Real people and really good coffee at an unHamptons price.
Very good food, very upscale breakfast, brunch, and lunch food assortment.
The atmosphere was cozy. The staff was very kind. There was a mistake on the order, and she kindly and generously made me a new drink. It was the best coffee I've had recently.
The staff were kind and lovely. The sandwich was the best and full. I almost regretted it if I didn't drink coffee. Both coffee and bread are excellent.
Stopped here for breakfast. Got the regular egg sandwich on a croissant and a mini egg sandwich. Great selection of muffins, pastries, and coffee available. Food was really good, and was served with fruit. Small seating area for dining in. Prices are high, but that's to be expected in that area.

The staff is incapable of doing their job. We started ordering at the kiosk, but our gift card wasn’t working there so we had to go to the person cash desk. We ordered a salad and a sandwich, the gift card wasn’t working again (why do you have the option to put your card in your account when you really can’t use it online). We paid cash and after that we got 2 sandwiches, explaining that this is what we ordered, when in fact it was not. A little more customer oriented staff wouldn’t hurt. I love Panera bread, but this one doesn’t really exceed my expectations, or even close to them.
Staff is okay but manager should be changed. Food is $85 for a family of 3 my god.

Good coffee, nice atmosphere and pretty fast. The guy who made my coffee didn’t have a friendly bone in his body. The counter had spilled coffee on it that was much easier to spot once I saw it on my white shirt. Would repeat because the coffee was really good.
It’s been said, but necessary to say again, don’t let the lack of sign fool you! Great coffee, their roster is in the back that you can sit next to and smell the beans (best part), and enough seating to hang out and read. Friendly staff, glad I found this place!
Terrible experience!!! Went there, paid for a blond roast coffee and caught them saying to each other “just give him pike” as they were serving it I said, excuse me, are you deceiving me and deciding what coffee I should drink? Then the lady started playing it down saying I was making a big deal and that I shouldn’t act this way. I could’ve had something else but for them to deceive me was very upsetting. After seeing this, I imagine how they handle customer’s food!!! Ahh “just give him 3 day old sandwich” he will never know 😂

Having just spent a week in Bridgehampton on vacation, it took us 3 days to find Java Nation. Don’t make the same mistake we did and miss out on 3 days of their excellent lates/flat whites! (Also excellent pastries!)
The food is decent, but, the pastries aren’t fresh. The riverhead location is better. I only recommend this location if you’re in the commons plaza and want a quick bite to eat.
So happy with the customer service the manager was very humbled. Not many people are this way. I had a good experience
Best coffee shop in the area. Don't let the unassuming storefront fool you, this place makes good lattes, iced coffee, and espresso drinks for decent prices. Go here instead of Starbucks.

They have done away with ham sandwich I eat. But I do like the pizza and chicken soup. Drink choices could be better.
The famous Hamptons. We went to the Bridgehampton Golden Pear. It was okay. Food was great, service was good, atmosphere...it is run down a bit and needs a reno. The price was Hamptons tagged. Almost 50 bucks for a split sandwich and two soups. Go to the bar across the street and have a drink and an app instead for lunch, same price. Just be prepared to spend and not be wowed. Don't get me wrong, the lunch was delicious and healthy. It's just too expensive for what you have. Walk around the town and enjoy the sights. Beautiful any time of the year for sure.
Golden rip off get it together. I’ve been coming here for over 8 years as I work right next door. Different prices everytime. Something I got last week was somehow $6 more this week. Getting insane. Don’t want to screw the locals since they’re the ones who keep you open in the winter. Please get it together. I’m getting sick of it. 7 wontons for $24 🤣🤣🤣
I was confused by the fact that there is no sign outside but I’m really glad i went in. Totally worth it. Awesome coffee. Cool vibe. Highly recommend.
Unlike the other reviews, this is not a payed for fake review, in all my years of living out here this is the most outrageous deli I have ever seen, horrible customer service, wet soggy bagels, gas station coffee, and OUTRAGEOUS prices( 45$ for 2 bagels and 2 drinks), that also took over 25 minutes, and also not child friendly, Golden pear more like the golden digger’s. I’ve seen restaurants come, I’ve seen restaurants go…this one’s about to go!
Quaint spot for afternoon coffee and pastries OR a kick-butt sandwich or entree. Outdoor seating offers top views. We love these Parisienne chairs, too.
The older man with the glasses that was working tonight is very sweet. I got here a little later than I expected and he offered to warm up my stuff without me having to ask... also asked how I was doing. Was not having the best day, but his politeness made it better. (Also like how my drinks came out). 👍🏻
Decent breakfast options. Love their muffins, smoothies and fruit juices. It does get busy especially weekend brunches so make sure to account for wait time take out that’s from the kitchen.
This cafe is one of the few spots that's open during the off-season that isn't overpriced. The cafe has a variety of food options which are ordered at the register and then the food is brought out to you. The food is served relatively quickly so if you're very hungry, you won't be waiting very long. The food also isn't very expensive as some other restaurants in the area can be. The cafe is pretty quiet but had many guests there. I ordered the lobster bisque and it was so good! It was very filling and I couldn't even finish the whole cup of soup. The service was typical of a small cafe. If you need something, then you walk up to the counter to speak to someone or wait on yourself. Great food and a great price, especially for the Hamptons!
This is one of the nicest Starbucks I have been in. It was an old bank that was converted into a Starbucks. The couches were very comfortable. A bunch of tables in different locations one in the middle of the floor and the other in a back area if you wanted to get work done with less distractions and the whole place is nicely decorated. All the standard Starbucks food and drink are available. I just really liked the aesthetics.
Starbucks is a classic place and they have become something that everyone knows about. It used to be just coffee, but now it is turned into something that everyone can enjoy. I recommend going there for more than just a coffee including foods.
