10/10 for customer service! Placed an order on the app and they CALLED me to let me know one of the items I ordered was out of stock. Ok, that is some top their communication if you ask me! Once I got to the drive thru there was maybe a three minute wait (which is nothing compared to the Panera in my town) and they gave me a free brownie!! The sandwich I ordered was prepared nicely and I even got THREE WHOLE SLICES of avocado on each half of the sandwich! What a breath of fresh air. I’ve seriously had to wait over a half hour before in my town’s Panera drive thru, for ONE SANDWICH! And they hardly ever put any toppings in it. This was easily the best Panera interaction I’ve had in forever. Especially since I was coming home from traveling for a full 24hrs so I was desperate for a decently fresh meal. Ugh thank you! Lol
I was just at Panera to order a sandwich and had some of the worst customer service ever. The drive-through person must not have learned manners when they were in school. All it got out of this person was demanding the payment. Did say please or thank you. Besides waiting for a long period of time, you would think they would apologize for the slow service and say thank you. Instead, I got nothing. When I said, "you are welcome", the response was 'have a good one" and proceeded by the drive-up window being shut. Really? I think you need to take lessons from Chick-fil-A who have excellent service and all of their workers are very polite. After spending $14.00 dollars on a sandwich, I think I at least deserve a thank you.
Got a half tuna salad sandwich and a cinnamon sugar bagel. Bagel was excellent. However the sandwich had less than a spoon of tuna. It felt like eating plain bread with two slices of tomatoes. Sandwich was overpriced but this was ridiculous just for the bread and tomatoes.
The worst fried rice I have eaten in my life. The veggies had a bad smell and the dish doesn’t look appetizing. Not sure if the chef who prepared this had been taking a challenge of blind fold n cook. Last time ordered curry fried rice which I thought it was the worst but these dishes ( schewan fried rice and noodles) took over the spot.
Worst food ever. The food quality has gone down. We ordered Masala Dosa and Pav Bhaji it was so bad. Something has changed, maybe it is the cook. We used to come here all the time to eat but never again. Will just visit the grocery store. You lost another customer .
Such a great store, many choices for Indian food. There are also fresh meats and vegetables available. The little restaurant has amazing food and many choices!
I literally visit this location once or twice during a work week M-F. I order the same thing every time online and walk in to get my order. Half a Napa Chicken Salad sandwich on sourdough with a regular charged lemonade. (Before the recents deaths due to the over consumption of the charged drinks it was self-serve. Now the counter staff has to give it to you). It comes with the tiny bag of chips. I'm not sure if there's suppose to be a pickle because it's hit or miss if I get one. This sandwich is delicious. It seems recently they are putting less of the chicken salad with more lettuce and tomato. All-in all it's a perfect lunch. I often get money off because of their rewards program.
I would say that the strength of this store is dried spices and sometimes other dried goods. The huge weakness here is that a lot of things are expired. They don't rotate out products. Dried beans or lentils that are expired may never cook through, they stay hard forever so it's not worth risking it. Buy spices here and if you're buying beans or lentils check the expiration date first.
I will give negative stars if possible. Their biryani is worst as they just use the mutton from gravy most of times and don't prepare biryani fresh. Please stay from ordering their biryani. Quality of food is so bad and there is no accountability when you ask them. They treat you like you are at their mercy.
Great grocery store for all authentic Indian cooking items, seasonings, sauces, and spices. They even have a restaurant beside the store, which was very good. They are stocked very well for the size.
I was happy when I opened my bag and unwrapped my food. Then I took a bite on something hard and it was this avocado skin. I said "ok fine..." but on the other side there was a piece of paper stuck to it. THIS WAS IN MY SANDWHICH! I feel sick to my stomach. I don't even want to know what it looks like in the back where the food was being prepped. $22 wasted. :(
Good food and good ambience. In store app is also too good with a very user friendly interface, only thing is screen is very small. Good ambience with lot of space and very good lighting. Unlimited Sip is one of the main attractions. Though quantity is very less, everything tasted good.
Worst biriyani. From past few months biriyani is very bad and we are throwing it away many.After many tries and feedback nothing got changed. It is really cold at the bottom and just giving microwave food. Looks like they don't care about any feedback and they are not ready listen anything at all. Look at the pictures attached, i am not sure how you can given this kind of food When we are paying money for it. Stay away from this place to save money and health.

As Panera ages some locations have gone downhill. This location is as bright as when it was first built. It's clean, bright, well stocked and well staffed. The manager was extremely sincere, kind and accommodating. It was clear he took pride in his store and in serving its guests.
If you are looking for a great variety of Indian foods, this is the place to go to. They have a huuuge selection of rices that you cant find elsewhere, lentils, and spices. The store is really clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. This is MY go to place for all foods Indian. They also have a small cafe that has yummy meals and snacks!
Appreciate the drive thru at this location! Service was fast but they did forget part of my order and I had to go back:/ From my view, the cleanliness of kitchen could be better. In my picture you can’t even see all of the food on the floor. Not a great visual and it is a tripping/slipping hazard for the staff. Soup was nice and French baguette was slightly over baked.
