Cafe blossom chatswood. Equip with la marzocco linea Pb, anfim sp2, Mahlkonig ek43 and coffee by ona. Brew method mostly espresso. Located at wesfield shopping center in chatswood
Bustling shopping mall cafe with a decent menu and quick service. Beware they add junk fees for card payments, Sundays and public holidays.

Worst customer service ever, ordered a baby-chino for my son with other food, when the baby chino came my son wanted 2 marshmallows so i kindly asked the waiter for an extra marshmallow he went in and then came back asking for 50c, i was like ‘lol’ but i said fine get me the marshmallow first i will come and pay as my son was crying. He said no i needed to wait back in line to purchase the marshmallow before he could give me one. Are these guys actually for real?

There is an Asian lady (probably manager) with super rude attitude. She doesn’t know how to deliver good customer service even though she’s a manager. I’ll never go back again.

Coffee was good, desserts looked great, there are no price tags on the display sweets. You would have to ask about each individual item to find ojt the price.

We had a group of friends gathering for our common interest and each bought a drink at the store. However, the lady who seemed to be the manager with her really unpleasant attitude came up to us and said “You cannot have a class here. Next time you can’t come here to have a lesson/class.”
First of all, this is not a class and we aren’t running an activity for profit and simply took your place. You are judging people with your prejudice and that should not be the attitude to run a business. I hope you could have lesson on customer service cuz it’s important for your own good. Second, there won’t be a next time for us and you can rest assured that we will spread the words to our friends.

I hang out with my friends, around 10 ppl of us, each of us order drinks and food, and sit down to share the things we bought, then suddenly an Asia lady (maybe manager of this cafe) came and say: not allow us to have a class here! Excuse me? We share the things we bought to other friends, why it’s a class? We explained this is not a class, then she still not allowed us to stay! Her tone was so mean and rude! Never go there again!!

Food was ok. Service was ok. Had the Chicken Parmigiana, Smashed Avo and a Benedict. The dishes were all fine, and the staff all catered to our requests. Coffee was ok, Parmigiana was slightly above average and was seasoned well, but perhaps a little bit overcooked. The chips were great, not the super crispy kind, but the softer, tastier kind. Smashed Avo was ok as well, the avocado was a bit lumpy. Overall, it wasn't bad, and it wasn't excellent, an "ok" place to stop for a brunch or lunch.

My family and I were passing by looking for a place to rest and feed the kids. I wasn’t feeling too hungry so casually ordered the eggs Benedict not expecting too much as I don’t really enjoy cafe food. Wow, I was blown away. The best eggs Benedict I have ever had. So delicious, full of flavour and so enjoyable. I had to reluctantly share my food with my wife as she had a small bite which ended up being almost half of my meal. The kids meal nuggets and chips were generous and gobbled up by my fussy kids. Pleasantly surprised and would come back.

Average avo sandwiches. It’s ok for a quick stop but there are better places around the mall for avo toast.

I finally tried out the Three Beans Cafe, and it was pretty damn good. The eggs Benedict had a generous serving of everything and a uniquely tangy hollandaise sauce. The salmon and egg worked incredibly well together, and the sourdough was just a little tough to cut through, but it didn't ruin the breakfast. As a drink, I had the biscoffe milkshake, which was the highlight of the breakfast and well worth the premium price.
Cafe Blossom is an eat-in café with a variety of breakfast and lunch options. I ordered the Quinoa and Avocado bowl, yes, the stereotypically healthy bowl. Including silken tofu, Alfalfa sprouts, mixed lettuce and sesame dressing [to the side], it is a filling lunch. Though expensive [$25], it can be split for two people.

Can’t believe what I just saw.

A very pregnant woman stood at the side of the cafe, waited for her partner from bathroom. The owner rudely yelled at her, commanded her to order food or leave. The owner yelled at her for like 1-2 minutes until her partner turned up.

This cafe locates beside the bathroom, right beneath the famous Haidilao hotpot.

Imagine what will happen to your vulnerable family members if they happen to stand beside this cafe some day.

On boxing day 26.12.22 ordered a small capuccino. Waited for 20mins and realised people came after me already got their offer. Went to cashier and she realised she made mistake and forgot the order, I asked her if she can make my coffee now she nod and said yes. Waited another 10mins, still no coffee. Went to cashier and she said she can refund now. Got the refund but waste my 30mins!!! It's a joke to wait a coffee for 30mins and got nothing. Poor customer service and no proper apology!
A fun, family-friendly cafe, right near the chaos of the kids playground in the centre! Picked up breakfast this morning (big breakfast - delicious, but not quite as hearty as the previous, pre-COVID owners used to serve!), but was delighted to get my mocha shake in a Xmas tree jar! Very merry! Only other comment is the mobile signal is quite weak here, so order at the counter vs via the QR code at your table :)

Best Caesar salad. Not many Caesar salads include huge amounts of avocado and kale. Good portion, well dressed.

