VCR Breakie (RM 32) is just alright, nothing to shout about. Soft Shell Crab Burger (RM 30), the crab is probably too small, thus no fulfilling sense of a good burger. Cappuccino (RM 14) is pretty good. I think it is pretty good neighborhood cafe, but probably a let down for tourist.

This is one of the most famous cafe around KL center, and the place filled up pretty fast on Saturday morning.

The food options and taste were good. The coffee variety was ok, the pour over coffee was probably the star and rightly so as a coffee roaster. The mocha which is always my personal favourite at any coffee shop I go was average at best with the sweetness being too strong and overpowering the actual coffee chocolate mix.

The food was good and what you'd expect from a coffee shop with good ingridients and taste.

The service was OK at best with nothing outstanding or impressive. The location is nice but wouldn't say super comfortable if you're looking to work for a while (although I did see some people working). Overall a solid cafe and would return if in the the city again.

A hidden gem that would only be found if you're deliberately trying to get lost or received detailed instructions by someone who has been here before, right inside a shopping centre in the heart of Bukit Bintang.

I don't feel like I'm right at one of the busiest streets of KL here. Amazing. The food menu is small, vegetarian, simple, but gave a home-cooked feeling.

The flat white I ordered (using Ethiopian Bombe blend by One Half, another awesome coffee place in KL) has a perfect balance between the acidity of coffee and the richness of milk. I dare say it rivals some of the best f.w. of Melbourne, the coffee capitol of Australia.

I'm going to be back often.

Ho Kau Hainam Kopitiam is a traditional hainanese coffee shop in Kuala Lumpur. The decor is modernise old school which give a good Instagram picture fir patrons. The coffee and food are very traditional with the bread with kaya (pandan jam) and butter the original taste. Noodles is good too. Service staff are attentive and the seat reservation and ushering system is well organised.
Overall a pleasant experience.
The place tend to be crowded so so go there early at 7+ on a weekend inorder to secure a seat early.
Nice place for Brekkie. The salmon however tasted a bit strange on the sandwich. Avocado smash was not really firm enough. Great coffee. Waiter didn’t really know what was in the waiter, only guy by counter knows.

Nice little cafe. don't expect much. but think of it your neighbour hood little cafe. early morning is nice sitting outside and not too hot. they have fans to keep you cool. food is nice. I prefer the sausage croissant and chicken chop.
I loved everything in that cafe! Great quiet atmosphere, kind service, very tasty food, interior, location.
The best from what I tried was mushroom toast. Omg!! I couldn't stop eating. It's such a perfect mixture of textures and tastes: crispy, soft, fresh, sweet and sour, salty.
Special thanks for sockets under tables!

Nice place to get work done - strong Wi-Fi, good coffee, food and cafe is really spacious. Our fav dish: crispy chicken with sourdough. French toast is really good too but should order last as dessert as there’s ice cream topping.
Authentic local kopithiam foods. Take the queuing number from machine, they will call for your number for the table. We were visited with 8 persons and waited for 60min (1 hour) just for the table even thought I was there around 7.45am for take numbering que for the table dine in on Saturday.
Not suitable for a crowed to dine in as waiting time is too long and not to say super good taste on the foods. NOT worth to wait for 1 hour just to try their foods. Noted if 2 to 4 persons numbering of que are run faster (get the table also faster). We had our table on 2nd floor; mind the stair as it was steep. You may also decide to order & take away.
Foods taste overall slightly above average but some are just so so. The coffee if fragrant, rich and is a must for coffee lovers. The Hainanese bread toast (Kaya + Butter) delicious. The Yam cake taste rich of yam.
Service – provided standard normal service. Some foods served are a bit slow, probably due to the peak hours with crowded.
Can be reach by LRT/MRT (Pasar Seni station, walk about 600-700m (about 7-8min).

Came here as we saw that the reviews for this cafe was excellent. There is a rather big VCR sign outside the cafe so you won't really miss it as you turn into the road. We came here on a Saturday morning, but there were still ample seats on the 2nd floor (there are 2 floors). The cafe features the standard kind you would expect at any other hipster cafes. We ordered the soft shell crab burger, truffle scramble gravlax, avocado toast, english muffin and a cup of long black. They also offer free water. The service was rather slow because I think they are quite understaffed which they apologised for (totally not an issue). The food was honestly average, and the portion wasn't that big. For the price we were paying, it was just OK - nothing fantastic. We would not recommend you to deliberately travel here just for this cafe, but if you are in the area then it's fine.
The best curry we have ever had! 🧡 This place has a vibe? The industrial interior makes it a stylish coffee house. I specifically liked the cold brew. The staff is nice and friendly and the atmosphere as well.

