In this branch you have good access to paid parking space from Akhgari square. In terms of variety of food, this branch has less variety in comparison to Darband branch, which is understandable given the size of the cafe. I love their Avocado toast for breakfast, and also peanut butter and maple syrup toast.

If you're looking for a fancy and spacious cafe then this is not for you. It is a quite small place with most of the tables being social. Talking about less than 10 tables. Despite all, Sam Cafe is a brand in Tehran and you can get what you expect from a cafe of the highest quality.
I uploaded a video of our recent visit when we had a waffle with Nutella, strawberry, and vanilla ice cream topping and sard Sam drink which is the localized Spanish late.

I visited this branch couple of times. They host more people than they have space for, so this interferes with privacy you may want to have sitting here chatting with a friend, since you may have a stranger sat next by you. The food looks good, doesnt taste good as much. I had an avocado toast here. The toast was so crunchy i couldnt cut it with the knife i had. Also, you may i noticed the same items are more expensive in this branch than they are in other branches. Which destroys the whole purpose of franchise coffeeshops. Looks disrespectful from the outside to be honest.

Amazing experience! The professionally informed staff were very accomodating and friendly. The menu was exquisite, view of the place enchanting and the vegan friendly options were wonderful. Will be coming back soon.

It’s good for local guys to take a quick rest and see their friend because there are just 2 social tables and 3 or 4 private seats. It’s good for chatting and having fun with your friends.
Definitely, i don’t recommend for official meeting or relaxing. It’s very crowded.
The menu is the same branch and normal not special.
Also, the snack is delicious and healthy.👌🏼

Super friendly and relaxed spot with lovely staff and a great funky vibe. Excellent selection of coffees in all different styles and methods of brewing. The mall it's in is a bit fancy-pants but don't let that scare you off!
