We had a nice time at Boathouse. There is no onsite parking, but valet ($10) is across the street and 2 paid public parking lots closeby (2 mins walk). The ambiance is nice, though it was a bit humid due to the semi-outdoor seating setup. The food was delicious with good service. We had the crabcake, tomato basil flatbread and whiskey glazed wings for starters. Everything was nicely made. The crabcake was full of crab and tender, but not as warm as I would have liked. For entree, we had the honey sriracha salmon and hawaiian ribeye, and loved them both. Our server, Austin provided excellent service. He knew the menu well, and was attentive and efficient. All in all, it was a great experience. I will revisit and recommend to others.

The bottle girl was very good but hated how they nickel and dime my group. 8 dollars for a water. We bought 4 bottles and got two hookahs but wouldn't add just one bottle of water? Couldn't order food with even thou they showed it on their menu . Never again

The appetizers were really good. We had the conch and octopus fritters and the fish dip. Hubby thought his salmon was small but cooked well. The vegetables needed a lot more love. My dish was good. Risotto was to al dente in parts. Dining off the river is always beautiful and tranquil. Our server was great! Everything flowed well and he was very attentive.

Excellent experience- we went with Big Bus tours who took us to park. Loved Captain Joe, she was entertaining, enthusiastic and enjoyable. Loved that we could hear the excitement in her voice when we saw wildlife! The informative show with the alligators was entertaining as well.
The only thing I wish was that the tour on the airboat was longer.

I bought tickets for Saturday night but was too exhausted and didn't make it. I reached out to the organizer and was allowed to to Sunday night instead. We were overdressed as the night before we may have been just fine. Either way, the music was great with variety and my fiance's bday shout out was all thru the night. We had a great time. Big shout out to the organizer, ticketing associate, security, bartenders and DJ. Thanks for making my baby bday early morn 🔥
Great experience. We were coming back from a cruise and had 10 hours before our flight. We drove from Miami and it was worth the drive. The air boat tour was great and we did get to see some gators. Very informative tour guide. We went to see the show right after and it was very entertaining. I’d recommend this for sure.

I would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone who is remotely interested in the everglades, nature, florida ecosystems, or most importantly, alligators! We went after our Carnival cruise and it was a 100/10 experience and even got to take a picture with a baby Gator!

Superb! If overeating wasn’t a sin I would surely get another chicken and waffle to go! Then again I wouldn’t want to mess up the pretty presentation, the scrumptious waffle, the tender flavorful chicken in a to go box. This gives me perfect reason to drop in for brunch again 😘 The portion size-insane, flavor profile- mouthwatering, just get the dish, you won’t be disappointed. After chatting with the proprietor, today, 4/28 was their first brunch in 4yrs because….yea, Covid. I couldn’t have dropped in at a more perfect time. After wrapping up 4 events that week, this floral designer needed ambiance and food. The Downtowner, keep rocking those amazing dishes and service…shout out to Matthew my server!!! I’ll be back.

This is one of my favorite lunch spots in Fort Lauderdale. You can dine right on the new river and watch the million dollar yachts go by. The service is exceptional. The food is delicious. The views are amazing.

Charming place right on the New River, get an outdoor table and watch the boats go by. We had a great burger on the daily special for $7(!). If I lived near there I’d be back for the burgers. Perfectly cooked also. Our server Matthew was great. We also shared a shrimp Cobb salad, very good. Lovely place for lunch. I’d try it for dinner too.
I love that they are protecting and educating about the Everglades and all the wildlife here. I definitely matters when you go. We only saw ONE gator with a midday ride. The show was GREAT! Not sure it made up for the $200 plus cost of 6 people but I don’t regret going. They definitely push tips and paying to hold the baby gator is sort of a waste. $10 for about 3 seconds.
What a perfect place for a good meal by the water. We enjoy late lunch on the boat deck. Kale salad was amazing, tuna taco and shrimp poboy mouth watering. Honey bread very sticky and satisfying.

