at this point .. I will NO LONGER use PNC ever again. I needed to exchange some change I had for cash and waited in line for 15m because YALL ONLY HAD ONE REPRESENTATIVE UP FRONT. aint nobody got time for that. chase and capital one are my major banks . hate PNC.

The worst bank in this area, the tellers are incompetent, they made me wait 25 minutes in the drive-thru and then told me they couldn't help me and that I should go to the reception desk.

I came in today to withdraw from my savings account. I provided a filled out withdrawal form, ID and bank debit card. The teller took all 3 and asked me for my credit card and SNN. I was very confused why she kept asking me repeatedly for my credit and SNN. I did not appreciate her tone of voice. I will be withdrawing my money from here and taking it elsewhere.

Echo all the reviews here saying the tellers need to be retrained and learn how to interact professionally. I have gone in there and had another teller behind me looking at my information, gossiping about their child. I've had a teller say "sorry I only do deposits" while accepting someone right after me for something other than a deposit. Absolute chaos here. Navy Federal would never. I'll use another branch.

I've never experienced such unprofessionalism from not one but two tellers. It was supposed to be a simple trip to talk to a bank agent about an existing account. Tellers raising their voices to get the point across isn't appropriate. Luckily, no personal information was given out loud. Otherwise, that would have been a different issue. I dread having to go back to close the account in question to the bank at another bank with better-trained staff.

This is the BEST TD Bank branch around, and I’ve used a lot of Northern Virginia branches. In fact, of all the branches I’ve used in the East Coast (NY, NJ, DMV) this one by far has the friendliest and most helpful staff. Special thanks to the current branch manager Nacion for always putting her customers first and going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. An officer is a raciest. Reported to customer service but no reply after 2 months. My recent experience was terrible. I arrived on time for my appointment and started my application. However, when another customer came in, they made me move and served them first. I have to wait 30 minutes to resume my application. The person serving me was very rude. And she said she was worried about serving me because she was afraid I don’t know how to speak English (I’m an Asian). It seemed like she treated other customers better, either because they were opening bigger account or she is a raciest. Her name is Georgina Ramirez.

I went in to get some help and was told to be sat (just needed to sign something) After waiting for 20 minutes have not been seen but people were walking up to the help offices and skipping the line. There is no organization to help the guests here.

Make sure you have a lot of hours if you need to talk to someone. You will be waiting! No one acknowledges you when you come in. The profesionalism is subpar to say the least. Banking overall is fine. But coming in this specific location is a nightmare, every single time.

Just went there with a legitimate check issued by their bank and couldn't cash it because I didn't have TWO forms of ID. TWO? SERIOUSLY? WHATS NEXT 3? MAYBE 4? Unbelievable that I went there with a check issued by them and needed two forms of ID. Pathetic and I will never do business with them again. Went next door and got the check cashed no problem. Thanks capital one! A real bank. Take notes PNC.

I had made an appointment the day before I had it and it seems that even if you make an appointment it doesn’t matter. It’s a first come first serve. They are so unorganized and I waited an hour, I am a very patient person but I was told that it would take them another half hour to help me. I had gotten to work late due to them, it would have been nice if they could have let me know, I wouldn’t have mind. If I could give them zero stars I would. Don’t waste your time. They were very rude, I had told them before I had to go to work in an hour and it didn’t seem to matter to them. I will be changing bank, you can never seem to get someone to help you.

Worst service ! Never improve !I complain to the manage as well . Didn’t work . Worst worst bank . The cashier is the very worst guy .I came for the change and waited in the drive through for about 30 min. I asked some quarters , dimes and nickles . He told me he can’t give from drive through . Wasted 20 minutes driving there, while calling the branch to make sure they do Share branch services and I don’t have to drive there for nothing. Well, no one answered, when I got there, I showed them I was calling the branch, there were no customers inside, 5 employees and no one picked up the phone!

It does exist. Stand in front of Giant and look at your 11 O clock. The ATM is right there to the left of State Farm building.

I went to PNC Bank located off Elden Street in Herndon, VA because their one of few PNC Banks that open at 9 a.m. In addition, this location is full-service, which is convenient for both PNC customers and non-customers. This particular branch is very clean from outside the parking lot and the inside is also very clean, modern looking as well. As I entered the bank I was created by a young lady who smoked and made eye contact upon approaching her station. She was very polite and helpful. The tellers are very nice, polite and professional too. I even had an opportunity to meet the bank manager, who went out of her way to assist me even though I was part two people in line. I have to admit it was a pleasant surprise because there was really no line this early in the morning; however, this is the environment that PNC offers is clients. So, I can see myself visiting this branch many more times because they're efficient and engaging.

