There's absolutely nothing special about their burger.... It's fresh and so but what is the craze about? The milkshake is alright too... The fries were okay...Food was okay but not for the price.
Lately takes a long time to prepare food & it's lukewarm..almost never fully heated. Eating quarters are a little tight, but the ole fashion candy & toys & the gator paraphernalia are the BEST!! I love the variety on the menu & food well seasoned, but I hate when I don't come on the right day for pork chops or catfish...can you cook items more than one day??
I recently stopped by BurgerFi for national cheeseburger day, and I have to say, the food is good but the service was better. At the counter Jahnesa was a sweetheart! She was so friendly and attentive considering how busy they were. Kudos to her for the good, quality experience!
I typically do not leave reviews but I must take a moment to express how a young lady by the name of Jahnesa made a simple dine in experience one to remember. The food was great but the customer service provided by Jahnesa is what will make us visit here again. She is truly an asset to your company as she was very proactive in making sure our needs were met and exceeded. Thank you!
If you want a grilled burger, they do it well. Prices make it a step more expensive than the ordinary fast food restaurant, but there is also a step up in quality. You never get cheated on fries and it would be hard for two people to not be completely happy with a single regular order.
It's located in the Winter Garden mall and parking can sometimes be very frustrating. There are outdoor tables and the management is very good.

The food was great, service was amazing. Vai & Josh were super nice and attentive, made sure our order was correct.
Josh helped me and he was very nice. Overall the whole team gives excellent customer service. They are always helpful and the food is always delicious!! The place is always clean and Bathrooms are always clean… thank you
I've been a fan of other cracker barrel locations due to their good food and good service. You're not gonna find either of them in the winter garden cracker barrel. Just avoid this one, it has been terrible on repeated occasions, the most recent being described below.
Starting with the line, a 10 minute wait took us over 25 because the front desk girl "forgot" to text or call us. Then, the service was basically one of the worst I've experienced in any restaurant. In an empty restaurant, the waitress reached us with the menus 5 minutes after sitting down. We ordered drinks, the coffee was served relatively fast, although no water was served or even offered again in over half an hour sitting down at the table. Food orders were delivered with missing items, and when they finally arrived after 15 minutes complaining to the servers, the rest of the plates were cold and mushy. The manager presented a proper reaction, offering us to remake the whole meal, and said she was deeply sorry, but it was already too late. We got sour with this restaurant. Paid for what we ate (the kids meal), and left. This unit brings shame to the chain, which is so good in other locations, but would definitely recommend not going to this one.

Lauren, the waitress, is the rudest server I have ever had. Brought my dogs there as I do weekly in downtown Winter Garden. They are very well behaved. I sat outside under the canopy cover which has ceiling fans due to it being sunny and hot.
After food came I politely asked for a bowl of water for my dogs. Lauren said she was going to bring them water but I should not be sitting in the area that was covered, rather in the outside area on the street that has an umbrella but still in the sun with no fans.

Took my parents for an early dinner and loved the atmosphere and our server was great, engaging and helpful as it was our first time there.
We ordered the fried green tomatoes and the pretzels and beer cheese as appetizers and the green tomatoes came with what appeared to be just mayonnaise slathered over them not the basil aioli mentioned on the menu. The pretzels were good, a bit salty and could use that white pretzel salt instead of what seemed like table salt on them. Three of us ordered bison burgers and they were great.
This place has a great atmosphere and we noticed a lot of families with children eating as well. Would even be a great place to go for a beer and snack after work or even a date. it looked like they had a very large selection of bourbon, we would go back!

