I want to file a complaint about the Halloween Hall event. The whole experience was very uncomfortable. The space was filled with smoke and had an unpleasant smell, with poor ventilation and stuffy air. It felt as if it was designed to make you want to strip down and unleash your inner beast.

We fell in love with the space the minute we stepped into the venue. From day 1, we had such a fantastic experience planning our wedding at Mirra events. Jessie and Tayla were amazing coordinators from venue showing to set up and decor, they even accommodated a very late decision (2 weeks before) to include a new vendor. Our wedding was absolutely perfect, the food was amazing, everything ran on schedule and we always felt supported. We truly felt that the cost was well worth it.

We held our work event here a couple of weeks back, the venue itself was beautiful, the food was amazing and we were very well looked after by Leah (thank you!).

However, the planning phase did have some challenges that tainted the experience for us. As AV was not included in the venue hire, we were assigned Patrick to organize this addition. We had months of back and forth where he was more interested in upselling us (not valuing our budget), emphasising the 'venue's standards', rather than allowing us the very basic items we were asking for (all we needed was a microphone, projector and screen). We felt our needs were being ignored, and the stress was really unnecessary over something that could have been so simple.

Nevertheless, the venue was still beautiful, with majority of others we interacted with being friendly and helpful. We'd love to give a special thank you to Kate, who helped us with the booking, Leah, who looked after us on the day, and all the staff that served us on the night. They definitely made the event a lot better. :)

Our wedding at The Warehouse on August 16th was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that The Warehouse is a top-tier venue with an unparalleled level of service. The Warehouse itself is a stunning location, combining elegance with a unique charm that made our celebration feel truly special. The ambiance, coupled with the exceptional service, created an atmosphere that exceeded all our expectations.

If you're looking for a venue that offers impeccable service and a truly memorable experience, we wholeheartedly recommend The Warehouse. Our wedding day was a dream come true, and we have Jenna, Olive and the entire team at The Warehouse to thank for it.

Absolutely most amazing venue!! We had our engagement party here in the pop up bar and it was stunning, Leah done the most amazing job organising everything behind the scenes 🫶🏻 we also had a grazing table which was divine, the bar staff were killing it with the drinks and it was the most perfect evening. It went by so fast and we had a 3 hour booking. Highly recommend and will 100% be back for other events, thank you so much for helping us make our engagement perfect us 🥹🖤🥰

We could not recommend MIRRA enough to anyone looking for an event big or small. Our wedding was beyond our expectations. Not just the setup and décor, the service and communication was faultless from day one. The food for the night was so positively reviewed by our wedding guests and they all loved the venue space. We are so grateful we found this place for our inner city wedding and really felt this gave us the value for money we spent too.

Mirra Events were amazing from start to finish. The service from the staff was prompt, professional and friendly throughout the booking process with 10/10 service and presentation on the day of our wedding. Beautiful place to plan your wedding or any other event you need. The staff is simply incredible, they are very kind people always attentive to you, what you need and every detail. The decoration is delicate and very elegant. The atmosphere is simply charming. The prices are great, worth every penny. Jess and Tayla are so friendly! They take care of everything for you. We had our wedding here and it was an absolute dream. Loved the aesthetics across the Loft, the Hall and rooftop. Food was incredible (which was a must for us) and wine selection is impressive. Highly recommend the paella.
Olive, Jenna and team made the planning process so simple and enjoyable for us. Very hands-on and professional. Coordinating with external vendors was seamless. The way the Warehouse team handled everything on the day was not only amazing, but allowed us to really soak in the moments. The team at EC venue have been very helpful in providing quotes and helping to organise events. They venue itself was clean and organised, looked in great condition. It's a great location and venue for a party or social gathering.

The Warehouse was the perfect venue for our wedding. Jenna had been very a pleasure to work with. Absolutely great person. I am still out of words! The atmosphere was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. My wedding was flawless, it run in time/ The view from the venue was absolutely beautiful, adding to the magic of the day. I had the most wonderful photos ever. It was a real come true. I wouldn’t change anything about my wedding. The Warehouse has been very flexible to our needs. Not only the food was delicious, and our guests couldn't stop raving about it. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend The Warehouse for any special event!

Highly recommend this venue for any functions you may have. Nothing was a bother, staff were fantastic and they even ordered in certain alcohol to suit our party. The staff even had some fun with us all dancing and chatting. Would hire again. A+++++++++

I went to an event here on Saturday night, and it was fantastic.
The whole place is wheelchair accessible and all the staff were super friendly and helpful.
There are a couple of steps to get onto the main floor area in front of the stage, but I still had a really fantastic time.
The music and lighting were incredible and overall a great night!

We used EC for a recent work event with around 70 guests and had an incredible time. Everything was so smooth starting from the booking process till the end of the night. Staff were fantastic, facilities were well stocked and cleaned and guests had a wonderful time. We highly recommend using EC to take your event to that next level!

From a photographers perspective Mirra is the perfect spot for an inner city wedding. The venue photographs beautifully and offers a modern aesthetic for your ceremony and after ceremony celebrations. The staff are wonderful, friendly and truly care about your wedding running smoothly.

Great venue, super friendly staff and Leah was a pleasure to work with! I recently had my 40th birthday party in the front bar and the staff were great! There were a couple of newbies on the bar too, who were trying really hard and did a great job. The venue manager who was training them was so patient and such a great manager. My friends and I had a great time and couldn't recommend this venue for party drinks enough. There was a rowdy party next door to us who didn't make their job easy that, but they all handled them so well. Thanks team!

Couldn’t recommend Mirra enough as a wedding venue.

The whole process was straight forward and easy. They accommodated our requests and vision for our wedding with ease.

The afternoon / evening of our wedding was perfect with everything running smoothly.

We had our wedding at Mirra on the 19/08/23 and it was the most magical day. Being the type A person I am, I provided diagrams of how I wanted the venue to be styled to the coordinators and not only were they so onboard, they executed everything to perfection. The venue honestly couldn’t have looked any more like the vision I had in my head. The staff on the night were great, communicated with us as needed and made sure all of our guests were looked after. So many of our guests commented on how much they loved the venue.

Wowow thank you so much Elements Collective, for not only being one of the most accommodating event venues in the Valley, but for also putting up with me and my vision for our Nikah and Wedding Feast. Being a dry event, we wanted everyone to still feel fancy - and our bespoke mocktails seriously impressed everyone there. Thank you again - we had a ball!

The team at Mirra (Grayce & Victoria) were incredible to deal with. If you are thinking of booking Mirra just do it. Our guests raved about how amazing the food was (we did the banquet menu and canapés) and how nice the wine was (we picked wines for on consumption), and how beautiful the venue is. Grayce & Victoria were extremely attentive and organised, and they made the planning process easy. Everything ran smoothly on the night and it was so wonderful being able to relax, knowing the reception was in safe hands. We had the best wedding reception at Mirra!!!

My husband and I recently got married at Elements Collective and had such a great time. We love the fact that the venue allowed us to hold the entire wedding in one venue (ceremony, cocktail hour and reception). We held our ceremony upstairs, cocktail hour downstairs, and the reception upstairs. The venue has beautiful wooden floors, an industrial roof and some really cool art-work on the walls. We really enjoyed working with what the venue already provided and making that work in our decor. Many of our guests also commented on how much they liked the venue. The bar staff and Leah (the owner) we really lovely to communicate with on the day. Jess (venue manager) was also fantastic to deal with during the planning phase.
