My favorite restaurant and our go-to spot! Steve and Robin are our favorite servers. The food is predictably good and the ambience is guaranteed. We always get seated in a quaint little nook in the back…never disappoints!

The Grill at Quail Corners is one of our favorite restaurants in Reno. They have great food at reasonable prices and their service is wonderful. We often take our pet (Border Collie) and sit outside when weather permits and they make us feel welcome and always bring out a dish of water for our beloved pet.

When you first sit down, they bring out hot bread with whipped butter and is something we look forward to after being seated. This evening my husband began with their caeser salad followed by their grilled Halibut over ravioli and spinach. He said the Halibut was excellent and perfectly cooked (tender and flavorful). He made note that the ravioli was Particularly tasty with Great flavor and sauce. I began with their seafood tomato bisque (Excellent) followed by their Lettuce wrap which was very good. We completed our meal with a slice of banana cream pie which was a perfect ending to our meal.

Since we sat outside with our Border Collie, our server Jered first came out with a bowl of ice water for our pet (it was a warm evening) which we appreciated very much. His service was excellent throughout the evening and he stayed on top of all our needs during the meal.

All in all, this is a great place which we frequent regularly and are never disappointed.
We had a lovely lunch at The Grill. My friend and I both had the two scoop salad which was just perfect with the right amount of dressing - not too much and not too little. And my mother had the petrale sole cooked just to her liking. The service was excellent. Jerad was very personable and professional. I always love to go to this restaurant. It's one of my faves. The food is always consistent and the service is always great. Thank you!
Visiting Reno for a weekend and stumbled upon this little gem after a late day about. The staff here were so friendly and accommodating in welcoming us very close to closing time yet still providing warm and welcoming service. Food & drinks were great, too. Nice rich chicken piccata and halibut special in a rich creamy artichoke sauce. Thanks for a wonderful late dinner 😀
The service was excellent, the food was above average. We all had the specials which were either halibut or prime rib. The portion of the halibut was a little small considering it was $45.00, the 12 oz. prime rib was a good size for the price, $35.00. we had a party of 12 and the seating area was very cramped. If you were seated next to the wall and we're the first one in, everybody had to get up just to let you out. They do have a private room for big parties but it will set you back at least $200.00. Overall I would probably not return as I think it is a little expensive for what you get.
Pricey but very good. The sole piccatta is a good portion with the requisite piccatta lemon capers sauce over a bed of pasta. It was served with roasted seasonal vegetables. I recommend it. Apparently it's very popular and I can understand why.

The service is well above average and the vibe of the place is mature and professional.

Last, I enjoyed the also popular raspberry bundt cake with buttercream frosting for dessert which was rich and should be shared.
The Quill gave us a very good experience. I loved our waiter jared. I love how you can see the kitchen and you can talk to the cooks. The environment and atmosphere was very up scale. The cioppino was decent. The sauce needed to be a bit thinner with a touch of heat. Crab legs were nice but kinda small. There was plenty of clams and mussels. I wish there was more then one scallop but the bowl was plenty big. The lamb was very good but it was covered in a demi glaze. I really wish it was not covered and just placed on the sauce. Nevada is known for it's lamb and it would be nice to represent the tradition. I loved the bread and butter to start with. The wine selection was very nice and the white we chose was served chilled and with a chiller. Thank you for the great experience I will definitely be recommending Quill to people.
I went there with my girlfriend after a movie. The best fries I’ve ever had plus our waiter Ian was the best. Made the experience so much better and the food was amazing. I’m planning on going again once I get the chance.
The restaurant bar I visited was a truly wonderful experience. The bartender went above and beyond with their friendly and helpful service. The appetizers I ordered for a quick bite were absolutely delicious.
I'm from out of town, so I went into this restaurant with an open mind. My friend recommended it to me as he says, they have the best fries you'll ever try. I went in, and my server immediately gave me water. And gave us some time before taking my order. I ordered a burger, (cant recall the name), which also came with fries.

My food didn't take very long to come out, once it did, I was astonished, it was hot! I had the fries, and it was so good, their shoestring fries, that are thinly sliced, and the consistency of a fry and potato chip. The burger, on the other hand, was delicious. It had fresh toppings, and it was cooked to perfection at a medium temperature.

Overall, I'd recommend a silver peak grill. They have the best fries I've ever had and amazing burgers! Definitely try this!
It was pretty empty when my son and I came for dinner. But our waitress was amazing! We both have the kobe beef cheeseburgers with steak fries. An appetizer and drinks. Our food was prepared to perfection. The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. I'd definitely recommend coming here.
Our server Rachael was really great, her service was impeccable! But for a $50 meal, the food was subpar. Quite disappointing that the happy hour wings aren't half price anymore. Fries were done in old oil, my salad was wilted and dry, the steak wasn't grilled fresh, and the burger was a little off. Not worth a second visit.
I really enjoy Silver Peak and have never had any issues here with all the years I've been a patron. After floating the Truckee River today, we were starving and decided to have lunch before heading home. Because it was a beautiful day, we chose patio seating and shared some video to give you an idea. Our server was friendly and attentive even though he was double sat.

I ordered the Salmon Fish & Chips and was not disappointed. It arrived with 3 decent sized pieces and shoe string like fries that have good season to them. The salmon was nice, hot, and juicy and the breading was crisp and airy, yet not overly crunchy or too much breading. I hope my pic captured that. My two friends ordered the Turkey Wrap and the Rueben Sandwich. Both said it was very good and that they'd order it again. My friend shared her fruit with me and it was all so good and ripe.

It's worth nothing, there's a handicapped accessible ramp to the front entrance and the women's bathroom has 2 stalls, one being handicapped accessible.
We went 4 my B-day dinner, n were very pleasantly surprised, the wife got the calamari steaks n I had the filet mignon... both meals were absolutely perfect, matched up with a Guinness n it didn't git any better than that! R waitress was Kacey n she was aw'sum! So if ur look'n 4 sumthin' different... we highly recommend this place
They have great Customer service. Good place to watch the game. Fast to take our order, but took forever to get our food out. Waiting so long my 7 year old almost cry waiting for her grill cheese. Ask for 2 Rare rib eye steak plate, end up with well done. Steaks wasn't even a 10oz more like a 6 or 8. Waiting almost 40 min for them to bring our food.
Fettuccine was great 8/10 , Burger was Nice 7/10 , Cheese Curd Poutine was average 7/10. Beer prices are not as high as the food. Was a nice place to enjoy food out on the patio in the shade. Recommend not getting the steak fry’s and sticking with the Shoe String French fry’s they give you. Salmon didn’t seem very nice in the fettuccine shrimp was good. Service was great and they were conscientious of our offering a pleasing experience.
