Good happy hour for drinks. They have a few food options. Service was really good. On Thursdays they have trivia packing the place. Tons of fun. They have half of bottles of wine too. Cubano sandwich was delicious. Great sports bar.
Cool place. Was good for watching football but they had the volume a little too high for me. Good beer selection including pliney the elder. Food was good.

Good food, great beer! The beer selection is absolutely fantastic, with a wide variety of their own beers as well as other craft breweries. There's probably around 20 taps, so there's something for everyone, and also a good selection of cans and bottles.
The food was good and came out super quick, the staff are friendly, and the place has a relaxed atmosphere. And yes, you can watch the Padres game. How is that even a question?!

The customer service at this place was outstanding! I had the classic burger, which was just average compared to the ones in my city 😆. Despite this, I really enjoyed my visit and am eager to try other items on the menu. I’m especially grateful to my server, who went above and beyond and definitely deserves a raise despite their youth. The kitchen staff were equally impressive!
A 10 minute walk got us just outside the Gaslamp’s SDCC madness and into this hidden gem. We’ve been here before and are stoked that it’s not busy at all! For anyone looking for incredible gastropub vibes, please give this spot a try! Service is spectacular, food is amazing, and the drinks are killer. They have a great selection of beer too! Plus they leave the windows open to bring a lovely breeze through. Couldn’t ask for more!

I’ve walked by this place on my way to the kebab shop, which is right behind it and always wanted to stop and give it a try. It looks really good. Well, I finally did it and I’m so glad I did another very favorite restaurant in San Diego. The food is amazing, or at least the food I’ve had so far by myself and with friends. All of us loved their food and are definitely coming back. Tonight’s meal is the Knotty Burger, an amazing burger, and I substitute the french fries for their tater tots, who can go wrong with tater tots when they’re done right. 😛😋. It’s the kind of place you wanna come back to to try their other stuff . Really good!!!!
Got there at 8:45 pm and the kitchen was closed . Very I inconvenience especially because the place didn’t close until super late. I just gotten off of a long flight and it was across the street from my hotel so I wanted something quick and close and then walking distance so I just decided to get a beer, OK bartender about eight minutes to even acknowledge us atmosphere was pretty cool inside on the other side were a ton of homeless people that were just staring at us while we’re trying to enjoy our beer and watch TV.
Great food and great vibes! One of the few places in Peñasquitos that you can count on for consistently delicious food any time of the day. Highly recommend the house special!
This place is great! We came here for a kids’ birthday party, but it’s also great for all ages. The food is good, staff is friendly, and easy to park. Will definitely be coming back here.
Super cool bar, excellent service, and great snack food. The virtual simulator allows for not only golf, but a ton of other sports like tennis, soccer, and football. The wife and I enjoyed a great date night here. TIP: Bring a few clubs and save on rentals.

We have better burgers in my city 😆 but I truly enjoyed my visit and would go back and try other things on the menu! Thankful to my server who went above and beyond and deserves a raise despite being so young. Kitchen staff were as equally amazing too!

we had a really fun time here, highly recommended. Our group was a mixture of one very experienced golfer, one novice, and a couple others who had never hit balls anywhere outside the driving range, including an 8yo. We all were able to enjoy both the practice mode and course simulator (St. Andrews!). Nice beer list, good pizza, and friendly staff. We will definitely be back.
The golf bar is a mandatory experience for those who love golf. The staff and service were excellent and able to accommodate our large group. The simulators themselves are accurate and easy to operate for players of all skill levels!
Place is fantastic having fun (& mega margs) but 4 stars because the bathroom lines are just impossible to handle. Finger food was nice, same with the service. I
I wanted to go to a tavern for a solo dinner, and I was not disappointed. Good crowd, good venue, and awesome energy. For food, I ordered the Infierno burger with tots and an order of fried pickle chips. The fried pickles and burger were mid at best, leaving the tots to be the star of the food items. That being said, I looked at the menu before going, so I knew what I was going to get. The service was top notch, and that goes a long way in a high energy joint. If you’re from out of town and looking for a fun, laid back place to go in the Gaslamp District, you shouldn’t be disappointed here. Also, the open air feel adds some fun to the mix. I would go again for sure.
Great atmosphere, service, and margaritas. Good music, view of the ocean, and spot for people watching right along the boardwalk. It’s casual dining with good portions on the food. The salsa, guacamole, beef tacos are pretty good. Mac and cheese wasn’t my favorite but had good flavor.
I hosted a party at Pitchers. Everyone had a great time. The wings, sliders and pizza were amazing. The service that our large group received was great. I highly recommend anyone to consider Pitchers patio space for parties/events.