We came in a little after 2 and managed to find parking without too much trouble. We ordered the pesto chicken pasta and carbonara and enjoyed a latte while waiting. The latte came with a canele, which was a nice touch. Both dishes were tasty and the portion just right. As it was drizzling slightly, we stayed a bit enjoying the light and airy surroundings. Not a bad way to spend a rainy afternoon.

Went there for brunch with a friend on a Monday off and found the coffee to be excellent. My friend ordered the coffee sour- a zesty beverage that seems to work well with coffee. It was a cool place with all things hipster, but I just felt the place was slightly cramped.
Food was good though service slightly on the slow end. We had the beef tacos, chef’s salad and the gyoza to share.
Love the smoked duck pasta .. I chose for non spicy.. and it tasted just nice ! Love the environment.. at least it’s not too many people at the time. Service was good as well 😇 unfortunately we do not had the chance to try out their desserts because we were too full from our lunch.. one negative point was the parking .. very very limited.. so make sure to be early if you wanna try this place .. will be back !
The drinks were good (anyone with a sweet tooth will love more). Everything else is just bad. The half boiled eggs that I had were so cold that I thought it came out from a refrigerator. The nasi lemak is not horrible but is way below average. Not even a mediocre standard. There was a 45mins wait on weekdays lunch. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here unless you want to join the queue for a below average Malaysian food.
First thing first, I am so impressed with the foods here. I mean the taste and how fast of serving.

Even there are many queues but the staffs can manage the table pretty fast. So I visiting here twice in this month.
The first time was perfect but the second time is a bit less impressed because the delayed of drinks, serving after we finished the meal.

The atmosphere inside is nice and I would say the second floor is calmer than the first floor.

This place is one of a must restaurants to visit in this area.

Ordered the chicken chop and kaya toast, not too bad. If you love lots of gravy on your chicken, this is the place to come. The kaya toast is not bad, the butter is just nice. It’s better to order set meal as it comes with drinks and the drinks changes everyday.

My ultimate favourite salad is their Superfood salad! It’s just so nutritious and the tantalising dressing coats and combine everything in that bowl perfectly. I’m addicted to it.
My brother loves the Sounds of Havana salad.
My mum & son enjoys their grains (quinoa) butter chicken bowl.

I was truly impressed with this cafe. The entire setup evokes an authentic sense of nostalgia. Although the food was only average, the service was exceptionally friendly. However, waiting for an hour on a weekday was a bit too long. Personally, I visited the cafe to relish the ambiance, and I absolutely loved it. I highly recommend giving it a try if you haven't been there, but do be prepared for a wait.

By far the best coffee and breakfast we’ve had in KL! W been here multiple times and the few times we tried somewhere different we were disappoint and ended up back here for a better coffee anyway! The lattes are nice big sizes, the granola is so fresh and tasty (we bought a pack to take away) the croissants are beautiful and flaky made in layers as opposed to doughy (how croissants should be IMO), the three cheese toasty is also a big hit.
The atmosphere is trendy and inviting and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend if you are coming to KL, seriously going to miss the coffee when we head back to Australia.

Rode here for a coffee break. you will be seated and presented the menu. once decided, move to the cashier counter to order and pay. after that go back to your table and wait to be served. Food serving was fast. food was as good as other outlets. Quality was better than that Kenny Hills. staff was friendly and attentive. Assign table as quick as you step in.

🤵🏻Service: ridiculously long queue (all tourists) outside the store while there are plenty of empty seats inside, I guess the shop wants to give an illusion of popularity. We came in a big group and the staff keeps us waiting and refused to let us in, in the end we just went in anyway because there were so many empty tables…

🥘Taste: I had high expectations because of the signboard claiming to be “the best nasik lemak in Malaysia”, but turned out to be one of the worst I have ever tried. Both Singaporeans and locals from my team were disappointed. The rice is very bland and dry, with no aroma taste at all, chicken’s flavour merely stays on the outside, I must admit the chilli is outstanding, but it can’t save the dish…the rest of the dishes are all so so or even below average
Cute set up - Staff are pleasant and there are so many great menu options.