Love the burgers here! They toast the bacon so well and the patty is moist and juicy. The brioche bun also is also good. Highly recommended.

Excellent chicken and avocado melts on Turkish bread and one of the freshest salads I’ve had in a long time. Also enjoyed the coffee and smoothie. Nice quiet location in Westfield in comparison to some other cafes.

Amazing coffee and definitely the best Bacon egg roll I ever tasted! Usually Bacon egg rolls are always same and others are really awful but this one was very well prepared and beautifully served!

Coffee tasted burnt… Both of them. Service was abrupt and lacking, croque monsieur had one thin slice of ham… A little stingy and seriously you need to fix your flap door so they don’t bang constantly each time your staff enter or exit behind the counter. It’s not pleasant to hear.

Note: My experience here was at three beans cafe inside Westfield Chatswood - not applicable to any others.
The smashed pumpkin on sourdough was a pleasant variation on smashed avo. Counter staff came across as being young and inexperienced, and the meal took a long time to come out, however when it finally arrived it was very well made. Highly recommend to try this place at least once
Staff are friendly and helpful. Menu is also available through QR code, pay as you go or if you are happy to go by the counter you can too. Very cheap meal I had the other day, first time visit. One suggestion, if they can make it extra flavourful would be much better. Apart from that I enjoyed my late lunch. 😉

I feel like the previous negative reviews do this place injustice. I ordered the Katsu and it was pretty good, very crunchy and the chips were quite nice. The servings were huge and the prices very reasonable for breakfast cafes (food ranged from $10-$15). My friend ordered the Big Breakfast and it was honestly quite average, nothing spectacular. In particular, the baked beans were terrible. Seems to be hit and miss food wise - however the staff are very friendly.

Please give this place a go in spite of previous negative reviews!
Very tasty coffee and banana bread at a reasonable price in the mornings. Indoor and outdoor seating. Service is quick and the staff are so nice! Will be my go to coffee spot when I'm in the area.
I've been here around 10 times now, so feel I can give a more well-rounded review than the once off visitors.

The menu is Japanese inspired, but has a lot of the standard cafe offerings (all the breakfast staples, burgers, salads etc).
Overall, food is delicious, other than the very first time I went which was their soft opening day, food has been amazing every time, definitely good quality ingredients are used.

They use a slightly fruitier coffee bean (similar if you've been to Yougé outside) which isn't my favourite, but that's personal preference; the coffee is good.

Staff are very friendly, which is why I find some of these other reviews curious, if not disingenuous.

The noise complaints are an unfair penalty being given; if you are wanting a nice peaceful breakfast with no noise, I don't think any cafe inside a shopping centre is a wise choice.

Overall I really enjoy coming to this cafe, it's a nice place to sit and read the news with some good food.

I'll also note that (I assume temporarily) they've been having some different specials (all meals $10 for lunch, or free coffee with food purchase etc) for their opening, so if you're looking for good value, I'd give them a try sooner rather than later as one can assume these won't last.
Warm service

4.3 - Enjoyed a Dirty Chai here today. It wasn't great (lots of powder on top and loads of honey/syrup sunk on the bottom) but I liked the location and view from here. It's comfortable and there's not as many people than the other levels. Lots of seating options.

Q5 Cafe has probably the best coffee in Chatswood, and not surprisingly since they use the Pablo and Rusty coffee beans from one of the best roasters in Sydney.

The cafe is a bit out of the way from the main thoroughfare and this makes it very appealing for those wanting a bit less noise with their afternoon coffee. An underrated venue if you ask me. If I am in the neighbourhood, I pay a visit every time.

The food is great for such a small cafe, with all day breakfast menu and a variety of drinks (tea and matcha, juices etc.). Of course the coffee is great (try the large cappuccino for a nice kick of the right amount of espresso shot).

If you stay for a brunch, please please try the New York cheese cake, it is simple and fresh with that yummy baked cheese, mmm.

Highly recommended.

Have been here a few times and have overall enjoyed the food and service. However last time I went the service was appalling. I ordered a meal and had been waiting for quite some time. So I asked the staff if it was almost done. The staff said the chef had already made all the meals. Obviously they hadn’t because my table was evidently empty. Then they kept saying I didn’t order because they had no docket of the meal. Surprisingly, they told ME to sort the issue out by talking to the staff at the cashier!! Horrible! They should’ve been the ones to sort the issue out, not me. They ended up making my meal but I barely received an apology.

