Probably the best storage facility in college station if not all of Texas and I say that mainly because of the customer service. Caleb was easily one of the most helpful individuals I've met and was extremely kind and considerate. Will be parking some of my summer time vehicles here as well as my boat now that winter has arrived.
Great storage unit! Place is very safe & never had any issues. The owner was very easy to work with and only asked that we clean up after ourselves. Will definitely come back if we need to rent again.

My favorite Storage Place, it's open 24/7 with your unique combo, so you don't get stuck overnight with an unhelpful call center like Public Storage. The rates are similar and T21 has always had great staff ready to help you check out units and pay your bills.

The facility is very clean and well kept. The manager very friendly and greeted us with a smile. There are free cold waters, drinks, and snacks, which are perfect on a hot and tiring day of moving. There are restrooms and they are very clean and well kept. What I really like are the door stops on the two exterior doors. This is a small detail but makes a world of difference when having to move things in by yourself. I mentioned it to the manager and she said they break easily but they will keep repairing/replacing the door stops when necessary. They had the best price in town and I plan on using this business for all of our storage needs in the foreseeable future.
The best experience renting a storage unit here. Professional and polite staff, clean facility, clean restrooms if needed, good rates for renting units. I will definitely return to rent a unit if necessary for the future.

This place was absolutely wonderful for the price they have for climate control its amazing. I went somewhere else to get a price match and this place was cheaper and had better environment. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
I NEVER write reviews but I had to write one for Lisa! She was SOOO kind and helpful and I highly recommend this storage facility based on the customer service alone. She was even helping people struggling with their heavy things when it was way over 100 degrees out! I would definitely be hiding out in the air conditioning but Lisa goes above and beyond! She’s a rockstar for sure.

I needed a last minute temperature controlled unit. The unit was great and moving in was made better by the cool A/C inside and the free water bottle. They have carts for moving stuff. Super convenient for me and easy

A nice clean storage facility for your climate controlled storage needs. Price is right and large sized units were a plus for me.
Keep jacking up rates on tenants, gates never function properly, doors don’t open with codes, “climate control” is a huge misrepresentation, & filthy conditions. New ownership is out of state and could clearly careless about the management of this facility!
The gates are never closed when I go and it makes zero sense to not have a way to get in the back without walking to the front and opening the back door.

Paid for insurance and had rat droppings and messed up my machine and materials we had over $1000 in damages and never got any help or resolved our situation. Do not recommend!

This storage is great and I’m glad I’ve found such a good place to store some stuff.
Ever since this facility was sold to new owners, the quality of everything has dropped. It seems that the new owners are more into passive income and aren't putting any effort into keeping the facility maintained. It seems more often than not, there is nobody in the office, even during normal business hours. They recently stopped allowing tenants to access the loading dock to move stuff, meaning that loading and unloading is limited to the front door. Unfortunately, the driveway/parking area in the front is very small, so any loading or unloading in that area will deny access to any other tenants that also wish to unload/load. While the loading dock door allows exits, if you're caught outside when it closes, you'll have to hop a fence to get out since the entry and exit are gated and the outdoor door sensor is deactivated, which basically makes the existence of the dumpster useless unless you have someone who can let you back in. The grounds have been unkept for quite some time. The pictured branches fell months ago during a storm and they have still not been cleared.
I was using for a little bit over a year and thanks to Lisa for being super remindful helpful and just the sweetest lady that I’ve met she made my experience here the best thank youuu!!!

Owners and manager very self seeking. Do yourself a favor and rent over at Dowling Road Storage in CS or rent at Storehouse in Bryan, both facilities are new and properly managed.

Used this location for about four months while I hunted for a new house. I lived with a friend across the street from the location. Considering the chaos that happens at some of the surrounding businesses (I'm looking at you 7- Eleven) I never once felt that my things weren't safe. The area is kept clean and the service was wonderful! Out of nervousness, I extended my stay longer than necessary and Lisa helped sort things out. This location is run by wonderful people that care about their customers. I highly recommend this place!

Hey Guy's the only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because most of the roll up doors and a little rickety. But if you let them know at the office they will fix it for you quickly. And after we moved in and dealt with some rift raft that the staff didn't know about, but quickly resolved the problem when we brought it to their attention the place is back to normal. Great place to store your stuff and the folks at the front office are always ready to help you with any issues. The grounds are clean and each storage unit has an actual alarm on it. I would definitely recommend Lone Star Storage to anyone. Huge Thumbs up for them . 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Ever since Triangle Storage changed hands, it has really gone downhill. They don't have anyone working in the facility during business hours anymore, so you have to enter through the front door (whenever your code actually works, which is not a given) and walk through to the loading dock area in order to open the loading dock doors, and you better not let them close without anyone being inside, or you will have to climb the fence and go back around front to get back inside because they don't have a functioning keypad on the loading dock doors.
Also, they have turned the temperature up on the thermostat several degrees. While it is still climate controlled, when I first moved my things into Triangle, it was downright cold inside. That part is not a huge deal, but it's just another sign that they are now more concerned with profit margin than they are with their customers.

Lisa is a shining example of customer service, always positive, upbeat, professional, she goes above & beyond! Lisa should be training others on how to better provide customer service. The abnormally warm reception I've always received from Lisa has kept my business when it was more convenient to take it elsewhere. I've had 2 units here, my parents & brother have as stored here also, a great experience all around, everything works and is kept up with...

Gated, well lit, cameras everywhere, concrete lot, and better amenities than anywhere else in the area. The owners are observant, direct, and pleasant to deal with. I have zero complaints.
Facility is nice but the online booking is not clear what so ever. Ended up being charged twice the amount shown online.

100% would rent again. Sheri was super. She helped me not only last minute, but on a weekend when she was obv. very busy yet took time to make sure I understood everything, was up front and clear about every charge (no surprises) and helped me work the best solution for my needs. It was truly a contactless, easy move in and out. Cissy Beth was just as efficient upon my departure. The facility itself was great. Clean, well lit (needed for a 24hr place) felt secure, had security cameras, and had lots of different sized units. I saw several different vehicle parking choices, covered and uncovered of varying lengths for extra/recreational vehicles. They were all at the back as well, so I don't think you could see them from the street. Had multiple gates which was nice, in one, out the other. Worth it. [Pic of 10x20]

Clean, friendly staff, reasonable prices, I love the fact of 24 hr with the access gate code and all the security cameras, well kept, lots of camera's (which is awesome for night owl's like myself, I feel safe going to my unit during the night)

I have used this facility for roughly 4 1/2 years. It has been a long relationship, that’s been supportive and offensive in the same token. My answer to if this is a great storage business capable enough, and reliable enough to be responsible for the items that I find important, Is my continued usage of their services. They care about me, and to me? That’s very important.
Top of the line in storage facilities. The owners spare no expense on developing a facility that meet the needs of all businesses that operate from this property. It is clean, spacious, and most of all, safe. The area is gated with security cameras that monitor every inch. It can’t say enough good about it. If you’re looking for a place to park your food truck, look no further.
It's very clean, they showed me the sizes they had available and I was able to get exactly what I wanted. For a college town, the pricing is respectable and they even offer a veteran discount.
