One of my favorite cafes whose food taste reminds me of Mexican food and I always enjoy eating chicken fajita sandwich with very special bread and attractive sauces. Special potatoes that are served with the food and I must say they are excellent. Please stay as good as you are...

This place is very popular for its coffee, beverages, and variety of desserts. However, they missed a few essentials. The cafe area was too drafty and lacked enough chairs, so we had to sit on stools. The staff was friendly and eventually changed my chair to a more comfortable one. There were no napkins or tissues on the table. You'd expect that in a Parisian ice cream shop but not in Tehran.

The delicacies of this cafe are more than the space

We got Chocolate Hazelnut, Lahijan Tea, Pumpkin Croissant, Skillet Cookie with Ice Cream and Chocolate Shot. The hazelnut chocolate was very watery and not a real hot chocolate! The croissant filling had a very spicy taste, as if it had a lot ginger or hindi nutmeg, which I did not like at all. Skillet cookie also had a very dense texture, so sweet and the taste was a combination of toffee and chocolate. The chocolate shot was less than half a shot and not tasty at all! It tastes like Iranian chocolates like Farmand! With this low quality, it was the last time I have gone there. If you want to sit inside, be sure to say when placing your order, because they won't ask you!

I had the "sobhane shahbod" and a Mojito.
The food was exceptional, and everything was hot and fresh. Except for the avocado being a bit dated, it couldn't be any better.
The mojito was perfectly formulated and cold.

The service was average, but the atmosphere was great and enjoyable.

There is not much to complain about and was one of the best cafés that I have ever been to.

It's a beautiful cafe with great pastries and drinks. They have an amazing collection of goods for gifts. Their prices are fair and quality is great. Only issue is its ridiculously crowded and wait times are long and not really good for sitting down and chilling.

It was a Crowded place, with high latency to order your items and getting ready. We wait around 45 minutes for our coffees and cakes. Also Latte's served without any arts on it. We ordered chocolate cake and Hazelnut & chocolate loaf, they were ordinary and both items chocolate's tasted like Iranian chocolate called Hiss!
Also they had a table with some samples of some of their items like Sohan and Nougha and their catalogs of their products that you can buy feom their store too.
Also they had many different types of Tea, Chocolates with many variation of tastes, Sohan, Nougha, moreover they have some chocolates for gift with beautiful design of big music Artists like Beethoven and Michael Jackson in pop art style too.
In addition, the prices were normal (6/10).
The design of store/cafe were good with high ceilings but they don't have many seats there and one of the spaces for serving your items were so different from over there and was so quiet without good vibe.
At last for 1 time experience it was good but it doesn't worth to wait around 40 minutes for medium quality.

Its a nice place to buy Persian sweets & souvenirs, great packaging, teas & coffee, pastry was nice too. 0 chocolate was nice, we also requested babychinos & they made for us. Nice waiters. Service was slow.

This location is relatively small with very few seating available, but the coffee and service is what you would expect from Sam Coffee Roasters. Parking is a bit difficult but if you visit please respect other drivers on the street and park responsibly.

outside is the street directly...and all in all nothing is perfect.

A very good cafe specially for breakfast, with good accessibility to Chamran & Modares highway.

In this branch you have good access to paid parking space from Akhgari square. In terms of variety of food, this branch has less variety in comparison to Darband branch, which is understandable given the size of the cafe. I love their Avocado toast for breakfast, and also peanut butter and maple syrup toast.

If you're looking for a fancy and spacious cafe then this is not for you. It is a quite small place with most of the tables being social. Talking about less than 10 tables. Despite all, Sam Cafe is a brand in Tehran and you can get what you expect from a cafe of the highest quality.
I uploaded a video of our recent visit when we had a waffle with Nutella, strawberry, and vanilla ice cream topping and sard Sam drink which is the localized Spanish late.

The hot chocolate, cheese brownie and latte tea, they were all amazing. We also enjoyed the atmosphere and had a great date there :)

My colleague and I decided to grab a quick lunch and coffee at the Cafe. We opted for the chicken fajita and chicken pesto dishes, both of which were presented in an appetizing manner with an array of dips and sauces.

This cafe restaurant never dissapoints us. Nice as always. Beautiful latte besides nice range of cakes and yummy salads served in jars. The staff were friendly and the place was quite comfortable at noon.

I love the atmosphere of this cafe but unfortunately the quality of cakes has gone down. the chocolates they use are not delicious anymore.

I had a great experience at this branch of Sam Cafe. The staff was friendly and helpful, and my order was ready in no time. If I wanna be honest with you, vanilla Cafe are just a baeckery for Rich and high class people whose didn't know anything about quality of service and they just want to spend there moneys. The quality of drink's was afuwl and bread's and cakes 🍰 was so so.