We had a great time here, for the most part. The Airboat ride was fabulous, our captain was cracking jokes and sharing information with us the whole time. We saw multiple alligators in the water and on the banks, along with some really neat birds.
The alligator show was great too, the man who did that was very entertaining.
The shuttle driver who came and picked us up was our favorite employee hands down, super cool guy.
The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because I was a little put off with the animal encounter. We paid almost $1000 for our group of 10 to do the vip package. Unfortunately the boat tour overlapped into the animal encounter time they had us scheduled for so when we arrived for it there were already 8 people there and the encounter had already started. We were stuck with the backside of picnic tables to sit on and not welcomed at all. I wouldn't call the employee doing the encounter "friendly". I was under the impression this was a private experience and not shared with several other groups. I keep exotics myself so I was looking forward to seeing and holding some of the animals that were listed in their info about the tour, but there was only one, the baby alligator, that was new to me in person. A bearded dragon, boa, and a turtle, are very common in the reptile community so personally I would have preferred to skip this encounter and save some money.
All in all, I love what these guys do, they rescue these alligators and give them a nice set up and life compared to others who end up in the market. For someone not familiar with exotics they probably enjoy the encounter greatly.

My new favorite waterfront restaurant in Fort Lauderdale! The views, the food, the amazing staff, the attentive service and the vibe are all 5 Star! I came from Palm Beach to see Dave Mason in concert at the Parker and I love the Riverside Hotel! My research on great Happy Hours on Las Olas brought me to the Boathouse! After living in Lauderdale by the Sea for so many years I had never been to the Boathouse! So glad I finally did.. I will never stray!
Sat at the bar which still gives you a view of gliding yachts going by.. a lively vibe enhanced by 2 amazing bartenders! Wow! Busy, yet still attentive and welcoming! Gabriel and Jean-Marc moved in sync to a very fast paced crowd! Never leaving anyone without a drink 🥃 or food! I honestly don’t know how they did it! It was happy hour and look at my pictures for their happy hour menus and prices! I ordered the Old Fashion which was absolutely delicious and half price at HH! Like I said the best HH on Las Olas and maybe even Fort Lauderdale!
I ordered the Fried Cheese Curds with Hot Honey! Yes, anything soaked with hot honey will be delicious but they were definitely over fried and hard as a rock. With that said I wouldn’t order again but they were still yummy and yes I ate all of them.. they were a huge portion too.
I did see the burger slider and the shrimp hh dishes and will definitely order them next visit. All of the dishes coming out of the kitchen looked delicious! I can’t wait to come back! I’m scheduled to stay at The Riverside Hotel 2 or 3 times in the next 6 months.. their menu offers something for every taste and diet at very affordable prices!
I highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

The location is beautiful, you can sit right by the water or on the patio. Dogs are allowed. They had great music playing. There is a bar you can sit at that is outside and inside. The food was really great. We had a shrimp appe and I ordered one grilled fish sandwich and fries and it took almost 50 minutes to get my food. The restaurant was not busy as it was a week day and it just had opened for the day. I never got a refill on my drink because the waitress never came back over and she had a 6 top table and was only taking care of them and forgot about us and would walk by really fast and ignored or hands up to get her attention. Other than the service, nice place and food was good.
The tour guide was AMAZING! I completely recommend this for anyone able to go. It was close to a 1 hour tour. Pricing was very reasonable, about 70USD. Not only do they have an Everglades tour, they also have a show, featuring one of the Gator boys from Discovery. As well as a small animal interaction area(yes, you get to hold an alligator). What an experience of a lifetime! Don't sleep on this...
Was visiting from out of town and although the entry fee was pretty average (approx $20) I found it weird they slapped on a $5 surcharge to pay by card. The bar was also TERRIBLE. Makes sense why anyone who bought one drink didn’t go back. The place had a good amount of people and the bar was empty ALL night. Thats not a good look and very strange for a nightclub. I don’t think the bartenders or the club owners understand exactly how the bar works. Or maybe it was the bartenders on shift that night. But If I pay $20 for one watered down drink that was literally Juice, what makes you think I’m going to spend MORE money for MORE JUICE ?? Im not saying to serve super strong drinks, but a decent drink will keep any customer coming back. Make it make sense. I gave 3 stars because the DJ and atmosphere were great! Everything else was trash.
Captain Chaos was our tour guide on the air boat and it was such a great experience. He was so funny and had so much experience on the water/ area.