Found this place in 2019 and so glad I did!! Fantastic down home cooking. If you come in alone you can sit at counter and the waitresses and kitchen staff chat with you. The other customers are friendly and will join in with Convo. Breakfast plates are fantastic and prices are just right. Lunch is great too, I normally like to try their specials they post day of on their Facebook page. They have a delicious pot roast dip sandwich and I like to get mashed potatoes with it. You do have to get there early though as the specials can and will sell out.
When you are in the right place, Everything is better. Stop for a drink to calm my stress levels 😉. The service was great, food delicious as always and when they have to exchange my wings cause they were spicy no asking or talking back, they hit right on it, and make a new bash. Manager and everyone apologize, and they even gave me a sweet note and treat. 😍👍

We are new customers and primarily eat out for breakfast. The quality of the food is far superior than any other restaurant we have tried in the area. They passed my biscuit and gravy test, hash brown test, and iced tea test. They are usually very busy. Sometimes they are packed. But the servers are constantly moving. They don’t stop. So, be sure to tip them well. They earn it.
The bison burger was great. The server was nice and it was not badly priced. I did enjoy writing on the menu selecting what I wanted on the burger. The only complaint I have is my sweet potato fries was soggy. The pretzel bites was great also.
We ordered the Doddzilla and the fried green tomatoes, both were really good. They have an extensive cocktail menu, burgers, flatbreads, and salads. They also have fish and vegetarian options. Loved the vibes inside and out!
Seldom eat out, tired of being disappointed at the food, incorrect orders, and/or service.
Could not of been a better experience. Service (Samantha) was great. She had timing and confidence with a smile. Food was great, never had eggs (over medium) cooked so perfect.

The world needs more places like this, old school, southern diner. Everyone there is super friendly and attentive. Had breakfast there the first time and I knew we would be back. Just got the club sandwich and it just makes your soul feel good, everything we have had from there is phenomenal. Simple food at good prices.
Got a kids cheese and some tenders the burgers were the best I ever had 10/10 recommendation!! Afriyie had friendly customer service and amazing Pattie’s.
I had their Georgia sausage omelet - LOADED with onions, peppers and delicious sausage! My girlfriend let me try her pancakes, and they were amazing! Great service and atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!!
Back when WGV first opened up Bonefish was the go to place for excellent food and service.

Food and service were Excellent! I grew up in Winter Garden in the 60s and 70s. My dad ate at that restaurant every week.. Our family went regularly as well. This was my sister and I 's first time back since then. Very emotional and very friendly people still Today.. Thanks...

We had a very nice lunch here. It's right downtown in Winter Garden. It was seat yourself which was nice. Just walk in and sit down. Service was responsive. I had a chicken club and my wife had a salad. I thought their fries were excellent. They have a seasoned salt that reminds me of Red Robins fry seasoning. Everything came out quick and the prices were reasonable. Will definitely have to come back again.

As typical for Cracker Barrel, the food and gift shop did not disappoint! Also, service was top notch at this location. Leadership is certainly handling business! As you can see in the picture we had a bit of an unusual twist to the Old Timer's Breakfast: 3 eggs instead of 2, scrambled with cheese and whatever veggies they could include: onion, broccoli, adding a side of bacon and a side of tomato slices. This met my dietary needs and was delicious! There are always challenges to eating healthier with such a carb-rich menu, but even Keto, Paleo and Whole30 diners can creatively feast if they put their mind to it and coordinate (I had an insider perspective with my daughter having been a CB server).
The manager came out to clarify my order (I guess broccoli with eggs is not a typical request) and we were told she personally made my "omlet-style" scramble. I'm grateful for this crew who didn't say "no". My daughter and I had a great experience.

I had a shrimp pasta and some of their bang bang shrimp. The food was good. It could have used a little bit more seasoning, but everything else about it was very good. I highly recommend. The chef did an amazing job!! I will be back. The atmosphere is amazing too