I think this Cafe is one the best one in Tehran city. I enjoyed all my order. Traditional Omelet has a same taste as old Cafe. All pastries were fresh and tasty and finally coffee taste was so close to Melbourne coffee (best coffee’s city in the world).

I came here yesterday and the croissant looked super good.but… it was super disgusting I took one bite and let it be , I paid 150 ﷼ and I would never expect somewhere this chic and modern to have this croissant. never get this croissant, I’ve tried many croissants in my life but this was by far the absolute worst 😷 do yourself a favour and DONT get it. I would never recommend this 🥐 croissant ,worst texture.this cafe needs to learn how to make a croissant but if they can’t learn don’t sell garbage to people.

Horrible!!! The guy who helped me first was weird, seemed he was trying to sell something other than pasty . I bought a sour cherry tart, 6 palmiers, a chocolate cake and a baguette. 2 of the palmiers were broken when I opened the box in the car !!! They couldn’t even put the pastry in a box! The chocolate didn’t taste fresh at all…In fact it was too old that gave me food poisoning!!! So I’m not going to buy anything from Vanilla and certainly won’t recommend it to my friends. Hopefully they can improve and not try to sell their old cakes !

A cafe restaurant that had both indoor and outdoor space. We sat outside and were warm in the cold weather with a fireplace inside each table. The prices were a little high. It has a beautiful view, I suggest you visit once.

Really nice cafe located in the middle south part of Saad Abad complex. The view is amazing and they have windows instead of walls so you have a 360° view of the garden which is georgeous at any time of the year (specifically spring). It's a little expensive and I'd rather have my order taken instead of getting up every time I need a little thing, but other than that the quality is acceptible and the place is just dreamy.

Renamed to Leon restaurant. Nice saloon. Unreasonably expensive. Average quality and little quantity .NOT recommended.

I visited this branch couple of times. They host more people than they have space for, so this interferes with privacy you may want to have sitting here chatting with a friend, since you may have a stranger sat next by you. The food looks good, doesnt taste good as much. I had an avocado toast here. The toast was so crunchy i couldnt cut it with the knife i had. Also, you may i noticed the same items are more expensive in this branch than they are in other branches. Which destroys the whole purpose of franchise coffeeshops. Looks disrespectful from the outside to be honest.

Wir haben dort mit 30 Personen Geburtstag gefeiert. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Zum Essen hatten wir z.B. Ceasarsalat und verschiedene Pizzen. Alles war gut.
Der Ausblick auf die Berge ist beeindruckend.
Die Preise sind recht hoch, es ist eben ein besonderes Restaurant, nicht für jeden Tag.
Parken ist im Untergeschoss sehr angenehm weil es eine vernünftige Größe hat auch für große Autos.

Cosy little cafe located in the hustle of Andazgoo street. Staff is super friendly and receptive to your needs. Parking is extremely difficult. If you are lucky to find a place in front they have curbside delivery.

What I like most about this cafe is atmosphere and design. It's placed on a roof garden of a big shopping center with a very eye catching view. Menu contains a variety of items including dessert, coffee, herbal tea and fast food. They also offer breakfast. The cafe is accessible with both elevators and escalators so wheelchair entrance is possible. The restroom is also available in the 3rd floor. Parking is available. Prices are rather higher than other cafes but not much.

Vicolo Cafe is totally different from other cafe in Tehran. it is located in 5th floor of Modern Mall. this floor is Royal especially because of Vicolo cafe. the place is very beautiful and stunning . most of the food and coffee are delicious especially their cake and cookie. Worthy staffs and poorest services all the time, weekends and weekdays Is not available all food in menu so I'd also it not cozy specifically weekends

A cafe and restaurant with Italian style at the top of Arg shopping center with very warm and pleasant design and decoration. The staff are really polite and responsible but they may miss something from your order when the cafe is crowded and you need to remind them. Their prices are a bit high, but considering its location is acceptable.

Awesome cozy place. It gets really crowded to the extent of hour long waiting lists, even for breakfast! They do have a seating area if you're willing to stick around for a table to open up. Nice selection on the menu. Hands-down some of the best French Toasts I've had in Tehran.

Very expensive and noisy atmosphere. Quality is not good comparatively. A simple omlette would cost around 450,000 Rilas. You can find much better places with this price. It took a long time for us to have our order. The waiters were friendly though. I don’t recommend this place.

Super friendly and relaxed spot with lovely staff and a great funky vibe. Excellent selection of coffees in all different styles and methods of brewing. The mall it's in is a bit fancy-pants but don't let that scare you off!

My review for this place mainly concerns seating: many of their chairs and tables are actually not comfortable for sitting for a while and enjoying a drink or a bite; this is a quite busy place so maybe this is intentional, not sure.
However, there is a big 'social' table with lamps on it that is both good for work (put your laptop on it) or reading, and sitting at with friends or even strangers!