Prime time beachfront location and an incredible breakfast burrito. Service was quick and pleasant. If you like people watching, the outdoor tables are extremely entertaining :)
GREAT LOCATION WORST DRINK OF MY LIFE! No idea how many margaritas I had over my life but I can definitely tell you this is the worst of em all location is amazing that I give you atmosphere nice but 2 margaritas $50 w tip how is this posible I had one zip of mine and believe me a 15 yrs old can make a way better one! That’s the reason why only one drink and out but location is great and you see the sunset. $50 sunset and plus as I had gastritis after and had to get pepto tequila is not the one advertised I never had good tequila that gives migraines…. Here’s an honest review: the service was good and unfortunately this place is like most in PB, sub par food for the prices. Just because they are on the beach and tourist come visit the food quality suffers and is so so average. Wouldn’t really call this Mexican food or tex mex when they sell chicken tenders, wings, and burgers. Food is basically overpriced bar food and the margs taste like they are from a batch machine and lack alcohol. Overall 4.7/10 and the only thing saving this place is that it’s on the beach.
Nice little spot open late and walking distance from our hotel. I actually ate there 2 night in a row. The bar tenders were great both friendly and attentive. The food was good I had the lobster rolled tocas and the chicken and beans rolls. And my wife enjoyed the dessert.
One of the best (if not) Mexican places in downtown San Diego! Such a wonderful atmosphere, amazing service and of course the food is the best! Tends to get crowded because the space is not that big. One of a few places downtown that also offers a reverse happy hour!
La Puerta in Gaslamp Quarter, SD - Mexican food on point! Rock n' Roll decor is very cool! Bar and seating area wallpapered with mug shots of musicians. Bathrooms have more collages of photos in an entertaining way. Love the vibe and the staff very helpful for questions about food or their neighborhood for travelers.

Very good value for the quantity of food. The tacos were decent. We really liked the chips and salsa. The space is very open. Service was very good. I’d go back with friends. There is a bar here too.
This is one of the better Mexican restaurants in the downtown San Diego area. Great environment, the food is amazing and the drink selection is plentiful.
There’s always a great crowd, everyone is friendly, the staff are efficient and welcoming. The place is clean, safe, and the food portion size is more than most anyone could eat at one setting. The house made salsa is incredible, along with the tortilla chips. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, I visit this place every time I’m in San Diego.

I wouldn't say I'm a regular here, but I have been here quite a few times over the years. They have a great BLT. Their fries are also awesome. Both my wife and I ordered vodka and soda. The soda water was not great. We didn't complain but we didn't order a 2nd drink either. I'm hoping they figure the soda thing out on their own. The drinks are usually fine. It's a good place to go if you need a sandwich and a drink. They also have a variety of appetizers and salads. So, something for everyone really.

First time visiting. It was not that busy, usually it is pretty crowded. We were able to get seated immediately. The hostess was very nice and polite. Got a seat facing the ocean. The waitress came pretty quick and took our order. We ordered 12 oz margaritas ( melon and watermelon), and Carne Asada fries. The drinks came pretty quick, food came just a little after. The service was great, our waitress made sure we are taken care of, was checking on us :) The food was good so was the drinks. They also had options of 32 oz margaritas, but 12 oz was plenty. Maybe next time we will try a 32 oz to share :) If not too busy we will definitely be back. Thank you :)
Went here for lunch on a Saturday. Please was packed and was Seated at the bar quickly. Ambiance is great for night out. Margaritas are good too! They have a nice selection of tequila at the full service bar. The 2 salsa that came with the chips were absolutely delicious. I had the mix and match tacos. Pollo asada and grilled veggie. They were great and came with some rice and beans. Will definitely make this a staple during my San Diego trips

They were delicious. This has to be one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve ever been too. This is located in downtown San Diego
This was definitely a yummy treat! First and foremost the margaritas were absolutely delicious. The food had generous portions that did not compromise the taste. It was so good that I also had lunch at the other La Puerta location during my stay in San Diego. That speaks volumes!! Two thumbs up!
a great local haunt. I go here once a week or so. The servers are so friendly and remember your favorite drinks and your food preferences. The back patio is nice even when it’s colder outside with the heaters and the TVs always have multiple sports on, if available. Great food with a great atmosphere. The specials (ask!!) are usually amazing. The pretzel bites and beer cheese never disappoint.

