The best cooking class we have been to! Chef Artur is so knowledgeable, we enjoyed so much what we cooked (three courses meal with drinks). We all had our own station and were able to learn different techniques but also tips. The food is really tasty and all ingredients were top quality. We interacted very well with Artur and he was happy to answer any questions we had which was a fantastic experience. Thank you so much!!!

One word: AMAZING! Arthur is a very experienced and knowledgeable cook. He not only teached us how to make the dishes, but also why to prepare it in this certain way. Thereafter we learned cut techniques too. Worth every penny!

I recently had the pleasure of attending a Peruvian cooking class organized by the talented chef Arthur, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience!

From the moment I walked into the class, I could feel the passion and expertise of Chef Arthur. He had everything set up perfectly, with all the necessary ingredients and cooking tools neatly arranged on the countertops.

The class began with an introduction to Peruvian cuisine, and Chef Arthur gave us a brief history of the different flavors and ingredients that make up this unique culinary tradition. He also provided us with helpful tips on how to properly prepare and cook each dish.

Throughout the class, Chef Arthur was patient and engaging, guiding us through the steps of preparing a delicious Peruvian meal. We learned how to make classic dishes such as Ceviche, Lomo Saltado, Chicha Morada and Pisco Sour, and each one turned out absolutely delicious.

One thing that really stood out to me was Chef Arthur's attention to detail. He made sure that each dish was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, and he was always on hand to answer any questions we had.

Overall, I would highly recommend Chef Arthur's Peruvian cooking class to anyone who loves to cook or is interested in learning more about this fascinating cuisine. Chef Arthur's passion for cooking and his knowledge of Peruvian cuisine make this class an unforgettable experience that I would definitely attend again.

Ya voy 4 meses, y aun que la enseñanza es buena en la mayoría de los casos. Su atención al cliente es terrible, tan mala que evaluó la opción de perder mi dinero de los ciclos aprendidos para no vivir más la mala experiencia. Por ejemplo una vez me paso que llame a su teléfono me hicieron esperar 1 hora y media y cuando me toco me colgaron y listo. Ahora con su nueva plataforma, surgieron problemas, llame y no lo solucionaron, tuve que ir en persona, y aparte de que la señorita que me atendió actúa como si uno tuviera la culpa de que su plataforma este mal, al final no solucionaron el problema, y ahora perderé un mes y ellos no tienen interés en solucionarlo, me da la impresión que solo les interesa el dinero. Entre otras malas experiencias. Estoy decepcionado porque entre con grandes expectativas del cultural.

Amazing experience. Arthur was very welcoming, more than just explaining and guiding you through the recipes he shared his love for his country and the Peruvian cousine. This is a true experience, not simply a touristic activity. You get to use a professional kitchen and Arthur shares a few basic techniques for cutting, stir frying etc If you are in Arequipa and you like cooking/eating (no previous experience is needed) this shouldn't be missed!!

Tiene buenas instalaciones y buen mantenimiento, excelente enseñanza

This cooking class was great! We learned about cooking techniques, knive skills, perviuan food culture, a bit about food science and the best recipes for ceviche and lomo saltado.

Compared to other cooking classes this one does not skip the most interesting steps and you will cook everything from scratch. Arthur can share his cooking knowledge in fluent english (and surprisingly with bits of Dutch, German and other languages).

The class was fun and he encouraged the communication between guests. We even finished the afternoon with the other participants in a bar closeby.

Two nitpicks: the knives were a bit dull and I would have loved to also learn a classic Arequipan dish.

La atención en la entrada para informes es pésimo, las supuestas encargadas no tienen trato con las personas y demoran demasiado en atender cuestiones básicas como precio u horarios. Lastima que se sigan viendo este tipo de comportamientos en pleno 2022.

We absolutely loved our cooking class through Peruvian flavours. Arthur taught us some culinary tricks to improve our cooking at home, took time to describe the dishes and steps ahead of time, and was very helpful during the cooking process. He was very engaging, had fantastic English and even took pictures and videos throughout the class for us! Can't recommend this enough!
