This place has gone down hill, arrived freezing, chips must have been cooked hours ago, peri was just chucked on top of the bag, the wings were swimming in what seemed like a full bottle of sauce, the burger was nice but cold, wouldn't order again. Cost me nearly £30 for 2 burger meals and 4 wings that were horrible

Just had an awful experience here.
They made a mistake with my name and another customer’s for collection, and I ended up paying for someone else‘s order. They didn’t check anything. They didn’t communicate what was happening at all and held my food for at least 15 minutes on the counter while one man was on the phone to another man in a different language. They had given me a 10% discount on the initial price and refused to transfer the discount to the difference I paid.
No customer service, food was left to get stale on the counter, could not even communicate with me, and after all this took away the discount instead of apologising for their mistake and the inconvenience.

All our milkshakes contained little slither of plastic so had to throw away. Was the same last time we ordered so we won't be using that branch again

Paid over £50 for 3 munch boxes and 1 chicken loaded fries and it never came. When I kept calling they were busy saying 10 mins. Shady guys I'm never ordering from this place ever again.

Incredible bunch of very good people. We travelled to Sheffield specifically to dine at twisted. Beer, food, staff all exceptional 👌

Burgers are tender and juicy and packed full of flavour. Quick friendly service, can't wait to go back! The only thing I could fault is the lack of items on the menu but we went at lunch time so this may change later in the day.

My friend and I got 2 burgers, 2 sides and 2 drinks for around £40 which I think is good. The food process was easy enough and bar tenders were on hand to offer suggestions.

Food was good, beer was good and times were quick.

slightly misleading, Full menu is available after 4pm, prior to that it is a deli style menu, asked if I could get fries with sandwich, was told that a "classic" menu was available
Couldn't fault it, when it came out. Had the CLUB Burger, a flat fried chicken thigh. Nice crispy coating, not greasy.
Definitely on my list to go back to sample the full menu

I've ordered quite a few times from Munchies. Service is always good. Food tastes good. The price is competitive. Milkshakes and burgers are nice.

Visited in store all the staff where pleasant the little guy behind the counter made sure I had ordered/been served this had already been done by the lady on the front of house she was more than happy to help me choose as this was my first time ordering. The food I received was fresh tasty and very good value for money. The only thing I would say is the shops is starting to look a little tired but other than that a very good and welcoming experience thanks guys will definitely call again your food was on point thank you 😊

This was the first time i have been here. It wil not be the last. It was a really chilled atmosphere.
Choice of alcohol that was brewed on sote and served was really good.
Food was really nice. I had the limp Brizkit burger with cajun fires. Itbwas freshly made, I really enjoyed it.
Service was excellent.
Facilities was very clean. Like the urinals in the mens toilets. You will know when you see them.
Has out door seating all undr shelter aswell as inside seating.
Been told they do a brewery tour of there brewery that is on site. Check websites for more info.

I ordered the Nash Chick burger, it was huge and delicious! It was really good quality chicken and the skin on fries were yummy too, very moreish.

The desserts sounded and smelt delicious but we were both too full to try them this time, however we'll definitely be visiting again.

The staff were super smiley and friendly and the service was pretty quick, we weren't waiting too long for the food to arrive. There was a relaxed atmosphere. It was quiet-ish when we arrived but busier by the time we left.

It isn't too far to walk from the city centre and there's pay and display parking over the road if needed. There's a disabled entrance round the back.

top tier! love the chicken wings nice and smokey with a slight char which is my favorite way to have them. The burgers are delicious! the fries! soooo good! the shrimp ones where amazing! plus desserts! so yummy my fiancé and I shared one but so good we should have gotten our own each that good! will be back! truly is the closest to the American eats in Texas I can get in sheffield

Walking into Unit, you can’t help but admire how the clean lines and modern decor pay homage to its industrial warehouse origins. It’s a space that invites you to sit back and soak in the ambiance. During Ramadan, the staff’s thoughtfulness shines through as they offer water and dates to those breaking their fast at Maghreb, a gesture of kindness that doesn’t go unnoticed.

The burgers, however, were a mixed bag. The buns were fresh, and the toppings, a delightful ensemble, but the meat patty itself fell short, tasting a tad undercooked. On the flip side, the generous portion of chips was nothing short of fantastic – crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

A minor letdown was the drink selection, limited to a single brand of soft drinks, leaving little room for choice. It’s a detail that, if addressed, could elevate the dining experience to match the restaurant’s many strengths.

In all, Unit is a place with great potential, marked by its friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere, but with a little more attention to the culinary execution, it could truly shine.

It's wonderful that Unit takes care of their customers during Ramadan by providing dates to open the fast. It shows their attention to detail and inclusivity. And those Mother Plucker burgers must be absolutely delicious! 😋 The combination of flavors must be mouthwatering. And the service was on point 💯

Lovely place. Staff very friendly and courteous. Food comes we'll packaged and looks appetising. Only thing I'd maybe do is to wrap the burgers up to retain heat whilst eating starters. Presentation on everything is really nice and plenty of sauces/dips provided. Food tastes good but didn't personally like the sauce that comes on the hot chic burger would probably recommend going for normal mayo instead. The milkshake is probably the best I've had from anywhere, really thick and fresh yet not freezing cold. All quality items here and everything is fresh. Only thing I can add is that if they use nawhals sauces they would absouletely kill the game! 5******

Great service, the fries were great, the burgers were just OK. We ordered the American Beef Burger and the Buttermilk Chicken. The chicken had an overwhelming lemongrass flavour which would have worked nicely with the Korean Chicken burger but was out of place on a regular chicken burger. The beef burger was nice, a bit thick for my personal liking as I like the smash variety of burgers. The sauces were OK.

I drove 3 hours to get to this place and it did not disappoint. I was in Sheffield for a powerlifting competition on the 10th of February, when I stumbled across this place. From the outside it looked unique, you wouldn’t think it’s a food spot. Nonetheless, the food was amazing and really filling slightly extortionate in my opinion, but then again I did get the biggest burger they got and brisket loaded fries, which was fantastic!

Excellent food here. Quick service, order online or in person. Food arrived quickly and was so tasty. Everything cooked really well. Waiter was very helpful and attentive. Good, fun vibe. Shakes were insane. Would recommend.

Really good value. Great outside space on a sunny day. Huge indoor space too so always room. Next to Triple Point Brewery so sample some local brew too - we did. Mango cider and Hazy Ale.

This place has the best burgers at a reasonable price.
Order a peri chicken burger it was the best burger I have had in ages. This place is better than Pepe's, McDonald's, KFC and burger king.
I also order their boss burger it was 8 out of ten simply because it lacked seasoning.

Overall: definitely worth trying, reasonably priced, quick service and great taste BUT only 3 stools in the shop to sit and eat. Poor dining in options.

Lovely place for a drink, food was okay, quite salty on everything. So many little flies were flying around while we were eating, so annoying.
Overall experience was okay, I will come again for beer not the food.
Staffs are really nice btw