Bonefish grill always delivers stellar food and service! The Bang Bang shrimp is scrumptious. The mussels are absolutely delicious as are the crab cakes! You will be delighted with the quality of the food, service and atmosphere! Gotta check it out!
We have been coming regularly for nearly 5 years and it is definitely the best food for the value in the downtown Winter Garden area. My husband loves the BLT and I can’t say no to the Bam Bam shrimp either in the Poboy or tacos. My son loves boneless chicken wings with the assortment of different flavors. Linda is a great server and is always pleasant and kind. They have managed to maintain reasonable prices even through Covid. Unfortunately, they have not been able to maintain regular staffing and hours after the pandemic, and due to unfortunate and untrue rumors. I have observed with my own eyes good quality service to people of all kinds races and gender identities. If you’re looking for a good meal at a good price with a beautiful view, I recommend checking them out for yourself.
10 stars! We were there during the dinner rush on a Sat and even though they were extremely busy, we were seated within 10 min. Our waitress was absolutely fantastic. We had the Truffle Fries and Calamari for starters and they were both great. We ordered the Build Your Own burgers and they were delicious and huge! We all needed boxes to take home. We had the Bourbon Infused Milkshakes and OMG! They are to die for! Kudos to the managers, front of the house staff, and back of the house staff! This place runs like a well oiled machine. All of our food came out fast, fresh, and hot! Every single employee that walked past our table smiled, checked on us, and thanked us for being there. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience.
I visited here for Father’s Day dinner and had an okay experience. The Bang Bang shrimp is what I really came for and they were fire as usual. My daughter had a pork chop that was dry but the manager switched it out for chicken quickly. The portions were also generous for the price we paid. The service was also good. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. She made great recommendations and ensured that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Overall, they did a good job, being a busy Father’s Day weekend.They came through!
Great burger, cooked to perfection, and delicious sweet potato fries! I had the Doddzilla which was one of the recommendations. Our server, Frankie, was excellent and made the experience even better. She was attentive, made suggestions and had such a friendly personality. I’ll definitely return.
Truffle fries! Make sure to try the truffle fries, they were so good! I’ve been here twice with a large group of friends. If you have a large group sit outside. Inside was too loud and crowded for our group. The wings were really good with the side of truffle fries. I ended up getting another order of fries later in the evening. Before we left I order the donuts with some ice cream and THE DONUTS WERE AMAZING! Definitely will be back soon! We had the absolute best servers as well!

Sooooo good! Our waiter was super personable too and the food was delicious!
Great food and decent prices. The menu was vibrant and offered a great selection. The only issue I had was the manager or District manager, not sure, decided to counsel the staff right on the restaurant floor in full view of the customers. Her reason was valid but it should have been a back of house conversation, as I saw a good deal of the staff looking around and seeing the customers staring.
An informal pizza and burger place in Winter Garden with fast service. I asked for a Gluten Free burger and they gave me the option of lettuce instead of the bun, which was great! I had a wonderful experience because I had my husband in the hospital and forgot to ask for my drink. The nice cleaning lady saw I was nervous, confused and in a hurry. So she kindly asked me if I needed something. I told her I had to get in line again again to get a drink, and she said not to worry, the drink is on me! She served me my drink with a big smile and I was almost in tears. I have recovered my faith in people and there's a very special one in this Five Guys location. God bless!
Passing through on our way back home from Kissimmee and just had the most incredible breakfast I mean the best in a long long time! I must say half of it was because of the awesome waitress we had named Jamie, but everybody was really friendly. Food is excellent, service was excellent, very clean establishment with amazing value. Definitely a destination on our next trip over to the Orlando area. Thank you Jamie! 😉
Stopped by on a Sunday night around 6:30. We ordered the fried pickles and white cheddar bites. Both were good. I ordered a house salad with no cheese in addition to my meal. The server brought what appeared to be a side salad (just lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes). I asked if the salad was a house salad or maybe just the side and the waiter said that's the house salad without cheese. I asked if the house salad still included bacon and sour dough croutons. The waiter said that the salad was already made but he would see what they could do. He returned with the missing items for me to add to the salad. No big deal. 2 of our 3 entrees came out shortly afterward but the waiter said my wife's chicken pot pie would be out in a few minutes, the manager was cooking it. Several minutes later the waiter brought the chicken pot pie out. It was served in a plastic rectangular container on a plate. It appeared to come straight from a microwave. The chicken pot pie didnt have any taste. The side items (fried okra, turnip greens and green beans) all tasted like frozen items. Maybe they have always been microwaved but in years past the vegetables and sides tasted fresh. To their credit, the chicken pot pie was taken off the bill when the waiter noticed my wife only tool one bite. Will not be back.

