It’s my first time at the establishment. I ordered 2 meals. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. When they brought it to the table the presentation was great, until I took a bite of my sandwich and it was cold. My moms double cheeseburger was nice n hot but many of her fries seemed like it was from the bottom of the drier n tasted burnt. “Over cooked”. My experience was mediocre. I gave service a 4 because I needed to use the restroom and the unoccupied one was stopped up n wouldn’t flush. I reported to the staff and they went right away to solve the restroom issue so I could use it.
The burgers are very delicious, the fries are very crispy, and the service is very good. I really liked the energy of the employees, especially a girl named Valeria who served me. I will definitely return.
Wow this place ALWAYS hits the spot! The food was absolutely delicious and we love the energy and atmosphere of the place when you go into National Harbor. It is super easy to place an order with their touch screen ordering and they put together the food super quick!
We also got a cookies and cream shakes which are delicious because they have little bits of Oreo cookies in it and you get little chunks of it when you’re sipping on it!
Oh and try the cheddar bacon fries! They are really good!
10/10 for the quality of food, the overall appearance of the restaurant and the friendly staff!

Came here for a late lunch. Sauciety is located in the Westin hotel. We were seated right away. Great view of National Harbor and the Potomac. It wasn't crowded so there was plenty of space. Good food options as well as gluten free and vegan too. Drink menu had a nice variety as well. Everything was tasty and came out quickly. The service was great too. Definitely a good spot to come with friends or family.
Your dining experience at this place really depends on the cashier you run into. Food is always good. But some employees there can be super rude and disrespectful. I’m a regular here. I never expect much from the employees. It’s a fast food place after all. But my cashier Christina today treated me rudely for no reason. I was shocked and asked her why this attitude and she said “do you want to place an order or not”.
Awesome spot. Great food, atmosphere, and staff! The crab omlet and eggs benedict are amazing.
Parking is a pain for take away pick up. Otherwise the burgers are mostly pretty good. Last time I was there the bottom half of the bun was really stale and dry. Was a one off because normally everything is really fresh. Shakes are delicious.
So I’ll start off by saying we had a big party of 16 ppl so maybe things would have gone a little better if it was a smaller party. My pancakes were dry as ever. The french toast had no flavor. It literally taste like I was eating bread and syrup.The server was very snappy with me when placing my order. He literally tried to take my menu out my hand. I did ask him why he apologized and said take as much time as needed. He forgot to put in one part of my meal. So everyone else had ate and we were still waiting on the steak and eggs. The view amazing tho🙃
Everything was fine until they tried to bring me a bill with almost everything up charged about 3-4 dollars per item. When I asked my waitress about it they provided me with a DIFFERENT menu then we originally received when we ordered. They did end up taking it off because they were wrong but I don’t like things like that because it was definitely wrong. Also our waiter wasn’t really the best, I don’t know if she was having a bad day but this is definitely our first and last time eating here. ALWAYS CHECK THE MENU PRICES AND COMPARE IT TO THE FINAL BILL YOU RECEIVE.
Awesome place inside the Gaylord resort hotel. Duck pin bowling, darts, shuffleboard, and bocce ball options (for $) available. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Food is pretty pricey but you’re inside a hotel. Beers are $8-10 and wine is ~$13. Definitely make a reservation for any games so you’re guaranteed a spot. When you play duckpin bowling you get a dedicated time slot and server. It was fun! Game master was great too!
Played duckpin bowling tonight and had a fantastic time! The “game master” made sure we were well taken care of and our service was fantastic! More fun than regular bowling since it’s so casual. We will definitely be back!
So I had to pleasure of meeting a young lady named Jihan who was our waitress. It was her smile, kindness, communication and knowledge of the menu that sold my friends and myself. I am big on services and she checked all my boxes. The food was great, atmosphere was great and although it was in a busy location, we were seated right away. I will definitely be back to try bunch. When you visit Redstone, ask for Jihan and tell her Pecolia sent you.
This was supposed to be open for twenty minutes. 5-7 minutes of standing in line a staff member told me I had to leave because they were closed. The couple in front of me arrived at the same time I did. Maybe it was the way I looked or something along that line. That's how it felt to me. This was one of two horrible experiences I had that visit. The other was at the Tap Room. I did make a friend that night. A tiny Asian granny. Those big heavy glass MGM entrance doors are extremely heavy. Especially for a tiny very granny lady. So of course I opened both doors for her. She was very appreciative and stated asking me about what I was going to play. We talked for a second then another older lady asked me if I could go ask the Metro disability bus driver if he was there for Miss Jackson. I let her know that he said no. The poor lady had been there who knows how long. Would have been nice for someone from the casino or something would have assisted her further. It was very late and dark out. That's why I'm guessing she didn't decide to drive her power chair outside. She must have not felt safe?
The gumbo was pretty good. My cousins had the shrimp tacos and the salmon. Both also said it was really good. The music was on point! Went around 2:45 in the afternoon, and it was practically empty. The rum punch was yummy too.
So this place for me is a guaranteed smash anytime I've ben here. If I'm in doubt about what to eat or simply passing through can't miss. The fries are ALWAYS crispy (exactly) as fries should be. My go to is the shrimp & grits or the salmon 🙌🏾. No matter whether you're on a date or hanging as a group this is the place. Service is usually good & the drinks are good as well (old fashioned). Definitely one of my new favorite go to places
I had the Ribeye Sandwich with loaded mashed potatoes and it was phenomenal. My friend got the Buttermilk chicken sandwich and it was undercooked. They brought her another, but it was just so-so. Waitress was attentive and helpful, but the outside chairs were torture chambers. So miserable while trying to enjoy a meal with a view of the harbor.
The place was extremely nice, lively, full of activity, loud, and very COLD!