Had a Repass here for my brother in law and Karyn and her team made the process so easy and stress free for us. They had all the tables and decor set up exactly as we discussed and a tv set up in the lobby of the hotel to give our guest direction to the banquet room. They were really patient and kind to us and went over and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our times there even though it was for an unfortunate event. I just want to thank them with this review and would definitely recommend this banquet hall to anyone who is looking to have an event. Also there was plenty of parking as well!!!
The kitchen actually was slow, but we were fine with it. Our waitress (Sharia sp?) was professional and lovely. Our meals were fine, but nothing exceptional. However, with drinks, seating canal side, and great weather, altogether made for a memorable day. Free parking behind the restaurant.
The atmosphere is nice and the open view of the river is very relaxing. But I was disappointed with the food. The menu was small, and the food was cold. I had conch fritters that were greasy and tasted like raw flour and brussels sprouts that were too sweet and greasy. I've he better elsewhere. I also had a steak sandwich that tasted like old food from a freezer. I was embarrassed that I had brought my friend to eat the food there. I would only recommend drinks and maybe a pizza.
Tatyana the manager was awesome, very hospitable, professional but also friendly. Our waitress Lexi was amazing, she made sure we was good the whole night, she made myself and my guests feel comfortable, she made sure we had a good time, The Dj was great, not sure what his name is but he was great, he set the right mood and the right vibe.
We had our office holiday party here and the venue was just right for a large group. The multiple food and drink options gave everyone something to enjoy. It's a good spot for a large or small group, and the riverfront setting is lovely. Took me a while to finally visit this place but I'm glad I did.
Was not really impressed with this spot, sadly. In temrs of just having a chill spot to kick it back with some friends and family, this spot definitely meets that requirement. The decor for the holidays is also quite nice and is really picture perfect, but it fails on pretty much every other front. The food vendors are all insanely overpriced, serve very mediocre food, and lack any quality. The most absurd was the taco vendor that sells 3 tiny tacos with some rice and beans for well over $22 dollars with all the fees that come along with the mobile ordering system that they recently added. None of the other food that I tried here is really worth it either considering the other options in the surrounding area. I did enjoy some of the holiday drinks that they have now, but they're also very overpriced, watered down, and served in very small cups (that are filled to the top with ice). The music is very early 2010s as well if you enjoy that. I'm curious to come back during a special event to see if it's any better.
Fun visit - different vibe than most Fort Lauderdale spots! Good for group hang outs-- prices are good! Was there for a birtday party--good choice! Close to downtown and Las Olas, its on the New River-- but they don't really use river as a backdrop??

The boat ride was fine. It was interesting and the guide Tina was friendly and informative. Unfortunately they also have to beg for Tipps what's kinda weird.
However after that it got horrible. The animals in the zoo are kept in horrible conditions and are mistreated at the show. I don't like zoos in general but this was another level of cruelty.
So you not spending money on your staff, neither on the conditions for the animals. Wouldn't suggest anyone going there. If you support it - you are part of the problem.

This estate is a time capsule. It’s nestled right in the heart of an ultra modern Fort Lauderdale seconds away from the beach but the minute you step inside the humongous gates, there are no two ways about it, you will be transported back in time.
This place has been painstakingly and immaculately preserved by a very dedicated staff commemorating the sensibilities of an era bygone. Each room you visit is filled with memories of a time long forgotten time and is a shrine to the original owners.

We did this as part of a cruise tour which was not the best way to do it as the boat ride was only 30 minutes. This is not enough time to go deeper in the Everglades, so we didn’t see any alligators. Overall the ride was great but the organization around pour boarding is a bit off a hit or miss and could be easily improved. If you go direct, try a longer ride off 45 minutes or 1 hour.
I have wanted to go here for about 3 years, and I finally got to visit the Bonnet House & Museum. I visit Florida every year in November, and this visit was a great addition to my vacation. The museum was great and educational. In each room of the house, there was a person telling you about how the room was used, and in each room had artifacts from many years ago when the house was built. The house sits on a lot of property and has a lot of outside gardens, which are beautiful. I loved going to Bonnet House and Museum.
My experience at Everglades Holiday Park Airboat Tours and Rides was good, earning it a solid four stars. The airboat ride into the Everglades was enjoyable, though I was a bit disappointed by the limited wildlife sightings; it felt more like a quick trip into the area.
On the positive side, the boats were in great condition, and the staff was excellent, which added to the overall experience. If you're looking for a pleasant airboat ride and don't mind the potential for limited wildlife encounters, this could be a good choice.

