Fantastic food, you can tell they care about the quality. Service was great as well!

The heat was broken on a day when it was 27 out, so there’s that. I had to go get someone to wait on me after sitting there for ten minutes, but once someone came to take my order the service was good. The burger and fries were decent. The carrot cake was gross, dry and tasteless. There was a lot of something (dried out pineapple maybe?) that had the consistency of a sponge all throughout the “cake”. The worst thing was that the prices were almost double what they are online. The burger was $19! The online menu said $11. The most expensive burger I’ve had in my life and it was not worth it. I definitely won’t be returning. Thumbs down!

Logan was a fantastic server and bartender. They were busy and a little understaffed but he made sure to take his time offering recommendations and making sure we felt welcome. I would recommend requesting him as a server if you go. The food and drinks were well-priced and tasted fresh.

Came in last week for the first time and a bad experience. Decided I was gonna give it another shot and I was not disappointed! The night bartender Chelsea is OUTSTANDING. Served us with a cheerful smile and really made me and my friends feel welcome. She recommended the volcano burger and let me tell ya it was amazing. Highly recommend the tavern and make sure you go see Chelsea. Thank you!!!!
Thoroughly impressed!

Wow. The Tavern is a vestige of its formal self. Came for a Mizzou watch party. Not only was the bartender obtuse, there was no volume, and I was advised that if I’m here for a watch party then just watch, you don’t have to listen. Took 20 minutes for a beer.

Then went downstairs was equally slammed with one bartender for all of college Saturday game day. Wildly understaffed, and wildly unprofessional.

I would avoid this if you are bringing a group for sports. View House is right across the street, and operating at a higher level.

Ordered Odell’s IPA and keg was foamy. Glass came with top 40% foam… which then settled into a 75% full beer. Asked them to top it off and the reply was “there is supposed to be a little room at the top”, as if this is my first high school beer.

Whaddup Tavern?!

The Beal House food was good. It seemed like they were trying to be upscale with their food but sort of missing the mark. For example, the fried chicken tasted good but it was a mystery cut - as a biology major, I couldn't figure out what part of the chicken I was eating based on the bone that was clearly there but not attached to a shape that was discernable as a chicken part. Again, it tasted good. I liked the brocolli because I like my brocolli crunchy but my friend did not like it because to her, it was undercooked. The creme brulee was weird. First it was served in a deeper dish that I have ever seen it before. There was not a nice hard sugar layer. It needed a little more time with the blow torch. And, it was cold at the bottom. The taste was amazing!! But the dish did not look like or feel like creme brulee. I like that they serve kombucha, but it was expensive. Actually, the whole meal was pretty pricey. Two of my dinner companions said they used to eat there often but now it was not a place they would come regularly now. My adult girls would love it as it is the kind of "fancy" stuff they like. I wouldn't take my meat-and-potato Dad.

Was from out of town,everything was great service was great, they even applied a senior discount with out being asked,very friendly place.

Very friendly and awesome staff! Everything was great but our order was wrong. I'll definitely go back here though if I'm in the area. The food was great and the waitress was so sweet to our boy.

We found this place on the Bring Fido website and, after telling my Wife that we’re “just going to take a drive in the country”, I fooled and surprised her by pulling up to this place. It’s pet-friendly so we sat outside and ordered appetizers only. We decided to eat less from now on when we go out. She went for the nachos, and I had a bowl of chili. You cannot believe the size of the plate for her nachos! It’s an entire meal. But, delicious with so much cheese, jalapenos, tomatoes, corn, salsa, sour cream, guacamole. We had to take half home (which I ate the next day). It seemed that every person we saw leaving had a doggie-bag. On a somewhat busy street so, outside, was some car and truck noise. Wait staff was attentive and friendly. Nice place.

Really nice place. Ordered Sticky Burger, BLT burger and kids chicken fingers. Everything was great at the great price.
It’s a nice cozy spot that had all booth for 6 which worked great for our family of 5.

I asked for a medium rare burger and got it cooked to my liking. It won’t blow your mind but it was tasty. The only complaint is that napkins were nowhere to be found.

Server was ok, nothing over the top, but not horrible. The food here had absolutely no flavor to it whatsoever, and the orange juice was quite watered down. It'll be a hard pass for me on future visits here. This place hasn't been the same for a very long time.

Server was friendly, food was mediocre. Our fries were very soggy and mozzarella sticks, i kid you not, didn’t have cheese in 2 out of the 5 of them we were given. It looks like the cheese burst out while being cooked and they served us the fried carcass, lol. We watched another server offer our drinks to two other tables before giving them to us. Server didn’t check in at all between dropping off our food and bringing the check. I’ve been in industry for almost 7 years and am usually very compassionate with other restaurants but was unfortunately just not that impressed. Servers didn’t seem knowledgeable on the menu when we asked questions, either.

We’re on vacation and like to stop at the local restaurants and we were glad we did, old school looks which is nice for a change, The lamb meatballs were so delicious & the pan juices were “soak it up with bread worthy “!!!

Visiting the area and read great reviews so we decided to try it ourselves. Parking lot was easy to park, was welcomed at the door and seated immediately. Service was good. The burgers were excellent cooked just right and lots of different toppings on the burgers. The house made onion rings were also very good. The buffalo chicken dip with tortilla chips was some of the best I’ve had. Small spot, don’t pass it by!