Those Valley Girl sliders were absolutely AMAZING... the caramelized onions were mouth-watering ... the vegan meat used is definitely something that I have never had. I would love to know the brand.

There is no sign saying that you can't order at the actual order area. Drove up to the window, where they said that is where you ordered, was proceeded to be told that half of the items on the menu weren't available, and was given tea that went bad.

Came early in the morning on Tuesday and it wasn't busy and it was beautiful! I recommend this place and their juice was taste!
This Bojangles is so hot inside this restaurant, it’s operating in a unhealthy conditions with the employees working with no working AC. The restrooms is also closed and under construction. The staff was friendly and attentive even with the staff working in this Unsafe, unhealthy Environment. My steak eggs and cheese biscuit sandwich was tasty.
The food was great! It came out in a reasonable amount of time, was cooked properly, and was quite flavorful. Sadly, the service was severely lacking. While.pur food was delivered in a reasonable amount of time, no one came to check in on us. We were a party of 3 but only received 2 place settings and even though I asked multiple people for a third, we never received it. Sadly, we will likely not be returning.

Beautiful views and right on the water. The staff is super friendly and attentive. Food is great and tasty and exactly as described. It's a great location to take a break even if it's for 1 day. The high ceiling makes it feel very luxurious and open. Enjoy while you can!
I drove to this place from Baltimore and I was so hot in there because they had no ac but the Sunday manager and all the staff was so nice! It was probably the best customer service I have ever had! The new owners need to GET THOSE HARD WORKERS SOME AC!!!
Redstone is beautifully situated on the National Harbor. Jazmyn was our hostess and she was amazing! Lovely, polite and helpful! Every meal we've had in the area has been exquisite and Redstone exceeded them all. We had brunch - The Chef Brunch. The hashbrowns were devine. They were more like a creamy casserole. A must try! I am not a fan of French toast but I tried it, came with rhe meal. I had another!!! Did I mention, it's all you can eat. No, not a buffet style but seated dining. Jazmyn - thank you for everything!
This place isn't all that, shake shack burgers are way better. Fries suck, onion rings are ok, the soda machine should be up kept better, so should the entire store really. The burger was just... not worth the price at all, it's pretty basic tasting, nothing special, I had the bbq one.
We stopped in for a late dinner after an event in the harbor and had a great time. Our food came quickly and our server was extremely kind. My fiance loved his burger and I got an extremely tasty salad. Make sure to look over your check - we noticed this restaurant adds a complimentary 15% which hopefully goes straight to the servers!
I haven’t been to checkers in years because the last I got extremely sick 🤮! However this time around was much better the fries and mozzarella sticks were completely delicious and my burger was good too. However, next time I went to fries I got was super greasy and overcook.

Finally, we were told that there would be two servers which I thought was nice.