I recently visited this venue with some friends and had a great time. We popped in right before a big group had reservations and they were still able to accommodate us for some fun throwing baseball, football, etc. They also have tasty chicken garlic bites and brew on tap. They also had some sports games on we were trying to catch. I would recommend checking this place out for large party events or even a quick beer with friends. The service was very nice too.
Food was absolutely delicious. The shrimp quesadilla was amazing, there was a huge helping of shrimp in there and they were cooked perfectly, which normally doesn't happen. The guacamole and chips were delicious and the salsa tasted great. The drinks were definitely good, the sangria margaritas mix was interesting to say the least. 100% recommend. Decor gives you a chill feel to enjoy your evening in peace.
I really enjoyed my breakfast. Hands down one of the best salsas that I didn't make. Delicious fruit medley pairing with crispy hash browns and a prime rib omelet. Everyone in my party enjoyed their food, except for the chicken sausage, but that was personal preference. Loved the opportunity to eat outside and watch the ocean and the passers-bys.

A fun sports bar with consistently great food! Def give the barbecue a try. I've been here many times and would go just for the food even if not drinking. I love coming here when I want to avoid the super packed bars in the gaslamp district, but still want the energy of a sports bar while watching a game. They also have their own brewery next door, and serve some of the beer that they brew there at the bar. Staff is always friendly. Highly recommend!
You can never go wrong with live music on a Friday. Kind of tight quarters but everyone inside has a good vibe. There’s patio bar seating. Behind you is a nice wall to keep the pan handlers at bay. I highly recommend this spot to start your night off.

First time visiting! This joint is just Wow! Wow! Wow! Girls night out. Went on a Tuesday night around 8pm. It was pretty busy. We were immediately seated outside. We ordered IPAs, Thai ciders and fireballs for drinks. All delicious. Then we ordered their pretzel bites, chicken nachos and sweet Thai & Cajun chicken wings. All delicious as well. They have lots of big screen TVs & great customer service. A hidden gem! I don’t say this often about anywhere; I will return and I highly recommend this joint!!
Hosted my husband’s Birthday here. The service here was beyond amazing. Steve was a great host, Set us up for success with food and drinks for a party of.18. Took my 3 year old grandson, he had a blast. Great for all ages. Our server was amazing too, but I didn’t get her name. Our party age range was 6month- 45 years old. We all had a great time, we will be back! Thanks for the amazing service!! ⛳️
We've been going to the Deli Stop since we went to Mt. Carmel. They have a great variety of food and beer, everything from burgers to sandwiches and soda to beer and wine. I'd you like sports and like to eat this is a great local place to support and hang out. They have a great deal, beer, burger and fries for under $10. The employees are super nice and they were quite busy but we got our burgers fairly quickly. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. They have pool tables in the back but not sure they are being used since Covid. Great for a fun night out or grabbing a quick lunch or dinner with the family. Glad to see the Deli Stop is still here and not going anywhere!!!
This is a great place to go watch a game or just hang out. They are dog friendly. The bartenders are super friendly and they make delicious drinks. This is an Eagles bar but they always have multiple games playing on game day. If you tell them what game you are interested in, they will do their very best to make sure you can see the game from your seat. (not guaranteed but they do try 😊)

Everybody needs to be aware that this place is on the bottom floor of the building. There are stairs to the Quad Alehouse towards the entrance of the building.
Ultimately, this place had a great atmosphere with great food and service. My girlfriend and I went here and shared fries topped with pork, cheese, gravy, and other toppings. I had a burger as well and it was very good. At the time there was a Star Trek 30th anniversary beer that we both had and it was delicious. This is a good place that I would recommend to others.