Great big tasty, fresh, salads. Cool local spot with nice outdoor seating. But They do need to wipe down their salt n pepper shakers and the oil and vinegar.. so super sticky we had to go wash our hands after using the salt shaker etc.

I loved the history of this restaurant on Plant Street in Winter Garden. The bar is made of reclaimed wood from a bowling alley. There is a huge propeller from a blimp prototype that was hanging from the ceiling.
If your were meeting the boys to have some beers this is your place. The food was ok. The burgers, ordered medium well, were well done and slightly above average.
The servers were nice. The whole place could use a deep clean. Some light fixtures have not been cleaned in years.

In searching for a place to have lunch in Winter Garden, which is a halfway point between those of us meeting up, I came across MoonCricket. I liked the name. There was outside seating, and the menu looked good. We got the Bam-Bam Shrimp and Pork Rind basket for starters. Both very good, but I definitely recommend the pork rinds. They are cooked fresh, hot, crispy, and flavored perfectly. Most of us got burgers of some sort. I got the Mediterranean Lamb Burger. It was so juicy! The goat cheese and Tzatziki Sauce set it off for an overall excellent flavor. Hubbie got the bacon cheese burger, which was also cooked great and very tasty. Our server was attentive, the inside seating/bar quaint, and quite a bit of outside seating for the space. Very happy with the experience.

I have to give this place a Good review. The food was good, we ate outside, service was good. It was only afterwards we left I found out about the name. I was shocked. Def mixed feelings about that. But the food and service was still good.

Talk about the easiest Thanksgiving meal ever!!!! I placed our order online a week before Thanksgiving and ordered Turkey, Mac n Cheese, hash brown casserole, mashed potatoes and gravy, apples, cranberry relish, and rolls.
We picked it up Wednesday and the process was smooth and seamless. Cracker Barrel had a drive thru line set up so we were able to drive up instead of having to go inside to pick our meal up. Grace and the other employees we talked to were friendly and made the experience even better! She checked everything to make sure all of the items were included. Our meal was packaged inside of a sturdy box perfect for transporting.
The heating instructions were in a provided booklet and they were clear and concise. I timed it so that all of the food was ready to eat in about an hour. Everything was delicious and took the stress of cooking away so the holiday could be celebrated with my family instead of cooking the day away.

The hostess was so sweet and promptly got a table for our party...no wait. Our server Melissa did an amazing job suggesting her top choices. Which we loved. Definitely we will go again soon.
I’ve heard so many good things about this place but never had time to stop by and check it out. It was so worth the wait. I loved everything. The french toast melted in your moth, the syrup was warm, and the hash browns where crunchy! Absolutely delicious, I understand the hype now!
Yet another fine location for Five Guys. These burgers truly are phenomenal, but be warned that they come with a phenomenally high price tag as well. You can expect to spend about $15-$18 per person and that’s only counter service. That being said, their fry servings are quite generous so we usually order a large fry and split it between three people. The fries are equally exceptional. This particular location has plenty of outdoor seating.
Bacon hamburger with grilled mushrooms is excellent. Line cook prepared it flawlessly, juicy and tasty. I personally saw him take great care in properly placing the mushrooms right on the bread, evenly spread. Thank you!
I love that the Little Cheeseburger and Little Fries with a Small Milkshake are bigger, fresher and more filling than then competition... and there is NOTHING LITTLE ABOUT IT when you put everything on it that comes for FREE. Also like the way they fill their cups of fries to the max and give you enough extra in the bag when you do takeout to make you full before you get home or even into the actual cup! Lol. Staff is also fun, bathrooms are clean and they REALLY are FRESH and NEVER FROZEN and even tell you where their current batch came from. 5-Stars!
Pretty Good place for a burger, but dont know what all the fuss is all about. I tried 5 guys couple times and food is good but wouldn't say best burgers in town. There are far superior burger places. I like the seasoned fries though. In my opinion the joints' a bit overpriced.