We had a private excursion through our hotel & the experience was amazing. You get to see a gator show, have your pic taken twice and hold a baby gator. Try the gator bites. They are really good! Chewy but taste mild and delicious. If you're staying & Newport Beachside & Resort, definitely book the excursion through the hotel because you get the VIP experience which was REALLY nice. The price even included both photo ops & they provided bottle water and a shuttle service from the resort.
It is a remarkable show of the latest in the industry, a must go for whom is interested in purchasing a vessel.

Absolute must-do in Miami! We had captain Jerry who was funny, knowledgeable, and full of great stories. We saw lots of wild alligators and got close to some wild birds too. Got some amazing photos, the whole experience was unforgettable.
The park itself is well kitted out with reasonably priced snacks, food and drinks and was clearly recently landscaped. Will surely go back one day!!

This year the boat show was great! Parking was a breeze @ $20 and show tickets only online. Displays were set up properly. Food not so good in convention center. Shuttles were on time and ran constantly.

Great visit to the Bonnet House. 25 bucks for a house and grounds ticket and it's worth it. The house isn't as big as you think of some of these old historic mansions, it was a cool summer home for some rich people who loved art. Grounds are preserved well with varied plants and ponds and place does host events such as weddings! Kids were taking field trips and learning about the plants and ecosystem. Volunteers are very nice and knowledgeable and has free wifi so that you can take the virtual self guided tour. About a two hour visit if you take your time.
The Bonnet House is lovely, but the guides stationed in the adjourning areas throughout the house made the visit incredibly divine. I loved the historical touches they provided to the background of the premises, and the information was something that I would have missed, and I did not do my research! I was most fascinated with the bouquets being made of seashells and the mirrors weighing 700 pounds! I also loved the wild iguanas running all over the place. What a treat to have seen such a beautiful and fascinating place! Thank you, everyone, for your sweet hospitality today!!!
The Bonnet House Museum is a gem located near the beach in Fort Lauderdale that is not to be missed. The beautiful mansion and grounds are in the middle of a busy city but you would never know it while you were there. The grounds are exquisite with lots of palm trees, foliage, and animals. It is entirely worth it to pay extra to see the host. Designed and constructed by an artist using local materials, it is truly one of the most unique houses I have ever seen. It's beautiful and well worth the price. Do yourself a favor and check this place out! Bonus: It has free parking.
We arrived at 4pm and had a beer and snack on the patio while waiting for the 4:30pm show. The show was great, John made it very enjoyable, interesting and fun. We had the opportunity to learn more about alligators and other species. After the show we went for a ride on the airboat. We had the opportunity to see some alligators during the ride, we stopped, took pictures, videos and learned a little more about the wildlife of the Everglades. It was all super interactive and the experience is highly recommended.
Wish we had places like this back in Charleston, SC. Great atmosphere and great energy. Plenty of bartenders to keep you from waiting too long. Plenty of fans to keep the air moving. Decent food truck options. Would definitely return next time I visit Fort Lauderdale.
Nice atmosphere, great views! They offer valet for $15, most surrounding garages charge by the hour, this place can be very crowded on Friday nights(weekends) , the vibe was more of young college students, the DJ was DJ’n great mix of music 90s/2000s, which is what made me stay longer, Drinks are overpriced and I didn’t really get a buzz, the food prices (I tried the taco food truck) doesn’t add up to the quality and quantity, eat before you come!
I took my cousins here cause it was their first time in Florida from Georgia & “loved it” is definitely an understatement! This will be their new spot when they come back in town next time :) . From the bottle girls, to bartenders, the security and even the DJ made them feel like they were family. 10/10 recommend for a great time. Also Tati was the best! Once she knew they were first timers, she treated us so well!
Cool experience we went on the fan boats with Captain Anna. She had the fastest boat which was pink for breast cancer. We were able to see alligators out in the wild swimming. She described the various plant life and the reasons the Everglades looks the way they did. After that we were able to catch the alligator show which was very entertaining and informative. You could even hold a baby alligator and look at all the other animals as well.
The place itself is beautiful and surrounded by lots of nature but it is small you pretty much can do it in 20 minutes. I paid $5 to visit the garden. If you wanted to visit the house, it was $15 more. Went on a saturday, and the place was empty. Ended up no visiting the house as it did not look attractive to me, they said they have all arranged like the