Found this place online and so glad i did. Food staff and atmosphere are great. Friday and Saturday night the have Brazilian bbq with all the sides you can think of and endless meats brought to your table. Next time i will try it.

We were in the area and stopped in around brunch time. The service was great and the food was delicious! I highly recommend the sweet potato and the french fries! Also, the club sandwich is great.

Ample parking space. Food is really delicious! 5/5. Ambiance of the place is rustic that is kind of a diner that is also an old house renovated into a resto vibe so i dont really feel the real theme of it. The server was asked what is the best seller and she just responded she hated when she is asked about it, it is really informative and nice if server knows what are the usuals and go to of the locals so a visitor might try it, her service is really good though. They accept credit/debit. They also have high chairs.

My dear fellows, allow me to regale you with my recent visit to the Beal House Inn, situated in the charming hamlet of Littleton, New Hampshire. As part of my tour of New England's most haunted hotels, I must confess that I was quite taken with this delightful establishment.

From the moment of my arrival, the courteous and efficient staff attended to my every whim with great alacrity. The accommodations were nothing short of superb, with exquisitely appointed guest rooms that evoked a sense of the refined elegance of a bygone era. The crisp linens and plump pillows ensured a restful slumber, while the antique furnishings lent an air of sophistication to the overall ambience.

Yet it was the atmosphere of the Beal House Inn that truly captured my heart. As a connoisseur of the macabre, I was delighted to discover that the inn is reputed to be haunted by a number of spectral entities, including the ghost of a young girl who perished in a fire on the premises many years ago. Although I did not personally encounter any otherworldly apparitions during my stay, the pervasive sense of mystery and intrigue was palpable, and added immeasurably to the overall charm of the inn.

In short, I can heartily recommend the Beal House Inn to any discerning traveler who seeks a combination of refined luxury and haunting intrigue. It is truly a gem among New England's many haunted hotels, and one that I shall not soon forget.

The Dirty Burger has jalapenos, BBQ sauce, jack, and an onion ring. OMFG! I had fries, but next time I'll try the slaw.

We were seated in the bar which has atmospheric hand-made decorations and cool banquettes.

After 2 days in the woods hiking The Little Grill was a dream.

Great food, quality (rotating) draft beers and a hip atmosphere. Dining with Adam and Lori is a must when you come to Littleton!

Love every and any opportunity to dine at the Beal House. Adam, Lori and their team are amazing hosts. The dishes are beautiful and I’ve enjoyed too many delicious things to count!

Hostess was not engaging, the meal was mediocre at best. We received a knife, fork, no spoon. My husband's chicken pot pie was like a soup.he had no spoon, so he had to go get one. The veggies in it were all undercooked,except potatoes. My veggies were hard also. I felt as though they were scrimping on things. I ordered coffee. I asked for cream and sugar. She brought just two packets.i had to go look for more. It was weak and bitter. We spent 125$ and come away quite dissatisfied. The waitress was nice.

A must go! We had the sweet bread and burrata for an appetizer, the home made rigatoni and braised beef for our entrees, and the creme brulee for dessert (the best I've ever had)! Highly recommend The Beal!

Decent sports bar. Small menu but with all the basics. Locals swing by for lunch.

There's booth, table & bar seating along with a couple outside tables.

Lots of TVs across the walls. They put labels on each monitor so you know which games are on which monitors, something I've not seen before.

I had the hanger steak. Nicely seasoned.

I tried their homemade carrot cake. It is a heavier cake with thick icing. I liked it. It was a serving size for 2 but I managed most of it.

The table caddy of condiments even includes Mayonnaise, another thing I've not seen before.

We stopped for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Even though they are short staffed, we were greeted and quickly seated! Our orders were taken and the food came out quickly. If you love toast... get the homemade bread! I got a summertime special with veggies, potatoes, egg and cheese! Delicious!

The manager was so sweet, very welcoming and very accommodating. Food was delicious! Love the wide range of menu items. Portions were great too. I have some food sensitivities we were able to work around. Was so excited they offer sweet potato fries and they were yummy.
We ordered to go and ate at a nearby park. Will definitely eat at The Little Grille again!

We had a private dinner here for our elopement recently and it was amazing. All our meals were so delicious and fresh. We have also been here on previous occasions and have loved it as well. If you’re in the area, make sure to check The Beal House out! It’s hard to find a place like this in this area and is perfect for a intimate date night or cozy family dinner. Highly recommend the pan seared rib-eye, mushroom risotto, crispy broccoli and blood orange martini…and oatmeal chocolate chip cookie sundae! We will be back soon!

GREAT restaurant, our favorite when we're in Littleton. Staff always pleasant and the food always satisfying.

It was our first time here and we didn’t know what to expect. The food was AMAZING!!! The service was very quick and our waitress Mimi was very attentive and kind! We got the Russian French toast and the smothered tips with a side of home fries. They also have beer, cocktails, and mimosas with a sampler that we want to get next time. We will definitely be coming back and we recommend a local restaurant with free parking just a short walk away!

Wow!!!! What an amazing eatery! I ordered the blueberry pancakes with maple syrup, and it was the best blueberries I’ve ever tasted in a pancake. Fluffy pancakes paired well with the butter and authentic maple syrup. Highly recommend this place!

Family owned restaurant, really cute, a lot of fun messages on the wall. The people are very kind and friendly and the portion was very generous, I wasn't able to finish my plate.
My only comment would be to skip the plastic straws. They are completely unnecessary.
