This starbucks is extremely clean. The employees are torolarant & very helpful of everyone's needs. It's not just a job for the employees they genuinely care for each and everyone of us. The management is outstanding and very detailed with your orders. Stop in today they will help get you going after they fix you a yummy snack.

Not in love with the drive through being tailed out on the main drive. Food is great, friendly and fast service. Drinks are always perfect.

I go 3 plus times a week through the drive thru and everyone is always amazing! I appreciate every batista who's taken the time to make mine or my family's order and they always get it right too. Sometimes we have up to 7 and these batistas are always so amazing!!

Do you enjoy waiting in a line that you cannot extricate yourself from and then being insulted when you are finally ready to order? Then this is your go to place. There is obviously an issue with this location, and the employees have basically decided that they give zero f’s. Good luck.

Want a quick cup of coffee? Go somewhere else, 40 minutes in the drive thru is just ridiculous. Seriously, go to Target or drive to St. Louis to save time.

I'm so sick of the coffee being so utterly terrible. I miss when there used to be consistency and yummy drinks. I swear the last 5 drinks I've gotten have been un-drinkable. Done. Never again.

I love this location. The staff are always friendly and the order accuracy is amazing. Drive through wait times can be high at busy times, but they are usually pretty good otherwise.

Absolutely love this location. MaKayla is sweet and kind, always gets my order right. My fav sandwich is the chicken chipotle with egg and avocado. Soooo good.

I visited this location the order day for a rapid pick up order. Although it was my fault I chose the wrong location lol. The staff was extremely supportive and helpful. The manager lady on duty WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, to search where my order was, she even apologized multiple times (although it was my fault). The next day I stopped in the drive thru and she REMEMBERED me! She wanted to make sure everything was squared away to bring closure to the situation.

Kuddos to this manager (forgot to get her name) but great job on running this store and the leadership shows through your team!

Came by on a Saturday evening (10/14) through drive through. Completely dead. Ordered a flat white. Unfortunately it was badly burnt. Threw it away after 2 sips. Can't believe I wasted money on this. Not coming back.

Almost eveytime I come here somethings wrong. I've gotten stuck in the drive through for 45min+ today I wait 35min for one drink with people who came in 15 min after getting there multi item orders. I asked for a refund, the associate didn't offer any discount, simply said she got the reciepts mixes up.

I ordered ahead on the app and picked up my order in the drive-through. It’s was ready when it said it would be, the food was hot and fresh. Service was great, the staff was friendly. My daughter was craving a bread bowl so we both got the French onion soup. It was so yummy..

I love any Paneras/St. Louis Bread Company I visit. Though all seem to be short staffed, the employees are always helpful, friendly & efficient. I had ordered 2dozen bagels for breakfast to take to work for our 10 person Team. By the next morning there were only 4 bagels left. Delicious. I had ordered them 2 days ahead of time & the order was ready when I picked them up 2 mornings later
Everything was perfect on the order AND the prices were very reasonable. Treat yourself & visit a location near you soon!

I want to recognize Nicole (Manager on site). I explained how I was given the wrong sandwich twice thru the Drive-thru. She immediately gave me a free bakery treat & made the Bacon Avocado Melt sandwich herself for me! All free of charge! I got home & the sandwich was amazing! I can only hope Nicole makes my sandwich everytime! 😊 Just wanted to make sure that Nicole knew she made this customer happy! Nicole was great & handled the issue awesome! Great customer service! I ordered a half greek salad and I asked for extra olives and extra dressing. I get this salad at least a couple times per week from a different location. And I have never had problems. But today I got a quarter of a salad. It wasn't even filled in the container. There was no extra olives and it was probably one of the worst nine dollar salads I have ever bought. So disappointing. I'll never go to this Panera again.