The food was average, but better than pictured, the atmosphere was loud, and the service was very lacking (seemed massively understaffed). I would not expect this restaurant to stay in business except for the captive audience at the convention center.
The place looked closed. The young lady at the register looked like she wanted to be somewhere else. I ordered a 3 piece meal with fries and cole slaw. They didn't have any cole slaw, the fries were dry and hard, the biscuit tasted half done, and the chicken was burnt. The only thing halfway decent was the tea. I will never eat there again. I threw the whole thing away.
We went a week ago. They had no chicken biscuits. The ac was not working. The women’s bathroom was out of service. It’s a shame because we went out of our way to go there but that will be the last time. The staff should not have to work in those conditions. What we ended up ordering was eh. Sadly, it did not seem to be fresh. It was overcooked and dry. Even the botatoes were over fried. I ended up tossing half my meal. It is not the reputation that Bojangles has worked to achieve. Staff seemed out of sorts but who could blame them, it was hot and they were out of food items mid afternoon. Lastly, the dining area could be updated. It did not seem very clean or crisp. We ended up eating our food in the car. It could be a jewel because it is a unique northern Bojangles but instead it is currently not well maintained.
They were out of biscuits. They said they didn't have them all day because the person who makes them didn't show up for work. I was really disappointed because I live in Dalecity and we don't have a Bojangles. I only went for a biscuit and chicken. I canceled my order but decided to get mashed potatoes only to learn that they only have them with gravy. I don't like gravy so I canceled that order too. It was a wasted trip in the pouring rain on my way back to Virginia. I'm really upset with myself because I was told not to go to that one in the first place because they are always out of something and doesn't look very clean . I can't really say if they aren't clean or not because I was using the drive through. I can say however I won't make the same mistake by going there again.
I've always enjoyed my meals when dining here. For me, it's typical hotel fare.

Lobby closed to public and drive thru line is extremely slow. No store hours listed on door. Employees seem to lack motivation to work.
I hadn't been to a Checkers in about 20 years. There isn't one close to where I live, but driving back I saw this one and had to stop. When I arrived there was a very upset customer demanding contact information to the corporate office. The manager was polite and gave them the information. For a second I thought I might be in for something bad, but I ordered and my food came quickly and fresh. I ate it at one of their outdoor tables. The food brought back a lot of food memories. The only thing I would say was a slight negative was the burger itself was quite salty. I like salt, so it tastes good but for me to notice that it would probably be a little too salty for some.
Being from NY and now residing in NJ this is my 3rd time at the harbor. I chose red Redstone with the strong push from my partner who was with me and very hungry. Upon reviewing the menu after looking at many restaurants this was the one and we were not disappointed at all. The service from Walt and Joya at the bar was very attentive. The drinks were everything and the food was better than expected. No complaints. I would absolutely come back
I definitely recommend. We came at 2:30 on a Sunday for memorial weekend. The ambiance and views with the chill vibe is definitely a highlight.

Stopped in for dinner, it was nice, relaxing, and the food was delicious. We were seated right away, the staff was great, and our food came right out. Our waitress checked on us throughout our meal. I highly recomend!
1st time here in national harbor. I wanted to give this place a better rating but I can't. The waiter was very friendly but he just didn't have his act together. I ordered an ice tea and received a glass of tea that I could tell was fleshly brewed, but all the ice was melted. I had to ask twice for ice.
The clam chowder and house Salad I ordered was good. We also ordered the breaking bread for app. It never came. We told him twice and he still forgot. The 3rd time we told him about the bread, we also reminded him that my husband never got his beer. He then rushed to grab the beer and told us the bread was ready 10 min ago but was now burnt. 🤣 I can't make this stuff up. We told him to take off the bill. We get our receipt and we were charged for 2 beers when we only got one. While the waiter was correcting that the bread shows up. 🤣🤣 Maybe we will try again the next time we come in town.

