We initially had a hard time finding a venue but after my husband attended a birthday party at Forever Reception, we decided it was the perfect fit. The booking process was incredibly quick—the same day we went in to ask for information, we were able to book our date.

Being in nursing school made wedding planning really challenging for me. My schedule was packed, and I had no idea where to even start, especially since I couldn’t afford a wedding planner. But Christina, the venue coordinator, was an absolute lifesaver. I shared my vision with her, and she worked with me every step of the way. She was always available to answer my questions and offer fresh ideas that fit my vision. She genuinely went above and beyond to make my dream wedding a reality.

I tend to be really picky about details, especially when it comes to decor, and at one point, I thought I wouldn’t get everything just right. But the moment I walked into the venue on the wedding day, I was blown away. The tables, the altar, everything was exactly how I imagined it—beautifully set up and perfectly styled. The service was beyond exceptional, and the food was delicious. The master of ceremonies truly made a difference, keeping everything flowing smoothly, and the DJ played every single song we requested, which made the night feel so personal and special.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. Our wedding day was everything I had hoped for and more, and I’m so grateful to Christina and the team for making it all happen.

The service was amazing, Cristina help us a lot with our wedding, also, we received more detail and features that we expect, for real our wedding was a lot special thanks to the great support received by the staff and Cristina.

Thank you for such a beautiful Sweet 16 for my daughter. Your service, food, bar and decorations were excellent. The house DJ was great and friendly. The overall customer service was awesome. I hosted my high school's 20th reunion here and couldn't be happier with how the night went. They went above and beyond in every way. I requested a more non-traditional event - making the space more of a lounge and they fulfilled my wish! The whole staff is also great! Christina was very helpful and gave me so many ideas about food, floor plan, decorations, etc. She was always available to answer questions. The DJ was also so professional and focused on all the details. He was AMAZING and kept the party going. The bartenders were also very good and on top of it. Lastly, the place is beyond beautiful, huge, and very clean. All the different lights they have really make the party stand out. Highly recommend Forever Reception hall for your event!

Overall good experience at forever reception. They need to work on some aspects of the quinces experience though. Not everything it said on contract was delivered.

I planned my daughter’s Quince 9 months ahead. Christina and her team were able to answer all of my questions. Of course I had a lot and they were so nice and kind to me and my family. Finally, we had our Celebration on Sept 2024 and we had a great day. The decorations were exactly what we asked for. Of course, special thanks to my photographer Eddy, to Yuri the best make up artist, the Master of Ceremony Alex, the DJ, the servers, the bartender, Aelema who took care of the dessert table. It was a dream that came through. Thanks to Forever Reception Hall.

Had my daughter’s baby shower yesterday Sunday and it was amazing. Orlando went above and beyond expectation, everything smooth and beautiful. The staff and DJ very attentive highly recommend and affordable. We had Table settings Flowers, music, food, open bar, 360 Photo Booth and the cake all included in a package. I had my baby shower here this past weekend. My experience can be summed up into one word- PERFECTION! Orlando, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. The staff was very kind during the event. The food was delicious! I definitely need their vaca frita recipe lol. You can pick to have either the MC or the 360 photobooth, and it’s included in the price! I went to several banquet halls before choosing this one and none are like De Versailles Banquet Hall!

Last weekend my daughter had the most eventful, memorable, and entertaining night of her life here at De Versailles Banquet Hall.

I booked my daughter’s quinces just 4 months in advance, the most economical location that I found for the event resulted in the best night of our lives.

We had music, food, open bar, 360 Photo Booth, a videographer and photographer, a wonderful host Orlando, gorgeous decorations and several entertainers arrived as a surprise for the guests and my daughter just as everyone thought the night was coming to its end. But in fact, the night was just beginning! I could not be more pleased with the outcome! I am so happy that I trusted De Versailles Banquet Hall with this very special day that we will cherish in our hearts and mind for a lifetime. I highly recommend you to trust De Versailles Banquet Hall with any and all of your event planning needs.

Recently did my baby shower here ! And everything was perfect, I would highly recommend! The owner will make sure everything is done to perfection and will give you the best recommendations!

