Ya teníamos tiempo pasando por este restaurante y diciendo 'tenemos que entrar un dia', y hoy ha sido el día. Hemos pedido la parrillada (49€) y WOW, la carne estaba deliciosa y mereció muchísimo la pena la espera, mi pareja y yo comimos super bien y quedamos más que llenos. El ambiente es maravilloso, música tenue y un lugar calentito en el que disfrutar. Y el servicio más que excelente. Las personas que te atienden son muy agradables, se preocupan de que estés bien atendido y te responden con una sonrisa. Mil gracias, seguramente volveremos ❤️
Celebramos el cumpleaños de mi marido , y la verdad fue una experiencia gratificante, la comida riquísima , la atención de Anahí y los camareros excelente lo, nos pusieron una mesa acogedora!!! Pudimos llevar una tarta sin problema!! Un sitio de usera que tienes que conocer si o si !! Gracias!!!
La atención de la chica ha sido espectacular, atenta y amable, no somos de Madrid y nos ha costado encontrarlo dentro del centro comercial ya que no veíamos cartel ninguno en el establecimiento (facilitaría el trabajo a los que no conocíamos antes la marca el localizarlo), pero lo que son los croissant estaban espectaculares, distintos sabores y todos están muy buenos, mi favoritos los de pistachos y Lotus. Volveremos! Que ricos están los manolitos!

Acudí al Starbucks puesto que me encanta ir de vez en cuando. Lo que no me parece correcto es como una trabajadora me ha atendido. Estaban trabajando hoy sábado a las 18.00 dos chicos y una chica, la chica es la que me ha dado mi café de manera borde y arrogante después de haberme servido una bebida que yo no pedí. A pesar de ello me disculpé de manera educada por decirle que no pedí eso, a lo que no me contestó nada, me miró con cara de asco y me dejó mi café ahí, después se apoyó con los brazos cruzados en el escaparate mientras hablaba con su compañero. Aunque me guste el Starbucks y lleve yendo a este toda la vida de seguro que a este no volveré a ir, considero que tendría que haber personas que sepan tratar de cara al público si no te hacen sentir hasta mal. No sé cómo pueden estar este tipo de personas trabajando ahí, me parece increíble.
La atención de este sitio es pésima, se equivocan en el tamaño y te lo cobran, me ponen lo que les da la gana y encima cuando les dices que te pongan lo que has pedido te hacen aspavientos con malas caras y malas formas. Le pido un café con leche normal y corriente y me pone el tamaño más grande de café y por supuesto que me lo cobra… ni una disculpa ni la devolución del dinero. Me lo tomo por no discutir más, pero 9€ por un té que pedí pequeño y me encasqueto el grande y un café con leche que también me encasqueto el grande… en fin. Si tenéis gente que está amargada con su trabajo deberíais hacéroslo mirar porque no tienen que pagarlo con el cliente. Jamás volveré.
Increíble café restaurante en la meseta de orcasitas... Los calamares no he probado nada parecido ... Los torreznos espectaculares... Todo con muy buena pinta y que llama la atención. Repetiremos

Delica was the most amazing meal we had in Madrid!! the food was so beautifully served — you can tell someone who genuinely loves cooking made it. it looked like art. we got the big ben, delica potatoes, burrata, and egg sandwich. highly recommend the potatoes & burrata. our server was unbelievably kind, and spoke english very well. i wish we were staying longer so we could come back again!
I went here twice, both times I ordered the Shakshuka and energy plus drink. Second time I also ordered the egg sandwich to go. They were all really amazing. Delicious and fills your stomach.

I appreciated that they use Oatly for my oat cappuccino and highly recommend the chocolate cake with pear and nuts. The coffee quality is rather average as the staff didn’t seem to be very trained in coffee brewing or barista knowledge

Had my first brunch at this cafe upon arriving Madrid. They were kind and welcoming plus their menu has so much variety I love that they serve so much greens. The ambience is 10/10!

Sehr gute und frische Küche. Das Fleisch und Gemüse wird auf dem Kohlegrill zubereitet. Das Fleisch sowie das Gemüse sind köstlich. Die Weine ein Genuss für den Gaumen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam! Ich war sehr zufrieden und werde wieder kommen.

Fui a desayunar a este lugar y todo bien hasta que empecé a preguntar por un bocadillo de JAMÓN, QUESO Y TOMATE tal y como lo pedí y aparece en la vitrina de exhibición, lo pedí 2 veces la primera me dijeron que estaba calentando y la 2da vez me dijeron de MUY mala gana que si era el que ella estaba señalando y que ese no tenía queso y a este punto no me importó y le dije que me lo diera, la chica al mismo tiempo quejándose de que tardaría muchísimo tiempo en calentar y se lo pedí frío. Llegue a la conclusión de que esta chica no está preparada para la atención al cliente, se entiende que la hostelería puede ser un poco dura y hay clientes un poco pesados o lo que sea, pero no todos vamos a pagar con la misma moneda, pago por un producto y servicio óptimo. Su nombre es IXCHEL, no volveré a este starbucks en específico solamente por esta trabajadora, sonará muy radical pero es así 🤷🏽♀️
This place is incredibly cute and love that’s in a corner to just take away but I ordered a cortado largo and it wasn’t as strong as I expected it to be. There was also too much frothy milk for a cortado. It just wasn’t good. For it to be 2.50euros I would expect better quality.
The cookies they were baking there smelled delicious but I think if the coffee isn’t that good or well made, not sure if I will give it another chance.