The man behind the register was really funny and kind. The food was absolutely tasty. I am so full, but I want to keep eating. I wish I'd tipped more. Thank you all. I WILL BE BACK. The strawberry 🍓 shakes are amazing. There were a TON of fries. My BLT was the best...almost as good as my own, LOL. For once, I was told I'd get extra mayo, and I finally got it. I can't wait to go back. I had the two tattoos on my face and a curly out bush. Lol. My stomach is finished but this shake and BLT is too good to stop, until I've had every bite. Love you all. Nice view of the waterfront! There wasn’t any wait for a table, despite it being peak lunch time during a convention. Our food was reasonable, but nothing to write home about - ultimately not a bad spot for a burger and perhaps a beer.
Quick late dinner snack. The order was prepared quickly and definitely satisfied. The fries were hot, crispy, seasoned well and fluffy on the inside. They lived up to their guarantee. Will come back, will recommend. Thanks dudes
Unlike the other reviews, area was clean and workers were very nice when I was there. I ordered the BurgerFi with no cheese for myself, Kids burger for my child, and the Waygu burger for my wife. My BurgerFi with no cheese was not great - McDonalds tasted better. Patty was decent size but overcooked and dry. Probably would have better with cheese. I think if they put addotinal sauce in between the two patties it would have helped a little bit. Asked my daughter if it kinda tasted like McDonalds and she said it did. My wife's Waygu was alright. I do give them credit for their fries and giant onion rings - these were serious onion rings and they were spot on. For the price point of the burger I would rather get Shake Shack - but MGM was crowded and ended up here.
Guy at the register cant even look me in the eye...or even say hi or how you doing. My sandwich had a whisper of avocado in it and honestly just thought this would be better because of the location.
Ordered a crispy fish with tartar sauce only via the Drive thru plus a Champ Cheeseburger, 2 apple pies without Cinnamon and a small Strawberry soda. The soda has tasted great in the past but today it taste like a diet strawberry drink. The Crispy fish sandwich had lettuce which I didn't want. Lastly, asked for a receipt after paying cash and the driver said I would receive it when they bring the order to my car. Guess what?? No receipt was included with the order. Lesson learned. Request receipt is given vs trusting that it will be provided with order. Taste the drink and check food order thoroughly.

Very mediocre place despite being the closest restaurant to the Gaylord. Went for lunch during a big conference at the Gaylord hotel and the inside was just so bleh. Bleh decore. Bleh tables. Uninspired menu. Service was robotic. Club sandwich was somehow very greasy. Fries were good though.
I asked for grilled onions and got raw onions instead (yuck). After picking them off my sandwich, it was pretty good. If placing a mobile order, check your food before leaving.

It was extremely packed, but my dear, it was well worth it. I had crab cakes and asparagus. Our server was great. Expect a wait here. The bartender was awesome and recommended a drink. It was magical. When it hit, it hit. It was some sort of sour. Again, well worth it.
First time coming here and there was a long from the beginning. Waited around 30 minutes for the food to come out and then the ketchup dispenser ran out, informed an employee + was handed some ketchup packets. It was never changed while we were still there unfortunately. The area could be cleaner and the music was way to loud to talk.
Other than that the impossible burger was delicious (wish they didn’t up charge it) also remove the mayo + cheese to make it vegan. Really enjoyed the fries.

Came here a couple of times during our stay at the Gaylord when we were working at a convention. Conveniently located downstairs, open seating, prices aren't too bad. We only ate appetizers, didn't get a chance to try the sliders. The crab and artichoke dip was so good!
Came to Katsucon and on Saturday morning I was looking for a place to eat. This was the only place I found that opened early! (7:30am). I had steak and eggs and some coffee. Restaurant is lovely with an awesome view of the Ferris Wheel.

I’m currently sitting here having lunch and the crew is amazing from the moment I walked in to the end. Shack, who came by my table periodically was awesome! Very personable and sweet! You definitely have a great one on your team. We’re quick to leave bad reviews when the experience isn’t the best but not as quick with the good reviews but this experience was great and needed to be appreciated out loud! Thank you team for your service!
We had a great experience here during MAGCON. The line was out the door and we got in and ordered within 10min (extremely fast) tables were clean and the food was fresh and very good. Got the CEO Burger and rosemary Parm fries with aïoli sauce. We will be back!!

Bathrooms had no toilet paper or paper towels but the employees were using them. All the tables we covered in fries and trash. It wasn’t dirty like unhealthy but just trash everywhere. The pictures I posted were after me and some other guest cleaned tables and swept up. We asked an employee to help but later realized he didn’t speak English. Was helpful with condiments once he understood. Non of the employees were rude but none helpful or had and desire to clean.
The food was good but took 35-45 minutes to get it and it wasn’t even hot once we did. Bacon cheeseburger had plenty of bacon and cheese. Good size patties. Good flavor. The Spicy chicken sandwich was great also. Good flavor and definitely spicy. Those loaded fries were loaded with flavor. It’s the burnt style fries so if you don’t like that then may want to steer clear. My sons kids meal was okay but the bun was ice cold. Had to take it off since it was making the burger cold.