Best ballroom ever! Highly recommended, service and attention provided is amazing! Everybody was great, Isa in the office, Yanet, Cinthia, and the whole crew that assisted that I do not recall the names. Yerika the Master of Ceremony was very attentive to everything and planned out the party in the best way possible. Also, on the event day, Captain Raphael and his crew were constantly verifying that close attention was given to every single detail and the food was delicious!!
Of course it wouldn’t have been a party without the music and David the DJ was amazing he made sure the party was always going and played all the songs my daughter wanted.
Lexis was incredible to say the least, from the first day, over one year until the day of the party, and constantly making sure with great effort and extra patience, that all the details were covered and taken care, providing a once in a lifetime experience for the spectacular day when my daughter’s Quince was a real DREAM COME TRUE!!! Thank you SO much for making us feel SPECIAL all the time, as this event was very emotional to us!!! We are so happy to have chosen Royal Palace for our beautiful fairytale party and we are forever grateful!!!

Royal palace venue 10/10 recommend. From day one Isabel explained everything to us, answered all our questions and concern. I know I was a pain but she still remain patient with us. She brought our vision into a reality. The wedding was amazing !!! Hubby and I was blown away by the decorations. Endless of compliments from our guest about the venue and decorations. Decoration was beautiful. Good tasteful. And the Bartender took care of our guest. Thank you again Royal palace for allowing us to rent out your beautiful venue to celebrate our love with our friends and family.

Excellent venue for whatever special occasion you may need. It is like a white canvas, awaiting your creativity to turn it to an art gallery, a wedding reception, a school prom, a graduation or a quinceañera birthday celebration venue.

We had our baby shower at Royal Palace Ballrooms and everything was beautiful. From the start, Isabel, was the best at helping us with the planning and getting everything ready. And the day off, everything was very beautiful and successful. The team at royal palace ballrooms did an amazing job for our baby shower. I would recommend them 100%.

We had our daughter’s Quinces at Royal Palace Ballrooms last weekend and it was truly amazing. The venue is spectacular, the food was delicious including the appetizers and cake. Thank you to all the staff for their exceptional service, especially Jerika our MC. And last but not least, our event planner, Lexis, always patient and kind. She went above and beyond to make this day memorable for our daughter, even helping us book Burnie for the hora loca. Thank you Lexis, you are amazing!! I was very impressed with our event especially all the great help that Isabel provided to have our event exactly how we envisioned it to be everything turned out exactly how we expected!!!!
The servers during the event were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. The Photo Booth attendant was beyond attentive and professional .
The hora Loca was beyond entertaining and very fun.
The MC was very professional and had everything in order and was a pleasure to work with.
The DJ did a fantastic job with the music and had the party going all night long.

Overall, I think it was a great success and a fantastic evening.
Once again, Isabel did an amazing job, creating our vision for the night. We are truly grateful to Royal Palace ballroom for a fantastic evening..

This is such a wonderful and beautiful place to host a event in. I had my 8th grade prom back in May and it was soo beautiful 🤩

This Ballroom is simply amazing. The customer service and attention to detail is unmatched. I would definitely revisit here for any event of mines in the future and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to experience an unforgettable experience. I noticed the day of the party the seating chart was incorrect. I texted Lexis and she got right on it. It was fixed in time for the party. She was awesome through out the entire experience.

The entire staff was helpful and kind till the very end. Super easy!

Wow, this venue is spectacular for a Quinceanera party because my daughters party was last night. Beautiful set up service staff all tremendous and helpful. Isabel our coordinator did an awesome job. Highly recommend!

I don’t even know where to begin, I did my babyshower here yesterday and it was everything I expected and more. Orlando went above and beyond for us and he was so easy to work with and helped with the ideas I had in mind. I will recommend this hall 100% to anyone thinking about it. What a great venue , I held my daughter’s baby shower. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was great but most of all the customer service was excellent. Orlando was so accommodating and so helpful through the whole night. This is the place to go !!! I would give it 10 stars if I could 5 stars aren’t enough.

Came here twice for a wedding and reception. It is a very beautiful space, servers seem friendly. The wedding was rather large, so the space accommodates a lot of people, at least 300. Would definitely recommend this place for a special occasion.

Beautiful and centrally located this venue was the perfect pick for my sister's wedding day! She had the ceremony upstairs in the outdoor patio which was large enough to seat 200 people comfortably. After the ceremony we moved downstairs to the massive venue to complete the magical night. It is a wonderful selection and you won't be disappointed!
