I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn. The service was excellent, with the reception always ready to help and answer my MANY questions. Facilities were clean, room was spacious and comfortable. I also really enjoyed being able to use the washing machine and wash my own clothes. Thank you. Look forward to coming back!
a very nice hotel, a bit modern compared to riyadh hotels. Must say the staff are beyond friendly and truly make this hotel special and your stay comfortable. Breakfast can be improved but is still good

On the positive side, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The rooms were spotless, which is always a plus for me.
However, there were a few aspects that left much to be desired. Firstly, the size of the rooms was quite small, which made the stay a bit cramped and uncomfortable. Additionally, my room faced the interior of the hotel, which was not the most pleasant view and took away from the overall experience.
Another downside was the lack of food variety. While the quality of the food was decent, there weren’t many options to choose from, which became monotonous after a while. Furthermore, the absence of nearby restaurants or cafes meant limited dining choices.
Overall, I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars.

Reception never reply to call, we have to explain what we want before transfer the line, we have to explain twice every time.
They ask us to come down to reception to receive food delivery. The do not allow delivery to bring to the room, other receptionest allowed, not every one followin one rule.

I stayed almost three months.
Location is fantastic , staff is very warm , kind and helpful.
Whatever discomfort or demand I could face , they took it very positive and with good service will.
Room has the necessary size of a good stay , not so big but cover the need.
Room service attention and food is good.
Receptionist are always polite and willing to help.
I didn’t have any issue with laundry, and I even left a pair of shoes ,I realize one week later and they were keeping it for me. I’m very thankful to all of you for the service, this place was home to me for 3 months.
Just to add some suggestions, tv signal could be improve, light sensor in closet is annoying during the night :) and also as I was part of a big group staying there, key elevator system to visit other floors is complicated as you need key for each floor and we were all staying in different ones.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. I stayed here for about 26 days for work and it was definitely a home away from home. The room was large a d the bed was very comfortable. I definitely appreciated the separate shower and bath. Laundry services were very reasonable and faster than expected. There are some great choices for food in the hotel. Breakfast has so many options for guests to eat their comfort food and also experiment with some different cuisine.
There is a good mall with many shopping options just a short walk away.

My bad I can’t recall the names of the valet team, but they went above and beyond with their personal touch and leaving us absolutely speechless with the level of their service that was not limited just by receiving and delivering a car. As a seasoned traveler, I've had the privilege of experiencing many five-star hotels across the globe. My recent visit to the Hilton Riyadh raised my expectations to new heights, promising an evening of culinary excellence and impeccable service. However, the experience fell woefully short, leaving me with a sense of disappointment and a hefty bill that included an unexpected charge that left a bitter taste in my mouth.
The food was decent, but the surprise valet parking fee left a sour note on the experience. This seemingly insignificant charge, in the context of a high-end dining experience that had easily surpassed the 1,600 SAR mark for our family of four, felt like a slap in the face.
Charging for valet parking at a five-star hotel, especially when the meal itself is already quite pricey, seems absurd with the overall luxurious experience offered. It's as if the hotel is implying that their commitment to extravagance extends only to the dining experience and the ambiance, while they're content to charge extra for even the most basic amenities like valet.
And after speaking to manger, she simply implied that it’s the valet company’s decision. And that they have no control over it which is ridiculous.
I would not recommend dining at this hotel again.

The head of Front Office and the Guest Experience Executive went on and beyond to solve the issues and accommodate my stay.
My room was brought quickly up to perfection and the reservation was extended to my needs.
I had food in different restaurants at the hotel, including room service, and besides the pizza, everything was quite good.
Coming back next week so I will see if things are 4 stars…or maybe even 5!

Al khaimah restaurant is a good place to have Ramadan breakfast. All staff are excellent and friendly. You can recognize how the management are very excellent, Mr Emad and Ms. Mariam. I would like to thank them for their kind hospitality.
