Love Boss Crokers, awesome wings, jalapeño poppers! Kevin is the greatest!

I live around Wantagh and have been here for many holidays, Islanders games, and random fun nights. While I’ve never had a HORRIBLE experience here, I’ve never had a wonderful one either.

There’s one bartender in particular (taller white man, maybe light brown/red hair?) that is always so kind and makes me feel welcome. However, I always feel like I’m being ripped off. I’ve gotten $20+ salads with barely any protein, have had plenty overpriced cocktails, and today on TGE was nearly scammed by a female bartender.

We arrived at 11pm, put my card down to open a tab, and was told an hour later that there was an $80 minimum for cards that night? As a local who tries to patronize this place, I was really disappointed tonight.

I like quite a few appetizers and that one bartender (was working towards the end of the bar towards the front door on thanksgiving eve, he knows who he is) but felt really disrespected tonight.

Mark is the best bartender ever! Kevin is a solid second. It’s a good place to hangout eat and drink.

Had a craving for fish and chips. Was not disappointed. We'll be going back again!

Portions were huge. Food was good. Interesting blossom onion.

My wife and I went here for the first time and it was amazing the food was great the beer was ice cold the service was great and the place was packed with people having a great time. Definitely will go back.

Let's start by saying, the was was nice and very well could've been overwhelmed - so I'll give service a 3 star this time around to be fair. My wife asked for three waters while I was parking the car (parking is AWFUL - drove around for at least twenty minutes until accidentally finding there was a municipal parking lot in the rear). Only two waters were brought out and took about thirty more to finally get it (albeit a bigger glass for the wait). Waiting was the big portion of review here as it was painstakingly slow... again, they may have been understaffed, it just didn't seem too crowded. We sat outside in the front, it was a beautiful day - so that was a clear WIN. The food came out however long later and we realized that there were no napkins or utensils on the table... hence waiting until we could eventually flag someone down to ask for them. The Steak sandwich was hearty and delicious - Fries were a WIN... the nachos were tasty; however all the love went directly on top as opposed to the layering process that is so important to the successful nachos. Pulled pork sandwich got no complaints either. Food was tasty - I'd visit again; but not regularly as I don't have that time to wait! Good for having with friends, family or a quick drink - bar seemed to be popping inside.

What a great place with excellent drink selection, the food tasted great and the portions was tremendous... friendly bartenders... definitely going back.

Stopped in for lunch after my girlfriend had a visit to the chiropractor. Kevin took care of us, as it was daytime, he was the only one there. Even though there were patrons at the bar, he made sure we were well taken care of.

I Sat at the bar and got 2 drinks which were okay but my order of 10 wings and wedges were a disaster I could tell they were expecting me to leave and not check. I asked for all flat and the bartender said “we don’t do that” but gave me all legs with no sauce and they were clearly precooked and redropped in grease (food came out in 8 mins w no sauce on them and were WELL WELL WELLL DONE and to make matters worse the container had sauce on and in it so I feel like they feed me out of the trash can). Anyway it was $45 down the drain the bartender wouldn’t even take a tip because he knew they played me. NEVER AGAIN! If I could give negative stars I would

My husband and I came here for the first time for a date night. Craft actually has live performers every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We ordered the Craft Nachos and Buffalo Chicken Rolls for appetizers. Then for our entrees we split the Bay Burger and the Yard Bird Sandwich. All the food was good, but I have always been a fan of pumpkin beers! They do have flight options for their Tap beers (which was a big plus for us). They had great presentation for everything that was brought to our table and the staff was incredibly sweet. We will be making this a set date spot!

2nd visit - Mother's day. Ordered off the brunch menu, steak and eggs. Cooked just right. Steak / dish size right for prize. Our party was 13, w/ kids. There server managed it very well. Also when food was served multiple staff helped bring the food to the table ( which helped us to all eat at the same time). The "bottomless" brunch drinks kept coming (although the champagne for the mimosa was not that great). Over all a good experience again.

Craft is the new Hemingway's. First of all, I like that the new owner is going for a more upscale design. Unfortunately, they are off to a bumby start. The food was good but the burger we ordered was way undercooked and when we ordered steak frites they brought us chicken. It is early days for this place so I expect them to tighten things up but for now I think the smart move is to let the hype die down a bit so the staff can have more time to focus each individual order. On a more positive note the pizzette was pretty good so I can't complain about that. The chicken pot pie egg roll was also delicious and so was the bruschetta. The service was great and every server had a great attitude. So overall the experience was good. I would come back but not for a little while.

Quaint little bar with great wing and drink specials on Wednesdays and has been a quintessential part of the Wantagh bar scene for about as long as I can remember and even before that. You can always count on friendly faces and cold drinks but definitely be prepared to bump some elbows when it gets busy because it gets tight! Plenty of parking both in the from and back of the bar.
