We had the most delightful time last evening! The service and food were outstanding. My extra dirty martini was perfect and the lamb special was scrumptious. The lamb chops were medium rare, just the way I ordered them. They were served with couscous, mint and figs ~ so unique and delicious. My husband had the sirloin steak and he raved about it. We ended with an apple desert which included coconut. It was an added surprise and very much enjoyed by me, since I love all things coconut. We can’t wait to return!

Had dinner here one night, I came back a few weeks later with my daughter (love being able to take the boat to get food) for breakfast. Food was decent. Waitress was nice. Building is beautiful. My bloody Mary came out wayyyy after my food was delivered. Food should never be out before the drink, that you order in advance. I'm not sure I'll be back for breakfast again, as it wasn't anything special and didn't have hash (my favorite). I dont really remember how my dinner was when I ate here a few weeks prior.

Our first visit. Beautiful location and view during sunset! Sat outside on the patio with a musician playing. The oysters and flatbread were great. Cocktails were sub-par, the mudslide was not frozen enough, and one of the tequila specialty cocktails seemed watered down. Salads were great, but the protein/steak on mine was overcooked. Friendly service!

Excellent food and service in a colonial building adjacent to water side. Unique menu offers great seafood and steaks plus many other chef inspired dishes. We enjoyed this restaurant so much we ate lunch, dinner then breakfast there the next day.

Had the flounder. Ingredients looked and tasted very fresh and you get a generous portion of fish. The ingredients are quite neutral all together so throw a little salt on it and they all really shine. Solid place to come back and try something different.

The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful! The shrimp is definitely jumbo!!! I've had jumbo shrimp before but I never knew shrimp could be even larger, a true jumbo shrimp compared to the other places. The drinks were good as well. I loved the employees all very talkative and sweet! I personally am picky about seafood so certain things are hit or miss but I would not recommend the octopus it wasn't that great. According to my friends they said they've had better octopus elsewhere. Other than that I would definitely go again! The inside is set up like a beach house and makes me feel like I'm in florida again and I can't get over the outside dining area too it's such a cute vibe with lights and gorgeous view of the water.

My party of 6 (5 adults and one child) arrived at 2:15. A great size parking lot. There is a great view. Outside dining, a bar, and inside dining. We were seated inside at a low top table by request of a group member. Our server was unbelievably great. She was attentive but no overbearing. Really great banter with the table and extremely accommodating. We started with drinks. Drinks were milk, a blueberry crush, a pill crusher, a watermelon sling, a ???? mule, Narragansett , an orange seltzer, and everyone had water! The server gave up time to enjoy some conversation before asking about apps. We struggled with some many choices...we settled on Pork Belly with diakon/pickled onion called Bauo Bun Sliders...octopus which was grilled. The octopus was served as a cerviche. We also had a dozen oysters served on the half shell. Octopus was outstanding. My group all had something different. The kid had mac and cheese. This was a white cheddar sauce served over penne. My friend next to be had fish and chips. The portion was huge. He left a quarter of the fish and a handful of fries. He said it was outstanding. Cole slaw was so-so. I had the house chopped salad with shrimp added on. The shrimp were left tail on and seasoned well. It was a traditional salad. Plated well, A nice hard boiled egg...The cilantro lime dressing was nice. Great knife skills on the kitchen staff as everything was well cut....I rate it A-, it is what it is...a good salad .... My friend next to me had the pervian chicken. He said it was amazing. Very flavorful, moist, and fork/knife friendly. My next friend had baja chicken sandwich. Thought it was good. Enjoyed the hand cut fries. The final guest had the pan seared salmon. He raved about the sweet potato fries. We talked a little longer before leaving about 1 hr. and half after we first sat down . Total: 451.00 without tip. Great size portions, great view, and the food was good. A good solid A.

Went for lunch today. We sat by the fireplace with the swinging chairs. Our waitress was awesome ! Give her a raise. Haven’t had that good of service in a long time. The food was great!

This was our first time at The Beach House. The outdoor seating view is very nice with ample free parking. We were greeted by two lovely ladies who address us properly and sat us at a good location. Our waitress was prompt and courteous giving us all the time we desired. My guess an I had allot to discuss which lead us to having cocktails only during our visit. We arrived at 6pm and left at 10:30pm. We had an enjoyable time with great views and no pressure to order a meal or requiring us to give up the table for dinner guests. The only one small issue I would like recommend is they reduce their price to a more convenient cost so Elders and others on a limited budget can experience this location.

I’ve been here before and have had absolutely fantastic service and food but my most recent trip was a disappointment. First, They were out of oysters. So we got clams as an app. The clams in red sauce appetizer had good flavor, but the clams were over cooked to BF Goodrich consistency. Didn’t finish.

Then we split the stuffed lobster, which was decent, not great, but good. they never gave us any lobster tools to get into the claws tho, which is an unacceptable oversight when ordering a $48 entree.

Our waitress was very nice, attentive, and friendly, but the bartender kept filling martinis right to the brim, so every single one spilled on our wobbly patio table and got dirty martini all over your shirt cuffs.

The beach house (the old topsider) is now a beautiful restaurant with a full menu. From appetizers, main course, to desserts.
We use to come down every weekend years ago, the food was always amazing and the atmosphere was breathtaking.
Now even more beautiful.

Stopped here for a birthday lunch for my boyfriend. Our waitress knew which options could be made gluten free. They usually have gluten free rolls but did not have them the day we went. The view of the water was amazing.

Grade A (90) The setting is amazing, right by the bay. Weather was amazing too so we were right next to the water. The food was very good, the fish & chips were the Best I've had. Large portion flaky Cod with a very light batter, just enough to make it crispy but not greasy, just amazing.

Okay, so we had a waitress who was very new, but she was fantastic. Very friendly, and if she didn't know something, she let us know and then would go find the right information.

The steak was cooked absolutely to perfection and the reduction sauce was divine. I do not eat green beans, but I ate almost ALL of those.

The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the corkage charge. It was my graduation and I had a bottle of MCC that the restaurant did not have as it was from South Africa, and they still charged $30 for us to drink it. I understand usually, but it was a special occasion with a drink that I wouldn't be able to get there.

Besides that, it was fantastic.

We went on Christmas day. Very cozy on the 2nd floor, near the fireplace. I had the mussels in a coconut broth with Thai chili's and garlic naan. This was amazing.
Also had a filet mignon with mashed.
Delicious.