After looking at reviews, I was put off ordering poached eggs as they look poorly made..looking more soft boiled rather than “poached” - and since I had been considering a sweet breakfast for a while I decided to get the brûlée French toast. This looked great! But was overwhelmingly sweet with no balance. I left feeling sick from the sweetness - wouldn’t recommend ordering unless you were splitting it between 3/4 people (in my opinion)

Love the layout, ambience and the segregation of spaces in the cafe. A coffee first cafe. Not much service to talk about as it was mobile ordering. Coffee was good as expected as they are from PPP. The veg taco was tasty and well executed. Chicken burger was great too. Beef brisket was a bit disappointing as they were quite dry.

Recommended breakfast place in KL! The retro ambience was amazing, and surprisingly we did not need to queue on Sunday morning. Food portions are big and prices are reasonable.

The nasi lemak was scrumptious. The sambal is on the sweet side but pairs well with the nasi lemak, most importantly it's self-service for sambal. Ho Kar Sai was very kao, just like I expected.

The Hainanese chicken chop was so-so, but they gave the whole chicken thigh part, so it was a plus point too.

Would definitely love to try the penang char kuey tiaw on my next visit, as the wok hey I smell from the table beside me is mouth-watering.

The food is not good at all.
Nothing like the review.
Avocado gone bad. Change it after feedback but still same. Gotta know from the staff they heat up the avocado toast in the oven 😑 not wonder it turn bad.
Big breakfast is also another let down. If u can see from the picture.

I don't blame the two staffs. I think they tried their best. They said they follow the procedure given to them on how to cook. I don't think the staff is proper chef. They take order n cook at the same time

Coffee was decent thou

Overall enjoy the atmosphere more than food.
Must try: Toast, yam cake
Could be better: Food and drink not served hot except nasi lemak, anchovies was hard, fried meehoon and cheongfun gravy were bland (fried onion tasted good though).
Impressed: It has a convenient waiting number system you could view from phone and wander around nearby in stead of waiting in front of the crowded shop. Waited 35 mins to be seated.
Additional info: Takeaway available. Need go up a steep staircase to dine upstairs.

Decided to check out the cafe scene in KL. Found this cafe on Google Maps while searching for a cafe for lunch. It is not too far from Bukit Bintang where my hotel is located. Located in a shop house. There are also other cafes in that area.

Ordered the smoke duck carbonara. It was really tasty. Creamy but yet not overly intense. The sauce itself isn't very salty. The smoke duck itself provided the saltiness to the dish. You don't feel like you want to stop eating after a few bites. I have eaten some carbonara where the taste of the sauce is too overwhelming, as I really not a milk person. But this dish is quite well balanced, taste wise.

I was greedy after the pasta and decided to order the chocolate tart. Again a good dessert. Not overly sweet and it was a good way to end the meal.

The cafe is quite nice. Nice vibe. Played a lot of 80s and 90s music while I was there. Staff was also nice and friendly. Greeted every customer and explained to them that they can choose where to seat and ordering is through the QR code. If I am in KL again, I will visit them and try other item on their menu.

Food is quite good. I ordered Peruvian Chicken and Egg Benedict with Smoked Salmon.
Chicken is well marinated, mashed potato is smooth and creamy with a hint of truffle oil. Portion is quite small, I wish it was bigger considering the price. Egg Benedict is perfectly poached and well seasoned. Latte is quite weak. Expect a long line during weekend, can be really crowded. People waiting outside will look at you eating, quite uncomfortable.

I've been a loyal customer of this coffee joint since it opened more than 5 years ago. What I can say is that their service, food, and beverages are good. No complaints so far.

It can get crowded especially on weekend mornings but you can easily get a table.

My favs here are the granola yogurt and Turkish eggs. Their coffee is always on point. Staffs are also friendly and helpful.

Amazing coffee and rolls found here. The cafe itself is hidden in the mall. Landmark would be opposite Kume, and if you’re having problems you can always ask the concierge close by to guide you. The cafe is about 50m from the concierge. The coffee lives up to the hype and the rolls are packed with a generous amount of cream filling. One of the best matcha rolls I’ve had.

Very good quality Western style brunch. The coffee was excellent too. It is located inside a colonial era double storey link house, so the interior itself is unique and atmospheric.
The outdoor area is very quaint and relaxing (went around 2 or 3pm). Sandwiches were delicious, so was the smoked duck quiche - price very worth it for the amount you get! Coffee is not acidic, and the milk was frothed well. Staff was friendly, so was one of the owners - she also introduced me to the Piccolo latte that has now become my go-to order.

A lovely little cafe in Fahrenheit 88 filled with plants and a relaxing atmosphere. I had a latte, and it was honestly some of the best coffee I’ve had in KL. The only thing is it’s a bit hidden, we had to ask a security guard to help us find it. So I would suggest some kind of signage on ground floor to help guide people to it.