The place has big space and bright. The staff was really friendly and helpful. My favorite dishe was Tagliata di Manso, the beef's quality was really good. The dough of pizza was a bit too chewing for us, but the flavor was nice. And the cauliflower was delicious and had a light taste. It is a nice place to visit with friends, if you would like to have a drink with some finger food.

Great service, best paella ever, all thanks to Dani. My boyfriend got overheaded and got all the help we could ask for. Highly recommend this place for everyone visiting or staying in madrid.

We stopped here for lunch. Food made with care. The smoothies were fresh and delicious. Also the eggs with avocado were delicious. Good quality coffee. The owner is very friendly.

Como puntos negativos... No disponen de carta donde poder ver las opciones que tienen. Y cuando vas al mostrador a ver lo que tienen tampoco tienen los precios expuestos en ningún lado, ni de los dulces, ni de las bebidas, ni de nada...
Creo que es algo "fácil" de solucionar y que puede aportar mayor confianza a la gente a la hora de pedir y calcular el gasto.
Por los dos cafés y la tarta de zanahoria me cobraron 7'20€ , no puedo desglosar el precio, porque dije que no necesitaba ticket 😞

Hola buenas noches el bar las palmas ,está muy bien para tomar unas cervezas y unas buenas raciones ,y sobre todo la atención al público es excelente ,está muy bien ubicado puedes llegar en autobús ,el 78,116,,81 buen bar para tomar unas cervezas con los amigos .

A great spot for a quick coffee, smoothie, juice, or pastry. I ordered a “Vit” juice and espresso and they were both fresh and delicious. Will definitely go back.

El local lleva muchísimos años en Usera pero han cambiado de dueños y ahora tiene parrilla de leña en la terraza. Indicar que la terraza en invierno es de techo cerrado. Música de los 70-80 ameniza. Las cantidades de los platos son enormes a precio razonable. Vienen con guarnición de patatas y pimientos, con salsas aunque no lo pidas. Las mesas y sillas de la terraza son tipo chiringuito y sofá de skay. No es un sitio de lujo, pero es para ir a comer bien.

El servicio de Lady y Marlene es propio de un lugar de categoría: Atención rápida y eficaz personalizada, con mucha simpatía y cuidando el detalle. No faltaban tapas; el queso espectacular. Cuenta con una terraza muy bién ambientada y limpia que invita a pedir otra ronda. Hay que señalar que los baños estaban muy limpios y bién surtidos.
He disfrutado de unos riquísimos chorizos al vino. Muy bien atendido.

We arrived around 9:30AM and the egg tarts were still being baked. Store owner explained she gets these fresh from Portugal every other day and she assembles and bakes them.
They usually run out and she bakes other batches throughout the day, but at 930 AM on a weekday it was quite quiet. The pastelito was delightful, I havent tried a lot but this one was my favorite so far.
Coffee was also good, and I accidentally dropped mine, and the owner was so gracious as to make me a new one! She also promptly cleaned up my mess, and I really appreciate that she was so nice about it.

Nice place at the heart of an exotic neighbourhood. Classy yet accessible. Delicious author cuisine. Anything you try, you will enjoy. Great variety of delicious beer. Great service and nice friendly and inviting ambience.

Great restaurant, the food is fantastic. The cochopo, is very tasty, both meet and chicken. J have tried both. The meet and vegetables are also great, if you feel like that. However I advise the cochopo Dish you will not be sorry. The only thing I can really, compain about is the waiters, the service needs to be brushed up. Especially when you have booked s table, and keep your customers waiting for more than 15 minutes at there table without, asking if they would like something to drink, also if they see children at the table to obviously, get to them in time so that the children can eat. It is just normal, customer service I think.
The other problem I do have is also, when you ask for ice and the waiters deliberately ignore you and attend to other tables they have already got there food and order. It just doesn't make sense. I must admit thought the young lady waiter is fantastic, she really goes out her way and she seems to be more on her feet watching to help the customers, she is fantastic, excellent service. The bar also had great service.
The bathrooms are clean which is s fantastic thing. The chef's are fantastic. It's s great restaurant just lacks abit of customer service especially, when people have booked for s certain time. It just makes sense to sit them down and get the order going.

You have parking not too far and it gets really busy so I suggest you book in advance. We will be back soon. Thank you to all for making our visit great, fantastic food. The coffee is good the service is good, the cakes are good and the carrot cake is the best I've eaten is Madrid so far! The terrace has a nice shade and is vaporised (a very Madrid thing to avoid people seating outside being cooked in summer). If you fancy you can also have a beer (bottle or pint) or some cocktails!
Here is just the corner of small road but there have a big church near by. They attract me caused by their window hand painting.

We just walked into this restaurant and when we looked at the google review after sitting down, we noted it’s not very good, 3.5 only. We ordered jamon iberico, fish, suckling pig, paella, squid, clams, and razor clam. The bread is very delicious. All are very good. And the service was surprisingly good, surprisingly cos we see many reviews complaining about their service. With drinks for five people, we spent €149. It was the best meal we had in Madrid.
I stopped for a treat and wow! These “Manolitos” are incredible! Already my favorite sweets from Spain. 😋 Highly recommended.