Horrible service and very rude. Me and my friend planned to meet at the cafe for breakfast. I arrived first and so I sat down at a table (note I was the only customer there). My friend didn’t arrive for another 10 minutes because she was running late. And just before my friend arrived one of the staff came up to me and bluntly said in a rude manner that in order to sit at the cafe I had to order. I was stunned by this because the staff didn’t even ask if I was going to order, if I was ready to order, if I was waiting for someone, etc. they just rudely assumed I was using up one of their tables. This was followed by a rude attitude when I actually ordered. Don’t recommend going here, service is not great.

2.4 - I'd forgotten how bad (stingy) this cafe is. Got an iced coffee and check out what they do to make it look larger! Prop it up with 3 huge ice cubes! Plus 80 cents for Soy Milk!! I only visited once before because I always walked past to see empty tables and hardly anyone at this cafe so I decided to support them. Got a small dirty chai on soy, which was so overpriced at $5.80! Then she asked me if I would buy any food and when I said no, she looked at me and giggled and said because there's no outside food to be brought in (indicating the takeaway I had bought for my dinner tonight). I didn't care but did notice a few customers scurrying away after they had their coffee so they could eat their sandwich in a brown paperbag. This rule is so bad! Wouldn't they want to look busy and have people enjoy time there instead of feeling like they were unwelcome?!

Like some other customer's experience, we saw lots of empty seats, & after ordering our food & drinks, we sat on one of the many tables & our kids started eating food from another nearby restaurant. The lady came up to us with our drinks & said (without even asking our opinion) that she will bring our cookies & cake in a take away bag "because food from other restaurants is not allowed here"..despite so many empty seats we had to wrap our food, wait for her to bring our food in a paper bag & leave after that.....we won't be going back there again...

Please put up a sign saying outside food is not allowed. We bought $15 worth of food from the cafe, took a table, and were then told to leave because we also had some outside food with us.

I picked up a wrap from a shop nearby and then thought I might like to have a coffee with it. I didn’t think this was a big deal in a busy shopping centre. The server saw my brown food bag but was happy to take my money for a coffee, so I proceeded to sit down and eat my wrap. She then comes over especially to tell me I’m not meant to have ‘outside’ food. I am a paying customer and you have plenty of empty tables- now I’m sitting here with a half eaten wrap feeling guilty about something I couldn’t have known. Ridiculous policy - won’t come back.

Had the smashed avo and swapped the poached egg for scrambled. Was amazing! Polished it off. Was fresh and just really yummy. I thought also very fairly priced for Sydney cafe food.
This was the first time that we had been to The Nest and our experience there was very good.
The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble when we modified our original order.
We started with coffee, two flat white and a cappuccino. The flat white was a little weak but we like it that way. The main issue was that the coffee was not hot. The cappuccino was perfect.
Service was very quick and our meals arrived promptly.
We had spaghetti carbonara, smoked salmon with Spanish onion, cream cheese, asparagus and capers on sour dough and the third meal was two fried eggs on white toast.
All meals were delicious and were hot when they arrived at the table.
We finished off with another coffee, hot this time, a cronut and a small cheesecake. All were delicious.
We also thought that the prices were reasonable.

The Nest has a fitting name, nestled on the top level of Westfield Chatswood in what feels to be a loft like experience. You are surrounded by wood that is almost woven into the furniture. The food is sweet and the service is friendly and attentive. Coffee was delicious too.
Wonderful coffee. Heather and Erica are just so lovely it's a pleasure to go there.

In summary, an awful place to be don't go - detailed review below

Food: We ordered a hot chocolate, a pistacchio Friand and a cookies and cream milkshake. The hot chocolate was watery and inconsistent. The friend was mushy and looked few days old. The milkshake had cookies that had been crushed but not mixed properly - hence they had gone to the bottom of the tumbler forming a mushy lump

Staff:
Just as other reviews mentioned, the staff are unprofessional and don't care about their work. No smiles nothing rude.

Ambience: the place is in the middle of the mall with escalators on one side hence no real privacy, the tables are squished together and you can hear the next person

Menu: One star for the menu as they have a number of items that are different and hopefully if done well would taste amazing.

Tip: High chairs are available even though it was me who had to tell the waiter that they had high chairs at the back :?
A small Cafe located under 9 Help St building. Extremely friendly staff with personal service. Great coffee and a small but tasty selection of food. Staff always have big smiles. Has both indoor and outdoor seating.