We picked this place because they have really good specialty coffee in Bukit Bintang. They are also a national champion. I highly recommend the latte. Very nutty and balanced.

Filter coffee was on a darker side, lower acidity. Sweet Dirty that we ordered was good as well. Quite smooth and easy to drink.

However, keep in mind that this place doesn’t accept credit card. You would need e-wallet or cash only.

I came here to get a quick coffee fix, so order some latte and cake. Overall was an alright experiences, but definitely could be better. Cake is pricey, rm15 for half a size of a normal cake. It did taste decent but it didn't make me feel that it was a worthwhile visit. There were a promo if you buy two cake, you get a black coffee free... But I wanted a latte and they weren't able to accommodate a latte in the promo.

I am not sure why the rating was high for this cafe, maybe the food was better. I did see some other guest photo and the food did look good... But the cafe experience was just okay. The tea was good, latte tasted good - but no latte art.

Super cute and cozy cafe.
Very delicious coffee, I had the Avocado chicken croissant which was also very well prepared and tasty!
Good and friendly service also.
Would recommend this Lovely cafe.
It’s quite a hip place with a nice ambience. This place is recommended in many lists for coffee spots in KL, that’s why we checked it out. Food is nice and portions are big. Can recommend their French toast - but mind that it’s huge (not a disadvantage though). This place is famous among tourists and expats. It is quite pricey. We saw people working from here, as well as getting together with friends. Interior is nice, but their sound system should be improved - too much basses, quite hard for the head after some time inside.
Price-quality ratio is really good!

We had the avocado toast, pancakes and the chicken from the lunch menu. All the dishes were really good and the coffee was awesome too! They also provide diary free options (oat milk for example) which is great if you are lactose intolerant.

A bustling two-story cafe that serves a variety of Western foods and some very well-curated coffees. I appreciate how seriously they take their brewing, as both my cappuccino and brew of the day were fantastic. I had the Turkish style eggs, which came with a thick piece of toast. It was just the right portion and was very tasty.

VCR also has speedy, reliable Wi-Fi and a lot of charging ports, so it’s a good choice as a place to plop and work for a few hours if you’re so inclined. The staff are speedy and attentive as well. I definitely recommend this spot for coffee lovers and hungry remote workers!

I must say that I was sceptical about western breakfast at first because what is so nice about 2 piece of bread with some eggs, mushrooms and baked beans that you can make at home. Why come to a fancy cafe for it? Later when I tuck into my meal, my jaw just dropped literally. It’s the best baked beans I ever had… the mushrooms were fantastic. I can tell it’s not your usual run of the mile cafe. It’s serious business and afterwards I sat upright and savour each and every bite of my breakfast with the most fervent admiration of how this cafe redefines my vision of western breakfast!
5 stars for service, staffs are extremely friendly and attentive. In fact one of the most friendly staff I ever met
Food is like how other reviews described it, just average. The price is definitely on the higher side
Parking is also a headache
Interior design wise I personally like the vibe and atmosphere, very cozy and chill
Pretty expensive for below average taste of kopitiam.

Ordered Chicken Ham Toast & Special Kopi. What I noticed that they use cheap margarine spread for the toast which is around RM8+, would expect they used butter and the bread was pretty dry and no texture at all. Disappointed and wished I ordered drink only.

Price was RM123 for 2 items. We ordered the havana salad, it was too sweet for our liking and the bell peppers were cut too big. Also felt like it needed some salt. The spicy chicken burger was good! Large portion with generous pickles and sauce. The batter for the chicken was flavorful. We also ordered the duck carbonara. Very creamy and tasty. The poached egg on top was overcooked though so it didn’t have the yolk oozing out.

Lovely cafe inside BV2 mall. They serve good coffee and dishes too. Very crowded during lunch hour but the service was still on point.

The Grain Bowl very nutritious and delicious at the same time. Portion was big!

Besides this cafe has equipped a playroom for kids too. You might notice lots of parents bringing kids to the cafe for dining and playing session.

Great coffee spot tucked away in an incredibly commercialised part of KL. Al-ikhsan is no longer there so look out for Ocean Sport to find the entrance. Both the flat white and "dirty" were very nice and balanced. Great value for money, especially given the location.

