, 4 bench/press areas, deadlift and trap bar, back extension leg extension and multiple cable areas. Will visit again
Quite a large venue for a concert. We were at the outer fields area which is the fields outside the stadium. It was fairly easy to get in and out of but did get quite busy, particularly when leaving. They set up a food area and had multiple toilets areas as well as multiple merch stands around the grounds.

First time playing indoor soccer ⚽️, its clean and safe and well ventilated plenty off space friendly staff, however the carpak is not free but there is plenty of carparks, it is good 👍 I recommend for indoor sports activities.
Great times. Toilets were clean. Kids were kept busy. Seating for lunch. Lots of activity. Fun day. Train has longer ride than what I remember. Well worth it. Try to go when there's nice weather. Wonderful day in overcast skies but be horrid in rain.
Happend to stumble on this place today. What an amazing park, clean and tidy! Excellent facilities, alot of wildlife from swans, ducks, rabbits and lots of native birds. Easy walk great for beginners or anyone in general. Would definitely visit this park again. Plenty of things to do, close to motat and the zoo.
Well done great set up this concert, however would be best if drinks weren't opened on the first gate in, to the organizers you knew we would be held for an extra hour at another gate having to wait before getting in to the actual show, that was sneaky sorry, need to leave them drinks closed at least for the extra wait inside, the concert grounds is fine to open the drinks and hold people back from getting best spots, we spent $80 as each bottle was $10 that was a waste of money..just saying, other than that the concert was awesome #FridayJamz, we had one of the best seats in the grounds (standing not seats, but the best)the buses afterwards could be better, more buses please, that was a long walk and wait, mean concert though thank you