I have not visited the branch but I have worked with the loan officer, Frank Kolencik, who was JUST AMAZING to work with. I’ve worked with so many other loan officers and he is THE TOP in so many things. He is knowledgeable, caring, competent and responsive. He is my go-to person for any loan needs for me :-) I also HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to my friends and family. Thank you Frank! You’re so amazing!!

Ignore the bad reviews: A lot of people don't understand that they can't overdraft an account for free and leave bad reviews. The reality? I use my bank a LOT. I run businesses, manage my whole family finances, and take advantage of a lot of the nuanced services that local banks offer. This PNC location is clean, respectful, and well-managed. The staff is courteous and professional. They have a thorough understanding of all of the products that they offer. They're willing to sit down and explain anything to you. And if you need something special, they're usually willing to accommodate. I do not know what more you could possibly expect from a local bank.

After I waited on line before 1pm. on Saturday May 30th for 35 minutes. I was told by 2 representatives that the bank closed at 1PM. Now I know that people want to go home and I appreciate TD Bank as I have been a customer with you since you were Commerce Bank. BUT, I fell that was rude and unprofessional as there was only 1 bank teller working the drive through which caused the back upamd this is not the 1st time. That was not my fault and there should be more than 1 teller assisting the drive through. I feel that the representatives should not have waited until the last minute, they should have closed off the drive thru and worked in conjunction with each other to get to get the patrons out of the drive thru area and then proceed to close the bank.

The worst PNC Bank Branch in Northern Virginia; the staff are rude and unprofessional. I made a cash deposit for my wife through the ATM. I forgot to retrieve the ATM card, and came back before I left the parking. The ATM kept the card after printed the deposit receipt. I reported to branch staff and provided my Driver license after requested. I was told to bring my wife. They said she is the only one who can retrieve the card. That’s a waste of my time?

America’s most inconvenient bank. They constantly do service on the atm, never letting customers know. ATM was in service bank tellers watched people try and use the atm for 15 mins without saying a word and when rightfully frustrated they have an attitude as if your inconveniencing them.

We will be contacting the Virginia Bureau of Financial Institutions (BFI); the regulatory division of the Virginia State Corporation Commission (SCC.) about this extremely poor service.

The bank personnel needs to be better trained. I had to deposit a CAD check to USD and when it came to exact amount and the process, they were wrong and couldn't tell me for sure how much the deposit will be. At the end, now I have less than anticipated money from that transfer and need to have another check written.
The bank tellers should either know the process or should ask managers rather than claiming a wrong way.

A year ago, I posted a review about no one ever answering the phone at this bank location, and I had to physically go to the bank to ask a simple yes/no question. The "owner's" response was "We'll be sure to document this feedback for review." Last week was the first time in a year that I had to call the bank again (the info is not available online) -- and the exact same thing happened! Called throughout the day, no one picks up, recording says to call a central number, and the person on that call says I have to call the local bank! So much for the "review" of poor service. This time, I then called the next nearest branch, a real person answered immediately, and answered my question professionally. #customerservicefail

Saved my vacation! I made a wrong turn in Pennsylvania that put me on the east side of Baltimore. Realizing I was a little lost, I decided to get gas and regroup. Went for my card, and bam, no card! Called the house sitter, sure enough, it was on the dresser, at home, 5 hours away. Made it to my hotel and set out in the morning.
Maria helped me out, got me a new card without disturbing the accounts tied to the card at home and I was out in under 20 minutes. Cheerful and smiling the whole time. Thank you! Back on the road I go.

I opened a convenience checking with no maintenance fee supposedly if balance is over $100. It is a big LIE!!!!! They charged $15 fee. They did so twice. First time I was refunded that amount. 2nd time they did not. Even though the balance was over $100. They are crooked and say one thing and do something else. They rip customers off by charging a lot of fees. Not convenient. Very Crooked indeed. Dont bank over here. Bank at other bigger well established bank.

The worst customer service. I was here last time and waited for 30 mins when there were 4 people behind counter but they could not help me because they were going thru an audit. Why would you do that at the middle of the day. Today I went, in fact called ahead to get checks and I was told I can get three, but then at the branch I am told that I can only get one. However, please don’t let the slogan fool you “America’s most convenient bank”.

Went in for notary services. They turned me away saying that I didn't bring witnesses. I asked if other tellers could be witnesses, they said no. Other banks offer free services and provide witnesses... So much for "America's most convenient bank".

Horrible horrible experience with the manager at this branch, Eric. I came in to close my account because of all the fees TD bank charges only to incur three more overdraft fees after leaving this branch. Silly representatives giving incorrect information only to have their boss back up the incorrect info. If you're smart, stick with other better banks like Bank of America or Wells Fargo or a credit union. Do not go to this branch!!!! Horrible customer service and Eric is very unprofessional too.