Second time here. First time there I tried the signature nasi lemak ayam goreng, it was great.
This round I tried the nasi lemak ayam rendang, everything was good except the chicken thigh in big size doesn’t seem to have absorbed the rendang gravy enough and the texture was not the expected soft rendang meat. It needs to cook for longer time to ensure the inner part of the thigh gets tasty too.
Sometimes, it's really out of choice to find a cafe that serve breakfast as early at 7am. This is one of it. I like their mixed noodles that they provide 2 different option everyday. They serve good Asian styled tea and coffee. You may able to find antique around the corner .
One of the best breakfast places in Kuala Lumpur. The food, service and atmosphere were definitely worth the wait, which was around 10 minutes for 3 people when we arrived at 10am.

The Kaya Toast is a must order as it tasted so wonderful. Drip it with the half boiled eggs and it elevated the taste to another level. The chee cheong fun (rice noodle rolls) is another must-try item as it was so smooth and tasty. The teh here was definitely great. Nasi Lemak was drooling as well.

Atmosphere wise, it was historic and had a good old Malaysian-Chinese vibe. We sat on the 2nd floor and the stair was a bit steep so mind your steps.

This is a place you won’t see unless you search for it. Tucked behind a building off the main road below the monorail at Bukit Bintang it’s a place worth the visit. I believe they have the best Nasi Lemak but not wanting to have anything fried I opted for a place of Thai basil chicken and rice.

The food was par - tasty but just too oily. Even the egg was deep fried - veggies and chicken was fresh. The best part of the meal was the tea. It took me back to the tea I used to enjoy in Hong Kong

If you like fried and oily food it’s a place you want to go. I would still go back for the tea. The food with tea cost me RM 21 - would say expensively reasonable :)

Love everything we ordered today. Carbonara so flavourful, creamy and i like it served piping hot. The latte is really good, strong aroma and good portion. We also satisfied with the chicken sandwich, the sourdough bread texture is soft and chewy, the chicken is juicy and flavourful. The happy hour set we ordered comes with canele, which we think its a very worth set, the pandan canele taste superb as well. Definitely one of the best cafe in Klang valley. 😋👍

Attentive staff with good service. However, there was no 🔔 to call the staff when we are sitting upstairs, something they can improve.
Food is not bad and I love the canele.

The weather is slightly hot recently and my colleauge and I were actually sweating sitting upstairs.
Parking here is a bit challenging and we just park along the road.
Simple interior but very cozy... Coffee was good but I was a little taken aback to be served in paper cup. Main dish took some time to serve, but they taste good for cafe food. Parking can be difficult to find as there were a few cafes in the area.

Food is good. Curious to know what is crispy egg benedict. So we tried. The egg was crispy outside but still runny inside. Wow.

Wished the playpen area walls could absorb some sound. A wailing toddler's cries was echoed thru the whole restaurant. Conversations from other tables can be heard. So it's noisy

Went on a weekday, so it was not too crowded. Food was good. Price was reasonable. On weekends and public holiday, the wait time was ridiculous. They use a numbering system for the queue. It is not a big shop so they do not have a lot of tables which made the wait time long. Just be prepared to wait up to 2 hours during peak times. Would recommend the curry egg toast. Curry was so good!

Coffee is good as reviewed by many. Ordered the Papa's Breakfast : yummy homemade sausage. Served with a small bowl of mixed fruits. Saw a variety of cakes & pastries at the counter, hence ordered tje carrot cake (a must!) & the almond croissant. Nice lil cafe for weekend breakfast. 'EVERYDAY IS A HOLIDAY' 'MY MOTHER TOLD ME TO CHOOSE MY COFFEE WISELY' These are some of the signs/messages around the cafe.

Went there for brunch. This place is full with people. We were waiting for 5-10 minutes to get a table. Coffee & foods were awesome but we were waiting quite long for the foods, more than 30 minutes. Suitable for first date and weekend hangout. Will definitely be there again.

Back here after two years. Food and coffee still awesome. Bravo! Kitchen closed after 3pm so better come early to secure a table for brunch/lunch. The places around have changed so much. Got many other cafes and beautiful spots to hang out and take pictures. Will certainly be back more frequent. But the parking still horrible tho. No change. I parked my car beside the road outside crossing fingers not being clamped, summoned or towed by dbkl.

Ate here cos we were too tired to get out of the mall and just wanted a quick meal. Cheap meal at RM44 for a bowl of prawn noodles and a bowl of curry chicken noodle. Both tasted quite bad - too sweet...
Was looking for a place to have afternoon coffee and saw this on Google.

You will be surprised with this place. Easily missed but it does have a character.