Beyond excellent customer service, amazing architecture, beautiful gardens, so much nature, informative video, reasonable prices ($10 to walk around, $25 to see it all), and the art work.. you have to come see this huge hidden gem. So much history and elegance. I can not wait to come back and see more. With the little time I had it was hard to fully see and #enjoy it all but what I did see made me so grateful for the opportunity and happy to be an American. When you come you will see why. You’re welcome. PS: a huge shout out to Ron, Andrea, and the gulf cart driver (I hate it that I didn’t get his name 🥹) for their patience and willingness to share with us the back story to this jewel. We appreciate each of you and hope others will too.
What a wonderful place to visit. So well preserved and full of art. The courtyard is absolutely stunning. I love the story of the house and specially so many wonderful volunteers providing interesting facts in each room. I would definitely recommend this place for tourists and locals, worth every penny. If you come with kids they have a treasure hunt sheet with stickers, my daughters loved the activity.
Went to Euro this past weekend and the vibes were lit! Shout out to my beautiful bartender Lisa! She was attentive, fun and funny as hell and got me and friends right even though it was busy. We had a great time! If you go, definitely check for the bartender Lisa!

The Wharf in downtown Fort Lauderdale is pretty fun. My spouse and one of my cousins went out on Cinco De Mayo night, so it was May 5, 2023. The venue was packed with a lot of people. The only downside is parking is not free, so had to park nearby for $15 + tax. The walk over was great as we got to see the railroad tracks, other businesses and the statue outside of The Wharf. Food was good, and the Don Quixote cocktail was also great. With it being Cinco De Mayo night, the specialty was buying one tequila shot and having a free Corona beer.
Plenty of high tables, tables and chairs to sit at. About four food trucks were there as part of the venue. Would definitely visit again for another special event celebration. Plenty of people talking, laughing, some singing and dancing.

Had a big event there this week. We had over 250 ppl coming for a classroom style event and it went great. Staff was friendly, had plenty of parking. The room was nice. Will definitely recommend to others.
Must visit in at trip to Fort Lauderdale! Great for all groups! There were families with small children to bachelorette parties. Great staff with to clean up empty cups and help guests find seating and extra chairs. Great vibes and never a line for the ladies room. Staff are all gorgeous and friendly. Lines not too long (we were there at 6/7) . Beautiful spot in Riverfront. Great selection of food vendors. Music was bumping and I kept chair dancing at almost every song.

Positives: The location is nice right across from the water & lots of beautiful yachts parked in the area. Another positive is the waiters Kitty was nice & friendly. They had mocktails on the drink menu and I had a coconut mojito and it was good.
Negatives: We ordered Conch fritters and they were ok but they served it with cocktail sauce and that was not a good combination. I ordered the shrimp & grits & it was horrible. It taste like they added sugar to the meal. It was the worst shrimp & grits I ever had. My husband ordered the salmon Rockefeller and I had to spit it out it was horrible. When I went inside to use the restroom I felt out of place and uncomfortable. Overall it was a horrible experience. I will never come here again.

This place will do anything & say anything to not give you your deposit back. I was a vendor 360 booth, I gave the bartender my bottle to serve my wife. The manager lie and say I poured my drink, after the bartender told her that she the one made the drink for my wife. The manager still continues to try to shut the party down. That didn’t work because the bartender plus security guards told the manager that the bartender is the one that made the drinks. She still had to find away to either shut the event down or try to keep the cash deposit for the venue. This place is a ripoff and will do anything they can to keep your cash deposit I recommend no one to book any events at this place. Unless they get better management. If I could have I would have gave them no stars, but I have to at least give them one star to make this review.
I recently had an event at this venue the experience was horrible from the beginning of the event. The promise time to have the venue was not met. They cause me to run late to my own event. As there always two side of the story my side of story is their management staff that manage my party on 1/7/2023 was rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and a coward. As a paying client I should have been aware of any situation that was going on especially when my contact information is on file.

Absolutely awesome place to hangout, werkend vibes are pretty amazing.
Food is very good, tried ribs and brisket, and they were legit delicious. Its an open bar concept with food trucks and lot of tables.
There are games you can play or hangout in bar area with music and good crowd.
It's definitely better than some of the other clubs in the area like sway or backyard.

It was a great experience! Excellent greetings by manager and staff. My first conference there was a success. I was afraid about parking for my guests but at the end everyone found one. Thank you !!