Came here Saturday night—there was an energetic vibe to this place. The bar is huge and there’s huge screens to watch games, aside from the bowling and shuffle board. It was fairly packed and service was a bit slow. We ordered Vodka Sodas and the club soda was flat, no carbonation—I flagged the bartender about this and he went to get new club soda (it took a very long time) and the new one was also flat! Was not happy with my new drink either. For food, we tried the Artichoke and Maryland Crab Dip ($24)—it was terrible, was super bland, unappealing and the bread was so hard.
I visited this location yesterday. I only ordered a small fry. I went back to where the fries were being prepared and the young man looked at me took the fries out of the grease and just walked away to the cash register which is all the way up at the front of the store. The cashier noticed what he had done and dropped the fries back into the grease took them out salted them and gave them to me. No thank you or nothing. Will not be returning.

No I am not over exaggerating! The food was amazing! The chicken chopped salad, rotisserie chicken andddd the buffalo jumbo shrimp were A1!!!! You cannot come here and not the buffalo shrimp! Definitely enjoyed my birthday here…. It’s sad others didn’t have the same experience as me!!!
Horrible experience walk in the door wide open they tell me drive Thursday the only way to get food order my food to then find out they didn't have fries and no barely any white ask for my money back they didn't know how to do a refund I won't be Back here again they have me burnt up chicken
The burger had not one drop of seasoning on it. If the strawberry shake I ordered tasted better than the food that's a problem. So whoever said the food was bland said it right. On top of it I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and received just a cheeseburger. Not good! It seemed they employed mainly Latinos with not so good customer service that talked way more than they fixed orders. Maybe that's why I did not get the bacon I paid for. I don't think I will return to this location.
Love the burgers/fries. It's comparable in taste but it beats the competition based on the amount of fries. My only complaint is the wrapping of the burgers in foil-like wrappers. This makes the buns very soft and soggy, especially if you can't eat right away. I understand that it does keep the burgers warm but it sacrifices the texture of the bun and it falls apart much faster. I'm not a fan of wet/mushy bread, simply put.

Clean and the customer service is Great but the taste is much different than other five guys nearby they're burgers are very bland I can't figure out why. Like verrryy veryyy bland. No other issues though. Don't think I'll be returning to this location for that reason. If I'm spending $40 for 2 burgers and fries I need to taste it. I don't have this issue with the one in DC or VA so I'll go there instead.
This place was .. ok. The most disappointing aspect was my let down when I received my bacon avocado burger. 🥑 The sign advertising this delicacy had my mouth watering. Then as reality synchronized with my expectations, I became downtrodden. The overall MGM experience is lacking. No food in the casino. Come on. In the future, if I do return to the MGM. I'll not eat at Shake Shack. Reason for 3 stars is at least they had decent beer.
This five guys location is new to the area. Very clean and friendly staff. Good service, I am hoping they will continue to be friendly.
I hate to give it low stars but I called and didnt get an answer. Sadly came thru the drive thru, ordered a fish sandwich(legit the only meat i can eat) and recieved a chicken sandwich instead. I checked the reciept pulling off but couldnt open my food til an hour or so later. Imagine my sadness when i look at the patty and know its not fish. I cant reach anyone to fix it. Apparently check the whole bag and open everything before you pull off is necessary now a days.
There's nothing wrong with this place. Employees were very nice and helpful. But I wasn't a fan of the food. At first it looked and it taste it good the first couple of bites then I started to have a different taste for it. Like some start of salty taste was too much I did finish it because I was hungry. Place was great and different but I'm just not a fan of checkers from the items I chose. First time being in Maryland and pick to eat here other than Burger King and McDonald's because I wanted to try something different so next time I'll try different items on the menu. And also I appreciate how they attended me.
The Bacon Big Chicken Parmesan Sandwich is great! This sandwich is made using Texas Toast. AND it has mozzarella sticks in it!! Even if you don't eat it right away, it still tastes good. It'll taste EXACTLY the same if you reheat it in the oven.
During this visit, I got the combo. I substituted fully loaded fries instead of keeping the regular fries that normally come with the conbo. Their fully loaded fries are always so good!