The owner is very friendly to usher you and suggest what to eat. 😄

Had a flat white and a brownie. Quite nice.

If it rains then the you have to sit inside which is a bit cramped.

Will come to try their food later after Ramadan.

This place has a cozy and laid back environment, great for coffee and a break in between agendas.

Upon arrival, was greeted warmly by the staff and we were allowed to pick our own table. The lattes and pastries we had was amazing. But in my opinion, maybe a little small for the price? Canele, brownies were tip top, packed with flavours. The staff initially forgotten to reheat our pastries but recovery was done quickly. Service was excellent and staffs were friendly.

Yogurt banana cake was slightly on the dry side. Country chicken burger was crispy and tasty, however their hollandaise sauce doesn't really taste like a classic hollandaise and was quite sour.

My partner discover this spot and also saw it on social media. Decide to try it as their barista just won the championship recently.

Hidden away in a corner, it was a very down to earth retro charmed cafe. Serving great pour over coffee and also your usual coffee fare.

With also some signature cakes, dessert and wide selection of plant based menu options.

Try their signature coffee cocktail and specialty coffee. Both hits the right note and worth the trip.
It is just an okay place, nothing too fancy..

The foods are okay generally, nothing really stand out..
It is comfort food place..

Visited this hearty cafe in Bangsar Village for a few times already and I gotta say, I really have the urge to try out everything in their menu.
On my first few visits I had their Buttermilk Chicken and Baked Mac & Cheese. Gotta say their quality of food is top notch and very very consistent.
Their Beef Lasagna is delicious too, taste and portion is just spot on and not overwhelming.
Usually visit during dinner and it’s not very crowded, and once I visit for breakfast, DAMN IT WAS CRAZILY CROWDED, but settings was cozy and well distanced, so even its crowded you will still have a comfortable space.
Their breakfast /brunch menu are awesome too.
Big Fry Up and Egg Slider are those that I tried and it’s really good.

The food taste is good,
It was my savior when looking for halal food in Pavilion, when other restaurants that are quite full and have list more than 5 person, just check the halal food on pavilion and it's nearby.

Had a very lovely breakfast in this cafe last week. The cafe is small, nice and cozy. The staff is friendly as well. I cannot say much about the food because it was really gooooodddd! No cap. The plating is nice, so does the food! Definitely gonna repeat again soon! 🥰🥰🥰

Nice little cafe in Bangsar, a place for your to just sit and relax. Enjoy the decoration details in the shop while you wait for the food. We ordered
1) Bigger breakfast
Please try this! I give it a 9.2/10. Maybe just the waiting time a bit long but we are okay with it because we are just chilling and enjoying a Sunday

2) Proper smoked duck
It is supposed to come with fries but they let me choose whether I want to change to hashbrowns which I said yes straight away, great service! 9/10 for this dish, delicious. There are raw onion and tomato in there so if you don't like it, be sure to remind them!

3) Jasmine tea
10/10 what I am really surprised is that the tea stays hot even after almost an hour.

4) Latte
10/10 Again, love that the coffee stays hot

The service is really great, you get that chill vibe, the employees are casual, friendly and helpful. Price wise, this cafe definitely didn't overcharge like other cafes, love it here and will definitely come back soon.

Paratha telur really is that kind we bought at supermarket frozen paratha then put the fried omelet place on top. The curry have cockroach.teh o too sweet. Waffle texture like kuih. I think it's under cook but the outside like slightly over cook. Nothing nice here. Will not coming back.

Daily Kopitiam Pavilion( halal ) is one of my go to place when I crave for something local without a pinch on my wallet and taste is consistent.

One of the hot item here is the fried mee hoon. They have limited quality in the morning and another round in the afternoon. Other items in the menu is also good like curry noodles, Chee Cheong Fun and Nasi Lemak.
This is our goto kopitiam place in Pavillion across all those expensive restaurants, you can easily hang out here, sit down and just relax.

We usually order their garlic bread and teh o ice. Everything just nice.

Really cute coffee shop/cafe inside of APW. The oat drinks are wonderful. I really love the coddled eggs as well and the chicken burger. The staff are very nice and the interior is simple yet elegant, kind of quirky as well. Nice place for a quick coffee or a meal. Definitely fun for groups as well. Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait but it’s never too long, and although it’s slightly pricey it’s consistent and tasty. Highly recommend!

Update: I returned a year later and found my avocado toast and flat white to both be very delicious. PULP didn’t disappoint even after so many months—if they’ve got one thing going for them, it’s consistent quality.
